Really nice area off of Cullen and Broadway. Shares a parking lot with an Exxon. I got there about 5minutes after opening and they took me back right away. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Service was really great. Store was clean and well kept. My only issue would be pricing. It was over 100 bucks for a synthetic blend oil change. Thats really expensive, seeing as other places you can get the same thing for about 40 bucks less

I went in for a state inspection. The employee tells me my brake fluid is low and she’s failing my inspection. She tells me the only way to fix it is to have the brake lines completely flushed and new fluid put in for $99. I left without doing anything and took it to the dealership. They tell me the brake fluid is clear end is exactly where it needs to be. Be VERY careful when going here!

I got my oil changed, tires rotated, and Texas state vehicle inspection. They are very efficient and quick. I am not offered services that are unnecessary. There have been times when I have not actually needed an oil change --and the staff have told me so. (I have also heard and seen them do this for other customers.) So they do not bilk people. Very honest and dependable. I continually rely on them for my vehicle servicing needs.

Joey and the guys on Sunday did an amazing job. I was in and out with anOil Change and a Texas State Inspection.

I did the state inspection only but they went above and beyond. Rush Barnes was the man, very helpful and signed me up for some discount code for future visits. The service was done super fast as well.

They are getting better about getting in and out in a reasonable amount of time and it helps to go to the same chain so they have your maintenance records.

I love this location. When my car has a problem, I always take a look at jiffy lube. They are efficient, professional, and they are always very nice. The fees are also at a reasonable price, and of some smaller issues, they don’t charge at all. I always appreciate their help, and this is the first time to right a review because they definitely deserve more than a 5 star.

Charged me $120 for a full synthetic oil change for a Toyota Avalon. Richard was cool so that is the only reason that they aren’t getting a 1 star.

The manager there is great, but some of the other employees need to learn to listen to customer needs. I was sold a pair of wiper blades that were not put on, I had to return to have them put on I had my check engine light diagnosed as was told would be done by the check in employee, and was explained to me by the manager. When I asked a employee at the review checkout station about the issue he stated they did not provide that service 15 minutes after the manager and check in person told me they did, and told me my issue. I was shocked that he would not know they provided this service. At this point I did not trust what he had to say because of his incompetence. This same employee wanted me to put on the reminder oil change sticker myself. Unbelievable.

The Technicians at the Bellfort at Telephone location performed apparently quality work for my oil change but were careless in the area of staining my cars passenger seat and then they apparently attempted to cover it up. Ive been getting oil changes my entire adult life and Im in my late 50s. Never has my seat cloth been soiled. Sad.

Clean facility, they show you your parts that need repair, provide updates, get permission prior to performing additional work thay raises your bill. friendly...the receptionist offerred my baby an orange and made her happy. 😊 a little coffee station, something is better than nothing. Pleasent experience.

Did not put my air or cabin filter back in after taking them out to check them. Over filled oil. Left the cover to cabin filter box off laying on my passenger seat.After finding out the next day that i had no air filters and oil was over filled i called the establishment. The person who answered knew exactly who i was and claimed she tried to call me to let me know they failed to replace my filters. LIES !!!!!! And even if you did i would have continued calling or left a message.Screw Jiffy Lube !!! Will never return and will not reccomend to anyone !!!!!!!

First in bay but a commercial truck came in so they dropped mine and worked on the truck. I do d not get air filter from them, had one at hm. They put my air filter in backwards and didnt latch the case. Oily fingerprints all over the hood. Would not have recommend.

We had a better service this time compared to my last review with a 1 star. We came in for a vehicle inspection and was attended to promptly. After insurance check, the testing was done while we waited in the lobby. The only deficiency was that the didnt have synthetic oil for my truck at that time to do an oil change while I was getting the inspection done. Based on the staff, there is a shortage of Pennzoil oil and no definite time to have it back. So I didnt have a good answer as to when to come back for service.,.,

They have HIDDEN FEES they DONT tell you about up front. At the end some young girl didnt even know how to reset the oil light! That is the MOST BASIC KNOWLEDGE you should have to work there. Its just a bunch of young kids who dont care and are just there for a pay check.

The pics say it all.....80 degrees in the customer waiting area.....no water in the cooler.... How can you allow your customers to suffocate like this? Oh and by the way the big boss is here today(9/8/2016), I will assume he is the owner....Well, this explains how he feels about his customers. Its very true when they say it starts from the top...one customer mentioned it was hot in here to an employee, the employee responded its hot everywhere.....really???..OK conclusion, I will not be returning.

The service was great, but the waiting room was overly warm and uncomfortable.

I had a service done but they damaged one of the parts of the car.They didnt even have the courtesy of waiving the service fee to compensate for what now I will have to spend to buy the part that was damaged. I will not be going to this place anymore. The guys that work here used to be good but that is no longer the case.

I have been coming to Jiffy Lube for a while now and I continually get great service. They are honest in suggesting when I need to service something. I have never felt that they were trying to make sales! Great team here!!

I usually change my own oil, but I did not have time to do so recently so I took it in to this Jiffy Lube. All seems good, then a week later I realize a bad leak under my truck. It turns out the oil filter was on so loose that it would have fell off with one more turn, which would have messed my vehicle up. I will not be coming back.

This was my first time coming here and I was already kind of indifferent about the price of a traditional oil change but, I figured let me go ahead and give it a try being that it was close to my home. Let me first start off by saying NEVER AGAIN! This was an almost $70 basic oil change and I left with no windshield wiper fluid and just this morning I got an alert from car saying 2 of my tires were low on pressure so that means they did not check the things that they were originally suppose to check even after I specifically asked for them to check my tires. I can only pray nothing else will pop up on my alert screen. For $70 I expect everything to be A1. I will not be returning.

Marcus the manager had an sooo much attitude when assisting me. When he was completely wrong about the situation. Yup. WRONG. The audacity. They broke the bottom of my car and I am in the process of doing a claim. If Marcus wouldn’t of been so disrespectful to begin with I might of had more sympathy.

I usually wouldnt leave a review for an oil change place but these guys went above and beyond! Apparently the last place I went stripped my drain plug, these guys spent probably an hour and a half getting it off, even grabbing a personal tool from home to pry it loose! Probably saved me $1,000+ in repairs had it not come out. 10 out of 10 will be back!

Raeann was super nice and WAY fast! I barely had time to sit down and they called me up to tell me all of the results from the tests they run. Very realistic with their customers. Have great tips, including the free checks and top offs they do at jiffy.

I routinely get oil change and tire rotation services at my local spot. Always quick, friendly service, and eager to assist. As long as I keep getting tire rotations there, I can get free air put in my tires whenever I need it. If I bring some parts in myself, like air filters, they will install along with the other services at no extra charge.

Asked for a regular high mileage oil change and when I picked it up was told I was given full synthetic oil change which I did not ask for and charged $100 minus a $20 coupon. Have never felt so ripped off in my life. Beware!

Had a great experience this morning. The team there was very efficient and thorough in getting me in and taken care of. I did notice the price of the oil change service was $18 more than a year ago but I was in and out so fast it didn’t bother me as much if I had waited for hours like at the local dealership.

I always feel great about bringing my car here! Have never been treated with anything else but the utmost courtesy, and havent been sold any part or service I didnt need. Also, last time I was there, I just needed a headlight replaced... Turns out they had a bulb that some other customer had bought but wasnt right for their car, and so I received a new headlight free of charge! They didnt even charge me for the service (which yes, I know its an easy fix but as someone who doesnt know how to change the bulb, that service is worthwhile for me.) Happy customer here, and Ill be back!

Went there for an inspection. Theres a heavy set guy with glasses that works there. He really acts like he hates his job. One person can really ruin your experience, I tell ya. The moment I pulled up, got out of the car, he met me and he just stood there looking at me. He had attitude for days, like man, if youre gonna have RBF and attitude to match, just quit! Anyway, I didnt have to wait long. -1 for the unpleasant employee that they need to get rid of. 4 stars to Eric for getting me with an expensive add-on sale (headlight restoration) that I didnt need for my 2003 vehile! Ha!
