Great service, both times I have been here service has been great. They always let you know if there is a wait time. But then again I always call ahead. I also recommend the road hazard package. Pay for it’s self when you live in the city.

Did not want to do alignment because mechanic wanted to leave early. 5 hours before they even closed.

This place is never open on time. I have tried at least 5 times within the last 2 months. This past week they even had a worker quit that morning, so I was forced to go to another location (Bay Area). The lady working at the front didnt even bother telling the guy waiting with me, who had an appointment set, about them not being open until I started talking to him. NTB is a great company, but this location needs an overhaul.

Bought new tires this morning the salesman was very helpful after I asked a lot of questions. I would just say dont expect for your customer to know all about tires sometimes you have to simplify information for them. Service was very timely. When I checked out the salesman handed me the the lug key, that they took upon them self to find in my glove box. The salesman stated they are required to hand it back to the customer. If thats the policy then why didnt they ask me for it when I gave them the keys to start with, it slipped my mind that they needed it. However when I got in my truck my glove box was left open and riffled thru. I went back in the shop to notify the salesman and the storefront was empty, walked around the building to the shop and asked the tech why he left my glovebox that way, I was told he left things the way he found them. NOT OK. I can understand that he need the tool to get the tires off, I never left the property, why did he not just ask me to get it. At the least be respectful and leave things the way you found them. I guess I should have known something was off when I went there and no one was waiting. And Discount tire down the street had a line out the door. Someone needs to teach these boys some respect for others property.

They had excellent customer service. The staff was extremely friendly, they even made me laugh. The service was very fast and efficient. It only took me about 15 minutes to get two tires changed. The prices are great! I ordered two more tires and they came in today in less than 24 hours.

This use to be our place to go for tires, oil changes, etc. Something definitely changed, last 2 times, had appointment, get there, couldn’t take me, due to 1 excuse or another reason. 3 Technicians where in the bay talking, with 1 car inside. My name was on the board, shown the employee it, even though I was early. She turned me away. Will NEVER GO BACK, in fact, I’m telling everyone not to go there.

Bought four Michelin tires and the District Manager seen they were very busy and came to the counter to help me. WOW. His knowledge and precision to speak on the products and know the exact details without looking at the screen was amazing. I trusted him and felt good about my tire buying purchase.

This place is a joke, scheduled an appointment just to drive all the way across town and no one even be at the location. Called others in the area and all of them were open no issues. Save your time and effort and go somewhere else.

This place used to be great. Something has changed however because now the mechanics either are liars or grossly incompetence. They said the repairs would cost 1800$$.... I took it to a different mechanic and he told me that NTB put my belt on wrong. He fixed the squealing and charging issues and it only cost me 65$. Wow. Definitely get a second opinion.

All 4 of my tires were bad on my car! I took it in for an oil change as usual. They must have switched all the staff up around there. The new guy at the front said that all of my tires were fine, but I was curious because its been a while. 1 week later I have a freaking blow out, so I decided to take it to Discount to make sure all my tires where fine and they were all bad. The tech even showed me where the damage was.

Service was quick! In and out within 20 minutes with a new tire.

I was told I was only gonna pay $163 to change all 4 tires on a toyota corolla. On my way out, i end up paying $362.32! Its pricey and it is not exactly what they advertise!!!! The two stars I gave was because they did change my tires. They need to stick with what they advertise!!!

Friendly atmosphere and complys with the covidvirus regulations. A Clean store when I went in needing tires. I got a great price for my 4 new tires. Very Satisfied.

Not sure how this could have gone any worse. On vehicle No. 1, they put the wrong tires on, scratched the rims of my brand new vehicle from an overzealous tech using the air gun, and lost my valve stem caps. Air pressures ranged from 38 to 58 psi. On vehicle No. 2, they used *bang on weights* on the aluminum wheels, lost the valve stem caps, and didnt bother to give me an alignment sheet to prove they actually did the work. I suppose it could have been worse - if the employees attacked my vehicles with screwdrivers. Otherwise it was a huge mistake and a waste of money.And NO, I will not follow a link posted by the owner to report the problem. This place is terrible.

Was the only vehicle there when I got there did not touch my vehicle for 25 min finally told them I had to be somewhere in the next hour and handed my keys back and said guy just went to lunch won’t be back in time. While there were 4 other guys there working with no vehicles in the shop. They don’t need your money nor do they care. Would not trust them.

Nice clean place, went in for an oil change, alignment and patch a nail hole. Just seemed like they were more interested in selling a new tire even though the nail was in the tread.. walked out with new store brand tire instead of the alignment which I still need.. the gentleman was pleasant enough and gave me a few discounts.. Ill return there for the alignment next month when I get paid again..

Sales associate was very knowledgeable and the mechanic got my vehicle out in reasonable time. The manager was very polite and made sure I was welcomed as I entered the store and as I departed. Will be coming back again!

The last time I was here the gentleman who helped me was rude and my car wasnt labeled correctly of when I should come back and do my oil change.

Went here because the tire pressure light came on in my car. One of the employees put air in each tire then told me I had a nail in one tire. I then asked could it be fixed and he told me no and that I needed a new tire. I said ok and was walked inside to the service desk. I was shown different tires and the employee tried to get me to buy 4 new tires. I felt like something was fishy so I left and went to another tire shop. There I was told that the tire could be fixed, and was fixed for free. Long story short the people at NTB are liars and try to get over on females coming in assuming we don’t know what’s going on.

I have had bad experiences here in the past so I typically went to the other location. I had a nail in my tire at 7:15 on a Friday night. We were leaving town at 6am the next day for a funeral five hours away.I called the store and they said to bring it on in.I had a tire with me that had been in my garage for a while I wanted installed. They put it on and it had a hole in it. Of course it couldn’t be repaired. Thankfully they had two tires in stock.Henry the manager is a great guy and very personable. Hopefully NTB treats him right and doesn’t run him off. Adam and Weldon were the two employees that stayed late to put the tires on. I have had horrible experiences With past managers since Sheldon left.You might try out this location again if you haven’t as the experience is a lot better than it used to be!

Dropped my car off for an oil change as normal. Was called two hours later and told that they cant do my oil change because I have a check engine light on and my engine sounded bad. Note that theyve changed it here before with the check engine light on, and its posted nowhere online or in store that you cant have a light on. Picked the car up. Engine sounded normal. I went down the street to Jiffy Lube where they have people who seem to understand how cars work. Wont be back. Always an issue.

Run, dont walk away from this place. Came in to get the front brakes checked, no problem, theres no wait, mechanics dont really have anything going on right now. That turned out to be not quite the case because they parked our car out back, where it stayed for an hour. I walked by and checked every once and a while, and finally asked if they had looked at the brakes. He came back with a recommendation that I (wait for it) replace the rotors, pads, and rear drum brakes, for the low, low price of $600+ dollars. Im fairly certain they never even looked at the brakes, and just said to replace everything to get some extra money. I tried to politely get my car back and leave, which took another 10 minutes. The front desk guy took forever to do everything, would go from one customer to the next and forget what he was doing.I talked to some other customers who had similar experiences, one lady had been waiting for 3 hours, another guy was rudely treated by the store manager explaining how the new registration stickers work. The place was unprofessional, and Im fairly certain they never diagnosed the problem with my brakes, just recommended a blanket replacement of all brakes and rotors, and even this disingenuous bill of work took forever to produce.Avoid at all costs.Update: went to another brake place right down the road the next weekend and got the problem quickly fixed for $150. NTB was going to charge me $600, you do the math.

I went here with the $19.99 oil change coupon they offer. Services are to include up to 5 quarts, oil filter, rotate tires, brake inspection, and top off wiper fluid. Not sure why, but I received 3.5 quarts of oil, and none of the other services offered were given. I was there waiting on my car, which took more than 2 hours, and when it was ready nobody let me know.

Great staff and quick service! I had a leak in my tire and they took my car as a walk in. They told me it might take 2 hours (since they had 2 cars in front of me) But thankfully it only took an hour. Super friendly staff and great customer service!

Quick and efficient service! Our battery was completely dead and they let us tow it to their shop the night before and leave it in the parking lot to service the next day. They kept us in the loop! They were very knowledgeable and very nice. We will be using their business in the future!

I recently had a second attempt at this location with much success. The new management is a positive change. The staff up front was friendly. My flat tire had a hole over a quarter of an inch in diameter but was patched within an hour and balanced as well. Israel was very helpful and won my business!

Went for an oil change..called me and told me it needed a new serpentine belt. I decided to do it myself. When I did the Job myself there was Nothing wrong with the the belt! No cracks, no breaks, and still looked new. I examined it very closely. So because of this I dont longer trust them with anything but an oil change

I had to get some warranty work done on my SUV so I took it to the NTB store at 9605 Broadway St in Pearland, Tx. I was greeted warmly, but once I said I had some warranty work the guy behind the counter whole facial expression changed. I was told there was a 2 hour or more wait even though the was only 1 car in the bay and 1 person ahead of me. I left because of the quoted wait time. I drove to the 1505 Broadway location (just down the street) I was greeted immediately and the warranty work was completed within 45 minutes. This location was more professional and worth the wait. Hats off to the crew at NTB 1505 Broadway in Pearland Tx.

Great store, and lots of great help. Ive been in there several times for different repairs and every time Chase has taken care of me. He explains whats wrong, what needs to be fixed and takes care of it, and always has it out on time. Hes the reason this store will always have me as a customer.

4 years and 8 months ago I bought Alignment package for 5 years. I took my car here a few weeks ago for alignment and the guy named Israel help me. Israel asked for my phone number i gave it to him and he pulled up my account and name. (Remember that I have free alignment for next 3 or 4 months) he looks at me and asked me if I wanna buy alignment and I was like oh no I have alignment, I already bought it for 5 years. He tells me do you have your receipt? (seriously you gonna ask receipt from 4 and half years ago) He was thinking I would say no and he would charge me again, who keeps their receipt from 4 years ago. But luckily I had a copy of the receipt and I gave it to him. He was like oh because it doesnt show it in the computer... anyway long story short after an hour he calls me and tells me that my car need new shock and new control arm. I didnt take my car to be checked and get coat for something that I dont need. Basically he didnt want to do alignment for me. Dont take your car here, they try to take your money and try not to do the work.

We drop our truck off for an oil change, and everythings good. 2 hours later we get a call stating that they cannot change the oil due to having to many oil leaks. REALLY!!! THE TRUCKS STOCK, AND 20 YEARS OLD!!! This location was great when they opened, but seem to have new management every other week, and keep getting worse with every change.

I arrived @6:30 on a Thursday and they were short staffed. Israel was the one counter person, and just 2 techs available. Rotate only took just over an hour (I was told it might be an hour and a half pending walk ins and phone calls as Israel would need to take care those people... That he would go out and do the rotate for me)I was there the previous day @3pm and an oil change took an hour and a half when they had 2 on counter and at least 3 in shop.I guess they are trying to staff with better employees, and so it is taking awhile to get everything running smooth and quick. Future visits I will definitely have an appointment.

After a horrible experience at another NTB location I went here and had exceptional service. Was in and out within 40 minutes and no appointment was needed as opposed to another location. Very helpful and knowledgeable employees.

Been going here for years always been top notch treatment. If something is not right just tell one of the managers and they always make it right.

The service manager Gary Craft was excellent, told me what needed to be done and what could wait. Helped bring the cost down and was quick to look at my truck. Great personal service.

Even though they are short handed, they are still taking care of business

They were the only place that had the tire I needed and it was priced fairly and they put it on really quickly. However, they scraped the plastidip of my rims because they didnt put the lubricant on them before installing the new tire. They also didnt clean off the white stuff that sticks on the tire to hold a seal while they fill it up so it stained after sitting for awhile.

Very happy with the customer service and work. Had the pleasure to work with Gary and Doug on getting my AC replaced. They did what they could to keep the cost to a minimum (I was pleased with the discounts) and the AC blows great cold air now!

Came in to get 4 new tires, called ahead to make sure it wouldnt take to long. Told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. Ended up taking 3 hours. Techs started leaving for the day and the manager was the one changing my tires between phone calls and other customers. 3 weeks later I am back to get a tire replaced due to a bad nail. This time I set an appointment for 7 am. I was here at 6:55 am. It is now 8:30 and they are still not finished changing 1 tire. At one point 3 of the techs were standing around my tire while it was on the balance machine, machine was open and not in operation.Go to a different location, or even a different company. I will definitely use a different company once I am off the hook with NTB for all the tire related services tied to my new tires.

Made appointment for a oil change, was there 2 1/2 hours was told it would take about 45 minutes. When I finally found someone to check on my car, he came back and told me my tires were too bad to drive on. I had already told the guy that I kew I needed new tires when I checked in so I thought that maybe there was a bubble or there was tread coming loose. All it was was what I had already told them. No one came out to say anything to me just left me sitting there forever. Im wondering how long they would have let me sit there if I hadnt finally found someone to ask about my car. I wont be going back not to mention the price for the tires was outrageous. Sorry NTB you lost a customer.

I would this this place 0 stars if possible. First off buy a new tire and it constantly is losing air. After changing tire and Bring it back days later they look at it, say nothing is wrong and airs it back up.i put tire back on. Bring it back in after changing tire again and young kid looks at me and tells me tire is not under warrant. I bought this tire 6 days ago it constantly losing air. He looks at it airs it up says not leaking air. Take it home 2 days later same. After 4 times took it to local tire shop. Valve stem leaking 10 dollars later tire no longer leaks. Never will give you business again and shredded your card. Discount Tire from now on.

Ive been here a few times for tires and such. The last time i was here I was getting the oil changed in my wifes car. I waited for an hour and 45 minutes for it to be done and I had an appointment. The work done was fine it just took too long.

Super customer service! They made me aware a couple months ago that I had a problem with a rim and that I needed to purchase a new one. After I purchased my rim, I brought it in and had them replace my tire as well. Even though they were really busy and warned me it could take an hour and a half to complete, they were done in 30 min! They went over the cost of the new tire with me in advance and assured me if anything changed we would discuss a cost before proceeding. The tire cost what they said it would and they did the job quickly, and with a smile. This is the only place I go for tires, tire rotation, new tires!

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! I have never been treated so horribly in a customer service environment. I was sent here by the NTB off Gulf Freeway (which is awesome and took GREAT care of me), to swap out a battery under warranty because Gulf Freeway didnt have it in stock. When I arrive here, they said I need the vin number of the vehicle, and the miles. Then they come out with this was the wrong battery. That I need to pay the difference for the new and correct one. HOLD UP! I dont have to do anything. YOU as NTB should take responsibility, fix the problem and make sure the customer is happy and taken care of. That is the complete opposite. You were rude, you said it wasnt Pearlands problem and you couldnt help. Well guess what? NTB Gulf Freeway helped. You should be ashamed and have to take a class on customer service.

Dont go to this place, worst customer service on the planet! Went in 35 minutes before they were going to close on a Sunday because we found 2 leaking valve stems on the wheels of my daughters vehicle, and she had to leave at 5am the next morning. Shop was near empty, had 2 cars in it, but they told me they couldnt get to it and that they only had one service tech in the shop. They couldnt have cared less about my situation, and its nothing new for that location, long history of poor service & mechanics. Had an alignment done there on my truck once, and it was worse than when I took it in. Stay away from this place!

Ive been here a few times and have never had great service. I believe their issue is that they are too busy. They have forgotten about my vehicle; left parts off my vehicle; tires dont last long, etc....I used to get all my work done and have since stopped coming here. My money is better spent going somewhere else. They dont even make an effort to satisfy a dissatisfied customer.

Came to this NTB to purchase new tires with alignment around evening time. They got my truck in and Adam started taking care of business But then he got call for another complicated job that needed he’s assistance so another guy jumped on my truck but he was frustrated and not really trying wanting to go home so then Adam took initiative jumped back on my truck kicking butt knocked off all wheels mounted and balanced in less than 20 mins along with alignment. He’s a hard working men worked from 8am -8pm non stoped I recommend this location for customer service and thanks to Adam.

They over charge me in the middle of a pandemic the thing about it is...my step father was charged 20$ for his oil change & they tried to charge me 80$ but went down to 56$ mind you we have the same car smh

The slowest service ive experienced on getting a patch and rotate. One guy working and 2 guys playing on their phones. Ive been here for 2 hrs now and the guys still refuse to help and continue using their phones. If my tires werent off Id leave!!!

Courteous and helpful but very poorly managed. The shop workers are extremely slow and unmotivated. Plan on waiting a long time. I used to do this kind of work. I would have been fired for working so slow. Quality is acceptable. Price is on the high side.

I wish I could give negative stars. After trying multiple times to replace tires, finally able to yesterday. They kept not honoring appointments. Well, after finally having the time to sit around for hours yesterday, despite having an appointment, I finally got it done. Driving home, basically every warning light related to tires and traction control and steering were on, now Im forced to have to go back there and they are so horrible, Im trying to decide if Id rather just pay to get whatever the messed up fix rather than have them try to fix it. Stay away from here. Truly horrible.

Customer service was awesome. I asked them to check my breaks. I needed new ones but wanted to get another estimate so they gave me the work order AND showed me what to look for on worn break pads. I will probably be returning to them very soon.

Told 2 hour wait!! to replace defective battery purchased 10 months ago!!. NTB does not have quality customer service. Overheard other desk person tell customer they were not that busy. I guess it depends if they like u or not. Have been customer for years but started to notice 2 years ago they did not seem to care. The downtown location always worked great.. the rest have no work energy. After today no longer will be an NTB customer. Lastly a number of friends said they did not use them anymore. Too many other competitors to choose from with better cost and seemingly happier employees.NTB needs an undercover boss makeover..

Very bad and unprofessional. I went in to get some steering parts put on and get an alignment the mechanic told me it would take 4 hours to do then do the alignment which cost almost 500 dollars even tho I brought the parts with me (Im a mechanic just didnt feel like doing it) so I told him Im just going to do it my self and come back for the alignment later. They said OK and put my name on the list for later. When I got there at just before 7pm the guy at the counter said let me make sure he is still here and when he came back the mechanic was with him saying I cant do it today I dont have time Im working on another car (when there was one car in the shop and 4 other people sitting around not working) he kept saying just bring it back tomorrow I told him I couldnt but he just kept saying come back tomorrow then he was talking down to me like I was stupid and didnt know what I was talking about saying that you did the tierod ends and its going to be way off even tho my truck drove perfectly straight down the road. And he just walked away so I walked out saying thats a good way to keep customers and left. So I am never going back there again.

My tire rotation and wheel alignment were completed relatively on time, only about 20 mins over the estimate. But, I was kept informed throughout, so it was a pleasant experience. Ill return to this location in the future.

I bought a warranty on a tire that was garbage then if you use the warranty they charge you for mounting and installing the replacement tire I mean why buy a warranty if your only going to prorate the tire four months later I wont be patronizing NTB ever again go to discount tire there prices are better and they treat you with understanding.
