Had a great experience with John (store manager) recently. Very professional, knowledgable and honest. Went in for tires and instead of trying to sell me 4 when I needed two, he was very honest and said I really only needed two. Much appreciated. Highly recommend you consider this location if you are in Pearland.

My 2016 Dodge Dart was not working where my car had to be towed there. Firestone did a fantastic job at communicating with me which was Vincent and the young lady who worked with him that day letting me know what was going on how everything was going. They were able to fix half the problem but they did not stop there a gentleman named Vincent went the extra mile to call Firestone in a different city to help me get my car fixed. They contacted me with towing letting me know when the tow truck came and picked up my car, and when it left there store and the other Firestone’s called me letting me know when they got my car. They also called and informed me about the process of them taking care of my car. I am supper grateful for the ones that were there on 9-10-21 they are all amazing.

Took my truck in for a scan for ABS light, and a tire rotation. Was told the cause and rotation was complete just fine. When I picked my truck up, my power running boards on both sides of the truck quit working. The manager and tech both said they didn’t work when they got it and thought “it was weird”. But video showed them that day to be working just fine. The problem is that the manager, and employees, had no concern or care to attempt to make it right in any way. I was told “it’s electrical, it can go out at any time” and that it’s not their problem. “Bring it back another time and we may be able to look at it”. It was a simple fix that I had to do on my own, that was caused by the code reader, but the fact is they showed no care or responsibility in any level. Also, made an appointment at 9, and was told it’ll be “a few hours before they can get to it”. What’s the point of the appointment then?

I arrived for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The staff informed that it would be a lengthy wait. After two hours of patiently waiting it does not appear I received the services I paid for. One of my tires has distinctive paint stains and is in the same location.

Worst customer service went in at 6pm (they close at 7pm) and they said they weren’t taking any more customers and they only had 2 cars and all I needed was an oil change. So never going back!

I scheduled an appt. for 09/05/2021 for new tires online. I opted to pay at location. Prior to showing up, I stopped by the Discount Tire a few yards away and applied for credit and I was approved. I was also given a way better price on a new set of Michellin tires.Anyways, I had a heart ache since Ive been with Firestone for many years so in order to keep my loyalty from many years, I went to this location near Pearland Parkway and a lady was there at the front desk. This is the exact location where I scheduled my appt.I gave her my name and phone number and asked what Ill be paying for my tires after she looked me up. According to her, it was going to be about $840 dollars minus a $40 discount. According to her I was going to end up paying about $800 when my online quote was about $600 for a set of Firestone Destination LE3s.I was so disgusted with the lies that I immediately told her to cancel my appt. and that I was going to take Discount Tires tires. She acted like she didnt care and thats fine with me.I wouldve stayed with Firestone in a heart beat if she wouldve at least try. Although my tires will take about 3 days to get here, Ill wait and move my business to Discount Tire.If this type of issues and lack of customer service continue to happen, I see Firestone losing way more business.

My experience was great. I scheduled an alignment online the previous night and the next morning received a phone call confirming the appointment. I arrived on time and my vehicle was taken in for service soon after. Lilian told me it would take about an hour wait and sure enough, an hour later my vehicle was ready. Lilian explained the results of the alignment clearly. My experience with this Firestone location and my interaction with Lilian was so great that I am considering opening an account with Firestone.

Great customer service and gave me a good deal on 2 tires. 4 stars because I needed a plug on an older but good tire and was referred to a mom and pop shop because of the location of nail. A tire shop is a tire shop and it comes off as a sales tactic to either buy their tire or hit the road.

I just cant stand someone parking in a handicap space when its not necessary.(Company truck for Firestone) After waiting for almost 5 hours for front brake replacement I was told it would be 2 more hours before the materials were delivered and another 2 hours to install. Ive been coming here for over 10 years and the service has gone down hill. This will be my last visit to Firestone. The credit options were a big part of my continued patronage.

You know its little things that make all the difference ..Check out the picture below. They cant be bothered to take the old sticker off ? And they cant be bothered to write the date due or mileage ?? This was after they didnt want to do a state inspection because it was rainy ? They didnt want to do it yesterday because the computer was down .. anyways after going back two days in a row and getting there right when they open with no one else there it still took two hours for one oil change and 1 inspection.Never again.

I had my GMC Denalis tires rotated there. $25. I find out my tire pressure sensors cant be reset without a tool. I go back to have it done and the manager says that will be an extra charge. Never brought it up when I first asked for the rotation. I would not let these guys change a bicycle tire now.

Im going to have to give the Pearland Pkywy Firestone location a 4 rating because the customer service agent did not follow through on what I requested. I was disappointed with the service he provided (after spending hundreds of dollars). However I must give lots of accolades to the Service manager. I when told her about the issues she promptly corrected the issues and even gave me a special bonus for my next visits. So she reversed what would have been a very low score. Thank you maam.

Tried to drop off a fleet truck for alot of work. The staff kicked me out for not having a mask on said I couldnt drop the vehicle off if I didnt have the mask on so no problem going to NTB instead. They can have the 2-3k that this location didnt want.Update- after I left went to Goodyear/ West Pearland tire and auto 7402 Broadway St, Pearland, TX 7758. Not only were they at the desk when I walked in (no waiting in an empty lobby like I did at Firestone) but they were extremely polite courteous and had a shuttle that ran me home while I waited for all the work to be done. I am thankful that the Firestone was so awful otherwise I wouldnt have found this much better place. We are even going to take the wifes Tahoe in for some items that need to be addressed today as well. So thats 2 trucks the Firestone will miss out on today although it didnt seem like any of the staff at Firestone wanted to be working in the first place, maybe thats why they try to run everyone off.

Over priced and did not complete the service. When you get a oil change they top off your fluids ex. Windshield washer fluid. They changed the oil and that’s it. When I called back to notify them she told me I’m lying. Horrible service. And bad attitudes

Horrible rip off five days before Christmas. Charged me $108 labor to replace 2 bulbs in my tail lights (one of which I didnt even ask for). Never told me before hand that it was going to be $54 per bulb. These people are THIEVES.

Best Firestone Ive been to. Had to get my tires patched twice and they honored the warranty without any hassle. This time, I thought I needed a tire replaced because a screw was lodged close to the edge. They had a new tire delivered to their location but they were able to fix my tire at no charge instead of selling me a new tire. Its hard to find honesty like that anymore. Good stuffEdit: feb. 5th 2021( 11 months later) brake pads and several repairs later to my work truck, I finally need 4 new tires. Since I have been rotating my tires frequently with them at no charge, they honored my warranty and discounted the price for my new tires. I called other businesses nearby but they couldnt beat the price. If you stay on top of maintenance on your vehicle, even the lifetime alignment, they help you out a lot. They really help you out here.

Stay away from this place they are either incompetent or crooked. Took it for an estimate on the front end of my dodge ram and then fixed all the issues from said estimate and took it for an alignment when all of a sudden there was something not from the initial 2 and a half hour estimate. Not to mention that I got the parts for more than half of what they claimed those parts costs. They did nothing but try to inflate the costs from the word go.

Do not bring your vehicle to this place. They do not know how to properly diagnose a vehicle. From what I can tell is they never pulled the starter to test it after telling me they did. When I took the starter off there was no signs that the starter had been removed before. All they do is replace parts at your expense until the vehicle starts working again. Even if there is nothing wrong with the parts, they remove them and replace them and tell you to pay for it. If you have thousands of dollars to throw away or you just want new parts in you vehicle even though the parts are fine then this is your kind of auto shop. These guys have as much knowledge of mechanical work as a kid in junior high. Again do not bring your vehicle here they will just drain you of money and lie to you the whole time.

First Rate Costumer ServiceBased on my personal need it was obvious they were looking out for my best interest.First I needed tires for my high end car at a future date. 4 different team members went way beyond the call of duty to accommodate me, especially since it was not an emergency, and there was no guarantee that I was going to purchase anything . After the first member helped, I decided to become a customer for life. So I brought my low end car in.We discussed tires/wheels/used tires/ side wall differences/ overall diameters/ traction treads/breaking traction and tire quality.The team members were very knowledgeable about all things related to tires.I said, I want 4 new tires. Shop hand said there is nothing wrong with this one. And then told me options of what I could do with it. He also explained each and every wear pattern on my other three tires.It is obvious this team is not out to make a quick buck, but customer service is first. Any tire I need from here on out, will be bought at this location including my next four that I need next week.

Unethical practices - dont come here. I got my car inspected here, they made up false reasons to fail me. I go to another shop, I passed. They failed me to sell me on their products. ex. I had just gotten new windshield wipers, and they said mine werent any good and gave me a suggested invoice of $248 for wipers and other things to buy at their shop to have it fixed. unmoral and despicable. do the right thing guys..just be honest.

Firststone is known to be expensive. But they really don’t provide anything exceptional to justify their pricing. This location in particular is a place to avoid. If their system is down, you don’t get your car. They don’t have a back-up system for payments. Even restaurants have the old school method. Because they want to get paid and they know you can just walk out if they don’t have a way to pay other than cash. But Firestone HAS YOUR KEYS. So I guess they don’t feel the need to cater. This puts their reputation on the line tho, as their poor ratings show. Jiffy Lube and Discount Tire offer better repair services.

I put one star just to give a review. Otherwise I would give negative stars. The service is slow and the employees appear to spend more time standing around than work and on cars. I took my car in for an oil change and after an hour I looked and saw no employees working on my car. After two hours I looked at my car and it was not being worked on.The manager saw me looking and said they are finished, and come in and he would get me on my way.The managers attitude was nonchalant with a smirk on his face. I wonder if they actually changed the oil. Ive been going there for years and now it appears they have a new manager. A new manager that lacks a positive work ethic, as he was turning away customers stating that there would be a 2-3 hour wait just to get a car in a bay. Ill not return to that location and go to Goodyear or any other auto shop.Adios firestone.

I walked in to price some tires and the technician showed me basic, mid, and top tier tire prices side by side so I could make an informed decision. The price also included mount and balance, which most places dont do. I was able to pay for the tires and related services on Friday and scheduled an appointment to come in Saturday. It took about 2 hours to get my tires replaced. There was a tv, coffee, and magazines to keep me busy while I waited. I highly recommend this shop.

Really nice. No pressure, polite salesmen. The prices are good and they dont insist on a full inspection expensive package like some other oil change places. They have a waiting room with a DVD player and movies for children as well as toys. That is a life saver for my crew. I go there and trust their recommendations.

We went here for an inspection. Our car failed even though we went to have it serviced prior to inspection. We went back to the place that serviced us and they said there was nothing wrong with our car breaks. I went to three other places, they all said the same thing, nothing wrong. So I went back and told the man at this Firestone. I even had documents from the other places I went to. He still refused to pass my car. I ended up going to another location and paying for another inspection. Never go back to this place again.

1000 for a brake job. Why? Because they said they have to take the whole rear axle apart to turn the rotors. Here’s the thing. All they had to do was tell me about an “on car lathe” which they should have. Other service centers do. Terrible. Unethical. Ridiculous. I consider myself to be a pretty savvy consumer. They almost talked me into it. Don’t use this place.

I have no problem with the staff personally, but they need more people. Ive been here waiting for 4 hours, just for a check up on my brakes. Whoever is hiring needs a reality check, its no wonder the turnover is so high. If you must come in, arrive before 7am.

I came in at 6:01 this evening to have to tires replaced to go to a funeral in another state. When I came in it 6:01, by the way the website says they close at 7:00 p.m., the Young man told me that they could not service my vehicle because I only had one technician. When did Firestones staffing problems become my problem? I explained to the young man that on their website it says they close at 7. It said nothing about refusing service at 6. If I could rate the them below a one star i would.... I do not recommend this business to anybody. I would take every measure to stay away from Firestone Complete auto care in Pearland....

Got there and waited in a empty lobby, until a mechanic finally pointed me out. I needed a oil change and tire rotation, the service writer said about 1 hour and that he was waiting on a tire, and I was next in line. So at least 30 minutes goes by and they call me and say they are still waiting on the tire and that now my service may take 2-2,5 hrs. I said no I want the truck back. When I picked up my keys, I said why didnt someone drop the oil and rotate my tires while you waited on that tire? The service writers response was that its not that simple. I didnt realize that oil changing had become so hard. I did it 30 years ago when I was 16 and worked at jiffy lube. I somehow was able to figure it out. people show up, give money, you change the oil quickly and people leave happy. Shocking concept. In 2.5 hours I could go to jiffy lube and discount tire and still have time to get something to eat.

I feel like perhaps the other reviewers have the wrong location? I have been taking my car to this place for about a year and a half now and Ive always gotten excellent service. I have a lifetime alignment service and theyve never tried to charge me for another alignment, the oil changes have been nice and prompt and I have had to request replacements on optional materials like air filters and windshield wipers, so I know theyre not trying to upsell me. The longest wait Ive ever had is an hour and a half. I go weekday afternoons.

I waited 2.5 hours for them to change 1 tire. There weren’t even many cars there. I even heard an employee tell a customer over the phone that they have a full crew of techs in today. 2.5 hours for 1 tire is unacceptable.

My wife went in to have my alignment fixed on our 2012 Ford Focus. They performed service on it, gave it back to her and she drove around on it all day. I got home later that day and looked at the before and after printouts. They actually made my alignment worse! Ive taken several automotive classes, including brakes/suspension/alignments, so I know what Im looking at. I called them up and asked them to make sure I had the correct printouts... I did. They made the toe almost 3 degrees worse than when I brought it to them, and never adjusted the camber. Having the toe our of spec means extreme tire wear! I asked them to refund the alignment, to which the service manager said they would do. I showed up and asked them to perform a proper alignment on the vehicle. I watched them perform it this time, and the values were brought into specification. They then refused to refund my money since they had performed an alignment on it. I shouldnt have to pay for you to fix something you made worse.I asked for them to have the store manager call me, as I was very unsatisfied with my service. I left my name and number. I still have not gotten a call back and it has been over a month. I will never visit this location again. Discount tire is next door, and will get my business from now on.

First, I want to start by saying that I had visited Firestone - Shadow Creek location to get a lifetime alignment. I attempted to call that same location back to get 4 new tires however despite leaving 3 messaging with a young lady requesting a call back....no one ever return my calls so I ended up calling the other Pearland Firestone which happened to be closer to my house anyway.Needless to say, it must have been an act of fate that I did not receive a call back from the Shadow Creek location because my experience at this Pearland location was totally different in a wonderful kind of way!!Davonna treated me like family from the time she answered the phone and how she handled things during my our initial call. She took her time to ensure I understood every detail of the process from beginning to end. I had to leave to run errands however while I was gone, I received a call from John who just wanted to inform me that Davonna had left for the day and that he would taking over as my POC and then gave me a timeline of completion update! He even mentioned that he saw in the system that I had a lifetime alignment and wanted to see if I wanted them to do a free alignment in combination with the other services? Of course, my answer was, Yes. He then went on to tell me that he and his head servicemen had taken the initiative to put the spare but under my truck for me so I would not have to do it myself! I was overjoyed and to say that I am satisfied with the services received is an understatement!I was actually kind of stressed at the unexpected idea of having to buy 4 new tires and more all at once however the staff at this location really made the load lighter to bare. After I got my oil changed this is what I found on my drive way, I took my car back and they refuse to help me telling me I need a new oil pan and the screw on this oil pan is stripped, the manager was not on sight, the person on the counter was texting him to see how to handle the situation, at no point did I speak to the manager, there was a manager from a different location she tried to help me but it wasnt her store, so she was in able to help . she spoke to Manger on phone and told him the tech did not ad the gasket to the bolt and then went to speak in private, she came back and send that he told her that even if they add gasket it wont make a difference. And yes my car is still looking oil.

Check your oil level before you leave thee store. Had the wifes done last week, I checked it today and its a qt low. Had mine done back in February, both new vehicles so no leaks and mine doesnt even show on the stick.

I have been going to this facility for years for my tires.....went in other day to get 2 new tires on front, all fine and dandy...then they tell me I need inner and outer tie rod ends on front drivers side and suggested the lower ball joint for that same side....my estimate for this work was 671.00 ....started calling around and looking on line for the parts and to begin with the part number they quoted me on was for a pre runner or 4 wheel drive.....Inner 68.00, outer 83.00.... My Tpyota taco as is a base Tacoma neither a pre runner or a 4 wheel drive.....the right parts only cost me 27.99 for outer and 19.99 for inner for same brand Moog....they were quoted me higher prices and not made for my model...second the same lower ball joint they wanted 158.00 and I got for 37.99 from Moog and that mark up was crazy.....so their parts added to abot 300.00 and I got for 100.40... Needless to say I was livid and called them, their explain was well there is some mark up and we dont know where the parts come from..WH?......wrong answer for me....I have a mechanic in Manvel that will let me buy my own parts and he will charge labor only...Been in bussiness for over 25 years...his labor was only 225.00...now these parts I got have lifetime warranty and so did Firestone but not at that price....so Firestone quoted me 671.00 for their mistake, another wanted 782. And my guy with me getting my own parts cost me 325.00....Firestone is a rip off as far as work being done with them....I have invoices with wrong part for my vechicle that they wanted to Collect, them the 158 for a 37 dollar ball joint is outrageous.....please find another mechanic if they find or say they find something else is wrong with your vechicle, here is an example......

I called to set up a time for tire installation on Monday around lunch and was told they could not find my tires. Called back @ 2pm and was told they found them in a back room but they were very busy and it was best to bring them back tomorrow before 7:30 a.m. I agreed and asked as long as it could be done by 9 a.m. Needless to say I show up and they have no information on me or my tires and tell me its going to be 3 or 4 hours. I completely planned my day around this and now I am stuck trying to find a ride to a medical appointment I have at 10 a.m. I am so tired of businesses having zero consequences for anything they tell you!!! Unfortunately Im stuck having to get my tires put on here but I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.

I got terrible experience from this place. I replaced my Corolla’s all tire from there. After every 2 nd Friday I go to there for checking air. Every two week I need fill air only one tire, finally they are diagnosed the problem valve core was leaking. They are said to me we are solved that. No more complaints come again. After 2 nd week I saw the same problem. I approach again the Firestone. I get the amazing answer. It due the weather change. I’m wondering. Every 2 nd Friday weather was changed 🤔 and only one tire effect weather change 🤔?Anyway I don’t recommend this place

Went in because of my tire pressure light was on..figured I had a slow leak..instead of checking ALL of the tires.. they only checked the tire I thought was low, said everything was fine, and didnt reset my light..a week later I discovered a nail in a different tire..which couldve been fixed the first time I was there

This is the WORST experience I have everhad! I took my car to them for an oil change state inspection. I had a little bit of condensation in my headlight and they failed my car. My car has always had condensation in the the headlight and it’s always passed...now it’s a safety violation. Both of the headlights work, the lights are bright. There is nothing wrong with my car, the car is only three years old. Now it fails...please. I knew that I should have gone somewhere else when I was sitting in the waiting area listening to them tell ppl who were coming in for oil changes that all of a sudden they needed hundreds of dollars worth of work. They did this with everyone that walked up to the counter. knew it and I stayed. That was my fault. I’m telling EVERYONE that I meet ever that this place is a rip off. They are cheating ppl out of their money here. When I asked for justification the store manager brings me his phone. After waiting for 10 minutes for him to come from behind his little desk in the work area he googles this “violation” and brings me his phone. Are you serious? I’m taking my car to another location and guess what? It’s going to pass. Just like it’s passed for the past three years with the same condensation. But lesson learned. Not only am I never going back to this Firestone but I’m never going back to ANY Firestone. This is ridiculous.If condensation was going to fail my car when the drove my car into the garage they knew they were going to fail my car. Yet still I waited over an hour and had to pay them for an oil change they “already started” when they said I failed. They gave me a quote for an $800 headlight replacement. These ppl are con-artists. This is the kind of place that gives auto repair shops a bad name.

I went in for a routine brake replacement after choosing Firestone over my Dealership or Brake Check/Just Brakes. This I completely regret. The mechanic failed to re-bolt my brakes and I ended up having TWO missing when I drove out. This nearly caused further damage to my wheel and costs me another $300 in repairs after I took it into my Dealership to fix Firestones mistake. Im currently working a deal out with Firestone Customer Service to get a full refund. Heed this warning, do -not- take your vehicle here!!

These people are untrustworthy and thieves. Very disappointed and angry at what they did! Took my nitro to get my tires that we purchased from them replaced. They took more than an 2 hours to replace and somehow they did something to my engine. Because as soon as I left went down the street to Kroger my nitro began to smoke. I had my baby in the car with me and we were stranded because of whatever they did.My engine is now gone because of their greediness and trying to take advantage of a mother with no knowledge about cars or auto services. Please do not take your vehicle to firestone, these people will smile at you and they will ruin your car. They are shady!

Not a huge fan of this store. Ive done business with them twice now on the recommendation of a friend. They are more expensive than Discount Tires right down the road and ive caught them on both occasions trying to do unnecessary up-selling / scare tactics to females ahead of me in line. I switched my business to Discount Tire.

Its 1 thing when you try to up sell, but repetitively trying to take advantage of someone is crazy.This firestone=>Con-artistsWhen I cam in, knew I had a warranty on my tire. The firestone employee looked at my tire and said I would have to buy another one because tread wear is covered under roadside hazard. Then I asked if I had a warranty. He said yea but its not covered. I then corrected him and after a bit, he agreed. Then he said my warranty was expired, I then corrected him by, showing the warranty documentation. After a bit he agreed.My original tire was $70 and was discontinued. So he then tried telling me that I would have to get $120 tire and prorate it 20% according to the warranty.After a bit of arguing, he finally agreed that he should replace my tire with a comparable tire.After you get caught trying to scam a customer once. please do not do it over and over again.

Appointments mean nothing to them. Got pricing on parts and set an appointment to replace headlights and showed up the day of the appointment to find that the parts had not been ordered yet and within the hour I was told it would take no work was actually done.
