I love how they did my mails but I felt very rushed. Didnt really relax much at all and its very expensive. I will say I got one of the best little 5 minute shoulder massage for I think her name was Lauren?

I came here because my mom recommended it to me for a pedicure. I asked for Jennifer and she was SO SWEET! she was very friendly and attentive and gave me the best pedicure I’ve gotten here in Pearland. I felt bad because I was in a rush to get out but she did her best to accommodate me and did such an awesome job. I will definitely be back.

This is my new favorite nail salon! Everyone is so nice and does a good job. I love Theresa she does my finger nails and does a beautiful shape with cute designs. They last for more than 3 weeks and I love that

I spent $100 bucks at this place went back to the same girl to file down and they wanted an additional $10 Not that I can’t pay the &10 but why should I have to ?

I love Ruby Nails! Every time I go I leave happy. Their staff is always nice, quick, and do an amazing job. I highly recommend them!! Even though all the staff is wonderful, I always ask for Sam to do the dip for nails.

I come here with my Mom when I visit to get pedicures and the occasional facial waxing for me. We love it here because they provide excellent service and can always take us no matter how busy they are. The spa pedicures are relaxing and sanitary, and even come with a shoulder and neck massage while your feet are wrapped in wax and hot towels. They always take the full time they say they will. One time we got the 10 minute hot stone massage too and it was wonderful. They always do a great job on the nails, we’ve never had a problem. One time I didn’t wait for the nails to dry and after I got home (we only live a few minutes away) my brother stepped on my foot and all the polish came off. I went back and they immediately redid the nails for free. I also get my eyebrows, lips, and chin waxed here and have had 3-4 different technicians. They always do an amazing job, my eyebrows always come out the same shape I want them in no matter who does them. I exclusively go here for their nail and waxing services, and I recommend everyone else does too!

Best nail salon I have ever been to!!! I have hopped from salon to salon looking for the right fit since i was 18 years old and I never found a place I was satisfied with EVERY time I went until RUBY NAILS!!! Always clean and properly maintained facility... Towels smell amazing!! I love the deluxe pedicures with the arm and shoulder massage! and Vicki does the best work with my nails! She listens to what I want and she never rushes when working with me! Everyone I take in with me or have sent in has had the same experience with this salon and I am so happy I found it! If you have a problem with a service, speak up! They are happy to correct the issue and Vicki will make sure you are satisfied before you leave!

This is THE BEST nail salon I have EVER been to. 3 reasons: amazing long shoulder massage with deluxe pedi, CONSISTENTLY amazing service, and not one person has ever rushed through anything. Even with walk-ins waiting, you get what you came for and then some. Love this place!

Big Time Let Down - I went here because of a friend’s good experience but I was disappointed.1) $45 for an average dip nail job, on my own natural nails, nothing special2) Technicians were pushy trying to up sell extra stuff like most expensive pedi option because of organic sea salt soak and designs on my toes neither of which I wanted3) I wasn’t overly impressed with their cleanliness, the scrubby sponge she used on my feet was so worn out it was thin, how long have they been using it?4) I wear an attached monitor on my arm for diabetes and when she gave me a neck and shoulder massage she was so rough she moved it and didn’t say anything to me, I saw it when I felt a slight sting and a bit of blood when I got home5) I left at 4:30 pm and didn’t put closed toe shoes on until 7:00 pm, and when I took them off the polish was smeared, obviously she gooped it on there since it wasn’t dry 2.5 hours laterI won’t return and I won’t recommend even though they were nice, it isn’t worth it, you can get better for cheaper

Nail color came off same day. Cut cuticles so close started bleeding. To many nail shops to be bothered with this one.

Worst salon I have ever been to. I was left with nail polish on my skin and they forgot to put a clear coat on my entire left hand. Unfortunately, I noticed until I got home. And that demanded a tip. Worst salon ever. Never going back. My nails look so awful.

I was here last Thursday night. I Paid $83 For shellac mani and regular shellac pedi. I was out within 45 minutes. The job they did was horrible. Nails all different shapes, shellac on my skin and all in the cuticle area. On my toes-the shellac color was uneven and top coat ran off into my skin and it just hung off the edge. Just not a good job. I only tipped bc they were nice. I came back in today to get them taken off. After showing them how horrible job they did, they didn’t offer to redo them, On top of all that I had to pay another $10 bc they took them off. I think this is the worse nail salon experience I’ve had.
