My little girl loves to come here. They have adorable chairs for little girls and a lovely ambiance. I want to love this place, but I’m afraid some of the other complaints are true. I end up with bleeding cuticles every time I’ve come and it is unsightly and painful! For this experience with my 21 and 9yo daughters I pay $320 + tip. Are the cute chairs really worth it?

Love this place, she did a beautiful job on my nails. I dont know her name but she was wonderful. Told her I was going on vacation and she took extra time to help choose the perfect color. I will go here whenever I need my nails done, the go to place for beautiful nails.

I requested a “shellac with an overlay!” I expressed that I wanted an ombré look, starting with a neutral color and moving to a pink.My nails are still recovering from immune issues, and I did not want heavy layers on my nails.They kept pointing me to the powder. And after about 5 asks from me regarding, “why they couldn’t do ombré’ with shellac”, I assumed it was a language barrier. I stated that what I am hearing is your professional opinion is that the shellac ombré will not be of the right quality, so I will trust you.I finally relented and agreed to the powder. I reminded them I wanted ombré. I requested ombré no less than a dozen times while there.I paid $20 more than I agreed upon in the phone for a manicure. And, yes, I tipped 20%, cause the nail tech doesn’t speak English and was meticulous in doing as asked by her boss. Not her fault.

I don’t understand how they have good reviews when the service is not great.It was my first time going there ONLY because my original nail place was closed. I went in for a mani pedi and I have a fear of being cut and getting an infection. They kept trying to make me pay for more expensive items, which I wanted a good experience so I was like just give me what I asked for. Next thing you know they started talking running there mouths about me the lady doing my hands was so focused on the conversation that she cut me and just kept going. The work that was done was horrible, I just paid and left. A few days later, my finger is burning on the side. Also, they don’t know what matte is. Smh

I absolutely loved it. I only had time to do dip nails but next time i will check out the pedi section. The person who did them was so gentle on my nails (I have very sensitive nails). Getting pampered and being seen by the nail tech is so important to me. I really appreciate them and i cant wait to go back..

I spent enjoyed my spa day here. My wedding is in two days. Jamie gave me a age-defying facial and Caribbean back massage treatment. She also did my hybrid medium lashes. I was with her from 9:30 to 1:30 pm. She was awesome, attentive, and professional. She is very hard working. She kept her mask on the whole time. She removed all the black heads from my pores. My skin looks and feel fabulous. I have low back pain. Her back massages were deep tissue and hot stone massage loosened my tight muscles. The glue that she used for my lashes did not sting or cause my eyes to get red. I highly recommend Jamie. This was my second time getting a facial and back massage from her. First time getting lashes from her. Trang did my refill on my nails. She was also awesome. 😀

My girls and I usually do pedicures but this last time we got pedicures and acrylic nails. There this lady with short hairs I believe she starts with a G or D who’s always in a rush. She did my daughters pedicure and took 15 min tops she then did her nails and cut her. My lady Lily is amazing I definitely recommend her but she was busy at the time.

I’m digging my nails so much! They do an amazing job with listening to what you want and paying attention to the little details. I recommend coming to try this nail shop out. I introduced this place to my friends, and they also love it!

Just got an express pedicure. Workers were nice but my toes came out looking subpar. Lumpy polish with polish on my skin even after I asked for it to be fixed. Will not be back :(

I was in search of a new nail shop. I like to be a regular customer at one location.When I walked in, I was greeted and seated immediately. I wanted/needed a refill and a pedi. They had tons of colors to choose from. One tech worked on my hands while another worked on my feet. The prices were comparable to nearby nail salons. Timing was great; they didnt rush nor did they take too long. They even had the cutest pedi chairs for little girls.😌 It was a great visit. My favorite place to go get my pedis and manis. Love that they use plastic around the bowl when they do pedicures, shows the great sanitation they have. They offer complimentary drinks as well. If you want to feel pampered come to this location! You won’t regret it. Ask for Lily. She’s the best!! She takes her time and is very good at what she does.

Pedicure and eyebrow wax was great but got talked into doing dipped nails instead of usual shellac that I always do and highly disappointed! Looks horrible and now have to go to my normal spot to get them redone in time for my bridal shower. First and last time here.

Customer service was fantastic from the moment we walked in...I call them the 3 Ts because all 3 women name begins with a T..They were so sweet from beginning to end...The reason for 3stars is for one they mix the color powder u want with clear..I didnt like that to me it takes away from my color that Im paying for..and also my nails were not all the same size some was thin,med,and thick and the marble design was not marble nor was my silver stripes on my nails was lined up right..and I kept my designs simple so it would be easy to accomplish..Also I had big knots of acrylic under my nails..because the customer service was so great.. I think I would give them another chance

Salon is clean and the staff was friendly. Good selection of color to choose. They did an amazing job on my pedicure and my dipping nails. Each step was relaxing and no rush. I really enjoyed the whole time I was there.

You have to get the right person if ur going for shape and the girl who works the counter is probably the best oddly enough. They also rip your old set off with nail files damaging your natural nails and that is why I won’t be back. Every set I get here, a nail breaks in the worst spot and I’m left with less than a nub and blood and/pain. They over drill causing weak beds and breakage and try to tell you that have to do it their way.

I requested an appointment here yesterday and their marketing team confirmed the appointment. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment just to be told that they didn’t know I made one. This was not my issue, this was their issue and instead of accommodating they just told me no.

I had a pedicure 2 days ago. In less than 24 hours after my pedi, I was limping and in pain due to an infected toe nail. It’s incredibly painful and wasn’t even offered a refund of any kind. This pain and infection was not worth a $40 pedicure. I’ve never experienced anything like this and I definitely wont be going back. Wish I could share a picture of my toe but you can just imagine.

I stumbled upon this place after eating at the Asian restaurant next door. I’m glad I took the time to stop by! My sister birthday is in a few days and she wanted her nails done. My sister has Down syndrome so I was a bit apprehensive about taking her due to not all nail salons being too welcoming with people of special needs. Well let me tell you this place was amazing! They are so friendly. I’ve never felt so welcomed in a nail salon ever. My dad got his feet done for the first time ever and he bragged about how great it felt and how nice the lady doing his feet was. I got my nails and feet done. I absolutely love my nails. The color the shape. Everything! My sister left so happy with her nails! She’s hard to understand sometime and doesn’t always listen but the lady doing her nails was so patient with her! The owners are wonderful! The wife who owns the place kept my sister in convo while her husband finished my nails! It was just a great experience! I wish I lived on that side of town just to go there on a frequent bases. The decor is also great! And the young ladies at the front greet you with a smile. I just loved everything about It! If I’m on that side I will definitely go back!

The best pedicure I have ever gotten! I had Deluxe Spa Pedicure today and it was amazing!! The foot and legs massage were a nice addition to the pedicure. My tech was very talented and paid attention to every details on my nails. I was very happy with the results she gave me. Price was decent for what i got. The salon itself was huge, well decorated and clean with very relaxing atmosphere. They will definitely take the time to do a good job and wont rush. I will be going back!

My experience here was overall great. Friendly and attentive staff, great service, and high-quality chairs, smell, and scenery. The only downfall was the wait. With a moderate amount of staff, there was not a crowd, but I was sitting with my feet in a tub of cold water. Afterwards, I was met with an apology with excellent service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know.

I recently left I over a minute ago. Nd it was the worst worst experiences I’ve ever been to I went with my friend. The only one that was a good person and did a good job was Lisa did my nails she was sweet and asking me if I liked my outcome of nails and Anna did my friends toes she was nice as well 😊 but the lady name Jamie she was horrible didn’t inform me that it was gonna extra for white tip also she did it to thick and I repeated my self more then twice to make them thinner then she said “ that’s fine like that not to thin” but that’s why it’s called tip it’s not supposed to be thick tip I did not leave tip when paid because of bad service so when she went to take off the things that they put on your toes so they don’t touch she ripped them off me and was been very rough and ugly and lily told my girlfriend how she was supposed to work if her nails where to little. I went because it had good reviews but no this was the worst I’ve ever been to and I go to many and no nail salon was as bad as this one 😡😤😡😡😡

WOW!!! First visit today and i was really impressed by how they designed and decorated their salon, so beautiful and so luxury. I could tell the owner really cared about her business by the way she directed her staff members and the way they treated their customers. I got Deluxe Manicure for $20 which was surprisingly cheap for such a high quality works. My technician was so cute, she started the conversation with me while working on my nails carefully. I really loved the way my nails turned out. I would give this nail salon 5 stars for their great services, high quality products without high price and the cleanliness. Highly recommended!!!

This place is amazing! My husband and I came here for pedicures. The staff are clearly pros. We felt very welcome. The pedicure stations have comfy massage chairs and jets in the foot tubs. Wine is available. They have lots of nail colors to choose from and the nail technician even painted little flowers on my big toenails. She also did an excellent job removing the calluses from my feet. We will definitely return, and I absolutely recommend this nail salon.

Went in to get fake nails for the first time for a photoshoot, and I would definitely go back! The service is great and the prices aren’t crazy expensive! Lily did a great job on my nails (I got a full dip set with jewels on the ring fingers) and she waxed my eyebrows too. She even gave me a $5 discount since I was a first time customer! Highly recommend this place!

So I got a chance to come in here for the second time today. I dont live in the area but I came in for the first time with one of my best friends who lives here. The place is really amazing and is one of the best I have been to. Techs are very skillful and efficient and they really care about what they do. The lady took her time and kept asking me if everything was right since I was pretty annoying and confusing with my requests. They have good quality products and beautiful colors. The place is clean and well organized. People are very nice and friendly that makes me feel very comfortable being here. Highly recommended !!!

New management took over recently.. The front lady Trang was very sweet. Forgot my technicians name but she was very good with my acrylic full set and pedicure. The massage was also relaxing. Good work!!!

I have been going to PL nails and spa for about a year to get my eyebrows waxed and they have always done a great job except for the last time i went. About an hour after i got home and the redness started to go away i realized my skin was blistered and burned off from the wax being too hot. It has now been 3 days and my skin is still healing and i’m hoping it doesn’t leave a scar. I’m only posting this review in hopes that the owner will speak to the employees about checking the wax temperature before applying it to a customers skin.

I been here before and they have done a good job Mai and Kim do an amazing job and take their time. So on Saturday I came in and requested them but they were busy so Anna did my manicure and she did a horrible job! She didnt cut all of the cuticles and when she painted my nails there was bubbles on some nails. Gel supposed to last at least 2 weeks and its only been 3 days and the color already peeled off. I also got a pedicure with Lana I think that was her name and it was okay I got French tip and the white is already coming off such a waste of 70 dollars!!!!!

The owner yells at everyone.edit went back around Easter the Jon was horrible. Did ask for another tech to finish. Still unhappy. They were all walking by talking their language and pointing. I have been coming here over 10 years

A very friendly place! I liked the way my eyebrows and pedicure turned out. My daughter also liked her nails as well. I did have an incident in which one of the ladies scratched my toe. She instantly stopped and apologized after I complained. I will; however, be returning.

Had mine and my daughters nails and toes done Monday, by Tuesday both of our nails were chipping. By Wednesday there was more mail polish missing from our nails than what was left on them. Maybe they use cheap polish or water down...not sure. (My daughter and I used different polish) and the ladies were pretty pushy to upgrade my services. They pushed jelly a lot and when I asked what it was the lady could not explain and laughed. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and nice though.

Horrible experience! They are very friendly there but don’t listen. I had been in before about a year ago and had a really horrible experience...but my daughter wanted to try it again. So we go back and the owner, Justin, did my nails. They were suppose to be French tip with glitter. Instead I have almost all white nails....from cuticle to tip.....you can’t tell they are French tip what so ever!!! Even the lady next to me said they didn’t look like French tips at all when Justin asked her opinion!!! They knew I was upset about them but had no trouble snatching up the $50 for them! So if the owner, Justin, cares so much about his customers....why was he only concerned with taking my $50?!?!Very disappointed and will not return or recommend them to anyone! I should have Just stayed with my regular nail salon. But I assumed that French tip would be hard to mess up.....I assumed wrong!!

Very nice nail salon that has kid pedicure chairs. They did a great job, friendly, clean and fair priced. They even have a slurpy machine! I recommend paying the extra $5 for hot wax and hot towels!

I really love this place, the service is always great. My nail tech is Mia she is amaze she always have my nails looking perfect. Tina does my toes and she is also as well, and very friendly. The only downfall for me is the prices, its a little pricey.

Ive been getting my nails done here for about 3 year, LOVE them! Tiffany does my nails and does an amazing job every time. My mom drives 45 min to get hers done here with me sometimes. Ive tried a few other places in pearland and this is the best place for quality and for the money.

I had been going here for well over a year, and have been pleased. However, they changed owners a few months ago. I have been three times since, and wont go back. I think maybe they are using cheaper products, since my services arent lasting near as long as before, and they are very unsanitary now. So disappointing.

Went today to get my nails done for myself and the girls. Disappointed to say the least concerning one of the ladies that worked on one of my daughters nails. She didnt even put a second coat or a top coat on my daughters nails. Didnt realize till we got home and my daughter told me about it.My fingernails were done perfectly.. Thank you Lana for doing a great job!!Cant remember the gentlemans name but he did an awesome job on my youngest daughters nails.

I left this place furious today I went in for a pedicure and a full set the pedicure was Nice but my nails were absolutely horrible it looked nothing like what I asked for and was so pricy ($55) I was with my baby and she was getting fussy so I didnt saying anything at the moment about not liking my nails I waited till she was completely done because I thought maybe I would like them once she was completely done but I didnt like them at all so I left and went back to let them know that I wasnt happy with the work the guy was very polite and did tell me there was no refund but they could fix my nails I agreed but they just were not doing them the way I liked so then the lady at the front the owner I am guessing started getting loud with me and saying it was my fault my nails were not coming out the way I wanted them I repeated I had gotten my nails done millions of time and every time my nails turned out great and she continued blaming me saying my nails were the reason they couldnt do good work on them I would not recommend this place to anyone! They obviously dont believe in customer is always right! Oh and not to mention the lady gave it one last try and it didnt work so she just said i was no longer welcome there and left the tip on my finger and my natural nails were left in horrible condition

I would give zero stars if Possible. The nail tech cut my toe and now it’s severely infected. I can barely walk. My big toe is inflamed, bright red and black. When I called the gentleman that I spoke with ( the owner) said he’s new so he doesn’t know what’s going on!!! Awful experience and possibly criminal!

Ive been to this place several times to get a pedicure and I have never had any problems. I get the $30 with aloe by the way and its the same as the $60. NO difference its just worded differently to get you to spend more money, I over heard them speaking to eachother in Vietnamese about it but they assumed I didnt understand. but anyways, I decided since I like the place I would go in to get a manicure. Im new to manicures so I got the fake nails added on with powder color. I was sat with Tracy and I told her I wanted an oval shape and picked a color off the samples that they told me to choose from. She told me they did not have that color (nude/pink) so I said anything close to it would be fine. She started to apply it and it ended up being really pink with glitter. I told her thats not what I wanted and she told me, with an attitude, to pick another color off the samples. So I did and they have numbers on them. She came back with a powder that has the same number on it but when she went to apply it, it was a different color! I told her and she stared at me with a sour face and told me thats the color I chose. I put them next to eachother and showed her that it was not the same. She told me, while taking off the color on my nail, that this was the last time she was going to change colors. Super rude. I didnt tell her anything I just apologized and explained myself to another lady that worked there after she asked what the problem was. Im assuming she was the manager and said the nails on display were old and kept by the window so they change colors. That made no sense then to have them! I was so frustrated that I just picked a color I didnt want instead of arguing. After that Tracy did a horrible job! She cut me, didnt even apologize and to top it off she made one of the nails on my fingers super crooked!! After I told her she gave me a really rude attitude and went to the back and didnt come back out! I told another lady and she laughed and apologized and tried to fix it. I paid and left. WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT SEE TRACY! I cant believe they would have somebody as unprofessional as her working there at such a nice salon. I will never be back!

I cant stand this place the first time I came here they did a good job. So I came back and second time did not like their service or my nails. Management was rude. Over a year I came back thinking maybe they were just having a bad day. Nope my nails still look bad and they did do what I wanted and still made me pay full price with attitude. Not recommended
