This is my first time and it was great! I came in for nails. My tech did my extensions and shaping. She is quick and efficient and I left with exactly what I wanted. I cant wait to come back!

Nails look just like the photo I showed! Super happy with how it turned out. There was a little bit of a wait / they may have been under staffed, but I also stopped by on Labor Day when I’m sure a lot of people are off work and hoping to get some TLC like me.

I only got a standard manicure and pedicure but they took their time and really took care of me. My nails and skin looked so good afterwards! Would definitely recommend going to this place,

The inside was so clean and everyone was super nice. I called around 3pm and they had availability for a mani at 4pm which was awesome. Great color selection and the price was affordable.

Beautiful remodeling of the salon. Always happy to go there mainly because of technician Nu-nu. She is so friendly and very good at her job. Due to covid, they have really good cleaning standards and have taken precautions. I did suggest they start taking temps though, because of such close proximity to faces. When I arrived, there was an employee asleep in the customer area, which was a bit tacky. Otherwise, they are great.

The nail techs really take their time to ensure that your nails are done to your satisfaction. The absolute BEST nail salon I have ever been to.

Drove by the salon where one male and female employee appeared to be returning from a break. I wasnt even looking to get my nails done girlfriends. I motioned to them as I drove by for their safety. The male technician then unexpectedly charged our car tauting me to engage him. I stayed in my car and called 911 as this person was making everybody feel extremely uncomfortable. He went back and forth from the store and kept taunting us until we left.Owners need to respond and provide evidence of reprimand to this individual. Hostile environment and xenophobic to native Americans.

My parents & I were driving through Eastgate Shopping Center and we encountered a male and female nail technician in the parking lot just now. My father held up his hand & pointed in their direction as we drove by to make sure that they had seen us. We knew they were employees of Rose Nails because they were putting their white over coat uniforms on as they were walking into the front of the business.The male technician (wearing jeans and a Carolina blue hoodie) then came back out of the salon & began yelling at our car and approached the vehicle in a very aggressive way, yelling at my father. I felt unsafe. My father never once rolled his window down or exited the vehicle. The employee circled our vehicle continuing to verbally assault us. This is not the kind of conduct I would expect of any business with their employees.

Lately they dont take a lot of time!

I have been going to Rose Nails for over 10 years and love it! Not long after I started going Tina gave me the best manicure I had ever had. My nails looked better than they ever had. Tina pays attention to the details and always makes great color recommendations. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Tina and Rose Nails!

I decided to try this place yesterday because I got a coupon mailed. I will not go back because the overall atmosphere was not very welcoming- at least to me. The water was cold and the polish work was poorly done. The technician scratched me while scrubbing my leg, which I understand that can happen, but when I saw the scratch mark was visible I wondered if the person did it intentionally. The scratch still sores and itches like a cat scratch. Maybe it was someone who was being trained? Who knows. My gut feeling says the management here does not care much about customers OR maybe likes of me are not welcome.

Just got my nails done by T very nice technician...he really paid,attention to detail and rook care of me 8 loved the atmosphere and i will be coming back thank you T.

I have been going to Rose Nails for five years for manicures and pedicures. I am exceptionally pleased with the quality of their work, their attention to detail, the personalized service they provide, and the cleanliness and amenities. The staff makes me feel welcome. When asked they give trustworthy advice about service options and nail care. The staff is good with children, and patient in delicate situations.They value your time, so efforts are made to keep the appointment schedule and to accommodate walk-ins efficiently with little if any waiting. I feel comfortable with all of the staff members. I usually make appointments with Tina but am also familiar with Helen, Nu and most of the others. My experience at Rose Nails has been excellent.

Paid $55 for a full set & two fell off in 5 days. Went to get them fixed at another salon and had to take them all of due to the amount of air bubbles & holes in the acrylic. Would not recommend.

Waited 40 minutes to get my nails done I did acrylic with gel polish and round.but in my opinion they did a bad job I was not helped right away two ladys had to switch from their clients to put nails on me. And rushing to put them on. I would recommend Lee Nails in carrboro plaza I should of went there in the first place

I had an amazing experience! Tina did a full set of acrylic nails for me. Her attention to detail was perfect and these are the best acrylics I’ve ever had.

They take on too many clients at once. Just because you have a chair doesn’t mean you’ll be getting service anytime soon. Don’t waste your time

With the exception of a couple of years, I have been going to this location for all my manicure and pedicure needs since it opened about 11 years ago. I have always been treated well, greeted promptly, and for the most part, have never had to wait for my appointment (I always make an appointment). My current nail tech is Tina, and she is great. I have gel nails which have been a problem in the past, but Tina found just the right solution! I have also been to Helen (one of the original owners) who is also very nice and does a very good job. Ive known many of the staff for years, and they always smile and call me by name. Their prices are reasonable, they work hard, and they have always tried their best to accommodate me in an emergency! I refer people to them all the time.

So I go here fairly often for a monthly pedicure and sometimes a manicure. However I have had a few bad experiences. One time a lady was painting my nails but she had just painted hers and they were still wet. She smeared red polish all over my hand and didnt even realize.Another time the same lady was giving me a pedicure and she cut my toe and made me bleed. I like to go on sundays and this on is one of the few open on sunday so I continue to go but, I try to avoid the one lady.

Been going here for years. They are nice and reasonable and never try to upsell. My nails always turn out nice.

No doubt the worst nail place I have ever been to. The person doing my nails soaked my old gel polish for 20 minutes, came back, scrapped away at the polish and my actual nail which resulted to my nail breaking. He tried to polish over it (with gel polish) but now only 2 days later it breaks with the polish on it. Not to mention they charge $28 for a gel polish CHANGE!! Will not be returning and would 100% not recommend.

Signed in before opening, possibly 2nd in line and were shown to seats (party of two for mani/pedis) then after ten minutes of waiting moved to different seats as they took what appeared to be regulars. After another 10 minutes of no,service we decided to leave as it became clear that we were being continually bumped down the line. Decided to go to my tried and true nail salon. In and out in 90 minutes.

I am loyal fan of Rose Nails. The salon is very nice and clean.Staff is wonderful and service is A++.

Very poor quality and over priced. Got SNS cost me 48dlls the lady didnt even send me to wash my hands. You can tell they give a different quality service to the regular clients. My mother had a pedicure they did not gave enough time for her feet to soak, but the person next to her got very good detail done on her. Do not recomend this place wish I had read the reviews before going in.

Stopped by today during lunch for a pedicure and was very impressed. Spa Pedicure runs just $27 and is well worth it. The salon was clean and busy. Staff was nice.

I got my nails done here. The tips are uneven and the gel polish is lumpy. The woman who did them was clearly in a hurry. Ill have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Just flushed 50 bucks down the drain. DONT GO HERE.

Went in to get a Pedi, there was no attention to detail. She barely scrubbed my feet it was more of a pass over. Seems like she was rushing the job to me and didnt care how she completed the job.
