I literally could’ve gotten press on nails look at how these nails popped off. I also didn’t get every service I came for & was told to come back bc the nail tech took up so much time on these nails. They honestly have to implement a system when it comes to appointments vs walk ins bc they can’t keep up.

This place is ok. It is cheaper than other nail salons. Me and my mother have been going here for a while now. I also like how they give out free drinks.

Worst nail place i’ve ever been. For starters, i arrived here with only 1 person getting their nails done and someone getting their eyebrows waxed. When they told me to sit down i did as i was told and expected a faster service since not many people were in there. I was wrong!! I waited 20-25 minutes for 2 people to be working on 1 PERSON!!!?? I figured it was important so i waited. When one of them came over to take my nails off, they started cutting my nails farther than they should’ve and even some skin!!!?? I started bleeding on one nail and started to become really impatient with their terrible time management and service. 0/10 recommended, don’t come here. Even their nails don’t look good!!!!!!!

I took my dad, for mani and pedi. He was very happy, with results!! Reasonable priced!

I love this salon!!!!! I’ve been going to Nail Perfection for last four years, when I moved to Pearland. There are times when it is really busy and I might have to wait more than usual but IT is still WORTH it. To me that means they are in demand....

If I could give below a 1star I would. They refused me before even asking what I needed. I’m not sure if it was a racist mode but when I proceeded to say what I needed ( which wasn’t much by the way ) just 1 nail repair, an she looked around an said we are very busy we don’t have time. I gladly walked back out and will spread the word of this place.

Tina gives the best foot/leg massages and pedicures. I moved away from Pearland five years ago and have tried other salons but I keep coming back to Tina. Its worth the drive. I adore her. The only time the massage wasnt great was when they were real busy which was understandable. If you use Tina and She does a good job, TIP HER WELL!

This place has Very POOR Quality work, Unprofessionalism and Rude!!! Especially after paying $65 for service plus tip. Just a have your acrylic nails lived in list in 3 days and they refuse to repair it because the nail tech whom serviced me was not there and the owner was not there. So I had no choice with the repay??? Again no customer service and pretty much had the demeanor like get out andll not my problem. Were busy... Never again they lost a real loyal customer and spreading the word save yourTime and money $$$😡😡😡😫

Salon is under staffed and overbooked. I have been turned away more than once. Very limited nail polish choices, but they are much less expensive than most salons in the area.

Friendly technicians but the nails you get only last for a week. they really take time to drill in your next refill.

This place is horrible. We were told it was an hour wait for them to even do one of us (with mom and sister). They were very rude and unprofessional. We decided to go somewhere else and they seemed to agree that we should. They had no time for us. It appears somewhat ghetto and under staffed!
