Stones is wonderful. When we got engaged, didnt have much money, so my engagement ring wasnt the best quality. Went to Kays, Littles, and reeds to find a wedding ring. They all commented on how inexpensive my engagement ring was and asked if I wanted to upgrade to a diamond. Stones was the only place that didnt do that. They commented on how pretty and unique it was (emerald) and helped me find the perfect wedding ring to complement it. Cant say enough about that type of service and professionalism. Especially since Im the sentimental type when it comes to things like my jewelry.

We went in there looking for a particular style wedding band but with very limited inventory didn’t have it. I wasn’t looking for anything out of the ordinary so I’m not sure why they didn’t have it.They said they could get the style in from one of their salespeople that stop by. However, over the course of a year we repeatedly called/stopped in to see if they had found anything similar and they kept saying oh no we haven’t yet. It’s like they forgot or didn’t care. We eventually gave up on getting that style and used the wedding band that came in the set that we got from Stone’s.It took them two weeks to size the wedding band!! Most places can do it the same day.

The young lady that helped me was very nice, professional and helpful. Today was my first visit but I plan to shop here again.

Spent $4,000 on a ring here and they would not even size the ring for me without charging at the time of purchase.... Just went back yesterday to have warrenty work done on the ring and the lady there was so arrogant to me, acting as if they had not sold me the ring ...I decided to find someone else to rework the prongs on the ring I now know that I paid double the retail price for... While at the other jewelry store I had them appraise the ring and my jaw dropped.... Be aware .... These arrogant people are ripping you off while treating you like crap.... But they are sugary sweet on the front end...

We dropped off 5 watches to have links removed for Christmas presents. We made sure to tell the woman at the counter how much to take away. Someone else picked up the watches and wrapped them. At Christmas, we discovered it was as if none of the links were removed at all from any of the watches. They also charged almost $40 to take links out of the watches. Most stores charge maybe $5 or even do it for free. I wont go back to Stones, nor will I recommend it to anyone. They are a small hometown store who over charge and have poor customer service. No wonder big box stores and chain stores are taking over. I am severely disappointed.
