I messaged Daltons website after experiencing some issues with my AC unit in the middle of summer. The office was closed, but Katie called me as soon as they opened. She explained the cost and payment process without me having to ask. She was able to work with my schedule, which I also greatly appreciated. It was a two-hour block arrival time and Keenan got there closer to the start. Typically, if a company sets a block appointment, it results in the representative arriving closer to the end of the time, or shortly thereafter, so it was a refreshing change of pace. Keenan was professional, knowledgeable and answered all of the many questions I had as a first time home buyer. He offered to give me up-front quotes so there would be no surprises if I made replacements in the future. The cost of the service was very reasonable. I plan to use Dalton for every AC repair, service, or install moving forward and I recommend you do the same.

Yesterday, I posted an unfavorable review of this business based on my mistaken recollection of some key details around installation work they did four years ago. The owner called today to politely (and professionally) clarify the work they actually did, and helped me to recognize they are not at fault. My sincere apologies to Mr. Dalton and his business and commendation to him and his team for maintaining their professionalism throughout, despite my errors. Had a whole new AC/heating system installed and duct replacement. The whole crew is so awesome and hardworking even in all this heat! Very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Would defiantly highly recommend Dalton AC!!

My neighbor recommended Dalton AC when I was having an issue with my AC and I am so glad I called them. Keenan came out to check out the issue I was having and being the AC was already 18 years old, I did not have high hopes it would be an easy fix. Keenan was very professional and a very nice man. He sent me several quotes the same day on a new AC and a quote to fix the problem. I decided to go with a new one since it was already so old. They scheduled to install the new one 2 days later. They arrived on time and worked very hard to get the new unit put in. I was very impressed and satisfied with Dalton AC and all the employees. Customer service, Cadie was very nice and helpful. Mr. Dalton came out and gave us a refrigerant charge and troubleshot our AC system and installed a damper motor that we had purchased. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and inexpensive. We will DEFINITELY use them again!

Dalton A/C was recommended to me by my former A/C technician, a neighborhood friend who had moved away. I used them last year to completely replace my old, failing system. They did a phenomenal job. They are very professional and perform quality work. This week, I had a maintenance issue with another unit and they sent a technician out quickly and resolved them problem.

Today was the third time Ive used Dalton Air Conditioning and each time they have provided excellent service. I left a message over the holiday weekend and was promptly contacted at 8 am when they reopened to schedule an appointment. Once the appointment was scheduled I got text updates and there was a website to track the service. You also get updates as the technician is on the way to your home. Technician was friendly and very professional.

They did a really good job. Didnt check on the price but several peoplethat have used them said they are priced around the average.They got there fast and worked most of the day on my installation.Really a bunch of guys that know what they are doing. Even the inspectorsaid he doubted he would find a problem, as he always finds their worktop drawer. I was pleased and would defiantly recommend them toanyone needing any Hvac work.

I found Dalton by just googling and I was impressed by their reviews so I decided to give them a call. They answered the phone immediately and were able to get someone out to quote a new system for us the next day. Keenan came out and he was amazing. We received the quotes while he was at our house which almost never happens with other businesses. Based off of their amazing customer service from the beginning, we decided to go ahead and move forward with them. Our ac was installed the following week and they installed it in about 6 hours. Keenan was there to supervise the team and make sure everything was completed. Honestly, it’s rare to find good customer service nowadays so if you choose Dalton, you will not be disappointed.

Dalton A/C has been to our house a couple of times to help with an existing system. Recently, they installed a heat pump. They are always on time, responsive and very patient with all our questions. Dalton AC was outstanding. We have dealt with several local AC companies over the past 5 years. They were by far the best so far. We had an issue with a evaporator coil. Others had came to look and immediately jumped to what felt like a scripted sales pitch. With Dalton, there was no pressuring and their cost was much lower when comparing the exact same build of materials. Keenan, Cadie and the team were all very thorough and professional. Dalton will be the only company I call from now on.

Dalton AC replaced my original home AC unit (1 of 2) which was 15 years old. I did a lot of research and obtained several bids. Daltons online reviews were great and the price was very competitive. Quality reviews led me to go with Dalton, and I can say that I am also very satisfied with the job. The crew encountered a slow drain and stayed until that drain was clear and I was satisfied. The complete job was done in a day. I can hardly hear the new unit running which now has me considering replacement of my upstairs unit. I will definitely call Dalton for that work and most likely will not obtain other bids if the price is comparable to the first job.

From the moment I spoke with Cadie, I knew I was in good hands. Cadie provides incredible customer service and really knows her stuff. Charlie came out today to check on a high pitched whistling noise coming from my air filter area, and it ended up being that there is a small gap between the filter and the open area, so he was able to think outside the box and fix that very easily. I had mentioned to him while he was there, that during our winter storm / freeze a few weeks ago, my heater never stopped running the whole week and I had it set to 65 degrees. He thought that was strange, so he checked everything out for me and was extremely thorough, and happy to explain everything as he did it. Ended up being that one of my 3 heating elements wasnt even connected. Charlie connected it for me happily and all is back to normal in my home now. As someone who expects a lot out of customer service, Dalton AC goes ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty, and really gets to the bottom of any issue without fuss or charging you an arm and a leg! Couldnt recommend them enough! Thank you Charlie for all of your hard work today. I truly appreciate it!

We called Dalton because another company came out and told us we needed to replace our whole unit because the coils had holes and was leaking. When Dalton came out we did have a possible hole in the coils, however, the hole or holes were too small to detect and therefore they used a product that could seal small holes and not have to replace the unit. Saving us $10,000 for a new unit. This is not the first time they have saved me after another company has told me to replace a unit. Going forward Dalton is our vendor of choice when it comes to HVAC, they will no longer be the second call, they will be the first and only call.

We recently had our entire residential HVAC System including all the ductwork replaced by Dalton Air Conditioning & Heating. Everything went perfectly and we couldn’t be more pleased. I don’t usually do reviews but I feel Dalton needs one. Our AC just sort of stopped working and I called to make an appointment, hoping for the next day at least. Katie was a sweetheart on the phone and I felt was truly empathetic to our situation. To my surprise she did have an appointment for the next day and setting it up was not only easy but she followed it up with an email with ALL the details! I have had bad experiences with emails not matching times and promises that don’t happen, so this was a nice surprise! Katie called me about 2 hours later and I was nervous she was moving our appointment, I was not wrong but pleasantly surprised she was calling to see if today would work because she had a tech become free. I was super happy, especially since it’s 99° today and we have no AC. Keenan arrived on time and was SUPER pleasant to talk to and deal with, was fully and clearly knowledgeable while explaining his findings. Unfortunately repair won’t be an option but he did patch us up for the night so we could be less uncomfortable tonight. Keenan again gave us a ton of info on new units without any pressure and even suggested we wouldn’t “have” to replace both now (we have 2 units) but it will happen in the future. We did a little research and found everything Keenan had shared with us was not only accurate but also in line with any other company I called. We had ZERO issue deciding to purchase our new units through them. Also to my surprise, it was about 4:00pm when this all happened, they will be here tomorrow to install them!!! I can’t wait to follow up this review with an equally praising review about the installation! If I could give more stars I would!

Called Dalton Air Conditioning and Heating to request an inspection of our HVAC system. Was impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. They were able to perform the inspection same day and provided me with a detailed explanation of what was found with my system including pictures of the problem areas. Chris provided me with several options on how to address the issues and followed up with a quote for service that evening. Definitely a local company in Pearland that I recommend and we will be proceeding with them for repairs and continued maintenance.

Our air conditioning unit went out this weekend and Dalton was one of the companies we received quotes. The inspection and the office staff were amazing. We had to reschedule the install and Dalton was very accommodating. We also had some questions on a Sunday and Cadie was able to answer them and reassure of about the install. We started using Dalton 3 or 4 years ago and are very glad we found them. We like to support local companies. The techs from Dalton show up on time, are courteous, and do good work. I particularly want to give them KUDOS for work this week. We had a routine maintenance visit scheduled for Wednesday. However, the compressor on our 15 year old unit decided it was time to quit. The tech explained what happened and gave us options and prices. By Thursday evening, our house was being cooled by a new system. I will definitely continue to use Dalton Air Conditioning and would recommend them to friends.

Dalton A/C is always reliable for us. Our A/C unit started giving a death rattle over the weekend. Dalton A/C had a tech (Keenan) at our home the next morning promptly at 9:30 AM. He diagnosed the problem fast (capacitors fried) and had me up and going in not time, for a reasonable price. Nothing but good things to say about Dalton A/C.

I have never had an A/C technician improve my air conditioner and the way it functions like the Dalton tech did. I am happy to change my patronage to Dalton from here on. On a very hot September day the house is maintained at the temperature that was set. What caught my attention was hearing the system shut off in the hottest part of the afternoon - instead of running and running and still being well above desired setting. He even diagnosed a roofing problem that I didnt know I had - thinking it was an A/C problem. Another bonus - he took the time to help me understand how my system is supposed to operate - in terms that I could understand - so I could know when its functioning well - or when its time to call the experts at Dalton!

Warranty service was prompt, professional, and competent. Static pressure sensor was found to be bad. Since COVID parts are understandably out of stock, so Keenan temporarily disabled zoning so we would have cooling while we wait for the part to be delivered. Nice solution to keep us from melting in the meantime. 🙂

Had an issue with my AC unit mainly the outside fan not kicking on. Called Katy and set an appointment over the phone. She was super nice and got me set up. Received an email confirming the appointment and the technician. Later I received a call that Charlie the tech would actually be early. Yes Early.... So i met Charlie who was super friendly from the get go. It took him about 5 min to figure out the issue. A loose wire. He cleaned up the problem and had me back in business. Dalton Air Conditioning first did maintenance on our unit last year. We had them come back for another appointment this year for spring maintenance and Keenan let us know that it was just about time for a new unit. On Saturday, our ac went out & I called Keenan to see if they could get us in to replace our unit. Dalton worked over the weekend to get us scheduled and we got our new AC installed Monday afternoon. The service was great. They were very professional & I would without a doubt recommend them to others. You wont be disappointed!

After another company told us we needed new evaporator coils, we called Dalton to get a second opinion and so glad we did!! Keenan looked over our system and found a filter that we didn’t know existed that needed to be changed and cleaned the drain line and it’s working perfectly fine 🤗 Dalton was timely, responsive and great service!

Worked Keenan who came out and serviced our unit. This was set up as a check of the system. It turned out that the Freon was low. He was able to find a leak that was a quick fix of tightening a fitting. Everything not cooling well. Appointments are made easy with a technology that was easy and made things really smooth.

Honestly, I never a write review unless the company really deserves it. Dalton Air has really exceed my expectations. Our brand new 1.5 year old home A/C decided not to work one day. Home warranty decided to do absolutely nothing about it. They refused to cover or send anyone to fix the issue (FYI never buy a KB home; warranty is a complete joke). Anyways, Charlie and Joe came out to diagnose the problem after a through investigation. They both came inside our house with a mask, shoe coverings, and kept a safe distance from us the entire time. Charlie explained everything to us in perfect detail and gave us his honest opinion. We felt no pressure whatsoever. My husband and I decided to purchase a new American Standard condenser unit and dampers to save ourselves from any headaches in the future. It was definitely worth every single penny. Cadie was also prompt in getting our warranty registered and city permit for us. Dennis and his crew came out to install our unit. They treated our home with respect by covering our floors and clean up after themselves. Charlie called the following day to make sure the installation went well. Dalton Air has a 5 star google review for a reason. Their customer service is top notch. Don’t waste your time and money anywhere else!

I am in the process of selling a house and the buyers inspector came back with a list of items that needed to be inspected and/or repaired on our AC system. I called Dalton Air Conditioning and Heating, they scheduled a technician (Keenan) to come out the next morning. They called 1 hour before the scheduled time to let me know that Keenan was in route to my house. The tech was very well mannered and presentable. I gave Keenan the inspection report showing the problems that were identified by the inspector. He said that he would confirm that the items listed were in fact problems and also do a full assessment of the heating and cooling system. After he completed the assessment we went though the findings. Now at this point i am thinking that this is about to cost me a lot, because my AC unit is old like decades old. Then Keenan told me the price to make the repairs. I was shocked that the price was so low in comparison to the list of items that needed to be fixed. I even asked if he was sure that that price was correct. He said yes, everything is included in the quote and I can get it done today. With the price being so reasonable i did not see the need to get a second quote from another AC company, and told Keenan to go ahead start the work. Several hours later the work was complete. I will be recommending Daltons to everyone. Reasonable prices and great service.
