They used scare tactics and told me if the fan motor they installed wouldnt work that I would need an entire new unit. Turns out that Mr Garcia installed the wrong size/rpm motor twice. When I had another company come out for a 2nd opinion they quickly spotted the problem and installed the correct motor. Ac works great. When I asked them for a refund I received a very rude email in return and was told no refund. I am filing a suit in small claims court today.

I do not recommend this company at all. He makes his money by taking advantage of people and their situation. My AC stopped cooling on Sunday afternoon. I called several other places including this one. Others were not able to come out but Mr. Garcia came over within an hour. To start off, you immediately get hit with a $100+ fee that does not go towards the repair. Mr. Garcia is very sleazy and its a non-stop blame game with him. He blamed the AC manufacturer, he blamed the builder, he blamed the company that does our HVAC inspections, I think he even blamed me. In the end the issue was a bad capacitor. I was pretty sure that was the case but you cant just go to a hardware store and buy it and it was 85 degrees in the house. He charged me nearly $500 to replace it. The part is $16, I know that because I ordered a spare after this incident. Labor was 10 minutes. I expected an upcharge but this is beyond ridiculous. Did I agree to the work? Yes, out of desperation. Mr. Garcia preys on people in need knowing that he is probably the only person available after hours. His so called awards on his website and truck are bogus. He gives you a survey card and makes you fill it while hovering over you. On top of that, the survey said Trane on it but he was servicing another brand. Its also comical when he shows the company price sheet to justify the high cost. The company is just him and maybe another person or two. Anyone can make up stuff but it doesnt mean anything. Again, beware before dealing with this guy.

Avoid this company. Even dont call them. Used this company about 1 years ago. Totally scam. I am not a handyman and I know very few about AC. This company took this advantage and scared me. Finally, I have been overcharged a lot. I knew it till I showed the service list to another HVAC company recently.

Weve been trying to reach help for hours.we live across the street from the owner. Our equipment is under warranty. Mr. Ted Garcia is a fraud. Please READ and BELIEVE the Facebook reviews. He tried to charge us $12,500 for a new evaporator coil and compressor that should only be $6,500 on avg. we never signed a service agreement with him so he signed it with his name and tried to tell us that we owe him 15% of the quoted $12,500 for a cancellation fee. No where on this alleged signed agreement did it state there was a 15% cancellation fee. Then he said that he put freon R22 in our system and tried to charge us $365 per pound. R22 freon is $150 per pound on avg. He continues to call and txt us sending us unwarranted invoices to collect $1,600 for 9lbs of R22 freon that he NEVER gave us. There is no direct phone line for his company and the only contract number the 3 party answering service will provide is Mr. Garcia’s number. The entire business is shady. Mr. Ted Garcia tries to overcharge and is a fraud/scammer! STAY AWAY!!!

Dealt with Mr. Ted Garcia. I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very responsive to any question. He worked hard to win our business, and delivered on time. I suggest that anyone looking to replace HVAC systems, spend a bit of time researching various manufacturers first, and get multiple proposals/quotes. I’d have no hesitation recommending A Pro Air for your HVAC needs.

A Pro Air has help me again when my ac goes out. Loved that they are 24 hour service company. Of course it’s that time of year where it’s hot and things go out for your ac. A Pro Air is there for you if needed. They are very responsive on calling or text them. Very professional and try to get the job done quick as possible. I’ve had issues before and I’ve always called Mr. Garcia.

They arrived at my home at 10:30 AM and worked diligently into the afternoon! They were both very courteous, and efficient. Not only did they install my new A/C, clean up my house and clean up my yard so nothing was out of place, but I saw the tech arranging gravel around the bottom of the compressor to make it look more aesthetic, but the other guy took the time to give me a tutorial on the new thermostat and the app. They gave 100% to this effort. I think the experience with A PRO AIR HEATING AND A/C has been exceptional from the first meeting and the technician’s expertise. This company is a scam, the tech, Mr. Garcia will take you to the cleaners, read all the negative reviews before you make your decision. My AC was working fine before he got a hold of it, he tried quoting my mother over 12K for a new AC unit she did not need. Another company was hired and the only thing we needed was a capacitor. I would not recommend this person to anyone. I tried calling A Pro to file a complaint and found out Mr. Garcia is the owner so don’t waste your time. You can report him to the State of Texas licensing and the BBB where his rating is an F.

They did an awesome job! Came out in the middle of the night to fix the A/C They got the job done faster than I expected and I am beyond satisfied with the work they did. If we ever need more A/C work done, we’ll definitely be calling them back!

My water heater was leaking, so I decided to give A Pro Air a call. The very next day I had a tech at my door ready to give me a quote. He came ready with all his tools. I Liked the quote he gave me and decided to go further with the work. My water heater ended needing to be replaced so he did that for me. I didnt have to worry about tossing the old one out he took care of that for as well, and i am so pleased with his services. If you are looking for ANY plumbing work at all, These are the guys to call. Fantastic, polite, fast, and reliable.

My heater decided to stop working just around the holidays. It was so cold, and I was going to have so much family over. I decided to call a couple companies since I needed to get it fixed fast and A Pro heating & Air was the only one willing to take me out of my emergency. They were at my door within the hour, and got my heater fixed within the day. They understood my worries especially since it was during the holidays they really took care of me. The guy from A PRO AIR HEATING AND A/C was on time and quickly diagnosed the fault of our central heating system. He repaired the system and charged the call-out fee and a small fee for parts. He really knew how to troubleshoot quickly and is very knowledgeable about heating systems. Highly recommended.

Mateo did an awesome job! He was very kind, professional, and explained the whole process, very informative. He showed me the damaged motor. Explained how to maintain and keep unit in good condition year round. They call before you arrive. Also parts were ordered and they came through as promised on the day and time they stayed. The 2 gentlemen that came to install motor and clean lines did a wonderful job. They too called before arriving. They did everything fast and clean, so my kids and I wouldnt be in the hot house any further. They too were very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to all, off of my experience. My AC went out Friday night. They came as scheduled, Saturday afternoon, and Monday afternoon we had cool air. BEWARE! PLEASE READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS! They all involve the same person, Mr.Ted Garcia. I called A Pro to come by my house and do an annual maintenance AC check up, keep in mind that my AC was working perfectly and had no issues at all, it was flawless. This was just a routine maintenance call, when it was all said and done the bill came out to be almost $800 dollars! All he did was check pressures which were right within specifications, he cleaned my unit outside and claimed to have cleaned the evaporator coil, he also stated that I needed to add a safety T switch on the drain line because the one installed on the pan was not sufficient (T-switch is a $20 part). Within a few hours after he left my AC stopped cooling, I called and he sent his workers back to check the T switch, they insisted that it must be my plumbing that must be clogged up and triggering the switch, so the next day I had a plumber come by and inspected the drain under my sink where the main drain line ties into and guess what, no issues there, no clogs and no restrictions. I called Mr. Garcia back the next day and informed him that my AC was still not cooling and that the drain line was not the issue, he continued to insist that there is a problem with the drain line, I have some good knowledge of how the AC system operates and I quickly figured out that he was up to no good, after coming back twice on the same day he finally decided to check the AC pressures, all the refrigerant was gone, keep in mind that just a few days prior my pressures were perfect and it didnt even need a top off, he came up with several axcuses and said that he did not understand where all the refrigerant had gone, he recharged the system and said that he would check for leaks, I watched his every step but unfortunately while I was outside he went inside my house and went to the attic to check for leaks, it was duing that time that he claims to have found the leak, all within a few minutes that I took my eyes off of him, the leak was so loud that I could hear it in my living room without even going up in the attic, I immidiately went up in the attic and I could hear a very loud hissing noise and I could also see refrigerant leaking at an extremely fast rate, something that obviously could have never been missed, my wife was in the house when he snuck up on the attic and she heard a loud bang and after that she clearly heard the loud hissing noise, I have ZERO doubt that he sabotaged my AC evaporator coil while no one was watching him. I have been up in the attic several times in the last few days I am extremely confident that the evaporator was not leaking at all. he then proceeded to provide me with an estimate to replace the evap coil and I was shocked when he said that it would be over $1800 to almost $4000.00 dollars to replace my evaporator depending on which route I decided to go with, I declined all the repairs immidiately, I was furious! But I knew that any confrontation with him would turn out really bad so I kept my cool and he left. THIS GUY IS A THIEF AND A SCAM ARTIST! I WILL DEFINITELY TAKE HIM TO COURT! Im reching out to real professionals to come and inspect the damage, everything is being documented and pictures and videos have bben taken, THIS GUY CANNOT STAY IN BUSSINESS AND KEEP RIPPING INNOCENT PEOPLE OFF, ITS A CRIME! A Pro must pay people to give them positive reviews, if anyone ever wants to sue them I would gladly testify on their behalf, WOW this is insane!

A Pro Air was extremely professional and expedient in their services. I had the technician out on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 and he had all the parts and additional help set up and by Saturday afternoon at 2:00 was complete and I had cold air blowing. In addition they installed a touch screen thermostat and thoroughly explained its operation. I highly recommend A Pro Air to take care of all your heating and cooling needs you may have whether it be during the week or a quick turnaround job as I needed.

They showed up in the middle of the night and got my AC going in the middle of this July heat. Recommend to anyone needing maintenance .

If you read the other negative reviews, youll see a trend, and my experience unfortunately was very much the same.Mr. Garcia came to get my A/C up and running, mind you I had already replaced a fuse, and ruled out some of the other issues that might be happening. He told me if there were any repairs, that he wouldnt be charging for the service call 1st lie). During the approximate 2 hours that he was at my house, he installed a new dual pole contactor (~$20 value), and put on Freon safety caps (~$20 value). He fixed the outside thermostat wire just by cutting and reattaching it (no parts). I had agreed to the $80 labor/diagnosis involved in that and at that point assumed there wouldnt be any charge for the service call since there were repairs needed. At the end of his work, the total was almost $600. I was shocked to say the least, and on top of that he recommended another ~$1000 in repairs, which of course I didnt want done at the moment. In order to make me feel obligated to use his company again, he refused to refund me for the service call and instead said he would credit me when I called within 30 days for the other repairs.I had another company come out 2 days later for a second opinion, and they informed me that my unit was perfectly fine, no additional repairs needed. They also let me know that I was GROSSLY overcharged for the parts and repairs that he made. At that point was when I did my research on the parts and found this to be true. As a first time homeowner, and not being an HVAC technician, it was clear that I was preyed upon.I wish that was where my negative experience ended, but unfortunately, after discovering this and asking my credit card company for a partial refund due to this, Mr. Garcia called my personal number to harass and threaten me if I didnt drop the dispute that he would put a lien on my house. There was no professionalism, or willingness to work something out. For this reason alone, I could never recommend this company. Calling a previous customer and threatening them? Unacceptable.There are some honorable, honest, and great HVAC techs out there, but Mr. Garcia is absolutely not one of them.

Our 15 to 18 year old air conditioning system compressor went out late in the evening about 9:30 PM. We called A Pro Air because they have a great reputation online and are named in the TOP BUSINESSCATEGORY. A Pro Air came out that late in the evening and started working on the system, the add next day a few more of A Pro Airs technicians and helpers finished the job. It was so hot and no one complained at all. They are super good workers, polite and really went out of their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied.I will recommend A Pro Air to everyone. I am so pleased to FINALLY find true professionals.Thank you A Pro.

A Pro Air has been my heating and air conditioning service company for many years. They have taken good care of many of my properties and my personal home as well.I have a preventive maintenance and equipment extended warranty protection plan which works well for me because I pay very little on most repairs when needed.A Pro Air and their staff are honest hard working people. They have 24 hour service.I recommend A Pro Air to everyone I know.

Initially this was a five star rating and a great review. Im sad to lower it like this and have to change my opinions on this company. I have doubts that Mr. Garcia is a good man, but as far as being a good business man...hes excellent. A top swindler and liar. Forgive me if that seems harsh, but after dealing with this company now for five months I can tell you to avoid it at all cost.I truly believed Mr. Garcia when he said they would put in a brand new AC unit, that it would have no issues, and if any did come up they would take care of them for us. We paid $7,000 for everything in total, which for almost any family is quite a bit of money. Unfortunately, one month in and we had some issues. Each time it was like pulling teeth to have someone come out. When they did come out, you were lucky if they found the issue and didnt just leave without even communicating.Last night our ceiling began bubbling with water and after going into the attic we saw that our drainage pan was overflowing and that there were far more issues from this new AC than we had ever anticipated. The old drainage pan, which was cracked before, had never been replaced. We immediately call A Pro Air and let them know what was going on. Today, Mr. Garcia came over and put the blame of the cracked pan on my husband and let us know that it would cost us quite a bit of money to fix what should have been fixed already.Now we are having to find a new company to come in and fix our brand new AC unit and for the holidays we are further in debt.Just for the record as well, after they installed the new AC unit, Mr. Garcia followed me up to our office and stood looking over my shoulder pressuring me to put in a good review for this company. While Im not easily manipulated, I had just left the hospital after a traumatic health issue and had cried to Mr. Garcia about it. I felt that he used this as a way to take advantage of a woman going through a difficult time.This is of course just my story and my opinion. Choose as you will.

Mr. Garcia from A Pro air was the only person to respond to our call for help on a Saturday night. Within ten minutes of calling his company he was on his way to our house. He had us up and running in less than thirty minutes! Due to the age of our system we decided on getting a new system. Mr. Garcia was extremely helpful with all aspects of the financing, scheduling the installation and following up after completion of the job. His tech Jaime is top notch. He went above and beyond to see to it that the work was done right and done in a timely manner, including staying late to finish so we would be comfortable. Very professional and a very hard worker. For my money I highly recommend A Pro air. I am a customer for life.

I was very impressed with the work completed by A Pro Air Heating. I almost found out the hard way that my entire A/C-Heating system needed a complete overhaul. I turned the heat on early one morning and the vents began to smoke, causing the fire alarm to go off. I immediately called A Pro Air Heating and A/C to check it out. Ted was able to come out the same day to check my system. His team did an excellent job. I could immediately tell the difference in the climate of my home as soon as I walked in the door. A big thank you to Ted and the A Pro Air team.

Fast and friendly service. My ac stopped working at about midnight. I found this company via a Google search with plenty of positive ratings so I gave them a call at about 1am. The woman who answered my call took my name, address, and phone number then told me she would contact someone and they would call me back. I received a call at about 8:30 am and was informed they would have someone over between 10:00am and 12:00pm. The ac tech called me about 12:00 pm and told me that he is running late because someone gave him the wrong part on his previous service call. The tech arrives and does his diagnostics and informs me that the blower motor and capacitor need to be replaced and the part is only available via special order. So I pay them 1249$ for parts and labor and then was informed that they will get the part and should be back to replace it in 1-2 days. However, I get a call a few hours later and was informed by the tech that he was able to coordinate with another member of the company to obtain the part today! They were able to change the blower motor and capacitor the same day and even washed the blower wheel! Now the ac is back on in less than 24 hours!

Heard the frustration that she has had with this company. Evaporator coil was not properly installed and not to mention the other issues that will occur later.. Sad a company would do this.

Mr. Garcia was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly assessed the problem and helped us decide on a course of action. We have two units and neither was functioning well. Mr. Garcia repaired one unit on the spot, while his team headed to us with a replacement downstairs A/C unit, which was installed and cooling the house within a couple hours. AVOID THIS COMPANY Mr. Garcia and his helper do the bare minimum in order to make a situation more COSTLY than necessary. I have never seen a professional have such poor customer service skills. Its frankly disgusting. There is not 24 hour customer service as advertised. After asking others in this profession to look at all invoices and our complete system it was made clear. Theres an actual recording with the answering service company(if thats legit) of how rude this man actually is to people. To be clear, even though our warranty apparently doesnt matter; we did not have anyone else service the unit nor parts for it per agreement. We DO NOT recommend this 2 man crew. I forgot to mention the multiple times that we would be without air conditioning completely for a few days at a time.

A very nice gentleman came out after business hours on a Friday night. He was at my place within 30 minutes of the i ritual call and fixed the a/c in like 30/45 mins. He was very friendly, gave me some very good advice and was very knowledgeable about the issues he was resolving. He was very reasonable with the pricing and we will definitely give him our business again in the future should we ever need more repairs.

I would recommend A Pro Air to everybody.They are the only company that would come out and help me since I am disabled and in a wheelchair and on a fixed income they did all my maintenance. The last company out wanted to sell me a new a/c unit and I did not believe them. Well guess what ----The a/c is practically new. I love A Pro Air.

Mr. Garcia with A Pro Air was highly recommended by a family member, who was very satisfied with his work at his home. Mr. Garcia with A Pro Air came to my house on the same day I called and was able to help me out of an emergency situation where I needed some major work done on my AC system. He was able to get me same day financing with no money down at a very low interest rate. All of the equipment was verified to be a true 16 seer system as proposed. This was done by AHRI certificate. I highly recommend him and his company if you need honest and professional service.

We had a good experience with A Pro Air & would recommend them to others. Mr. Garcia came out the same day to inspect our unit and had his crew here the very next day to install the new A/C unit. I wonder if this company pays people to post reviews as I highly doubt their service is worth 4.4 stars. They overcharge. And not by a little, a lot. My evaporator coil was leaking and Mr. Garcia came in to take a look at it. He didnt fix anything except performed a diagnosis test to look and see what the problem was (which by the way he charges for including a service call). If I had gone with his service, the total charge would have been $472 for the initial diagnosis, service call, and some freon while the actual replacing the coil part would have been over $3,500. I went with another company and it ended up being $1,300 for freon, initial diagnosis of the problem, and replacing the evaporator coil. Thats a difference of $2,672 which is insane!! Check Yelp reviews for a more accurate idea of this company. Google Reviews is not accurate at all and was what misled me to trust in this company.I also forgot to mention but Mr. Garcia attached these locked parts to the AC unit outside. They attached to the parts where you could put in freon so no other company except for his could provide freon or even fix the unit. Disappointing and shady business practice. Highly do not recommend.

Mr. Garcia at A pro air is incredible! When my a/c went out in the middle of August he went out of his way to get to me that same day and get it working again because I had a 3 week old baby and it was 90 degrees in my house. He was super nice and super quick. Ill be calling A pro anytime I need anything!

A Pro Came out and explained to me what no other ac repair company has ever told me about my system. Gave me options to repair my system with fair price. The company worked with me to afford the needed repairs. I recommend this company and the upfront knowledge and advice about what you actually have as a ac system installed probably by uncertified builder workers.

Had what I thought was a major issue at 9:00pm tonight, by 11:00 I was full of a lot of great information and a cooled house. First class service and very knowledgable. This is the first time Ive used A Pro Air but it wont be the last. Ive used several A/C companies, in the past, and was disappointed each time. This is a company you can trust to give you a honest appraisal. There were no surprises and the cost was reasonable. I am pleased with this company and would recommend it to anyone needing A/C work. My 07:00 am Sunday morning call to A Pro Air Heating And A/C resulted in call back from Mr. Garcia at 9:05 am and his visit at 02:40 pm. In about 40 min my A/C motor capacitor was replaced and my house is slowly getting back to normal.This was my first service by A Pro Air Heating And A/C and I will definitely call them with my next A/C problem.I very much appreciate A Pro Air Heating And A/C working on weekends.For your information, I was asked to post a good review.

I am very happy with the services that were provided by A Pro Air. They were very knowledgeable, polite and fixed our problem quickly. We had a water leak on our ceiling and they provided us with emergence service. We were quoted a price for the repairs and later a dual capacitor failed an A Pro Air installed it free of charge. Unit went out late night; called A Pro Air and within 30 minutes, answering service called back saying technician was finishing up with a customer and would arrive in about 45 minutes, putting it at a little after 11:00 pm. Technician called at 11:20 and said he was on the way. Very quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the air. Gave some good pointers and recommended we have outside unit properly cleaned to help performance. Was very pleased with Mr. Garcias professionalism and knowledge. System was working perfectly when he left. We would definitely call A Pro Air in the future should the need arrive.

On Saturday 21 April 2017 I had a technician from a pro air repair my ac unit around 6:30 pm. I agreed to get the work done because I had company coming for the weekend and one person was ill and I wanted them to be comfortable and didnt have time to research. I also didnt know I was being severely over charged until the work was completed. I was quoted a price of 603.99 with a discount of 79.99 for a total price of 524.00 to change a capacitor. I called a friend of mine who owns an a/c company, but; he didnt call back until the work was completed. He told me that it should have been a 200.00 to 250.00 job. I checked with a couple of local companies 24 April 2017 and was given a price of 265.00 +/-. Thats a 259.00 to 300.00 difference. Even with an up charge for after hours, that price is outrageous. His solution was to check my furnace this winter for free. I think Mr. Garcia runs a very shady business and hides behind a cloak of so called honesty and professionalism while gouging his customers out of hard earned money. I would never recommend this company.

Well, there is a trip fee but I got great quick service and most of all, I felt like they were being honest and up front with me. The problems with the A/C system were more complex than simply changing our a capacitor and since I have a young family with babies living in the house I needed the job to be completed fast.Bottom line: I will use them again whenever I need quick reliable service.

They always are very efficient and fast to find and repair the problems. They have also done ductwork for me and they always get permits so all the work id done up to code. I had a great experience with A Pro Air. He came promptly on a friday evening when my a/c was blowing hot air. I had a couple things that needed to be fixed and he was able to identify the problems quickly. He had all the necessary tools and parts to fix the problem and Im grateful for such great customer service. I will be sure to use them in the future and recommend them to everyone that I know.

Mr Garcia came to our rescue tonight! We returned home from vacation only to find out that the air conditioner wasnt working. The house was hot! I called to see if they would be able to service our unit this late. Mr Garcia came to our house and within 30 minutes, our ac was fixed! I had a great experience with A Pro Air today. I called last night and they were at my house first thing this morning. Mr. Garcia was very good at explaining the problems to me and even showing me the problems. They also were very helpful with financing. Thank you! My kids and I will be warm tonight thanks to Mr. Garcia at A Pro Air! We will definitely have them back to check our air conditioner next summer.

A Pro Air came out the day after I called and explained that I needed new equipment, they were pushy and continued to give an answer of It is what it is. The tech was not very professional and could not provide proper cost, it was explained that a trip charge and houly rate would be paid with a minimum set of hours after I stated I wanted a second opinion, even then the verbal amount did not match the invoice amount. Another company came out and was able to address my AC unit in a much more efficient, less cost and professional manner.

They came out on a Sunday and had to order a new part. No problem, they got it going a few days later. It was costly, but needed to be done. The problem was he only put a bandaid on it. He really didnt find what the underlying cause of why it went out. Almost a month later it started having more problems. His answer was, nothing can be done until it breaks down completely. Its hovering in the hundreds here in August in Pearland. My brother in law with no HVAC experience figured out the problem and ordered the part and fixed it himself. We had already spent over$1200.00 with A pro Air. Dont use these guys, take a chance and watch a YouTube repair video and save your money.

Amazing! Came out in less than an hour for an emergency call.. on a holiday weekend! Was super friendly, gave advice, walked us through the issues, a true pleasure to speak with especially after the original company (Southern Comfort AC and Heating) who installed the A/C around a year and a half ago REFUSED to service our home. We have an elderly Labrador Retriever who means the world to us and cannot overheat, A Pro Air was truly a life saver in all ways possible. A special thanks to Ted, an avid animal lover like us :) who was sooooo friendly and had us up and running in no time. I cant thank yall enough.

I would absolutely recommend A Pro Air to anyone who needs A/C work. It was a Saturday night, late and Mr. Garcia was professional and provided me with the options and the costs for each. I was very impressed with his knowledge - he knew exactly what the problem was and went right to work. I truly believe his being there at that time, saved my house from either filling with smoke or catching on fire. He found the wires were burning up. If I had waited for someone to help me the next morning, I dont want to think of what could have happened. The service from A Pro Air has always been excellent. I have used A Pro Air for approximately since 1992, over 20 years. I just had some work done that required a city inspection. When the inspector came out he mentioned that A Pro Air always does excellent work.I would definetly recommend A Pro Air highly to all my friends, family and everyone.

Heating and AC issues are never fun to deal with. This owner apparently is fine to work with unless you cancel your order in a timely manner, meaning less than 12 hours from the time he came out. He will then steal your money and not look back. I have read countless other reviews from many other review web sites stating exactly the same thing. Do your homework folks.

Mr Garcia was so helpful he showed up quickly at 8 oclock at night and took me along side him to show me the problems my unit was having he talked me through my options and made sure he left with my house cooled off for my kids.. A Pro Air Heating and A/C came to our rescue after our system went out due to lightning strike! Mr. Garcia and his team were very thorough during their initial consultation and throughout the subsequent repairs. They were able to repair all faulty wiring pertaining to the heating and cooling system. They installed a new, high efficiency TRANE A/C furnace, coil and equipment. They even handled all of the paperwork for the insurance damage claim. Great customer service and QUALITY work!

I hope you see these reviews before you make the same mistake! My husband called them to get yearly maintenance for our A/C units. I was at work when Mr Garcia came to do the requested maintenance, but he proceeded to tell my husband that it would be $1100 to refill the freon and there was no maintenance to be done on our 19 year old units. Our A/C was working fine so my husband opted not to refill the freon. Mr Garcia wrote up a quote for 2 new HVAC units for $18500 - thats it. No breakdown, no mention of how many tons each unit, or what SEER, no particular brand, what he did write on the estimate were different payment plans. So my husband paid him $169 for the maintenance that was NOT PERFORMED. Garcia didnt provide a receipt (for no services) but notated on the estimate that wed receive a $169 credit towards the total. I phoned the company to get either the maintenance paid for performed or my money back. Mr Garcia called to state that the $169 was the service fee to perform diagnostics and that my husband could explain everything to me. I told him our A/C works perfectly fine and we didnt request diagnostics, but he was to perform general maintenance & cleaning to the units & I expected the maintenance performed or my money back. He gave me a long explanation of leaking freon being bad for the environment (pretty sure everyone knows that) and how he spoke in depth to my husband who could explain it all and its all in the estimate (not true). My husband had already gotten the same run around from Garcia which was why I called him in the first place. Needless to say when I saw the detailed estimate with absolutely no details, I was ticked. Garcia is a rip off scam artist - STAY AWAY!Also, when I told him I wanted to make sure that we understood each other so that I can write an accurate review on yelp and google to prevent this from happening to others he got really mad. But he still didnt do the work or refund our money, so be warned!!
