Paid a bunch of money last year for new AC / heater system in the Attic. This past winter carbon monoxide alarm went off a couple of times and my wife thought the batteries were dying in it. This spring I went in the attic to put some more insulation in and found the exhaust for the gas heater was never connected and left blowing into my attic. The only good note about this company was they did send someone out immediately when I called them to complain about it. Luckily my wife and I were not killed by carbon monoxide.

Very professional and super friendly. Some wires had been chewed through in my attic, they were able to locate the wires and test my system, all was fixed and up in running within 45 minutes. Superior work. Highly recommend.

Made the Builders AC actually do more than raise the power bill. The builder said that the AC would not be able to cool the house more than 20 degree from what it is outside. James and his team got my house to cool to 68 degree in Aug.

James came to my apartment a few days before the snow hit Houston. I live in a very old apartment and my landlord lives in Florida. James was able to assess the situation, give his recommendation and offer the best options at a fair price (trust me, my landlord looked into and compared Jamess pricing to others). He did not hammer us for any new products or services, although he did strongly recommend getting a new unit (this one is 20 years old). My landlord declined the new unit and James was able to replace a part for us instead.Because of his excellent service, I had heat within the 48 hours before the snow fell in Houston. He also made sure that I was well aware of - and well equipped for - possible carbon monoxide dangers (like I said, this is a VERY old unit). He gave me valuable information on where to place the carbon monoxide detector and other safety precautions for running the heater. Great experience, would 100% recommend. Very knowledgeable, sincere, trustworthy and friendly.

I was having some type of allergic reactions in my house. After trying a few things, I thought it might be something about the A/C and I called JMS Air and Heat to come and take a look. James and his crew took a look at the A/C and said we needed to clean the air ducts and put a media filter. We decided to do it, and my allergic reactions went away. So if you have allergies, I would call James with JMS Air & Heat and see what they can do. They did such a great job on that project, we decided to let them replace our A/C in our rent house as well. They were priced very reasonably. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for all of your A/C needs.

I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy.My AC was struggling a bit (if you set it at 75, it would cool it to 78), so I wanted to get ahead of the problem before it crashed all together. They came in and supposedly just looked at the equipment (even though they had problem with things such as finding the make and model of my equipment, despite being the experts) but, after they came, my AC stopped working completely. When I called I was told I would just have to wait since it is not McDonalds and could not be done quickly. When I alerted the manager of the changes in my system after the inspection, I was interrupted and told they were not responsible for my piece of S** AC and that they did not care sine their office was at 70 degrees.Please do not make the same mistake I made
