They did a great job fixing a terrible SuperCuts cut I got the day before. Seemed to be very considerate considering the circumstances. Also they did take care of me on costs by only charging for a trim. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a good place to get taken care of.

I just sent my son to get a haircut there and it is so bad. SO bad. If their hairstylists dont know how to cut curly hair, they should say so upfront. His hair looked 1000 times better BEFORE the cut. Most of the curls are absolutely gone. The stylist left a ridiculous puffball on the front of my sons head. It is clear he knew how to do a standard faded cut for straight hair and tried to do the same for my curly-haired son. This will take forever to grow out.

My son is highly autistic I dont remember who I had but they went above and beyond to get his haircut while I tried to hold him still their staff deserves praise and recognition for their professionalism and quality

I would get my hair cut here all the time before COVID. Folks are friendly and they have all kinds of programs where you can save money and even get free haircuts. Highly recommend!

Staff is always friendly, great cuts

I got my first hair cut from them right before the virus shutdown. Couldnt have been more pleased with the cut and overall service, however, now that they have reopened, its impossible to schedule an appointment online. They refuse to take one over the phone and when my wife went up today to schedule appointments for my son and myself, they told her she couldnt come in the building, and told her that she needed to make the appointment online. When she told them that you cant do it on line, even if you try all day, she was basically told, too bad, not their problem. One other thing, there was nobody there getting their hair cut, and the girl she talked to was just outside scraping tape off the window. Not a good way to keep new customers

This was my first and last time visiting Sports Clips. There hours are not correctly listed online. They didn’t open when they were scheduled to open. There’s no directions that say you must check in on there app. None of staff was concerned about all their clients waiting outside. I finally called to ask when they opened and there reasoning for opening late was they were in a staff meeting... sounds like poor management to me. If a business wants to reopen during this pandemic they need to have proper communication with their clients.

Every time I take my sons in for a cut, they get the MVP and love it. The stylist who did one of their hair this time and did a really good job on her first quick design!!

Always love the service here. I always get the desired look that want. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is the only place I get my haircut in the Casper area.

I loved this place I took my grandsons. The hair stylests are very professional and do a very good job. The hot towels shampoo and the tvs at each station. Guys have a place to unwind and get a up to date haircut

Never been a big commercial barber shop kinda guy but the picking in Casper are kinda slim. I shopped around for awhile and went to some independent shops. Broke down and decided to come here and Im glad I did. Best haircuts Ive gotten in Casper are from here. Definitely recommend.

There were 2 stylists there when I arrived for my haircut time slot. I was a few minutes early but the board showed I was next in line. I waited over 25 minutes past my time and then left. 3 other people came and went before I left. One of the stylists and what appeared to be the manager talked to each other for about 10 minutes. After that the stylist cleaned her area and went in the back room. The manager came and looked at the computer and then went to the back room. Once the other stylist was done she waited to clean up her area. This is when I left. It amazed me how having waiting customer didnt matter. Considering that the stylists hope to get a tip Id think theyd want to get as many customer through as possible. Stylists are in the service business but you wouldnt know by how they treated the customers who were there.

Typically I dread getting my haircut! Ever since I discovered this place, now I look forward to it! You have to get the MVP, you get a nice massage before the super nice ladies cut your hair. And its got a great, friendly atmosphere, very reasonably priced!

Said my stylist would be ready at 2pm it’s 2:45 and I’m still waiting.

Never been there before, wasnt greet by anyone so I just sat down and waited in the lobby. The next customer came in and was greeted and told they need to sign in. That would nice to know earlier because obviously I just lost my place in line. Wont be returning anytime soon...

I wasnt greeted. Then i stood at the counter and was ignored. I eneded up walking out and calling the store to take me off the list. I understand having an off day, but man, my experience was real bad.

Horrible experience. Hair isnt cut right. Tons of loose ends. They dont take the time to take care of you. Just in a hurry to get people in and out. Highly disappointed.

My 1st hair cut in years. Washed my hair, hot towels on my face, massaged my shoulders and my whole head. I almost fell asleep. I bought tea tree products and tipped the girl 20$.

I really enjoy my haircuts at Spot Clips. I get a great haircut there. I have not been as lucky at other places in Casper.

Back in February I came to visit family in Casper. During this time I brought my twin toddlers here to get their very first haircuts. Long story short, one of my boys hair was BUTCHERED by a young woman with tattoos. Yes, I got a refund but my childs hair is still screwed up because she did such an awful job. I would never recommend this place to anyone living here in Casper. Thank you, hair stylist for messing up so drastically. How do you even have a license?
