Ive never experienced going to a nail salon and coming out completely happy every single time. Ive had different technicians almost every time, and they all do a beautiful job. I wish they accepted card payments, but I dont mind taking out money so much since I love how my nails come every time 💅❤

I absolutely love my nails & the one who did my full set was very sweet. She did a fantastic job. My feet were so soft & she did a great massage too on my feet. I really recommend going there for a pedicure & manicure or full set. The manicurist there are good at what they do. The prices are reasonable & the work is great!!

I went in for a gel spa pedicure and callus remover and honestly feel like I just threw money down the drain. Not only was the price for the service super expensive but, my feet are literally still rough. Your feet should be smooth after getting a pedicure, not still having rough heels and dead skin. The fact that my boyfriend said the exact same thing showed that I wasn’t trippin. What a waste of $50.

Gel pedicure was amazing and relaxing but my manicure was rushed and took a chunk of skin off my middle finger and left it in pain for a week. My cuticles were still there and it didn’t even look like I had a manicure done. I’m not sure why she rushed because she offered it, and they don’t accept card but they do accept zelle and cash app which was annoying. I think it’s just an excuse so you can use their ATM. Overall don’t think I will go back but it was really clean and they were friendly until they assumed I just didn’t have enough to pay, but really it’s 2021 why not accept card?? Speaking of paying she didn’t tell me how much it would be, I always get gel and the massage when getting a pedi so I knew it’d be around $60–$80 but it still bothered me that she didn’t let me know, its just proper etiquette

I have been coming here for over 10years &I have never had an issue. The staff is well skilled &professional. Bill is amazing &always makes sure I am taken care of. My whole family gets our manicures &pedicures done here. I will never go anywhere else.

I had such high hopes as the reviews and recommendations were very good. I, however, left very disappointed and I don’t think I will ever come back. My manicurist was very rushed and it showed. I left the salon with glue on my fingers (leftover from removing dip) and paid for a service that I did not receive (Hawaiian manicure pedicure combo).

The guy, who Im assuming is the owner did an awesome job but the CO owner or wife was very very rude I dont want to go back she made me feel uncomfortable. They were extremely busy for a Monday which is surprising knowing how rude she was to customers. I WILL NEVER RETURN due to the lack of customer respect

Five Points is now my go-to nail salon!!! Jay & Lee are both super talented, professional & extremely kind. They gave me a great deal on my coffin gel nails & spa pedicure!! Uhm elderly asian women needs to not do gel manicure literally couldnt pick my color i wanted because she couldnt paint my nails correctly due to the color being to light😒 she only did dark colors yeah at 30 dollars plus tip really??

It is my first time visiting this place and I am happy to say that I was absolutely pleased, everybody there was kind and respectful. I was seated immediately as soon as I walked through the door and also noticed as I was getting my nails done that everybody else that was coming in was also being immediately seated. Bill was the man that did my nails, he was very kind and took his time. The place was very clean and the prices were great!

My normal salon was closed therefore I regretfully made an appointment here. There is an extreme me lack of professionalism here & no sense of any social distancing! Not to mention, Pure disregard for appointments! Redlands Orchid Nail & Spa is the place to go peeps!

I went here for a pedicure and dip manicure. My feet are still rough, and my manicure popped off just a couple hours after leaving from bad preparation. I was at the nail salon over 3 hours because of the amount of people they scheduled at once. It was so crowded and busy you couldnt even walk without bumping someone. No social distance whatsoever. Also higher prices than other local salons. Wont return.

I loved this place! The lady who did my pedicure was so gentle, when trimming my nails. She took her time, and I loved the Hawiian pedicure.

After reaching a good rating nail and spa for hour, finally found one. Went there for the first time, and it was a great experience. Didnt have to Waite for long time, and they did a great job. Love this place. I will recommend this place 100%

My friend took me to this place last week after looking into different places. I must say I’m really impressed! I went in for a full set and had “T” do my nails. We hardly spoke but he was very attentive with what he was doing and I was very pleased with the outcome. I got a gel set, it’s been a week and it’s still holding up! Will def take my mom next time :)

Hes so so awesome, and now that Ive found this place, I wont go anywhere else. Kendall, who did my pedicure and nail polish on my toes was really nice. This is my favorite place to get my Mani pedi. They are so sweet and I just love this place. This is my monthly go to now.

The two doing my nails did not even say hello or make eye contact the entire apt. It was very awkward. Also, they speak another language the whole time which to me is rude. My nails looked good and I was happy with the actual service but the customer service is lacking.

The male who works at table 1 did a terrible job on my nails. I went in for a full set, he was extremely rough & was obviously in a rush for something. He did a VERY half assed job painting and shaping my nails, theyre very messy & uneven. Ive gone here before and had someone else do them and LOVED how they came out, so i was very disappointed with the job he did this time. My sister had him last time we went there & had the same complaints about him- he even made her bleed. The salon as a whole is great, that one worker in particular is just terrible.

The experience was terrible, and the salon was lacking in customer service. Horrible environment. The technician was rude, cut me twice and removed to much skin from around my finger nails. She also did a terrible job with polishing my nails. I had a gel manicure and the polish failed the next day. Dont go here.

I absolutely LOVED this salon! I dont live here in Redlands, but Im here a lot! I usually go to a nail salon close to my house, but I was down here and I really needed a pedicure. I Googled nail salons in Redlands, and this salon popped up. I read the reviews and decided that there were more good ones than bad. I am so glad I came here. My regular salon wont do a gel pink and white on toes. I asked the guy who was doing my pedi (his name was Lee), and he said Of course we can do that! He did a BEAUTIFUL job! I told him that I have neropathy in my feet, and he was very gentle! I walked out with beautiful gel, pink and white toes, and Im totally happy, and Im coming here from now on! This place is great!

I came to this place because of all the great reviews, and despite the few bad ones, i disregarded them and thought positive. Well i was wrong in doing so. My experience with this place was horrible. Customer service is key to a buisness being successful. With that said, my nail stylist, NICKY, was not welcoming at all, throughout the entire manicure I tried breaking the akwardness with a conversation, she answered in short uninterested answers. Nicky, on the other hand, loved to speak her heart out to the rest of the staff and had the nerve to ANSWER AND TEXT ON HER PHONE while doing my manicure. What should have took 30-40 minutes, took 1 hour onlyl because NICKY wanted to talk on her phone, gossip to the staff and pause in between my manicure, all by ignoring my presence. I highly suggest that the manager of this buisness gets on their staff about this, my first and last visit to this place, I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.
