What started as a personal journey to improving my own health has now become a family tradition. Both my 9 year old son and my husband are now active students at the TSMMA Paramus school. The training is top notch and the instructors are very professional and dedicated. You can tell this is not just a job to them, but rather a way of life.They instill a disciplined and “non quitting” mindset to all students. For someone like me, with no former athletic training, the beginner classes have been beneficial at some many levels.I highly recommend the TSMMA team for all your fitness needs.

From the first minute this place has a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere compared to the others that I visited for my sons training. My son (and now I) feels like a part of a family everytime he goes to class. As my son advances the lessons are getting more fun for him (going from kickboxing to jujitsu). Ignore the negative review below. They are all very up front and clear about signing a 1 year contract (like all other martial arts places). One thing that the senseis instill in the children a non quitting spirit which is lacking in todays kids. The discipline that my son is learning is invaluable and he is not it getting anywhere else besides home. I highly recommend Tiger Shulmann to all who are interested.

Stay away, read the bad reviews on their corp. management !I signed up my son to their MMA training, in March 2018 for a one-month trial, apparently they signed me up for a years contract without my consent.I was told that my 13-year-old will train with kids his age, but in reality most of them where 9 and 8 years old, so he didnt want to continue and I didnt insist.On April 18th after a month I called to cancel the service and I emailed, specifically requesting not to run the card.They kept running my card for $239 each month, including June and July, for a total of $956, and my son didnt attend the class since April! Im currently dealing with the credit card dispute people, and so far managed to get only one charge reversed.As of today they keep running my card every month. My Son Joined just before when he was 4 Years, Joshu(Now Sensei)Mike Trizano was so helpful to get him adjusted to the class. He is now 7 years and still going to the Tiger Schulmanns, we have seen him gradually develop his confidence level and attenion. At the same time he was getting better each day with his kickboxing and grappling skills which helped him earn first position in Challenge of Champions. Both Joshu and Sensei Mike Trizano are pretty good at identifying where each student needs help and training them with individual attention. Thumbs up for Team Paramus and Sensei Rapoport !!!

I have been training at Tiget Schulmanns for a few years prior to giving birth to my first child. When I started training, I was wearing a size 8 clothes. After just a few months I was down to size 6, and then size 4. After my daughter was born, I have moved from Brooklyn, NY to NJ and never went back to training. Just recently, I started training again and finally lost all of the baby weight that I carried for over 5 years. I feel great, look great and have tons of energy. GYM is boring to me, but training at TSMMA Paramus is lots of fun. Instructors are awesome! They will motivate you and help you get the most out of the workout. Even my daughter trains at TSMMA Paramus and she loves it!
