Got a one day pass here on my trip to NJ. Was a clean location. Good locker room, clean showers. Great equipment. The only thing I personally didnt like was the dumbbells, there were an older style that I do not prefer. That didnt take from my experience though. I would definitely visit again if in the area. Good atmosphere, definitely can have a great workout here.

Been coming here for a long time but haven’t had enough energy to continue. I ordered a new product from vis-Tech labs that my buddies told me about and that both my parents use and it seems incredible. I just renewed my membership because I now know that I will have the motivation to go and work my hardest. Time to revamp my life.

I love Golds Gym Paramus. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and welcoming, and the fellow gym-goers are serious but friendly. I would highly recommend it if you are in the Paramus area.

I’ve been going here for over 2 years. This gym is great. The staff is awesome. They always acknowledge and say hello to you. Definitely a comfortable environment.

Great gym. I pay about $32/month but with no classes. I use free weights for the most part and there are more than enough of those. More importantly, there arent many people that go to this gym. Ive been going there for about a month and havent had to wait for anything at all.

Can anyone tell me if this branch is reopened, as of 8/28/20?? It’s telephone # is disconnected!!!!

Horrible. They just keep charging even after the annual membership is canceled and everything was given in writing. After 5 or 6 calls, and after speaking with the gym staff, and after being assured that all the needful has been done to cancel direct deduction, they still keep charging. Theres just not enough time to waste on these many phone calls. Ill have to go one more time in person to get their mess sorted. Very upset. This is easy way to make money when you have the payment on auto deduction. They have to up their game a whole lot. Bad business practice. They dont even deserve one star but it wont let me post if theres no rating.

Im a member at 24 hour fitnees and I entered this location for the first time because my sister goes to this gym and invited me. The front desk person beth was on the phone and did not acknowledge me at all. I waited there awkwardly for 6 minutes. Someone else came in behind me and after she got off the phone she did not say a word to me she immediately interacted with the person standing behind me. I told her that what she did was rude and that Id be leaving this review and she laughed and told me I can speak to a manager.

Didn’t honor my kid brothers free trial.

I love to work out Gym

The gym has large weight lifting area and cardio with lots of TVs. Its not usually packed which is great. Membership with no classes is on the higher end

There is not much ventilation in this gym so it makes it hard to breath. I have sinus problems so this made it very difficult for me to workout.
