First time at this place today. I had a great experience!! No wait, they were friendly, gave me quality nails and exactly what I want today! Definitely the place to go for nails!!

I was impressed with the beautiful salon and service. It was very hygienic! Lots of nail colours to choose from as well. My nail tech was kind, conscientious, and did a great job.

My entire family goes here now and I recommend it to all my friends. A great pedicure is the perfect indulgence and lasts longer. Great owner and the customer service is amazing.

Came here for the first time to try somewhere new and Im so glad I did! I got a pedi and ombre fill, done by a nice girl. She was so sweet and really took her time during my pedicure, which I appreciated.

Had an appointment for 2pm for 3 of us. The lady sat us at pedicare chairs with no water we sat there for 42 minutes and finally someone came over to start on one of us. Still no water in tub.i got up and said we had appointments for the 3 of us at 2pm not 1 of us at 242pm will not be going back there

They have a decent salon here. They dont have many gel polish options, compared to other places. I requested the hot stone massage pedicure, and recieved a different one instead. The guy was super nice, but he didnt understand me when I told him it was the wrong one.I gave three stars, because they took my gel mani and hot stone pedi appointment and then told me they didnt have time for my gel mani. I feel that if you book an appointment well in advance, you should be able to get those services.

Acrylics came off of 2 nails after 1 week. Also, the nail polish was spotty with bubbles. Came here for prom nails and the salon lady sat me down to put false nails on, then took off the first 2 she messed up, and then promptly had me move so another customer could have her nails done. My group I came with had their nails all done by the time another lady could seat me and finish my nails.

I don’t understand how this nail spa doesn’t have 5 stars across the board. This is the only place in Bay County with awesome prices AND amazing quality! The nail artists are so kind and do an awesome job each time. I never feel uncomfortable here, and their cleanliness is unbelievable. This is the only nail spa I’ll recommend to my friends! 💕

It was great! I walked in at the time booked and I got seen to straight away. A woman did my regular pedicure and gel manicure. Really attentive to cleaning and tidying up my hands and feet. They were very friendly and they have a point system too! Definitely going to be a regular there.

I had called and made an appointment to get feet and hands done, when I arrived they told me that I did not book an appointment and would have to come back in an hour as a walk in. They were not professional over the phone nor face to face.

Cleanest and least painful nail salon ever. Ive been to cheap nail places all, and this place is the best priced nail salon for the quality and experience. I usually get cut or burned when I get acrylics, but not here. The staff always talks to you in a friendly way. I will definitely go here again.

I was in town for work and had some free time in the afternoon, so I decided to get a manicure. I had read the great reviews of this place, so I decided to see if they had availability for a walk-in. The staff was very accommodating, the young nail tech was so nice, professional and did a great job!! Definitely recommend if you are looking for great quality and service!

I told them nicely beforehand that I had gel polish on my toes and did not want the gel drilled off of my toes. I wanted them to soak it off. I guess that would have taken up too much time so they drilled it off anyway. Drilling on the natural nail is very bad for them, makes them thin and cracks the nail. Guess keeping the nails healthy and the customers comfortable isn’t in their criteria. On top of that, they cut my skin with the drill and I flinched my foot because it hurt and in return got the nastiest look from the lady doing my pedicure. She never said sorry. They ladies working here are very rude. For two pedicures it costed $87. That’s a little pricey for me. I won’t be coming back here again.

I am so in love. I had been looking for a place to do my nails for a while that wouldnt absolutely tear them up and for a fair price I think Ive found it. I cant quite remember my nail techs name. But Im hoping I can get her again by the end of this week for a fill!!

I went in with no appointment and only waited 10 mins to be sat with a technician to start my nails. She then proceeded to do everything, and more that i asked and they came out extremely well. She told me why the last place messed up and talked me through what she was doing. Was even nice enough to shorten them at the end when i realized they were too long.

Seem rude when you first walk in, but once they start they are sweet and want to talk. Pedicures are really nice and not too pricey. Pedicures are worth 5 stars, but the looks when you first walk in bring it down to 4 stars.

Go to Lana’s nails and ask for David. Lana nails is a millions times better nails and so much nice. Blonde nail tech at bliss nails that did my toes was rude, and unprofessional. Never going back. I don’t know what makes people think treating people that way is acceptable, but it is in no way at all acceptable to treat people with disrespect. Especially a customer. Very dismissive personality.

I agree with the others in that Bliss has rude employees. And the last several times I went, I was sent away. There was no friendly greeting or anything, just simply we are full and to try another shop. They do good nails, in my opinion, they just make it rather difficult to get them done. Ive sincd started going to Happy Nails and never experience the problems I experienced at Bliss.

I would not recommend this place. While the decor is very nice and the staff is somewhat polite overall it was a terrible experience. I saw this place and wanted to try it out because I am looking for a shop to have my wedding party get their nails done next month. I figured I do a test of the location before I have them take care of the services we need next month. The short version is the woman working on my nails didnt listen to what I wanted and was very dismissive. Dont waste your time or money here.I wanted to get a pedicure and Gel Sculpted nails with designs (basically a Gel Full Set) I asked several times if they provided these services and was told yes. It was pretty busy so there was about a half hour wait. No problem, I asked to look at the book of colors while I waited. Once it was my turn I repeated what I wanted and she said okay. It took her a while to get started because she kept getting up and moving things around, talking to other employees and making phone calls. I am assuming she is the manager because whenever someone entered the shop she greeted them and asked what service they wanted. Anyway, she looks at my hands and complements how long my nails are, I say thank you and watches as she begins to paint my nails. I immediately repeat the service that I want. (Gel sculpted nails) She tells me that my nails are long enough and that she is just going to do polish. At this point I ask if she actually knows how to do the service I am requesting and she says my nails are nice and long and that polish is good enough. Annoyed I just say go ahead with the gel polish because I have been there over an hour at this point and just want to get to the pedicure. She decided that the color I chose (a very pretty gold polish) was too light, which translated to me as she didnt want to take the time to do the extra coats to make the color pop. Got it. I already had a back up color in mind. I asked if she was going to do my designs she said someone else in the store did them. I thought she was going to get that person but she didnt. When it came to the pedicure again she stopped to make phone calls, talked around the shop, tended to other customers before getting to my pedicure. I ask about the designs again and she ignored the question. When it was time to paint my toes she decided she was going to use another color instead of what I had already given her. I told her that it wasnt the color I chose and she jumped up to choose another color instead of the one I gave her. I asked her to just finish with the color she started with because I was ready to leave. I walked in to this shop at about 12:50 and didnt leave until about 4:15.The gel polish on my hands started peeling the day after I got my nails done.Dont waste your time or your money here.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I was told that I would have a 30 minute wait for a pedicure. That 30 min. wait turned into 1 1/2 hrs. The girl that did my pedicure filed one of my toes until it bled, then she put that file back in her basket with the others. This is very unsanitary.

Theres always a hour or more wait time. The technician are too causal with the clients instead of working. I have seen them turn people of color away or send them to their salon across the street..... but they do good work.

Went in today for a gel manicure. Loved the scrub they used and I thought the place was really great. But then when my manicure was over and it was a total of $37 (that includes the $5 tip I left) I got in my car and started to drive home when I noticed the polish was all over the outside of my nail on my skin. Also my nails are already peeling, after two hours! Unbelievable. I do not recommend Bliss, unless you like your nails looking like they were done in the dark.

My go to place for a year now because they have the nicest staff .I had a basic pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. I will be definitely going back.

I have been going to Bliss for my pedicures and acrylic nails for eight years. I have never had a bad experience, always the best service and care. I have neuropathy, so I have to be very careful with my feet and Tina at Bliss has cared for me wonderfully all these years. She is careful and helps me keep an eye on my feet, and the hygiene at the spa is excellent.

Expensive! Nails with gel and pedicure. All gel is an extra $20! Nails turned out beautiful but cuticle area not cleaned up. May or may not return. Ladies were super nice.

Went a couple weeks ago for Fourth of July, I wanted a new set of acrylics. They refused to cut them down and shape them how I wanted (even though I asked multiple times). They charged me $60, which they said was because I wanted them so long (my friend went with me and got new acrylics and a pedicure, she got charged $55) I also asked for a star design and the employee told me I should’ve brought stickers and they couldn’t do stars. Not to mention I was there for a total of 3 hours. They were so wide and long it was comical, I went straight to Lana nails and I won’t be going back.

Decent price, nice to start with. But very rude. I showed her a photo of what I wanted done, said it didn’t have to be exact; turned out nothing like. Also asymmetrical and missed parts on my nail, I asked her to fix it, did a bad job with attitude. Would not suggest this place. Don’t waste your money. Will be telling everyone I know how displeased I am.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. Binh Vu was my person and he did such an amazing job. He took his time and made me feel very pampered and important. I will definitely be back and hope I get him again. My nails look gorgeous!

This place is very cute inside, but the nail techs have no idea what theyre doing. My tech rushed through my nails and it showed. She asked me how long I wanted my nails, and cut them so uneven that they ended up being super short. After repeatedly asking for her to fix them, I gave up and just let her finish them.

Too many choices in PC to waste your time and money. Claimed I didn’t tell them I wanted a mani pedi when I came in. When I reminded them of mani everyone was busy. Had to remind them I was waiting when left to soak. Asked for a French manicure. When they painted my nails first I asked about cuticles and trimming dead skin. Told me I hadn’t asked for a manicure. This was NOT a commutation issue. It was poor management. $52 and 3 hours later I have a nice pedicure and pitiful bumpy nails. Will never return!

Normally I have a decent experience here but the past two times that I have went, they have rubbed me wrong.This week, I went to get a manicure with gel painted nails and the woman who was doing my nails was very rude... First off, she was on the phone the whole time and ignored when I tried to ask her about my nails. Then I didn’t even get a manicure after I had already told her I wanted one and asked her again during the process of getting my nails done if she was doing a manicure. She filed my nails to the point where my pinky nail bled and SLOPPILY painted them with the gel and then I got charged $30 dollars!!! I paid $30 for her to file my nails and do a horrible job polishing them...

This spa is very nice and well kept. When I get a pedicure I like to recline in the chair a little bit because I have back problems. The chairs do not recline at all since they are right up against the wall. You are sitting straight up in the chair and its uncomfortable. Every time I have been my toenails are painted sloppily. They do a great job spending time on massaging your feet and legs and getting your nails cleaned up. Its just the chairs and the polish job that keep me from going back. I like their sister salon, Happy Nails, way more.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Charged me $14 for a regular polish change on my finger nails, when a typical manicure costs $15, paid with a 20 dollar bill and she did not even give me back my change. Then when I asked her to do 3 coats due to the transparency of the polish ( my polish that i brought), she argued me and told me since i didnt get a manicure 3 coats would not stick well. Following that, I noticed she hadnt painted my fingernails all the way to the right and left sides, and when i asked her to fix it she claimed, You didnt get a manicure so your cuticles will get in the way. I proceeded to tell her i wasnt talking about towards my cuticle, but towards the right and left sides of my nails and she smarted off at me and said whatever, i understand. WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!! Do NOT give Bliss Spa your business. If i could give them 0 stars, i would!!!

Worst nail salon Ive been to. I had the owner who was too busy doing other things to do my nails.. My thumbs are waaaaay to short and she made me late for my appointment... Terrible!

I am very unhappy with my experience with this salon. I first got a deluxe pedi which was nice but had to smooth my feet with a nail file when I got home due to it was so rough. 2nd I got my nails done and the girl was more interested in what was going on up front then paying attention to my nails. I asked her about on where she filed it so much and she got an attitude with me. My nail are uneven and I will never go back to this place. I dont see how everyone gives them such high rating when they treat people like this. Unfortunately it will not allow me to place NO stars or I would. This place is horrible and I will never go back.

Was not pleased at the service I received. She did not do the design that i wanted on my nails. If was a hard one I would understand but it wasnt. They did the same with my sister. I will not be back. They also got my nails uneven and didnt even clean off the nail polish on my fingers.

Hated it I had Facial and face waxing they charge me $85 and nothing was done .The lady is not good she very calm but the job was not done.I been having facial for 18 years in 3 different states in San Francisco,NJ,NY non was like thatI feel like I just lost money and timedont recommend that place to anyone

I went there with my mom a few weekends ago to get pedicures. When they sat us down in the chairs, I noticed that there were dirty toenails stuck in the drain. I asked them NICELY to please sanitize the bowl and to clean it out properly. They guy who was doing my pedicure made a huge deal about it..... And needless to say, everyone who worked there wouldnt take their eyes off of me after I complained. A week passed by and I noticed there was somethingoing different about my toenail. I went into the doctor and they told me that I have an infection inside my toe from dirty tools/dirty bowl that I had my feet in. I am 7 MONTHS PREGNANT and NOT happy with this. I will never go back and I WILL be telling everyone about it.

Pedicure was great, full acrylic set was horrific. Nails were odd shaped, thick, and lumpy. Truly a mess. Immediately went somewhere else to have fixed.

I REALLY wanted to love this place...I previously came to this salon quite often when I still lived in the area, and now that I moved back I was super excited to return to my favorite salon, but unfortunately my 3 most recent visits have been quite sub par. I typically come for gel manicures and the occasional deluxe pedicure. My first visit back(for only a gel manicure) I ended up not even getting the full manicure, just the polish change for $22 whopping dollars, keep in mind the whole manicure is only $10 more, and thats IF they have to take off the previous gel polish. Second time back was for the gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. I had no problems with the manicure, it was actually quite perfect, but my pedicure was pretty painful. Digging into my ingrowns(which is actually not allowed according to the Board and Dept. of Business and Professional Regulations), clipping and filing my nails extremely uneven, etc. Third trip back, only for the gel manicure, I got the same thing as the first time, no manicure just the polish change. Needless to say, its unfortunate I have had these experiences recently and I am definitely going to give them another chance seeing as it used to not be this way, I just wish they would take the time to pay a little more attention to what the customers wants.

The staff here is terribly rude. Getting any spa treatment should be relaxing, especially with the amount you spend. My first experience here was satisfactory enough for me to come back. After that second visit, upon entering they asked what i needed. After stating a mani pedi, they automatically responded by saying we cannot help you....Rude way to handle the situation, but if you are busy i understand. Today I gave them their last shot. Again associates were rude and uncaring. None of the tools that were used were sterile. Enployees were rude AGAIN. My deciding factor came when two ladies walked in WITH an appt. They asked to have certain scheduled treatments at certain times (which should be acceptable). The woman In charge on this day flipped out and paced around the building yelling in anther language. This was childish and disgusting. The ladies left. I will not be coming back here.

I walked in, the lady gave me a nasty up & down look. I will never return here ever again. I didnt get my nails done here luckily because there was a wait. She gave me an option to wait or come back later. I am glad I didnt get my nails done there. The lady probably wouldve gave me crappy service by the looks she even gave me.
