Use B&W instead of Burleson Wrecker. Burleson Wrecker wanted to charge $240 for an 8 mile trip. Then said they couldnt do it because I had a small dog with me. B&W only charged $95 for the same trip and my dog wasnt a problem.

We were very disappointed with the overall customer service. My brother in law passed away in a tragic accident. I called over the weekend to see when my sister and her in laws would be able to see his truck and retrieve his belongings. I was told any time Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm and was asked to give them a 30 minute heads up. I called Monday morning to give the 30 minute heads up and was told we wouldnt be able to see the vehicle until that afternoon. We had to rearrange appointments with the funeral home to make it during the time frame they gave us. Once we arrived we were told noone would be allowed to see the vehicle except my sister and that she had to go alone. Both times I called I expressed that we all wanted to see the vehicle and not once was I told we would not be allowed to. My sister was terribly upset and I asked the only employee there if he could call someone and told him that I was frustrated because I had called twice and nobody told me that only one person was allowed plus I was told we could come any time and then was told I had to set an appointment and had to rearrange other plans to be there. He then took a tone with me saying that I was attacking him. Let me be clear, I did not raise my voice and I did not curse at this man. All I did was speak sternly because I had already asked if he could call someone and see if they could make an exception for this grieving family. I was upset and I told the guy that, my sister at this point is so upset shes starting to feel light headed and needed to sit down, so I was upset on her behalf. This was difficult enough for her and he made it so much worse. Besides being given the run around on the phone and then finding out only one person could go behind the gate to see the vehicle, it was just how the guy handled the situation. I was upset, I was grieving for my brother in law, for his parents who had just lost their son, for my sister who just lost the love of her life and for her kids who just lost their dad. So yes,I was upset. And instead of handling the situation with tact and care and understanding he singled me out to be the bad guy and made the situation so much worse. My sister was finally able to compose her self enough to go out to the truck by herself and collect a few of his possessions. But again it was the way they handled the whole situation. Given the choice I would never reccomend this company to anyone. They had the opportunity to give something to this family, it cost them nothing to do so and they refused.

Awful place and people to deal with, avoid at all costs! No common sense or ability in any of the workforce

I help ray white . Get his truck. He a 80 year man. They charged 460 for 3 days .50 to get the truck off ther property and the guy said he load it for me on the car hauler traler .he did not . Just broadly out of the gate..we called 50 minutes in a advance we got ther at 10:20 the drive got ther 11;30am. Got in the office at 12:30 We did get the truck loaded until2:20pm . It took 4 hr before we left.. they would not let me help a 80 year man get his truck. To drive it out .to save 50$ but had no problem changing 50 for nothing. The lady on the phone seems nice .but I think they all about the money 50 $to move the truck 20, ft

Not worth your call......outrageously overpriced, believe me, you can get a high quality cheaper tow from the other local company.....I would give this place negative stars if possible 💩💩💩

The woman who answers th he phone is incredibly rude.. she sounds like she hates her job and God forbid you ask a question... her customer service skills are horrid. But not everything about my experience was negative I got to the office and all the employees there was very helpful and kind

They refused to listen to me about what there tower had done to the car. I put the car in a ditch. When I got it back on the road it didnt take long to notice something was wrong. It took awhile but I found the problem along with the markings that were left from where the tower hooked up to my inner tie rod. The evidence is clear but they refused to listen. I had to pay for a whole new rack and pinion. You are better off leaving your car in the ditch.

I needed a tow Saturday, and they was rude as hell Like I was bugging them.. Id recommend B&W . Good price and very nice ppl.

Well let’s start off by Saying it’s Game Day!!! And this is not where I wanted to be I found no help with this company I felt discriminated over charged. Oh a 24 hour company stays open 24 hours right well I was told not today hmmm we paid to get my sons vehicle out had some issues would not start car needed a boost. They were charging to have anyone help Us they would not let us to the back. I was told to come back tomorrow and since we could not get vehicle out there still a fee if I can’t pick up by 8am fee goes up. Oh that’s when I was told that she’s not coming back out tonight as she has to get up in the morning to be at work hmm well guess what I work too. It’s a 24hour wrecker service they should provide service 24hours not only when they want to.

Needed a tow for a large truck. They charged a reasonable price (better than any other place we called). Driver Kenny did excellent job.

Absolutely amazing service! Camaro over heated 45 miles from our house. Driver came out within 30mins with a flatbed to tow us home! Very professional and understanding driver. Extremely reasonable price. The lowest and best price and the best service of any wrecker company Ive ever worked with. Highly highly recommended if you are near the area and need a tow!

Most record companies got a sign that say theyre not responsible for lost or stolen item you dont have to worry about that here they run things right love the staff over there

They wanted 150 for a jump. HaHa I can buy a new battery for that. And I happened to have shoes for the short walk.

Called on a Saturday afternoon, and Jimmy answered the phone. Very nice man, very polite and helpful. Told me that he had just dispatched his truck, and that it would be about an hour. True to his word, about an hour later he called and gave me the heads up that the driver was headed to my vehicle. Driver was able to get the vehicle hooked up and dropped at my house flawlessly. After a very stressful situation with my vehicle, Burleson Wrecker surely saved the day, and the total cost of the job was less that even what I had expected. Will refer them to everyone from here on out!
