I dont understand the less than stellar reviews for this location. They took me in quickly. Both ladies, at reception desk and the one that drew my blood were very personable and respectful towards me. I even learned a few things regarding potassium and small things that could falsely increase it. The facility was very clean and close to home. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely keep this place as my go to from now on for labwork. You do a great job ladies! Dont let anyone tell you differently!👍😁

Highly recommend this LabCorp location. Kim and Beverly are awesome. They get it right every time and they never bruise me. Been coming here for years. Lots to be said for experience and they’ve got it!

I have been to this location twice for blood draws. Both times there was only one employee and she was doing both the reception and the blood draws. I waited in line for about 20 minutes before I ever got checked in. Once checked in, I waited another 45 minutes to get my blood drawn. It was the same employee both times I was there, and she was extremely rude. She said there were issues with the doctors orders (I have the same labs drawn a few times per year with no issues at other locations) and that she had to clarify the orders. Then a bit later, she said that she had actually found what she needed on the paperwork and had just overlooked it the first time.Overall, it took almost an hour and a half ordeal for what should have been a 10 - 15 minute appointment. I will not use this location again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Been 3x, no issues. Staff is friendly. Appts made online. Its inside a 2-story building, sort of basement level, below Frost Bank.

Wasted time driving to this location to have them close 30 minutes early. Later learned that they changed their hours to close at 4:30 rather than 5:00. Make a simple change to update your website before changing your hours so that you dont inconvenience people.

I can honestly say I hate going to get blood drawn. They can never seem to find my veins and when I advise them a good place they act like Im trying to tell them how to do their job. Or they stab you like you are meat and they are hungry. Not this time, I was in and out she did an excellent job!

No hassle usually pretty quick, check in (via kiosk and personnel) is satisfactory, ive never had problems with my blood draws (no poking around, always get it in the first try). no complaints so far.

The lady that took my blood was very pleasant and helpful. She is by far the best at drawing blood. This may sound funny but I cant stay getting someone that cant and digs a lot. I highly recommend this place.

I have no clue how LabCorp is still in business! Every location I’ve seen has and average of a 2 star rating! The staff is extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately my dr sent me here otherwise I would go anywhere else to get my lab work done. The women here are very rude and hate their jobs

Really great lab..got in and out fast. Phlebotomist very helpful and friendly. You could tell she knew what she was doing. 7-14 3:50pm

I have had pleasant experiences at this LabCorp location in the past, but when I went in last Thursday I received TERRIBLE customer service. They were short of staff and had no one sitting at the desk to greet patients or to check them in. One staff member in particular was rude, and very unprofessional. Very disappointing. I will be looking for another location for future lab work. The only reason my rating is 1 star is because another staff member volunteered to take over from the rude lady. This kind staff member helped me out and took great care of me.

Ive used their services on several occasions. They are helpful, friendly and prompt. They are good about sending lab results to your designees.

Everyone here is friendly and wonderful at taking blood, no matter what kind of veins you might have! Very professional, knowledgable, and good at what they do!

Twice in six weeks at this location, and twice the service was friendly and professional. First time I was seen at my exact appointment time, and the second time they actually got me in early!

They don’t care about your time. There is no receptionist. I have waited ten minutes just to drop off a sample...still waiting.

Very disorganized, charged me four times the amount I owed once, another time they never faxed my labs so I didn’t get my medication for another two weeks. Have had many rude interactions with staff.

Went in for a bio-metric screening. From waiting room to done in 10 minutes.

I called to confirm if they do drug screens and they person on the phone was very rude.
