I left not having what I wanted and paying almost 100 dollars definitely do not recommend. Oh and all my nails were filed completely crooked and that pink shimmery color was supposed to be rainbow glitter.

Rude & didn’t honor my appointment due to taking too many walk ins. I Was rushed out & a lady yelled across the salon that she didn’t want to do my toes cause there was acrylic on them. Unprofessional & do not recommend

OVERALL FELT RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED & UNWANTED. My sister & I made an appointment for 3pm & once we walked in, the man confirmed our 2 manis & 2 pedis. Once we sat down, the man & lady yelled across the salon that they didn’t want to do my sisters toes. Someone ended up doing them, but after, the lady said “you only have 2 pedis right?” After we told them no, we have 2 manis as well. they began mumbling to each other & having an attitude (Mind you, they were taking multiple walk ins while we were getting our toes done so it seemed like they just overbooked themselves & weren’t able to honor those that made appointments first). They made my sister & I very uncomfortable to the point where we said we’ll just leave after our toes are done. There was no apology or compensation for poor planning on their end & I would not recommend this place ESPECIALLY to any people of color.

Ive actually allowed Tanya to do my nails here..she does a great job and makes sure while she is doing them, that you are pleased with the shape, color, etc..I also like that if you make an appointment prior to coming, they stick to it.

Amazing service!! I will absolutely be returning here from now on! Courteous staff, hard working! I only wish I would have found them sooner! And, I only found them by countless recommendations from different customers of theirs!!

Terrible place, DO NOT GO HERE. They had a high school kid do my pedicure. I was not satisfied with the results, informed the owner she did not provide a refund/discount. All I wanted was for my pedicure to be done correctly. I was in and out from start to finish within 30 minutes. Worse service ever.

Cleanest set of acrylics Ive ever gotten (Hai did an incredible job). Very personable staff, very gentle pedicure as well. This is definitely my new nail shop!

I’ve been going to Lana Nails for 5+ years! This is the best nail experience I have ever had! Everyone is friendly, professional and understanding. I recommend this place to anyone I come into contact with! Whiny and Chris are my top choices but everyone else is great! I think it’s best to make an appointment because they are always so busy because of their great service but you can always walk in!!

My son and grandbabies gave me a gift certificate for my birthday to Lana Nails. With my crazy schedule I wasnt able to use the certificate until five months later, however, when I call to setup an appointment the owner did inform me that even though the certificate states that it expires in 6 months from the date of purchase he usually honors the certificate even after 6 months, so thats very nice to know. They have a professional and friendly staff with an open atmosphere environment so you dont feel closed off or claustrophobic. They provide liners for their pedi tubs and sterile nail tools for each client. They have massage chairs and televisions to keep you entertained while you relax and enjoy your pedicure or your manicure. Id highly recommend Lana nails.

They are quick, but sometimes so quick that its messy and they always cut my cuticles where they bleed. They do good pedicures too!

Love this place!!! As soon as i walked in i felt like i was at home. The first girl started on my nails and she messed up some of them but I didnt dash anything and the owners wife came and fixed them all. One nail wad completely crooked and she fixed it perfectly. Very nice people.

The owner came to the hospital and trimmed my sick elderly aunts fingernails, she didnt charge me. The kindness was overwhelming.. i cant thank her enough

I went to bliss recently and asked for a new set of acrylics, they charged me $60 and refused to do the shape I wanted or cut them down to a reasonable size. They were awful. I went straight to Lana, she worked me in super fast without an appointment and spent extra time to make sure I was happy with the result. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

I had a great experience. They were very busy but immediately greeted me and were quick to get me in. Everyone was very friendly. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because their floor was a little dirty. However, all the rubs and equipment were clean and sanitized

I came here about 1 ago and it was not the best experience but sometimes you have to give second chances and I’m glad I did .Mrs.LaLaine (sorry if I butchered her name ) did a spectacular job on my hands and feet . Super friendly and approachable . I’m not a very open person but she made me feel comfortable .Definitely going back here .

Patching holes in their roof this is a very special family owned Nail salon and when I say family, thats how you can expect to be treated here Misss Lana And her husband Steve lost their own home in the storm yet youh would never know it they are by far the best people Ive met in Panama City and theyve treated me with such kindness . I know what you must be thinking well he said he never got his mails done..? Lol nope sure didnt but I was invited in given, drinks, food and treated like family . And although I didnt get my nails done I had the pleasure of being in their shop even falling asleep on their sofa at one point, and seen how these folks Interact with their customers and I can assure you its nothing less than family . You can search all day for a nail salon but if you wanna feel at home around good hard working people that live for each other search no more do your nails heck your feet and back a favor go see Lana and Steve at Lana Nails youll thank them youll thank this review as I thank them for being the absolute best people Ive met in Panama City Florida . I went to Lana Nails yesterday and got a mani and a pedi. They did an excellent job! I had been going to another local shop and was very unhappy with them. I could not believe the difference. I had almost decided I would start doing my own because it is so expensive when you get them done and you are not happy with them. BUT when they do a good job, it is really worth it! Chris did my pedi and Lisa did my mani (gel). They are both excellent technicians!!! This is a very pleasant place and yes, you do feel like you are at home. It was one of the most relaxing enjoyable experiences I have had since Hurricane Michael. I WILL be going back. I think we all need to treat ourselves sometimes:o) This, was definitely a treat! LOVE the owners, they are so kind!!!
