They took my box and I never heard from them

I sent a tank on December 19, 2020 and this is the date that until today January 16,2021 my tank does not appear, they closed the office and they do not answer the cell phone or that phone number !! It is an abuse!

La peor compañía para enviar una caja es esta yo puse una caja hace 2 meses y 8 días y esa caja no ha llegado y ellos no me dan respuesta ninguna no cojen el teléfono no contestan mensajes y siempre su supuesta oficina está cerrada son lo peor de lynn

Do not send anything with them they lose things and they never answer you and they do not answer the phone and the boxes are also lost and they never do anything to make it appear

My box arrived open, mistreated and incomplete, when I call to ask no one answers or they give you an answer to your problem and they hide to not be responsible. Very bad service. If you dont want to lose your money and your packages, dont send these people. They are inresponsible.
