Yes I went in and asked for a particular way I wanted to do my nails, and she must have been ready to leave because she changed her mind on how she wanted to do my nails near the very end of the process! The lady didn’t want to put the jewels on my nails because it was “ too late, that they were about to close”!They man who did my friends nails were fantastic! I do not know who is in charge of this place but I would tell your workers that the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Will NEVER BE BACK!

If I pay for a service to be completed I would want it done the way I requested it to be done. Not what they think should be done. If I’m not happy with the results then I’m not happy with the results, no amount of talking will change that especially if I let you know *beforehand* that the colors do not match. Honestly no attempt to fix the problem before I made a fuss and even then she threw such a fit over it, mind you over a problem stated *before* she even finished the manicure. Do not recommend.

The man drew a complex flower on my cousin, but couldn’t draw a simple star and tear drop. Don’t say you can’t draw something easy when you literally just drew something complex. That’s just lazy! Not coming here ever again!

I love this place! They are very clean and diligent when it comes to doing nails! I have zero complaints about their service/prices! You pay for what you get

NEVER AGAIN will I go to this place. Pedi was great thanks to Nancy but my manicure was a disaster from the start. To say that Ben was rough and rude would be an epic understatement. He RIPPED my old set off (after arguing with me that I didnt need a new set) and the experience was absolutely painful. I told him he was hurting me many times. In fact, I ended up taking off the last one myself because he was ripping my natural nail off in the process. Believe it or not, it just got worse from there. I ended up getting up to leave while he walked around the room YELLING. What he had to be mad about is a complete mystery to me. I paid for my pedi and left with 2 fingernails done (and not the way I asked either). I went across the highway to H2O nails and they completely started over and did a fantastic job. I get my nails done on a regular basis and have been to many nail salons as I travel and I have never had a manicure be physically painful nor have I ever encountered such a rude, inconsiderate, belligerent tech.

Me and my daughter went to get our nails done. I got a full set and the lady cut all of my cuticles to where they are burning pretty bad. My daughter got hers just painted and I got regular acrylic nails and it was $90. I don’t think this should have been $90, I have never been charged that much for her nails painted and my acrylic nails plus all of my cuticles being cut!

Pedi wasn’t too bad but my nails are horrible!! I was there over 2 hours. He kept messing up and sort of starting over but really just adding to his mistakes. He kept apologizing saying he doesn’t normally work there and does better with longer nails. He filed and reshaped my nails so many times I can barely touch anything without them hurting. The tips are so thick and uneven. He also FaceTimed someone the whole time he was working on my nails but just faced the screen towards me and did no talking. So for almost 2 hours whoever was on the other end of the call (couldn’t see them it was just a tile floor in the screen) watched me! I left with ugly sore nails and red manicure powder stained all over my fingers. I paid $50 for something I feel like a cosmetology student could’ve done their first week at school. Never again will I go there!!

I have been going to Le for about 5 or 6 years. Everyone is so nice and my nails are Always on point. I have gone to other salons but always go back to Le at gala because she does them right and they look beautiful and last forever. O have been seeing Le at gala nails for as long as I have been with my husband! Great place. I will always go back!

John did a wonderful job on my eyelashes, it was past closing and he didn’t hurry to get finished. He’s an artist.

Couldn’t do a basic American tip. Lady was rude and they could have gotten a lot more money if they’d been nice. I spent way too much on what I got. She didn’t even get all the polish off my toes

I walked in this morning and was poorly greeted by an older lady! She said Why you here?! We dont open until 9:30!I then told her her sign outside said open and she said No leave! Come back later!Very rude and unprofessional!

New to the area. My pedicure was AMAZING! My nails HORRIBLE! Nail Techs attitude wasn’t up to par. (She tries to multi-task 2-4 clients at one time) Not pleased! The service is not what I paid for! Every time I told her what I wanted she had her way of doing things.... Needless to say I am not pleased!! I will not be returning for nails but will return for pedicure.

Yeah, they do very good facial wax and are super patient! Much love to them! 💖😁

My experiences have been good and they do a great job on your nails. Ive had Linda and Sandy both do my nails. They are pricey but I have never had a broken nail. I would recommend this place.

I gave this a 2 stars only because Stacy does a wonderful job. But do not let John do your eyelashes. Mine fell out in a week and he blamed me. He did offer to do them again but Im not from here and when I asked, he again blamed me for doing something mistakenly and made them fall out. I did nothing wrong. He just didnt know how to take care of business and customers.

Linda does an amazing job! I got long, coffin ombré nails and she blends like a dream! She takes her time and is sweet!

Went for a new set with glitter tips. After doing the first nail solid pink I clarified that I wanted glitter powder on the tips... he told me no, that he would do glitter lacquer on the tip. Charged me $53 for a basic set of nails.

I dont even want to give it one star. The man who did my nails was so rude. He kept grunting in anger while filing my nails. I wanted coffin shape and he did not know how to do it he spent forever trying to shape them. The acrylic is thick and chunky my nails stick up. Worst nails Ive ever had and charged me $50 and that was after complaining! He chopped up my cuticles they hurt so bad!

Just got a pedicure which was good but I watched her put tools back in a bag and then in her box. Never cleaned anything. Disgusting

So disappointed. I only soaked my feet for 3 minutes the entire pedicure. Made me soak my nails during pedicure in an awkward position couldnt even enjoy the massage chair. The nail I picked out was an hombre they didnt even do it. My nails turned out an ugly color. When i asked why he didnt do the hombre nail. He just apologized. Didnt discount for his mistake, didnt take my coupon, and knocked my bounce back card from $40 to $20! Will not return to any Gala nails.

We were just there. It was my wife, myself, and my two sons. One lady to do four pedicures while the dude sat in back doing nails on a fake hand and when we said we were leaving they finally decided to do something and try to help us. If I could giv no stars I would. You could see the rollers in the chairs my wife was sitting in they have Louis Vaton cloth over them to hide the rollers. We sat there soaking our feet for a hour and then got up and left. All they could say they were short handed but two workers just sitting around doing nothing. DO NOT GO HERE! There are much better places in midland.

Went in today for a full set, $55 for french tip. Horribly done!! The guy seemed to be in a hurry. He used white nail polish instead of the white tip. Nail polish was tacky and he missed spots,there are bubbles in my nails and on top of that he cut me! Worst manicure and customer service ever.

They dont even so deserve 1 star. It was the worst experience EVER! the guy was on the phone the whole time he was doing my nails, he didnt ask me what I wanted at all, he just did them how he wanted to and he cut 4 of my fingers! Oh and he stunk horrible of cigarettes and before he was even done with my nails he pulled out a pack of cigarettes and his lighter. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! And it cost me $35 for just a French tip.

Ive been going to gala nails to get my eyelashes done by calvin since 2012 and he is the best....for the past 2 years i moved out of town and everywhere ive gone to get my eyelashes done has done a horrible job....now im making the drive back to calvin so i can get them done right....i love it he is really the best at what he does ...very natural is what i request and he does that everywhere else ive gone has my eyelashes looking like the strip tgat u glue on or very ghetto. ..👍👍👍👍
