I have been going here for years and they always to do an excellent job! I always get compliments on my nails and never had a problem at all. They go above and beyond to make sure I am happy when I leave!

The owner is terribly disrespectful, Ive gotten cut while getting my nails done MULTIPLE TIMES, their designs are poorly done and they are incapable of shaping nails properly. I truly do not suggest anyone go here. They refuse to refund for poor work EVEN THOUGH THATS ILLEGAL and they make fun of you when you ask. Safe yourself the money and go elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There was shellac polish left all over my fingers and when I asked for it to be fixed they just looked at me and smiled. The lady who was doing my sisters nails made a comment about how big her daughter was for her age and when I gave them a tip the man said that two people did my nails and where was the other persons tip. We went here because we wanted 3 mani/pedis last minute and we were already at the mall but I definitely wont be back.

I had gotten my nails done Monday and was not pleased with the results. Ive been to this place before and dread getting my nails done by the owner but he was all that was available. As soon as I got home I had already noticed that he had cut my cuticle for the third time and has cut the cuticles of friends I had brought in to their shop. And now its Thursday and I go to get a refund because two of my nails were already coming loose, one of my acrylics were put on crooked and one of my nails were filed at an angle in the corner. All I had asked for were simple French tips. When I went in to ask for a refund, only 3 days later, the owner refuses. He said he would redo my nails for me which I didnt want. I didnt want him to touch my nails again. I simply asked for my refund and if it made him feel better to simply just take off all of my acrylics gel nails because I didnt want them redone. I showed him my nails and he scoffed at me at looked at the woman whos nails he was working on acting as if I was crazy for wanting a refund and making comments and remarks which was absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for. Every time I asked why he couldnt refund my money he would reply with I cant or I wont . There are no signs posted up anywhere in the store that says no refunds and he couldnt even present me with a No refund policy. The only saving grace of this establishment is the sweet lady who does waxing and nails who was nice enough to fix my nails for me. The owner on the other hand I could hear still talking to his customer about how ridiculous I was being. They will not be getting my business again.

Ive been going 2 them almost a yr now and so has my mom my nail tech is Henry and my mom sits with his wife... I love the way he took the time and patience 2 shape my natural nail coffin shaped he does hella bomb overlays and tips Ive never had a problem jus last week he cut my cuticle on my pinky finger but thats because I wouldnt stop moving my hand.... Very satified with their work

They where okay for my first time having my nails done.

The pedicures are great!!
