Love these ladies! They are very congenial, extremely professional and do a wonderful job every time. I use Diane and will sit and wait for her! Shes just gotten to know my likes and dislikes, but all the ladies are really good! Clean shop too! I dont give 5 stars very often, but this place earns it!

Theres nothing like paying 50 dollars for a set of nails that break in half and chip within 3 days, after youve planned a vacation out of state. The acrylic is applied paper thin. Not to forget the damage done to my cuticles, the excess acrylic on to my skin and the excess gel that Ive been having to pull off.. Extremely dissapointed.

No filler and prices change each time. Board says one thing they say another. I dont argue. Service was bad oedicure Go out with rougher and cut up not smooth at all !!No cuticles pushed back / amd mani and pedi ..old polish chips lumps fades and was not correct You say something they still dont correct polishI wont return!

Gel polish clear coat was all over the skin around my nail bed and bubbled up in 2 spots. The edges could have been cleaner as well - they were just rushed and sloppy. I asked for it to be removed and just got a plain manicure. The plain manicure is wrinkled and lumpy. She blamed it on the fact that I chose white polish for both but I never have this problem at home or at other salons.

Several years ago I needed to find a new nail shop and after trying several I went to La Rosa Nails and I am so glad I did. They treat me like family they like! I have the same great experience every time I go in which is about every three weeks! I highly recommend you visiting here. All the staff are very competent and the owner is very professional and does first class work.

My daughter and I visit this salon since our last place was destroyed by the hurricane. Its been an easy transition. The ladies are very fun to be around. They do a good job too!

They did a great job! I got the Mani pedi. I paid extra and got a deluxe tropical pedicure with a sugar exfoliate, lotion rub down with a hot towel finish. They pampered me nicely. Very nice ladies very clean place.

I wont go back! Ruined shape of my nails. I got dip powder, it looks horrible. Cloudy, spotted up and dips from where the nails are not smoothed, filled and filed correctly.Horrible work! Wasted my time and my money.

As I had previously wrote a review about the 2nd degree burns I got from La Rosa nails, they said the adjuster denied my claim. Neither their insurance company nor the lady at the nail shop would furnish me the adjusters name nor the letter where he said he was denying my claim. Why? Because they dont have anything. These people got away with not paying me for pain and suffering because of who they are.

Went in to get my eyebrows done, wax wasn’t hot, and employee seemed like she was in a rush. After she was done I looked the same as I did when I came in, and I normally don’t give reviews, but I’m not satisfied at all. My first visit was definitely my last.

I love to have my mani and pedi here. SUPER CLEAN. Very friendly with a kind touch. Wouldnt go any where else in PC.

Im always happy when i leave the nail shop. She does great work and have never had a problem ever. When i walk in im greeted and told to pick a color and have a seat that they will be right with me. They always ask if you would like aomething to drink while you wait. I have been having my nails done here for over 8 years. Will never go anywhere else...

Horrible. I had stiletto nails. Asked the lady to shorten them a little and she cut them down to some weird shaped squares, I argued with her for like 5 minutes that I wanted them to stay pointed like they were when I came in, she didn’t know what she was doing so another lady came over and asked me if I wanted to come back another day to have them fix them, I said “what am I supposed to do with my nails now” so another guy came over and pointed them for me then the lady finished them, they were so crooked and thin, the gel polish peeled off after a week and the acrylic was breaking off within a week too.

Very friendly but not 100% impressed. My nails are crooked and I had to have them repaint them to get them close to my your nail polish.

Love the people, and have been twice a month for about 20 years, have never had a problem.

I got 2nd degree burns on the top of both hands from gel nail dryer. At first they agreed to pay dr bills, then lied to adjuster and denied everything. They nor their insurance company will tell me who or how to get in touch with adjuster.

My first time visiting la rosa nail salon a couple days ago and it was my FIRST and LAST time ever coming here . When I sat down the lady that was suppose to be doing my nails was on her phone for about 5 minutes . Then in the middle of doing my nails she stopped and got on her phone again . I already waited 30 min to sit down . So I was a little frustrated already . (They werent busy ) then I showed the lady the color and design I wanted and after 10 different times and colors she still didnt do it right . But I was ready to go . I spent 2 hours there . Which I should have only been there for no longer than 1 hr. I got a fill in, which is $15, and gel polish was $5. when I went to pay she told my nails cost $37. I dont know where they came up with that number . So I had a horrible expierence, wasted time and money . my nails still didnt look right at All.

I had a bad experience. One lady started my nails and just got up and walked to the back without saying anything to me and when she came back she had her coat purse and all and was telling everyone bye she tells me happy New Years and leaves so the owner sits down and finished my nails. This was a Monday afternoon and the next mornin one of my nails broke so I went black to get it fixed Aroumd 12ish they fixed it and charged me $5 and then the next day on my birthday another nail broke I got a fill in and had to pay like I had gotten a full set Im not for Panama so I really dont know any good places but they couldnt do anything I wanted
