Ive been going to this shop for 4 or 5 years and today was the worst experience that my daughter n myself have had. We had a bad feeling to and we should have turn around and left atill I saw the regular lady who owns the business or Lang. I wasnt thinking a lady whos eyebrows looked good would mess our eyebrows up but she did. This was the second time I took my daughter to get her eyebrows done n the first time was right before mothers day she was so happy with her experience and her eyebrows but not today the older lady was horrible. She waxed and then started plucking so much that we both had no brow left. Now my daughter doesnt want to ever get her eyebrows done again thanks to the lady not knowing when to stop.

I havent gotten my nails done here in many years but I do buy my school supplies here (Im in school for skin and nails) and they have better prices on most than Amazon! Also, get all my eyelashes here! They have some really great ones! Also... They make the best egg rolls /spring rolls around! What more could you need?

I love my nail tech shes getting me at my little box of doing lizard lines on my fingers she do not hurt my feet and of course I will always be there to get my nails done

They do amazing work for lash extensions but Ill stick with my normal nail tech at natural nails for my nails. I go there for my lashes

Wasnt happy with my nails

My husband and I went on Saturday morning and received excellent service. There werent a lot of customers yet and we were in the pedicure chairs for at least 45 minutes. I also got a manicure. I would have given 5 stars but my polish wasnt matched properly as I got gel on my fingers and regular polish on my toes. We came from Atlanta and this was my husbands first time getting a pedicure and he loved it as well.

My mother and I have been going to this salon for 10+ years, and have only ever received excellent service. The prices are very affordable and the people are great. I had my eyebrows done today and feel extra beautiful so I wanted to leave this review in addition to a big tip.

I have been coming to the salon since before my daughter was born and love,love,love my sweet girls at Lisenby nail art! Very professional and prices are great! Lashes and wax always beautiful! Nails and toes great as well!!! So very grateful for all the hard work these ladies do for me and my family!! Love ❤️

Offer a lot of services and are good at them...if you make it there before noon. The more people that come in, they rush through your service and arent as attentive. The parking is also very limited...about 12 parking spots, definitely not enough to cover the amount of business they receive.

Took my daughter and myself for her first time. Glad they did her first. They were good. Mine were not. Five of my acrylics were crooked. I showed her a picture 3 times of what I wanted and told her 3 times it was not what I wanted. Then I was over charged. They were do thick, I spent hours trying to repair them and money. NEVER GO HERE!!

I came in to get my eyebrows waxed. There were two people ahead of me so I waited. Then the lady got done with them and disappeared. I politely asked the other woman doing nails at the time how much longer the wait would be and she barked at me “don’t know, you wait.” Then I asked another woman that walked by a few minutes later and she said the lady that does eyebrows went on her lunch break, she will get me when she gets back. They were so rude and don’t care about customers at all. I’ll never go back there.

I wish I could give more stars. I love this place. They are the best in Panama City by far... They are friendly, fast, professional working habits, talented and priced fairly. They recognize faces and remember their clients and communicate with them in a friendly business manor as well as a friendly manor. They are very pleasant to have for company while getting your nails done, eyelashes, brows or whatever done. I would choose to wait for a chair right there rather than go elsewhere for one on spot. Although wait time rarely an issue. And never a huge issue. No long waits at all really. They deserve ten stars...

If you’re closing hour is 7 o’clock why lock the doors at 6:15 ? I understand locking the nail salon down but the beauty supply store? Then when I knocked on the door they just looked at me .😐 now I love this store but this has been two times last time I came 6:36 so I came earlier this time, and look what they did to me!

Came in thinking that everything would be nice and fine. Went with a friend, came in at the same time but yet her nails were started almost 2 hours after mine, the woman that was shaping my nails took so long, almost 2 hours and yet some of them were crooked. They were talking about the customers, being disrespectful. Asked the lady to cut my nails and she barerly cut them, another lady painted them and messed them up. Doubt I will come back.

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE FROM HERE THEY ARE THE WORST THE DONT EVEN SHAPE THERE NAILS RIGHT AND WHEN YOU PAY FOR YOUR NAILS THEY CHASE YOU OUT THE DOOR LIKE YOU DIDNT PAY ❗️❗️❗️& THEY ARE VERY RUSHY THEY DONT TAKE THERE TIME ON YOUR HANDS

My experience was not good even though I been here before I had to wait 45 minutes for a fill in the lady did extremely terrible! I do not like my nails even though I had her to re do them she just does not know what she is doing. I waited another 52 mins for a pedicure. By the way the shop was empty so I have no clue why they were so slow. I wanted to get the service I was used to back in the day but apparently things have changed here.

By far the worst nail salon I have ever visited. Came in and asked for a full set. A girl named Alba started my nails. The whole time she was rushing. She gave me my price and got up and left before I could even finish drying. When she left I started to notice I spots where she didnt polish. My nails where put on lopsided and worst of all my nails had crylic missing in some places. So I asked the owner if she could fix them... She said these words....No I dont want to....Then the she got up and asked for me to pay her.... For the other reviews on here... I dont know what shop you are claiming to have had an 5 star experience because this place isnt worth 1 star... And Alba you clearly need more training!!!!!!

The ONLY place I go to get my brows waxed.

I went with an opened mind. I had gotten dip powder tips from Happy Nails. I love Happy Nails, I just wanted to try something new. I didnt last half an hour here in Nail Art And Spa. They didnt even know what dip was, and tried to RIP THEM OFF! I had to tell them how. And even when I explained to them, they proceded to put pure acetone in a bowl and made me dip my fingers in it. She tried filing it off, about 4 times. She burned me 3 times and my nails are horrible and thin. The lady simply put, did not understand english. Everytime I asked her something she would ask the owner. Horrible communication skills. I left. Payed 7 dollars to get them removed. 7 dollars completely wasted 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Will NOT be returning. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone I care about.

The owner needs work on speaking to everyone instead of picking and choosing, she rushes with her work, If it wasn’t for the young lady that do my eye lashes I wouldn’t step foot in her building
