I didnt spend a single unnecessary second in this salon--I came in at my appointment time and they immediately had me in a chair, working to remove my old dip. I only soaked for MAYBE 10 minutes--whereas other popular salons have had me soak for 40-60 min to buy time.They spent so much time shaping my nails--they look phenomenal and natural. No bulkiness to the dip. Cant wait to return. The salons aesthetic isnt appealing, but all other factors considered they are my new favorite salon.

First visit, will not be back. I wanted a simple pedicure, so I thought. Tech did not seem experienced based on my visits to other salons in other cities and states. My toenails have a top clear coat but still look managed to look dull. Not a fan of this place. I will keep looking bc Im new to the area. Sure theres a business out there that I will love! I care about the quality of my pedicures as well as the professionalism/experience of the person providing the service. #selfcare

My nails are bumpy, Uneven, and blotchy... the pink color has dark spots and lines ... it’s horrible and I left a $15 tip. Didn’t notice it until I got home. These pics don’t do justice on how horrible they look. I spent $85 on this mess

We showed up at 1115 on a Sunday. Every chair was full and I was told to come back in 30 mins for two pedicures. We came back and no one had moved. We sat in the pedicure chairs for 1.5, for a simple pedicure. When we finished, we’d tipped the technician $30 in cash, the Checkout technician overcharged us by $10 and then assumed we wanted to give it to the nail tech as a tip. Frustrated we agreed and left. Will not be coming back.

We had a couples pedi, the ladies where kind and professional. No, wait time.. my feet feel awesome 🦶🏼

My sister and I came here cause our usual spot was closed. The salon was clean. They didnt have spa slippers so my sister did not get her pedicure. We both got the dip both our nails had lumps and bumps plus dip on my skin all of this took over 4 hours.

The shop was a very clean. The people who work there were very nice my nails look amazing. I am extremely happy with them!

I’ve came to this nail salon at least on three occasions. Each time they have rushed through my nails, and eyebrows. I’m currently suffering from a wax burn and a ugly full set. My nails look horrible and so does my eyebrows. They always blame the product for the lack of quality in nails but in all reality they are just doing a bad rushed job. My wax burn looks so bad that it looks like someone punched me in the face.

I’ve been going here for 2 years; they always make time for me and I’ve always had a pleasant experience.A couple ideas that could get them way more customers: repaint the parking lines to be straight (it’s difficult to park in the lot), clean up the plants around the front, clean up the front window (the ads are half torn down - it looks messy and unprofessional), paint the interior a nice relaxing color (like soft blue. Set the ambiance for a spa, a lit candle would help too), offer a menu with different options (hot stone, different scented lotions/scrubs, etc), offer beverages (water or tea would suffice, but wine for an additional charge would be wonderful!). This place has so much potential, the owner just needs to update it.

Miss Sue is amazing! I come here quite often with my mother to get manicures and pedicures. Lisa is one of the most amazing nail technicians!

I love this place. I have only gone there once so far but i just love it! It will definitly not be the last time i go there. They handmade the design on my nails which i thought was so cute! I got the nails that change with the temp. Before i went to Hawaiian nails spa, I had never even heard of nails that change color with the temp. Now that i know about Hawaiian Nails Spa and the color changing nails, I dont think ill ever want to go to another place again! Hawaiian Nails Spa is the place for me!

They were stinking and they were messy and sloppy my nails polish is all over my nails it looks terrible . I am so hurt by this experience, the lady drilled my nails so deep I got a simi cut I am so hurt . I do not recommend going they are awful .

They did a good job with my pedicure BUT they were 50 minutes late for my appointment AND they carried on conversations with other co-workers in a different language. I find that to be incredibly rude. They were not overrun with people, just not staffed well. The guy who cleaned up the stations and helped me put my sandals back on, was the most outgoing and pleasant person in the whole establishment. I did leave a nice tip but only because of the current economic situation and I know they’re trying to recover from the lockdown. I will not be patronizing this business in the future.

I’m from out of town and I had broken a nail during my trip. I stopped by Hawaiian Nails bc I saw them on a google search. I pulled up 15 minutes before they closed and the doors was already closed. I called from my car and the owner said they were closing an hour early (Covid-Hours) and to come back tomorrow. I explained it was only 1 nail and she very gracefully agreed to fix it. She did a great job.

Don’t waste your time. I came here and the first time I liked my nails they lasted three weeks. I decided to try them again I had gel polish and the second day my nail polish was chipping. I returned and informed them. They decided to just plaster another layer of polish on top and of course the next day my polish was chipping everywhere. Please note I waited an hour to have my nails repolished. This place is a joke! Want a wax eyebrows chin etc please note it’s completed out in the open in front of everyone. People don’t have money to throw away. This place is a disgrace and the two times I went here it was so hot they have the doors open no air condition on so everyone is in there sweating.

Best place in Florida so far! I have gone to several places and these people did my nails right! They are are all even and smooth.... just perfect. Definitely going again!

Love this salon! I have been a customer for many years. I refuse to go to any other salon. I am always pleased with the results. The staff is so sweet and caring.

I got some Pinterest inspired Halloween nails and they did an awesome 👏 job! 4 stars just because its a little older and a group of people hung outside of the door and were pretty loud, so could have been a more relaxed environment but again quality work. 💅🏻

Ive read all of these reviews on here, and if the store was bad, I sure dont think it is anymore. The people were very nice and patient with me, and did exactly what I wanted. It didnt take very long either, which was good. I was very pleased with the outcome.

My friends and I came as a last minute resort. The lady rushed through us and none of us were pleased. I had gel nail polish on my skin and my friends didnt have their whole nail covered. Only two ladies worked when there were 5+ customers.

This place SUCKS! There is only 1 girl in the who knows how to do nails and she barley works! Get them done here and all your nails will be different shapes and sizes then forget about saying something she snapped on me !

I went in to get a shape up on my eye brows and it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I specifically told the girl TWICE i want a SHAPE UP and she said okay. When she started i noticed it was taking too long and all of a sudden she said has anyone ever told you you look like pocahontas? I said no but ummm thanks? I immediately asked for a mirror. This girl did not give me the shape up I requested but rather made it really thin and UNEVEN. The bottom part still wasnt toched and we were 10 mins into it. I told her to get her boss and she came and said they looked good and even. I then walked up to a lady waiting and asked her what she thought. She said they were different in size and shape. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!!!

TERRIBLE! Went there to get my eyelashes done! First the lil girl said she didt have any lashes, said if I bought my own shed take off $5. I show up and she has lashes! I was like why you tell me you didnt have any,she just laughed and started speaking vietnamese. She was on yhe phone for 5 mins had me waiting! The shop is a HOT ASS MESS! It was digusting,and ive seen some hood stores this was by far the worst! Then to top it all off, she put glue onto a used magazine then was going to apply it to my eyes. I onky seen it after she dropped the glue dead in my damn eye!! Burned like hell she just stood there while i was screaming in pain, saying i messed it up! another lady had to help me wash out my eye. I couldnt even drive home. It was awful. She tried to say i was allergic and was rude and unprofessional. So tired of these viets being rude. Not getting my money anymore!! Rude bastards!! Dont go to hawaiin nails in panama city. Worst nail shop ever
