We have a 1 Ton Van that is critical to our business. Had an issue with it and took it to Roberts for service. Nothing with this van is ever cheap, so I was thinking this is going to be expensive. Well, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and fixed a cylinder that was not firing. Could have taken me to the cleaners, but was very honest about what the fix is and saved me thousands. All my business and personal vehicles will be going to Roberts from now on!

We have had both cars in to Roberts several times over the years for different services including brakes, brake flushing, transmission drain/refill, spark plugs, etc. We have been very satisfied with their work. They always effectively communicate the issue(s) before any work is performed (with an estimate). All staff members are courteous and knowledgeable. Car parts are top tier (high quality). I will take my cars to Roberts over the dealer any day of the week.

Nice small auto shop Reasonable prices and a guy you can trust.My whole family goes there. Its a shop you dont have to worry about nicks and scratches and dents in your car that werent there before you brought it in there. Very careful with your vehicle for those people who care.

I brought my vehicle to Roberts Auto Service on a last minute request due to a possible transmission issue. Tim checked my vehicle out quickly and confirmed my worst fears of a blown transmission but took the time on numerous occasions to talk to me about my options and help in any way. Being from St Charles I normally took my car to a shop in Geneva as it is hard to find a trustworthy shop. However, after my experience with Tim and Roberts Auto, this will be the place I take my vehicles to and will recommend anyone else do so as well. Honest and hardworking shop, thankful for that.

Tim knows his stuff! He is honest and trustworthy and frankly that’s hard to come by! After a lengthy ordeal with CarMax until my warranty ran out and they couldn’t help me... (surprise, surprise) Tim was able to diagnose and fix a fuel injector and got my Edge running like new. We also had our Charger recently towed here and he knew what was wrong immediately. I would tell anyone to come here with their car troubles. Thanks Tim!

My daughter’s car broke down on way to get it diagnosed so we had it towed to Robert’s Auto. They said it was something with the rocker arm bolt which would require taking the engine completely apart. Minimum would be $1200 maximum $4000. Needless to say, my 17 yo didn’t have that kind of money for her 2002 Malibu. My dad tightened the rocker arm bolt for free (which did not require the engine being taken completely apart). I will never recommend Robert’s Auto!!!!
