Just moved to the area recently and needed to find a place to get my oil changed. What a great decision I made to choose Suburban T.A.R. I called they got me in right away and I was in and out of there in less then 30 mins. They definitely have a customer for as long as Im in the area, really friendly and the area to wait in was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Great service and fast. I had been putting off a tire purchase for my vehicle and was happy to find this shop in Oswego, Ill. Their pricing was competitive after doing some comparison shopping. To install 4 new tires took about an hour. What I really appreciated was while they pointed out other potential services my vehicle my need, they didnt try to push me into it. I had some concern about my brakes, but after they inspected them, I was told I likely could hold off on breaks for maybe up to a year. I also had the vehicles alignment checked and that also turned out to be fine. I appreciate honest business people and not trying to upsell me on things I didnt need. Ill for sure return to this location for any future service needs.

He also threw in an oil dipstick free of charge that had broken unrelated to the repair! I would recommend this business for those in need of servicing their vehicle.

I love this place! I always use them for my oil changes. They are quick, nice and honest. I’ve gone to several places in the past and have been taken advantage of and got charged way too much. This place does not do that. My wife and I will schedule oil change appointments for both of us, drop our cars off, grab some breakfast next door and the cars will be ready by the time we are done eating. I also love this place for their thoroughness in checks, inspections and repairs. Definitely recommend.

I was there on 8/3/20 getting my flat tire replaced. The mechanic was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained things very well and was very cordial and patient. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Thank you.

They didn’t have the tires I wanted, but they ordered them. The very next day they called and said installation could be done that day. I drove right over and the tires were installed right away.It was quick and Ozzie was very helpful and friendly.

I am so glad I found Surburban Tire when I moved here couple years ago. Everytime Ive had a car emergency or maintenance they get it taken care of quick. I usually ask for Jon or Ozzy they are always straight forward and find the best and most cost effective approach to my car issue. They explain everything easily to me and tell me options. Ive been there for car issues about 6 times in 2 years. Ive also recommended them to people who also were very happy with work done honesty and price.

My experience here was excellent. Needed a tire patch. I was coming home from work about an hour away so I knew it would be nearly closing time by the time I was able to drop it off. I called ahead and I was assured they’d be able to get it back before close. I dropped the tire off, they took my info, and I returned home. I installed the donut on my car and as I was finishing up I got the call that it was complete. They did everything they said they would. Quick service and impecible quality and AT FAIR PRICES. It’s nice to do business with a mom and pop shop that has integrity. Everyone from the manager, who was professional as can be but friendly... to the folks in the shop who did the work were respectful and kind. 10/10 will return as I need more service.

Love Suburban Tire! I always feel safe in having them inspect and repair my vehicles. The Oswego store is our go-to and manager John was amazing. John was transferred to another location and Ozzy is now the manager in Oswego. They are both amazing! Very professional, accommodating, and spot-on with their work!

We were on a trip from Texas to Wisconsin, got a TPMS low pressure indication, searched and found several places, started making calls.We were towing a trailer, had a cat in the truck, so there were some special circumstances. Called three places in the general area, didnt get a feeling like they would be accommodating to our situation. Called Suburban Tire and talked to Justin. Drive over, pulled in and they had the tire off in less than five minutes. Justin checked and adjusted pressure in all the rest of the tires while one of his other guys jumped on fixing the tire with the screw in it. They cleaned the studs off and dressed the hub, a detail Id never seen done in another tire shop.Finally, they torqued the lug nuts by hand.Went inside to hand the man some money, it was free. They classified it as an emergency and covered the costsWe were out in 45 minutes.Kudos to Ozzie, Justin and the crew and thank you for taking care of some wayward Texans.

Had a flat tire yesterday, got my car back to Suburban Tire at 5 pm and they fit me in before they closed!! Ww have bought tires there numerous times and they fixed the nail in my tire at no charge since I got my tires last year! Great customer service and local company that still knows what it means to go above and beyond!! If you need tires or oil changes...this is a great place to go!!!!

Had nothing but good experiences with these guys. Theyve done oil change, new tires and alignment, and most recently suspension strut and wheel bearing work. Their prices on service have always seemed reasonable and honest. Tires were a little more than expected last time we bought them but the car we were buying for has an uncommon sizing so thats part of it too. They have always had the work done and ready by the time we needed the car back. We moved a little farther away and the guys recommended one of their other locations but I still come back to this location when we need service.

It is amazing that this center has any available time in their schedule. If everyone knew the quality of service, the honesty of the staff, their astounding attitudes, and very reasonable pricing; it would be nearly impossible to get an appointment. But, these guys would bend over backwards to find a way to help you. They really do work to help you and not just make a buck.I have been bringing my three vehicles to this shop since they opened. Every single time I have received honest and helpful information. Just valid and honest information with no pressure. I am a very critical consumer and I demand high quality concurrent with value, but seldom find it.In this case I cannot adequately communicate how great they truly are. With a 1 - 5 star rating system, they deserve 6 1/2 stars.

I found i had what my car said was a flat tire while pulling out of my driveway to go to a work appointment. I came to this store since it was closest to me. I learned i had a drive flat tire and thats why it didnt look flat like I’m used to. They took me right away and had my tire repaired quickly! I was a new customer and they didn’t charge me Anything for the repair. Id had a terrible day and when i found Id gotten my third flat in the last year I was just a mess worrying id have to pay to replace yet another tire..$$!! These guys really made my day and made sure i had one less thing to worry about. They were very nice. Clean lobby and customer waiting area. No wait. Fast repair. I would definitely go back. Suburban Tire in Oswego turned my bad situation into a fantastic experience. I found a large nail in the sidewall of one of my tires. Remembering I had included Road Hazard coverage when I purchased a new set from Suburban over two and a half years ago, I called and spoke with Ozzie C. about my problem. When I got there to drop off the tire he already had my paperwork pulled and had ordered a new tire as they did not have one in stock. He said it should be there in about an hour. Sure enough. Got a new tire mounted and balanced and a call back to pick it up all in less than two hours. I never even had to find and show my paperwork. Super great service for an unscheduled appointment. Thank you Ozzie, for your speedy attention in fixing my problem. Dont want to forget to say thanks to the mechanics/techs either. (It was a hot day). We have been going to suburban for about a year now. From tires, to potholes problems, two valve stem replacements they have been there for us. Not only gave us economical but quality options but even took of care of some things for free. They have definitely earned our loyalty, and I give them five stars for their fantastic customer service and efficiency.

The ongoing construction in my neighborhood caused me to run over a screw, rendering a flat tire when I went to leave work last Thursday. I changed the tire to the spare, which admittedly was also looking low on air at the time. The next morning, my spare tire was dangerously low. I live very close to Suburban Tire Auto Repair Center on Orchard in Oswego, so I drove straight there at 9am. An employee met me in the parking lot to assist in bringing in my flat. The person at the desk got me checked in and offered to top off my spare tire before I left. He let me know it might be a few hours because they had several cars ahead of me. I got a call from him between 1-2pm to let me know they were able to repair my tire. He said since I was a new customer there would be no charge for the service that day. I was ecstatic. When I came to pick up the tire later that afternoon, they offered to install it for me. Within 20 minutes or so, I was on my way with my repaired tire installed and the now-filled spare tucked back in its compartment in the trunk - all at no expense to me. To say they have earned my future patronage is an understatement. They provide prompt friendly service and really go the extra mile, in my opinion. They also have a nice waiting area, complete with a separate room with toys for kids. Since they are next to a strip mall, it would also be easy to pop over for a bite to eat at one of the restaurants, or even cross Orchard at the light to shop at Walgreens, depending on how long of a wait you might have.

Came in for an oil change but requested a look at the front struts as my car was making crunching noises going over bumps and rolling on corners. No trying to upsell. Just fixed what needed to be fixed. John was nice enough to give me a loaner and I was able to pick up the car later in the afternoon. Rides great! Will definitely do business with again.

They have the best prices in town. You get a nice detailed printout of your alignment with an explanation to go along with it. Their showroom, and also their bathroom is very clean. After my vehicle started shifting gears hard, I took it in to a mechanic who diagnosed it as a bad transmission. Considering this is an extremely pricey repair, I decided to get another opinion. I was referred to suburban tire and Im so thankful i went! Turns out it was NOT the transmission, but a faulty sensor. John was so helpful, the customer service is phenomenal and its so nice to know I can take my vehicle to a trustworthy and honest mechanic!!! Ill never go anywhere else again.

Purchased tires here a year ago. Walked in Friday morning 8:30 am at Oswego location. Asked if there was any chance for oil change and tire rotation. John was able to make it happen. Didn’t even tell him that i wanted to have these done before driving car out of state in a few hours.

Love these guys...I went in for a new set of tires for my Audi. Expected to have to wait at least an hour. The manager, John, showed me to their Starbucks coffee machine and before I knew it I was on my way home. Fast, extremely courteous & knowledgeable service. And MOST importantly, great price. Found a gem with this place. Family owned business. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Prices are great also. They definitely stand behind their work and do a great job at it. The waiting room is very clean, makes you feel youre right at home and not to mention the starbucks coffee machine. This is an added bonus. Also they take their time when working on your car. Generally, the customer service is satisfactory but not out of this world. Their knowledge is sub-par. I like getting oil changes there because it is the cheapest full synthetic oil change I can find.

I’ve always had a great experience at Suburban. They are knowledgeable, prompt to their time estimates and always fair on price.

In a return visit, I was offered a comp on the tire change and explained that the policy for free tire rotations has changed. I understand that policies change and prices go up and am ok paying for things I am told about. Thank you for informing me about the tire patching which made me feel better about my tire. These gents were concerned enough to call me after my service and my review to go the extra distance to make things right, that tells me something right there. I have used Suburban several times now. Typically very accommodating. Only thing is on services other than oil changes. I am always surprised by an extra charge. Not a big change by consistent. Still would recommend them.

Between my company vehicles and personal I have probably used there services 15 times or more. Never had a bad experience. Just the other day one of our work vans had a belt and pulley issue. They got me in a fixed up right away. I wad back on the road within 2 hours and back to business. I dropped off a truck there last night. I am sure the service will be just as good.

Came there in an emergency on my way to work. They weren’t open yet but one of the workers opened the door and told me to have coffee and it would be a few minutes. Found out there was a screw in my tire. It was fixed in no time. I’ll definitely be back!

Its easy to trust this shop. They have good honest people and are well run. Free WiFi, free coffee in a clean environment. Bought tires and prices were better then discount tire. Work was performed faster than I expected.

Noticed a slow leak on one of my tires Friday morning. Stopped by Suburban Tire to have them check it out. It was low...but they couldn’t determine the reason without removing the tire. I was in a hurry, so they filled it up, so I could get on my way. Noticed later that day that the same tire was leaking. I stopped back by Suburban....dropped my truck off....and received notification an hour and a half later it was fixed. They found/removed a nail in the tire and plugged the hole. All for no charge. This is why I’ve been taking my family’s car to this shop for tires, repairs and maintenance for years.
