At least with my car, have never had a single issue. Super fast service and never once have I felt the work/service wasnt 150% legit. And this is to say Ive been there quite a lot. Burns is great.Heres an edit - mechanic even offered to come to my house to jump my car so I could get it to the shop. Great guy.

Needed an alignment, ended up spending 400$ total here. They told me I needed a new track bar too. Alignment 59$, trackbar 84$, labor more $, and I asked if they could switch out rims and they instead put on my spare tire that has never been driven on, which made the whole car not even aligned. Went back to have it fixed and they charged ME for it. Two tires moved around and balanced added to about 40$. I dont know if its because I come off as a young college girl who can easily get burned because I would not know any better about cars or what. So unfortunate that this happened, wanted just a quick fix that turned into a whole project and the steering still is not even completely straight.

They did right by me. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.

My friend received unfair treatment here. They made a mistake and charged her for it, which is not the professional way to handle it. They even claimed to have fixed it but in the end, it wasn’t fixed. I would not recommend this place.

They didnt work on my vehicle but was super kind to me when my car broke down in their parking lot.. let me leave my car there until the tow truck came to pick it up, most shops wouldnt allow you to keep your car there

I just went in today to have an inspection got it done I do all my own maintenance on my vehicles and as I do for other people Brians place is my go-to for inspections hes very good at what he does hes my go-to for my alignments very fair on price it does good work I know some people that I cant do their work and I have them go to him and he does very good work highly recommend his hourly rate is good very fair for what he does get good prices on tires I just got quoted $91 mounted and balance per tire not bad price at all for a $70,000 mile tire again Brian is my to go to guy for pretty much anything I cant do hes the guy I sent people to and again he is very fair on his prices does what he can to help people out Id go to him before I go to any other repair shop in the area and is a good downed earth guy Fair very very fair hes been doing this for a while knows what hes doing hes got an A+ in my book

Get all my vehicles done in a timely matter. Priced right and really know what they are doing. I own a small fleet of vehicles and have never had any one do such a great job getting to the bottom of any problem.

These people have no morals or brains!I brought my spectra in for an inspection and they said I had to have the wheel bearings repaired so I went with it and my car sounded soooo much worse upon pick up. They stated that it was because I needed new brakes (btw they did pass the car for inspection although my brakes were so bad that it was affecting the steering). I then had my brakes inspected at a different shop to find out that they ruined my vehicle! Kias are known to be difficult to change bearings (info is just a google search away) and need a special instrument to install them correctly. Well apparently Burns didnt have that tool so they thought lets just shove them in, remove some spacers and tighten it down as much as possible which of course left the bearings bulging out and resulted in my brakes being pushed into my tire. I spent a fortune fixing their mistake and when I went to them because I supposedly had a 2 year guarantee they denied everything. Less then a year later and I was forced to get a new vehicle; although the spectra was still running the dealership wouldnt give more than a wrecked vehicles value because of the massive amount of damages caused by Burns. That place should be shut downPS- I expressed great concern for safety multiple times during and after our transaction and they assured me the vehicle was safe for my 3 year old daughter and myself, that was obviously a HUGE lie. I cant believe theyd risk a childs safety just to make a buck, its just so repulsive

I took my truck in to get it inspected short notice and the year last day of the year that got me right in his back to me an out the door I went thank you
