These people are amazing. All of the employees I have had the pleasure of meeting or speaking to have been very helpful. They are prompt about everything including new appointments. They come out as often as you need them between services and never complain. Every issue we have had with pests they resolve very quickly. The price is not so bad for the peace of mind.

When we first had service with this company the technician was awesome and worked around our schedule. He left the company and was replaced by a technician who would not work around our schedule. He showed up at our home on his time when he felt we needed service. We told him to work around our schedule and telephone us first The last and final time he showed up when we were not home and wanted to do service said he tried to call us 3 times and decided just to show up at our home. This type of behavior is not welcome and are canceling our service with Terminix. We are vey disappointed will not continue.

Weve been a extremely satisfied customer for 15 years. Our technician, Matthew is a true professional. We are a key customer so not always there when its time for service. We can trust him to perform his job thoroughly without any shortcuts. Any issues weve encountered have been quickly resolved. We plan on continuing our relationship for years to come .
I used this Terminix for a few years and the service was very good mainly because of the individual actually performing our routine quarterly service. When I started receiving numerous emails advertising; Save $50 on Terminixs Guaranteed Year-Round Protection, I called them up and upon an enquiry regarding the supposed savings the representative, immediately, told me my rate was actually going up and she refused to talk about the promotion. I contacted their HQs, via email, and after receiving confirmation of my complaint and stating they would look into it, of course, they failed to ever respond again. Never heard from anyone in that company again. Obviously, my low rating refers to their poor customer service. Orkin will be my choice now.
Weve been a customer since we completed construction of our home in 2015. Our technician, Robert is a consummate professional. Very efficient, and quite thorough. Any issues weve encountered as one would expect living in the mountains has been quickly eradicated. Thanks Terminix.
Horrible service!!! These people care nothing about small town people. They don’t care about customer concerns, they don’t ever return phone calls when there’s a problem. They ignore you! And to top it off, because I was unhappy with my service and I didn’t pay for it, they reported me to collections! After multiple phone calls, and multiple letters, they ignored my concerns and complaints. A big company like this should be in a big town where they don’t care about people. Try to support your local small business instead of companies like this. I wasn’t going to write a bad review but after I was sent to collections and my credit report was damaged because of it, I had to let People know how they are treating their customers.
Wow, these guys are the best. We signed up for a year pest service and they’ve honored their contract and been super easy to communicate with. They’ve made getting rid of out pests as pleasant as it could be. Hats off to Josh for really being a professional and helping us out with our wasps and yellow jackets. Thanks again you rock!

We paid for a full year upfront. We were charged for 5 quarterly visits within that time. I called to resolve the issue. I was told a manager was going to call back. No one called and I received a collection notice instead. I paid the $80 but they lost a customer.
We’ve used Terminex for four years now. We’ve had a couple different technicians. They have always been prompt and professional. They address any pest problems we may have. I highly recommend them.

Jamey Tricoli is an amazing person. We feel so comfortable with him and trust his knowledge. Everyone we know knows and trusts Jamie and we highly recommend him as one of Terminixs best professionals.It has now been almost 5 years since we moved into our NC home and met Jamey Tricoli, our Terminix agent. He is the best and we dearly treasure his service.
We have had a contract with this company for several years for quarterly service; this has been a very good experience with regular service and other assistance as needed.However, a recent episode with their wildlife removal service was less than satisfactory. Bats and squirrels are finally gone after two months -- but it required numerous phone calls to get them to perform the series of steps involved. Even worse, they never gave us an itemized bill, despite numerous requests; and they refused to reduce the bill (several thousand dollars) to reflect a service that was listed in the contract but not performed. I would not use this service again.
Leonard, the service technician, did a great job of explaining the inspection process and other treatment plans that are available.
Super nice technicians, they work very well with customers, but the cost of their services is extremely high priced. If you dont mind a little elbow grease, put in a bit of effort on your part, you can do the same things to your property for 1/4 of the price.😊

Bugs? What bugs? Daniel Brown was here today, and, as always, was quite charming, friendly, and professional. He doesnt mind when I trail around behind him asking question after question, or when I provide more details than I am sure are strictly necessary. He takes it all in stride, keeping up his end of the conversation while continuing to do his job.The never-ending stream of questions come from an insatiably curious sort who wants to know how-what-and-why about anything new. I mean, how would I ever have known that some house ants smell like coconuts if you crush them! How awesome is that little tidbit of info? But, because of the things Daniel did and said the last time he was here, I knew what not to do when I saw ants again. Instead, since I knew he was coming soon, I made notes of where I saw them, and passed that along to him so he would know where to treat and what treatment to apply.I really appreciate his willingness to so patiently answer all my questions and tell me things I wouldnt know otherwise. He lets me know what treatments hes applying, why hes applying them, and why, sometimes, he cannot apply this or that, depending on the situation. Hes the Terminix guy, he doesnt have to tell me anything. I trust him to do his job and to do it correctly. But, because Daniel explains what he is and isnt doing, I trust him all the more. Hes a great guy, and you are lucky to have him on your team!Thanks, Daniel!

Treated house 2 years in a row never killed termites still have them next started eating through walls, I will try a local reputable co.update please try calling this number, tried 2 days in a row absolutely no one answers unless you but in your zip code. then you get the people that did the infearier work to begin with. try calling the so call main number you will never speak to a person, GUARANTEED ...... Update the reginal mgr send them back for another treatment and all looks well at this point 4 stars until I see it didnt work.

Josh Willett was very professional and on time. He explained all of the testing procedures and the results of those test. The moisture testing really peaked my interest since we had a water leak some time ago that could have lead to rot and ie termites. We are good to go!Terminix always keeps up with scheduling appropriate times for rebating so I dont have to think about it.

Weve had our agent for several years now and we couldnt be more pleased. They always fit service into our schedule (instead of having to wait around on them like others) and have yet to even be late, much less miss an appt.Our agent is friendly and always has a moment to chat about any issues or questions we have, and always warns us whats trending.The service itself has been quite effective, as well. We rarely have an issue between services, but of course its wildlife so even in Maggie Valley, it could happen.
