The best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop hands down. There’s no side hustle or alternative motive to swindle any additional money from me. Noe was so helpful from the time I called in the morning to working on my car into the last slot of the day while my daughter and I were able to hang out in their lounge. This will be my forever go to repair shop.

I got a referral from a friend to this mechanic (Noe) a few years ago. I drive out over an hour to see him. The prices he quote are significantly lower than the previous mechanic. Ive used him for multiple cars and hes been able to fix it up for a good deal. I highly recommend him since hes very responsive, fair and hes always checked up on me after to make sure my car was running nicely.I dont often write reviews but I appreciate Noe for his reliability and honesty. We completely trust this place. They are watching our budget ever better than we’re watching it. They’ve done brakes for us, tires, alignment, and air conditioning, which is now freezing - Thank You Precision Auto!. My daughter used them and loved them just as much. Found this place based on positive reviews, so I gave them a shot. Very professional, affordable, and dependable. You know how sometimes you hear that your car will be ready by X date, then you get a call that it isnt? not here. Had it ready when he said he would, and made me feel very comfortable during the whole visit. Certainly check them out for your automotive needs.

Its been 2 months since Ive gotten my repairs and maintenance done on my car here, and its been running great. Ive had no problems whatsoever and the check engine light that I had on is even gone. The people are friendly and keep in touch with you to make sure your vehicle is running smoothly. They definitely try their best to exceed their customers expectations and it shows. Service was great. We were given 2 estimates, 1 that solved our trouble and the other estimate is what shop recommended. My wife and I had several questions on the estimates. Noe was able to take us to shop floor and show us the damaged parts on vehicle.Best part was after a week, Noe sent a text to make sure all was well with vehicle.

Came in with a whistling noise under the hood. Audi Q7 with 100,000 miles. Read reviews on the problem and Noe was spot on! Also had him do a 100,000 mile service. All I can say is definitely honest and knows what he’s doing! I recommend this shop hands down!

Precision Auto has performed several major repairs on my auto over the past year or so. These repairs were complicated (car has over 100,000 miles on it) and I found their technical skills to be excellent, as they were able to quickly and accurately diagnose where the problems were and promptly fix them at a very competitive price. I also appreciated the car check-up where they noted a few areas where repairs or replacement might be necessary in the near future but were not necessary at that time.

Great and quick service, I brought my Jeep in to get the air conditioning fixed and they were able to get me in right away, did a thorough job and quickly got me back on the road. I just moved to this area a few months ago so I had to find somewhere to get my car work done from time to time. I was having an issue with a loud noise coming from underneath the car anyhow they diagnosed it, they fixed it I was quite surprised that they gave me a loaner car I was very happy. They fixed the problem they kept me informed what was going along with any increase in cost. They were very nice very thorough I would definitely go back to them again

My mom had all of her tires replaced at Discount tire. They offer a $50 wheel alignment voucher at Precision Complete auto repair. We went over to these guys and left the car. They called me a little while after to let me know that our front wheel bearing needs to be changed before we get an alignment and gave us quite a quote for it. We ended up replacing them at 2/3 of the quoted price at our own mechanic and brought the car back in for that alignment. Well, i wasnt there when the car was dropped off and my mother was quoted $70 for the work. When we picked up the car, i inquired why the price jumped. I was told that because we did not use their shop for the repairs, they would not honor the originally quoted price for the alignment...Heres the thing, be upfront and honest and your customers will keep on coming back. If you waste a customers time by not telling them *ahead of time* you will not honor the deal at a later time and we come back to you, you will probably get the job, but personally, we will not return.Work wise, seems like the alignment went well. Unfortunately, only time will tell if their work was good.

My boyfriend suggested coming to see Noe to see if I could get my car’s handle fixed and he did a great job. He ordered the handle for me and spray painted it to match the car. He also did my oil change and checked to see if the car had any other problems. It’s hard for me to trust mechanics because of bad experiences that I’ve had in the past, but I know I will be coming back to see him if I have any other car issues.

Noe rebuilt 75% of my engine it had several issues relating to the timing chain on my Volkswagen CC. It took some time to repair but he did a fantastic job and it runs much better than it did before. It was a big job but he does quality work and his pricing is very fair couldn’t be happier with his work!

Noe and team have done great work for a fair price on both my daughters car and my car. Fixed an electronic issue, changed breaks/tires, and replaced battery. Ive found my auto shop!

I was a little disappointed at first thinking I had made a bad purchase but I took my car to Precision here in Roselle since I pass this place all the time.
