My mom and I come here two years ago of a whim. And we had such amazing experience we have never gone anywhere else. The atmosphere is so relaxing and beautiful, the people’s are so nice and sweet. Such great place can’t talk more highly of the place. Highly recommended

I have been going to Fx Nails since 2012. I have nothing bad to say about their services. From Pedicures and manicures,waxing and eyelashes extensions also facials. All of it was amazingly people and talented. Everyone I have referred to them always said they are amazing. Their is not one person their that I would recommend they all are an amazing group of people. I no longer live in Orlando but if I could get there to have them do my nails I will always go to Fx Nails.

LOVE Sarah and Mary! Both always do such an excellent job and take their time to be detail-oriented. Overall, cleanliness standards could be higher with everything but they do sanitize their tools and take precautions with the pedi tubs. The staff are always friendly and they have fair pricing! Went to get my eyebrows and toes painted. The lady who did my eyebrows idk what she did but someone had to fix it and she messed up my eyebrows even worse and gave me a scar under my eyebrows

Normally I love this place. They’re usually pretty fast & professional and that’s usually with high traffic. But today with little to no customers it was horrible. Extremely disappointed and at awe, a place that normally has such great standards is losing its touch.

I have gone to FX nails for years. They have given me a bacterial infection 2 times now. The first time I did not blame but now again when I do not do my own pedicures. Not only that I brought a friend last time and we both got it the infection. Secondly I went and paid $70 for eyelash extentions I asked for individuals. I recieved clusters and they hurt and some of my real lashes came out with the clusters without force at all. She blamed my watery eye on the awful experience and application and I had to see another professional to remove them safely because they were poking me so badly. Never again!!

This is my second time going to this salon and I must say both times were equally a great experience. The staff is so polite and welcoming. Lisa (I believe was her name) did my nails and they literally came out PERFECT! She was super sweet, we had a nice conversation and she had GREAT customer service. She also did my pedicure and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Not to mention I was given a beverage while I sat back and relaxed. Im a new mom, so she definitely made my escape for the day worth while. Ask for her! She sits on the right side in the second to last seat I believe. It was also a plus that she speaks perfect English and is young, because that helped make me feel a lot more comfortable.

There are some talented nail techs here however it’s hit or miss & on more than one occasion I’ve witnessed staff being rude to customers. Up-selling services is also a big deal here.

Lee is uber-professional and extremely talented. The shop consistently has a warm atmosphere and the owners have created an oasis that keeps you coming back for more.

I was serviced by Nina. She was very respectful and accommodating. She worked quickly and efficiently without making me feel rushed. Relaxing and clean atmosphere. I love that they offered a beverage with your service, it added a nice personal touch. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail in my results. My nails are the perfect shape, even throughout, and smooth & shiny over top. Definitely would return to this salon!

Just got a pedicure from a lady here and she was literally watching a video on her phone the entire time! Didn’t acknowledge my existence once, say bye or anything. The lady also wiped extra nail polish onto my own foot instead of a paper towel! So disappointed

Do not go here! I went in with long natural nails and wanted to get gel polish. I always do my own gel, but I didnt have time to do them because I had a trip the next day. Anyways I decided to go to them and I left with beautiful teal nails and they thinned them out so much that they started breaking that same night! Every other day a new one would break super far back on my skin. I called to tell the lady if they could just take off the gel and give me a regular manicure since I have 2 broken on one hand and 3 on the other and she didnt care. She said its not their fault and didnt even take anything I said into consideration. Horrible customer service!

After patiently waiting 30 minutes for service, the nail tech began to do my nails. I wanted a long gel fill coffin shaped. Every time I would ask the nail tech a question to ensure that my fingers arent getting hurt by her rough technique, she would tell me Ive been doing this for 10 years, Im 31, I can do my job. She squeezed my fingers and had my arms in uncomfortable positions. Meanwhile, my set still came out crooked and the acrylic wasnt filled or filed properly, she never even buffed the set afterwards. When it was time to paint, I let her know that part of my nail was still showing and if she could paint it a little closer to my cuticle. She refused and flicked my hand towards me saying she wont do my nails. I tried to show her pictures of what I wanted and she still refused. She began to get loud and catty. None of the other employees intervened. At this point I said okay, you wont finish my nails, then I am leaving. I walked out with no polish on my hands, an unfinished job. She proceeded to follow me outside and BROKE my rear view mirror with her shoe as I drove away. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I’m new to the area and I thought to get nails done but the nail lady there didn’t give a delightful experience..she was very aggressive and pushy and got mad bcuz I decided to decline service due to her poor professionalism! Not only that she stated she had attitude bcuz of that and trying to rush me out the salon! I can see why she was the only one in the shop not working she has a very ugly attitude...I don’t see her making a lot of money let alone having a good clientele! Oh the receptionist was sitting there and didn’t even intercede...very tacky to me! It’s a big no for me and anyone who ask

If I could give it a zero I would!!! I asked for a design and they couldn’t do it so I asked for a design that they felt comfortable doing and they rudely replied that they weren’t gonna attempt another design on me. I then asked for something else and got one of the worst jobs done on my nails. I’m by far a picky person but this is horrible. I then asked if I could just get a simple polish instead and they wanted to charge me for that as well. Poor customer service . As a business owner I would never treat my clients this way!!

I usually LOVE coming here - I got my nails done yesterday (2/19/20) and less than a day later two nails are chipped and falling off.I have a wedding tomorrow (2/21/20) and went in on 2/20/20 on my way home to ask them to fix it real quick was told “long wait come back another time” after coming here for so many years & paying almost ONE HUNDRED dollars I would hope they would be able to fit me in really quick to fix a nail that could have been avoided if done correctly yesterday.Very upset.

First time here. I got a gel mani and regular pedicure, the design I wanted for my manicure was actually perfect I love them so much!! BUT sanitation was not there. Especially for the pedicure, I was kind of disgusted and it was kind of a messy job.

For a guy who never had a pedicure, this place made me feel comfortable. Now my girl friend and me have been going monthly for a few years now. Im hooked. They do a wonderful job. And the ladies never told us guys about the massage chairs or there would a lot more male customers.getting pedicures.

Mai is such an amazing nail tech. She puts SO much effort and time into my nails and is always so nice. I NEVER have a complaint when i get my nails done by her. If this had 6 stars i would put it!!!

Attentive staff and large facility. Almost never a wait for services and youre always greeted right away. Great selection of colors and designs. The prices are lower than most salons in the area. Comfortable pedicure massage chairs that are replaced and upgraded regularly. The nail salon smell is minimal and is usually masked by other, nicer smells.

Prices are reasonable and all the staff is super helpful and friendly. Mai is awesome and very talented with designs. I definitely recommend her :)

There’s a lady who does my eyebrows good but I went to do my nails and paid 76$ they said gel would last and within 3 days it started chipping I was on vacation so went couple days after that and I called they said they would redo it for me and when I got there a man said they cant help me. Literally 2 of my nails started chipping and they couldn’t help me other places I go gel usually last longer. I wouldn’t go here it’s a rip off.

My daughter and I have been going to FX Nails for almost 6 years and wont go anywhere else! We love the woman who does our nails. She always does a great job for us and is great to talk to. The salon is very modern and clean and the owners and other technicians are always very friendly. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

Ive been a loyal customer here for a long time. Great customer service, friendly staff, crucial cleanliness, but most importantly, my amazing nail tech Kim!! Ive been coming to her for a decade, receiving the same consistent outstanding service every time. Shes always willing to do exactly what I want, and offers me important guidance on what will work or not, as well as the lasting effects of my nail choices. She even recently decked out my nails for Halloween to match perfectly with my costume. Shes a rockstar!

Still in awe on the AWFUL customer service from this establishment. Had an appointment but due to traffic, missed it but called to reschedule and was advised on the phone due to missing the appointment, never to come back. I can assure you WILL never go back to a place that advises customers not to come back for missing an appointment. This is just ABSURD! Recommend you learn manners and know how to handle customer service. Would NEVER recommend this location to anyone at this point.

I have been going here for about 10 years Off and on, Ive got to say this is one of the best Nail places in East Orlando. In the 10 yrs Ive seen only 2 nail techs. I highly recommend! Recently renovated! Ngoc is by far the BEST nail tech! The owners are awesome! You get what you pay for, the prices are reasonable and affordable.

The vibe is amazing and the owners are always looking for ways to make enhancements and offer the newest nail trends/technologies. The service and quality are consistently top notch and if theres an issue - which is rare for me, the staff is always quick to address and resolve.

I have been going to FX for over a year now, I drive all the way from Apopka to them every 3 weeks to get my nails done and I honestly won’t go anywhere else. I’ve tried many other places before sticking with them. My nails are always so beautifully shaped, they always hook me up with freebies, and they are very talented. My nail tech is Mei and she’s the best, I am so in love with my nails every time I leave her.

Was in town for my friends birthday and I needed to get my waxing done. My friend told me about this place and Im so happy that I came here. Was welcome by the lady out front and my first impression of this place was wow! Smells nice and the atmosphere of the salon is amazing. Techs and customer were talking and laughing. Felt really lively here. Moving onto my waxing. I was guided into the back room and the lady told me to get ready and comfortable. Got real comfortable and the lady came back and started to wax my legs. Got to say, my legs were as smooth and soft as a baby leg! Haha! The lady did a real nice job. Forgot her name, but I would recommend coming here to get your waxing done! The next time Im in town again, Ill definitely try out their other services!

Ive been going to FX Nails well over 5 years. I have been serviced by all associates. All of them are always super friendly and willing to suggest different nail colors and techniques. The one associate name Ngoc is by far my favorite!!! She amazing and passionate at what she does and it shows in her work. Honestly they are soooo rude here. I wanted a gel pedicure so the lady who did my toes did a terrible job and didn’t do any of the usual pedicure things like scrub my heels or massage my feet/legs. I thought it was no biggie until she dug so deep into my cuticles that I was nonstop bleeding on both feet. When it was time for color, the lady told me it would be $40, thinking that’s a ridiculous for a gel pedicure not to mention the terrible job she’d already been doing, I told her I’d rather just have polish. She gave me such an attitude after that. Then I told the front desk lady that I no longer had time for a manicure also, like I’d planned, I got the nastiest look and she just started yelling in whatever language she spoke. So rude. So unprofessional. Also, my friend with me got acrylics and the guy who did her nails didn’t even trim or file her nails before putting on the acrylics. He did a terrible job painting them also. Done with this place before I even started.

Another place is disappointing. Its a hit and miss here as well sometimes you get someone thats really good and other times you get someone thats really bad I got chunky sloppy nails.

Ill never go back... youre treated like cattle and no one cares if youre there or not.. on more than 1 occasion I made appointments just to wait ... sometimes over 30 minutes. They have No regard for your time. I was a faithful long time client but will not and have not stepped foot in FX nails in months. I do not recommend going there to have any services offered !! There are far to many better options out there. The workers could care less. Save yourself from being treated like youre an annoying inconvenience. & take your business and hard earned cash elsewhere.

One of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. I came in to the salon with my own natural long nails that were already shaped in coffin. I was told I would have to pay $5 extra for long nails plus $5 extra for coffin ( that was weird to me ). While I was looking through the colors the nail tech asked if I was actually going to get my nails done... she was EXTREMELY rude the entire visit. I simply asked if she was going to file my nails after she applied the dip and she said to me “ how long have you been getting dip because I’ve been doing this 10 years and I feel weird that you asked me that”. Completely rude. I ended up wanting my nails cut short and square anyways and I was still charged extra for long nails and coffin shape. I didn’t even argue it because I was so disgusted with my entire experience. Go anywhere but here.

I get my nails done here because the ladies are nice and welcoming. They are confident that you will get exactly what you ask for and their prices are affordable for the quality of service. Thumbs up!

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for 3 years now and I will say there has been a drastic change. Today was a horrible experience and I’ve decided to never return back because of it. FX at one point was superior in my eyes however they are not progressing with time. In this line of busy styles and designs are constantly changing and it sucks when not everyone is trained or well versed with new age designs and modern designs. It sucks and is unfair that only one person can do certain designs. I suggest quarterly training so all technicians are some what on the same page with similar skills.

I really love the service here. Its quick and effective! They will go out of their way to make you happy no matter what and the works they do on my nails always look amazing. Highly recommended!

I gave these people three chances. Reasons to not visit the place:- the smell of acrylics, absolutely terrible. Dont know how those pregnant women are withstanding it- very rude personnel, always feel rushed, unpleasant massage, that they might as well omit from their pedicures and manicures- unsanitary! I have been to other salons where they open a new set of clippers and files. By new i mean, sealed because it has been sanitized. There are clippers and files all over the place that who knows used them last-uncomfortable stations, you rest your hands on a glass ball?!?- very bad attitude from everyone working there, you can tell they dislike their jobsI really wanted to like them because I live next door but i gave them three chances and Im not going back.Last time i went for a simple gel removal only and she treated my nails add if they were acrylics. She tried removing them with the filing machine, this way scratching my natural nails and leaving them uneven with gel still on it. See pictures. Poor, poor attitude and service. Ill drive to Celebration next time just to enjoy my time and have a peace of mind.P.s. there is something odd about the very positive reviews below, sound like written by the salon owner not actual customers.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. My tech was Tammy, she rushed, hurt me several times after I kindly let her know she was hurting me. She yelled at me Dont move twice as I was in the middle of a conversation with another customer. She was extremely rude to me, taking in consideration that I am 16. In terms of my manicure & pedicure, I didnt receive the service or quality I was paying for. As soon as I walked out, 15 minutes later the nail polish on one of my nails chipped. Also, you can see the unevenness in the nail polish on my nails because she didnt fully complete the job. I was very kind to her despite her negative attitude towards me because I took the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day or she was having difficulty understanding me or that she was new. But unfortunately I will not be back to do my nails here ever again. I went for a relaxing experience and ended up being rushed out and hurt.

I been here for 6 years and they used to be so friendly and nice. Cindy always satisfied and made my nails on point, I came today after not being there for a year and for a pedi. I initially came for a pedi for myself and my 2 year old. The lady didn’t want to do me and my daughter at the same time. & then I simply told her that the white polish on my toes was horrible and bulky with mad layers so if I can do another color, nicely. She right away said “I’m not doing your nails for you” I said what? And she repeated it I’m like uh okay? And Sarah asked what color I wanted to do and told her the baby pink. And told her the lady was rude and right away she was like no you were rude. I said no I told her nicely. I don’t understand how a place that was all about customers and now they there to work and go about there day. Customer service Is horrible. And they don’t care to make there customers happy. Ridiculous.

Its a good place and they did a good job. but it was a complete rip off. i got coffin style acrylic nails with gel nail polish and christmas design, i paid 53 dollars!! my mom went and she got done acrylics square nails short gel nail polish with christmas designs and paid 35. they completely rip me off, never going back again.

Never, EVER microblade your eyebrows with Sara.Ive consulted 3 professionals and one physician who specializes in lasers. Its going to cost me $1200 to get them lasered off because too much ink was deposited too deeply. She also used black pigment, which now looks gray blue. She offered me a $100 refund.Three years later, I was never able to fully remove my botched microblading done by Sara. The ink she used turned yellow via laser due to its poor composition and has officially been declared permanent by my physician. Ive had 8 laser sessions, each $200 ($1600 so far) followed by other expensive and painful treatments and test spots only to not have any clearance whatsoever. Sara, if you see this, I want you to know just how badly you botched me. Every PhiBrow professional Ive consulted with confirmed that you were wrong for using the color you did on me. Im getting married in less than a month and I never dreamt of having to cover my brows every single day with makeup on my honeymoon. I cant swim anymore or do outdoor activities without the fear of my eyebrows melting. I am so sincerely angry that this happened.

I have been coming to this salon for a couple years and was already treated well and was satisfied with my nails afterwards. I can definitely agree with a lot of posts here in regards to how much it has changed. The techs, are extremely pushy when it comes to upcharging you, they charge for every little thing even if you are going from dip to gel. My gel polish would last me 1 month and the last few times it has chipped right away. I definitely don’t recommend this place anymore to friends and family because I’m disappointed with their service and their attitude towards customers. I hope they figure it out quick because they are losing loyal customers

I had a HORRIBLE experience. I went there because its very close to my house and convenient. I didnt have a problem until I went in one day and decided to try the powder nails. They took TWO hours to do my nails as they had messed up the first time doing it. I was not happy about my experience and it got worse. The next day my nail cracked after doing absolutely nothing. I went to fix it and then two days later, my nails started breaking all over the place. They didnt even make it a week. I can usually go 2-3 weeks with gel nails, which are supposed to be lest protecting. The worst part was when I went to complain before the weeks end, they charged me to take off the powder, when it was a wrong doing on their part, even when I was getting gel nails placed. No where else do they charge me for taking off whatever polish when Im going to do another service, and thats when they do an acceptable job. I will not be returning.

Got my nails done here a few times. I usually do gel. I decided to do SNS powder one day and the lady showed me the colors I picked it and she started. The color on my nails didnt look at all like the color she showed me and I said this is not the color I want it looks nothing like the color you showed me. Plus I payed for a manicure including the cutting of my cuticles and what not and she did not do it. She only did the powder, didnt even give my nails the full treatment. So she says you picked the color its your fault and I did give you a manicure. So I payed $50, left very unhappy with my nails and told that it was all my fault. Never going there again. And I dont recommend it to anyone else unless you enjoy being scrutinized and lied to!

I usually don’t do reviews, but their behavior was so disgusting I had to warn people. This establishment is rude, racist and ignorant. My first experience was decent despite the fact that my nails were coming off in 5 days (mind you, I don’t do heavy work with my hands). My last experience was atrocious. I explained that I didn’t like the finished service and the tech left me sitting. I waited for 5 minutes to find out she left me to go tend to someone else. Then I went to speak to the manger, I presume, from Hell and she started speaking condescendingly and continued to tell me I have “no money.” BUT as I went in my wallet to give her the said “no money” I didn’t have, she screamed “I don’t need your money. Don’t come back!”I won’t and I’ll let everyone I know not to come either.

This was the first time I went to this place it was 3 of us my daughter had cathy great person my daughter loved her my daughter in law and I had to go back after 3 days my gel started bubbling up and my 2 fingers cuticals were all cut up. When I went back he said what happened I told you he said no you banged it really I always bang 2 finger. Really oh and they put nothing in the water for pedicure just water really..... wont go back to them.....Still looking for a good place.

Ive been going to this FX Nails location for about the last five years. As you can see by my longevity I am always a pleased customer. I make an appointment with Ngoc but all of the staff there are pleasant and happy to serve you. The services I go for is always gel manicure and eyebrow waxing; never have I been displeased with anything. Ngoc is always extremely patient and helpful with my indecisiveness. I highly recommend this salon for all of your salon needs!

I was almost crying when I left the salon. It looks beautiful but the nail tech did not know what she was doing. I asked for coffin she gave me square, she smudged my polish and filed my fingers instead of the nails. They were all different lengths and crooked and they broke off one by one in less than a week

My nails came out OK, my nail tech rushed doing my nails and toes. The real reason Im writing a review is because of how they treat their clientele. They BLATANTLY trash talk their customers in another language that will leave you feeling uncomfortable your whole visit. If it wasnt for the fact that I had no other options and had to leave for a trip today I wouldve left immediately. The owner of the salon (she has the greasy hair at seat 1) is the rudest business owner Ive ever encountered, its surprising she hasnt lost half her clientele with how nasty she is towards her customers. Then she likes to play fake like she wasnt just belittling you to the whole salon staff. Unbelievable and SO unprofessional. I wont be returning.

I came here for the first time today, and honestly they didnt do terrible, but it looks like Ive painted my nails a week ago rather just stepping out of the salon. And it looks a bit faded if Im honest. I also asked for black and they gave me a really dark purple, so I dont know if its faded or if they just didnt pay attention...

Got gel done with the another employee a while back and had no complaints, as you can tell from the other reviews there are some good technicians at this salon. However, DO NOT get your nails done with Victor. Last time I went (last week) I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure done. He was so rough while removing my cuticles, and shaky while applying my gel. Overall the application was not very good (some messy parts and gel on my skin), and I could NOT relax like I wanted to because I was so uncomfortable! I only came by because my friend wanted to get her acrylic refill done here; Im not going back. Much better nail techs at Venus Nails on E. Colonial!

I have been going to this nail place off and on for awhile because of the location. I’ve been unhappy with my acrylics from here before but this time I’m fed up. I just got a full set after letting my nails get a little stronger.... 2 weeks later I have 3 broken tips and more then half of my nails are already lifting. I have never been so disappointed. Basically lost $40, not worth it for sure.

Went in because my regular place didnt have any availability. Needless to say I should have waited! My nails look like a child put them together. They are uneven. Crooked...and the paint looks awful! The acrylic is bumpy and the gel is bubbled! The acrylic and tips dont even cover my entire nail! I have edges that are sharp and misisng spots of polish! When I walked back in after looking at them in the light the girl was SO unwilling to help. She filed some but made excuses as to why they look the way they do! And basically told me to have a nice day! Never again!! My daughter got hers done too with a different nail tech...same problem! They have no idea what they are doing. The lady next to me was having a hard time deciding what she wanted and they all mocked her and laughed at her.. And made fun of her. It was so awful! Aside from their lack of ability to do nails I felt so bad for the lady next to me being laughed at. So rude and unacceptable!!

Horrible job on gel nails. I took my sister to get gel nails done and they all broke within two days of doing them. She had long nails and just wanted something to keep them strong and it was the worst place to go for that. The lady seemed to do it in a rush and didn’t seem to care about perfecting them and the place was empty! Never going back!

Came here with a friend and did the dip in powder on my natural nails, a week later they were lifting and tangling on my hair. Few days later they started to break right where it lifted. Decided to come and get the gel/powder removed and the lady had the audacity to remove it with the corner of an acrylic nail by lifting the rest of the gel. She obviously damaged all my nails, she did polish them afterwards but you can see how her “technique “ took layers of my nails. I had asked for a french and I got the worst french of my life. I asked her to let me see the shades of pink they had and she said no, i use this. Basically a light pink clear coat. My manicure has never looked this horrible!

Loved the service! I didn’t make an appointment, but was seated immediately as there were many ladies ready and working. They are true to their prices and my girl, Trinny, made sure to let me know if there was going to be a price increase. Only thing I found uncomfortable was the glass ball I rested my wrist on; a good concept but for my first time here had trouble relaxing initially because of it.
