It was important that we could sit next to each other for services. Even after her being 30 min late for the apt, they still graciously pampered her. It meant everything to us. Try out Planet Nails! Ever since I started college at UCF i’ve been coming here, they never miss! I showed her a picture and she matched it to a T, I love them and have gotten so many compliments! They use to have a 10% student discount (It stopped because of COVID) I hope they bring back soon! Great place!

Went a little late but called in before hand to see if they were able to take me and a friend and they said yes. Got there and chose the set I wanted but got something else. And rushed out the door. Really disappointed in the service.

I came in for a dip manicure and a pedicure.. They made me wait for a long time after doing my toes and took people in before me. When I asked the lady to check the color she told me that she had the correct color (it wasnt) after it was done putting on the wrong color (even though I told her it was the wrong one) she tried to convince me that it was the right color. Then she told me she would do it over again after being there for 3 hours. Had to leave with the color they chose. Two thumbs down.

I came in as a walk-in and I dont get my nails done very often but I was going on a trip and saw this place had some good reviews. I wasnt really able to communicate with my nail lady, she spoke no english which is totally fine, so i spoke to her son to get what I wanted across. I had all my nails at a long length and had one broken nail that I wanted as long as the rest (was okay paying extra to get a tip) and I thought that was understood until my nail lady started cutting down all my nails to the length of my broken one. I shrugged it off cause, what could I do from there? I couldnt even tell her thats not what I wanted after the damage had been done.Then I noticed that a lot of my nails were uneven, I tried to signal to her over three times that they were uneven and showed her the specific nails that needed attention so she could see what I was talking about because I could literally feel the unevenness to the touch. She filed some down and continued. After the color had been applied I look at my nails and they look strangely like Ive had them on for a week and the sides were messy. My fingers looked stubby, which is why I wanted them long AND they were still uneven. Im not one to raise hell over things like this, so I pay for my gel manicure, tip, and leave.Over-all, I left unhappy and had a lot of other things to do in the day and I wasnt about to argue over a $25 service.

I was a new client yesterday and had the pleasure of Mary working on me she did an amazing job. The best manicure and pedicure Ive ever had. I am 58 yrs old, so Ive experienced alot of nail care over the yrs. She was meticulous and so careful. I WILL be back.Thank you Miss Mary👍

Did a great job on my eyebrows and listened to what I wanted.

These people are so kind and they do AMAZING work. I have never left unsatisfied. I moved 45 minutes away and I still do the drive just to come here. I went in for a nail repair today (actually two) and not only did they fix my nails she did not want to charge me. This is a family business and they also make their clients feel like family. I highly recommend this location! If you are looking for Quality a great price and good people this is the place!

Both experiences here were great. Mary was very careful not to damage my natural nail when removing gel polish, and she filed them to the shape that I like.The pedicure menu is detailed (see photo)

I usually never get my nails done but I came with my friend to get gel nails done and Dana did not disappoint at all. She did an amazing job and was so sweet. I definitely will come back to her again.

I have never written a review but I feel like the amazing experience I had here has to be told to the world I came in wanting some designer nails and Mary did such an amazing job she did everything I asked and more for an amazing price. I have gotten my nails done in countless salons but I have never had such an amazing experience. Mary was such a sweetheart and you can tell that she was very experienced doing nails and designs. She even added her own little touch and didnt charge me extra.

With all honesty this is the best nail place i have EVER been to hands down. Nikki, Mary and nikkis husband need a shout out, along with the whole salon. They are so personable they make you feel comfortable, almost “like family”.. I do now and will continue to recommend them. I never leave disappointed that’s for sure. They deserve credit where it’s needed. If i could give 100 i would!

Ms. Mary always does a great job on my mani. She is very gentle and makes sure that my nails are perfect before she lets me get up. Also, i really like her because neither of us talk much lol. The other lady (who I think is the owner) is also very friendly!

I love this place!! By far the best place for dip by UCF. I have been to almost all the nails salons in the UCF area and Planet Nails is so good. They also have reward cards you can earn points to save $$.

Been going here for the whole summer while I’m in town and I’m absolutely in love with their work! I’ve had a different nail tech each time and loved the results no matter who did it. This last time I went in with a pretty specific picture that I wanted to do if possible and they hit it out of the park. 10/10 recommending to everyone I know here.

Did not get the shape not the length I asked for, my nails are all different shapes, sizes and lengths and less than an hour after my very thumb nail broke because of how thin they were. Don’t come here

Not satisfied. No customers were there when I walked in. So I was getting my pedicure with no waiting. That was the best part. The Tech pricked my skin several times. That hurt. Trimmed my cuticles while causing me to call out ouch. I have had many many pedicures over my life time. Trust me, this was not a pleasant experience. In the end tho. My toenails look fine . But I wont go back.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE I instantly feel amazing. The atmosphere is so inviting and tranquil. The staff are all so helpful, and kind and incredibly professional. I am usually with Nikki as my tech, or Mary at times, and their work is phenomenal. You truly feel pampered and serviced here. Mary did such an amazing job with my sister and I’s nails. They came out so cute. She even stayed wayyy past closing time on Sunday to finish our nails beautifully. Mary is good with design. Would definitely recommend this place and her to my family and friends 😉

It makes me sad to read some of the negative comments. I have never witnessed anyone being rude to any customers. I wish people were more understanding especially in any service industry, but it is impossible to please everyone. Anyway, This place is always clean and smells good/clean. The prices are right where they should be, not expensive like some other comments I read. Nikki is awesome! She does great work and she is super sweet. And she is always welcoming to fix a nail when I do something stupid and break it at home lol. I have been coming here and to her for almost a year. My nails last a long time, I can make it almost 4 weeks in between visits, which is exactly what I like. As long as I live on this side of town I will not go anywhere else. With certain services you will get a free hand dip in the hot wax. Sooooo nice! Oh, and bonus with the punch cards too. It is nice to receive $10 off from time to time ; )

This place never seizes to amaze me! I just went last night for the 2nd time with my sister in law. It was very last min about an hour before closing and they ALL greeted us with open arms and gave us exactly what we wanted and more! We got THE BEST pedicure, and manicures ever! I even got my brows done...All the artist are great especially Mary!!! The owners and all the other girls had the best customer service hand down! They definitely gained a forever client!!! I cant wait to go back! 💖

It was my first time at this place and I loved the staff they’re really friendly. I did my pedi with Lisa she’s a perfectionist never had anyone leave my toes so clean like she did!! My usual tech is injured and will be off duty for a while, so I decided to go to Planet Nails. Initially I was annoyed at the extra fees for removing gel and such, but after visiting a few times I realized this place is well worth the price. Nikki and Nyugen have both done a wonderful job with my gel manicure and pedicure. There was even a time I came in exhausted after work, about 30-45 minutes before closing, because I wouldnt have time to do my nails the rest of the week, and they still took their time and treated me kindly. I love this salon more than any salon Ive been to, and so far have not been disappointed. I highly recommend Planet Nails.

This place is the worst. It discriminates against older clients who are not college students. Nikki needs to learn how to treat all customers with respect. African americans need to open their own salon and nail shops to put a dent in these vietnamese people business. We should not have to be treated with disrespect. As soon as their white customers walk in they are greeted with a big smile, handle their hands and feet with great care. As an African anerican they want to pull our hands and feet roughly. I had to ask her to stop pulling fingers because she was hurting me. Then she seemed to be so surprised that i ask her to stop hurting me. She also sighed at me like i was hurting her. No apologies at all.

I was looking for a new nail salon and thought Id give Planet Nails a try. I can definitely say I found my new place! The place was clean and soothing, they have a great color selection, and everyone was very friendly. Nguyen and Liani did our nails and they were amazing! Very attentive and took time to make sure they provided the best mani/pedi experience. I will definitely be back!

I got over charged 20 bucks they charged me an extra 5 for coffin shaped nails that they didn’t have and she just cut the sides of the nail there are many uneven nails then charges me extra for gel polish that wasn’t gel polish. Never going there again

This place is good and all is good but i am have an 11 year old daughter who is a perefctionist all things like nails has to be perfect and she said that they are not good shapers and he thumb nails were one shorter that the others.
