They were so kind to me the entire time and the service was so amazing. DD did a great job with the nail art, look at the precision! Also i want to thank the man who dipped my nails and shaped them, he kept asking how i liked them, which i thought was great because not a lot of nail techs will ask that. All in all, you should come here for your next nails!

Wonderful customer service and DD did such a great job on my Christmas nails! I’ve been here many times over the years, but I think it’s under new management and has been great recently. I usually get a deluxe pedi and dip powder. I broke a nail (dip powder) and they fixed it for free even though it had been at least a week. Have always had great experiences and friendly techs! Their reward cards are also a nice bonus - receive a stamp for every $20 you spend (I think) and get a discount after reaching 10 stamps. Will definitely be back!

The first time I went to this salon I had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately the second time was terrible. I got a gel mani and pedi. I felt terrible and I had to ask the gentleman in the first station if he could redo my polish because the color was so uneven and lumpy. Instead of acknowledging and apologizing he made me feel worse and then told me it was my nail that was lumpy…. He then seemed to get very upset when I said I didn’t want the drill on my nail. I was actually very embarrassed. I didn’t dare say anything about my toenails. When I went home my daughter privately messaged them for me and asked for them to redo the polish but they chose to not respond after the notification came that it was seen. It’s very sad because I only recently moved to this area and had been with my previous nail girl for over 10 years and I am loyal to every 2 weeks service. I also bring my daughters with me and my average bill runs over $250… I would think with todays economy it would be important to keep every valuable customer as happy as possible to preserve revenue. One of the worst pedicures Ive ever had. Not only did the guy not ask me what type of pedicure I wanted but did not even massage my feet, just rubbed my legs. Seemed like he was just trying to keep up with the other technician doing my friends pedicures. He filed my toe nails unevenly and did not even put solar oil on after. They just let the used utensils float in the bowl with your feet. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

We accidentally went to the wrong location, but this one actually stays open longer, and they did a very good job on my nails, I came back the next day to do my eyebrows and my lips I loved it they did not do it too thin. I definitely recommend this location, just make sure any nail place we let them know what you’re looking for.

This is my first time coming here. I got a pedicure and a new acrylic with great design. this salon is under new manager and is remodeled and upgrade everything. very clean and nice staffs.

Im in town for a business trip and decided to try this nail salon. I highly, highly suggest this salon. Their massage chairs felt amazing and their service was great. I got a gel manicure on the 6th and today is the 8th, I’ve had this polish on for 48 hours and as you can see it has already chipped and is lifting on 6 of my fingers. This is upsetting considering I had a gel manicure on for a full 3 weeks with only one nail that chipped from a different salon before I got this set done.

Do not let Andy do your nails! He rushed to do my nails and theyre already lifting. He didnt even blend the tip to my nail. I just called to make an appointment with another associate and he got upset when I told him about his customer service last time and he told me not to come at all. Thats not how you run a business.

Great nail salon with cheap prices and great service. The ladies were very sweet and attentive. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and they saw me almost immediately! The pedicure was perfect and so was my manicure. Very clean, too. Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed and upset with this place. I went for a pedicure and they didn’t complete everything they were supposed to. According to their menu, The pedicure is supposed to come with a massage, hot towel and scrub, however that was not that case. They just washed my feet and painted my nails. I calmly asked about it, and the owner came with a very big attitude, she denied everything and even told me to get out of the the place. I was just curious and wanted to ask a simple questions, and instead I left the place very displeased and uncomfortable. Service was not good and owner is just rude. Would not recommend.

I went to get my nails done (sns powder) on my lunch break. They came out way better than I expected. I didnt get the nail techs name, but she did an awesome job and worked fast. $35

Anna did my nails & pedicure. She was great, friendly and very professional. I give her 5 🌟 However, the lady working at station 1 by the door whom I figure is the Manager is RUDE!! Once my service was finished I paid and waited for my friend who was getting her eye brows waxed which takes 2 mins. This lady yells out “Ok bye you can go now!” It took EVERYTHING in me not to cuss her out. I was already annoyed with her and her behavior towards others. If she is that nasty and rude maybe she should be a silent owner and refrain from dealing with any customers. She’s ridiculous!

I am never stepping a foot in that establishment after today. First of all, always give your customers or your clients what they ask for especially if its something as simple as not using the electric file drill on my natural nails. I have natural nails and I dont want to use the electric drill or the electric filer on my natural nails at all, I dont care if its only you using it to take off the top part of my gel polish. Secondly, I asked for Clear gel polish. I did not get that, I got some ugly neutral color that doesnt even shine as much. Now my nail looks like a cloudy mess, and theyre probably going to break because they use electric filer. I will not be a repeat customer and Im telling my friends the same!

I usually dont write reviews, but after my last 2 experiences I feel compelled. I have been a loyal customer of Vista Nails for about 6 years. Charlie was my tech and he used to do an outstanding job with my pedicures and pink & white acrylic overlay. He recently left the shop and a new guy, Jonathan has taken over Charlies customers. I tried to work with him, but his talent is NO WHERE COMPARABLE to Charlie. I have never been disappointed going here, even after trying other techs to do my pedicures, but not even that was Jonathan able to do to to my satisfaction. The first time he did my nails, I soaked off the old acrylic to start fresh with a new tech. Pink & white is not that complicated. I requested my nails to be square, he made the corners round, by the next day all of the pink acrylic was lifting & my natural nails were separating under the white. I called and explained what happened, Tammy offered to fix them without additional charges. When Charlie used to do my nails, they NEVER lifted, not even after 3 or 4 weeks. I found myself going back to Jonathan on the 3rd week. He filed off all of his previous work b/c again, all of my nails were separating under the white part. As he did my nails for the second time, he was very sarcastic in saying you are used to Charlie, he is the best, I am only second best. I am giving you my best work, if this doesnt last, then you try someone else. THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU SAY TO A CUSTOMER WHO IS TRYING TO WORK WITH YOU. He was right about one thing, Charlie is the best. I wish I knew where he went.

I been going to this place for almost 2 years and i love it. I only go to Charlie to do my manicure he is very polite and does wonders for my hands. Ive tried several people there but Charlie is the best.

After a very long and stressful day I went for some pampering to help unwind and to relieve some stress with the hope of having a peaceful time. Now DONT get me wrong. To some people it can be an unfortunate thing to have a handicap child, and deal with their issues, but at the same time a blessing from God. If you know that your child has a handicap the parent responsibility is to be capable and able of managing their child behavior when out in the PUBLIC. In this particular case three adults came into the salon with a child. The child experienced a behavioral outburst, and the employee kindly addressed the parent in a very respectful way, and asked if someone can come be with the child outside while she waits for her turn as a walk-in. The employee did this to avoid disturbing other customers peaceful time. Apparently, the parent got upset and started to cause a seen. I believe the employee handled the situation respectfully and in a decent way. Whenever I go to the salon I expect peace and me time to be peaceful. Great job handling the issue at hand!

I went here to give my daughter the experience of getting a pedicure. The lady running the place was disrespectful and started yelling at the gentleman who was accommodating my daughter on the chair to get her off the chair because her feel didn’t reach. I left this location and went to LeeVista nails by the Epic theatre where they treated us like royalty!!! My point is we were paying customers and she ruined it for my daughter. The other staff is very nice.

She must have gotten in a fight with a brick wall because she had broken five nails. I have my natural nails dipped and haven’t had them done in a month...none of the have broke! Owner is a very sweet lady, she’ll even stay late when needed.❤️

(ZERO STARS) I went in yesterday, To Vista Nails yesterday When I walked in I said that I wanted my toes painted and a flower design. I picked out my color (Green) and I sat down, the lady walked to the back to get her supplies. I was on my lunch break so I started eating my lunch. She put on two coats of paint then I noticed that she was drawing lines all over my toes. I asked her if she was painting a flower she then said to me “No I’m Doing Lines The Flower Will Not Look Good With The Colors That You Picked I’m Going To Put Lines Instead” The lines were just lines “NO Specific Design” it looked bad so I told her that I wanted the flower not lines. Then she said to me “Paint and Design is 15.00 do you still want it” I just looked at her, at that point I was really upset. She said again “If you get a design and the paint it will be 15.oo if you just get paint then its 10.00 do you want just paint. “At that point I wanted to just walk away. I said to her “WHAT is the problem! I walked in here and asked you to paint my toes and to put a flower on it. THAT’S WHAT I WANT. So she walked over talked to another lady and came back asked me if I wanted the flower on the template. I said “SURE” I was just ready to leave. So she starts the flower and the green paint was lumpy so it looked bad anyway then to try to paint a flower over lumpy paint just looked worse!!! I informed her that I was unhappy I got up paid and left. I paid because its not the shops fault that she was incompetent. But I took their card so that I could write a Google review. I also posted a picture and attached it to the Vista Nails and Spa Profile on Google. (Please View The Picture) DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

I went to this place for the first time and the guy who did my nails did ok; except 2 days later a nail broke from the bottom up. I didn’t think too much of it and went and got it fixed by a nail salon by my job for $5. The nail tech told me he made them way to thin and they would continue to break. 1 day later 2 more nails broke in the same spot. I went back to Vista nails to get them both fixed by the lady in chair 1 and payed $8 plus tipped her. Today both nails she fixed are broken in the same spots. I will not be back there again. A lady sitting next to me was complaining to them about the same thing and they seemed to brush it off. Bad quality and customer service.

I’m always nervous when it come to trying new nail salons but Tracy did an awesome job with my nails! I’ll definitely be returning when it’s time for a fill.

They open at 9:30 on Saturdays with only 2 staff members. The rest of the staff stroll in after 10. Clients make appointment for 10 and the nail tech shows up at 10:15. They are so disorganized, the lasts two times I went, I had three different people do my nail because the person that was supposed to do my nail showed up late. Ive been coming here for year and the service has gotten so bad, I will be going elsewhere.

I had went here a month ago and was charged over $70 for dipping powder and a pedicure. I wrote a comment on yelp and today me being the person I am tried to give this place another chance after the horrible service I received. The lady approached me about my comment telling me where I should be going to get my nails done at and if I can take my comment down. No No No and No I will not be returning I will take my $90 and kindly go back to my old nail salon where I can pay $50 and won’t be talked about in another language. Supposedly they are under new management and have to charge you for everything. Never in the 2 years that I have been going there have I ever paid over $70. New spot it is trust me there is other nail salons out there even if you have to drive a few extra minutes. Oh and they beg their customers to write good reviews about them.

I was getting a refill and the lady (kelly) was on the phone the entire time which caused her to mess up my nails. Note: all the workers do this which I find unprofessional. She also stopped mid way of doing my nails and left the store to buy something from a vendor. This really isnt how you should handle a business.

I live in downtown on summerlin ave and after going to the nail shop by my house on summerlin for two years,I found vista nails by accident. Since vista nails does clean,polished and along with it are friendly stuff I quickly dissed my downtown summerlin nail (their work went from awesome to lazy dirty even went to at one point it look like i eat using my fingers and there were food left under my fingernails. I love vista nails and I been going here from downtown Orlando for a year now. I don’t mind driving here the fact there is that nail saloon ten steps from my house.Kelly and rest of stuff at vista nails are friendly make me feel like home and they offer drinks and always concern bout your needs.I love them!And they play with my dog Gordon!Come visit them guys and to ensure an appointment just call and you won’t regret their nice artwork and good effort. It will be all bout you and making you happy. I’m always happy every time I leave the place.

This is my regular place to get my manicure, pedicure,waxes done. They are very polite and fast. They always remember me and my preferences.

I was being charged $16 for a fill in, but the sign said $14. Took me 2 hrs to get my nails done, I didnt even get them filled. Im also a nail tech and saw at least 5 violations, they are suppose to scrub down the pedi chairs and tub and all they did was wash it down. Ladies please educate your self and know the law of sanitation, or youll walk out with a fungus on your toe or worse!

The first 4 times I went and Charlie did my gel nails. Went in today and a different guy did them. He replaced 3 nails and all are bigger than they should be and looks stupid. I paid $36 and had to come home and file my nails because there were so many sharp pointy spots I kept scratching myself. I couldnt get the paint job I wanted because they didnt seem to understand even after I showed them a picture. It was an EASY painy job too. I wilk NOT go back. Next time I will try a new salon.

They are short staffed after 5 pm especially if you wanted to do an acrylic full set. I decided to wait. I end up finishing the nail and they painted my nails really sloppy, it was bulky and few spots were painted amd it was just the worst. It was late and i suggested to come back when they have the time and when i asked if they could fix my nail the lady remarked thats why I should get gel instead of regular polish. The nails are bulky and I want my money back !!

Seriously if I could give it NO STARS I would. You pay for what you get I guess. I went in with a friend of mine to get pedicure and a full set. Keep in mind I havey 10 yr old and a 17 month old baby with me. They had me sit at a foot bath where I sat for an hr. They didnt even offer me a towel due to me wearing a dress and didnt even so much start the foot bath so my feet could soak. Needless to say after an hr of sitting there and watching people come in and get immediate assistance I said something and still didnt get service for another 5 minutes or so. They proceeded to tell me the lady that was supposed to do my toes cant do gel. But I just wanted regular polish on my toes and nails. They didnt listen to any request I had. The guy that took care of me was good with my pedi but then when we got to doing my nails about half way in my baby got very cranky. I was already going on 2 hours of being there. Who can blame a baby strapped to a stroller. One of the employees came over and shook my daughters stroller and I told him to get away from my child. They were talking crap that my baby was crying. They said ypur baby cry too much(we were already there 2 hours). But had they attended to me when I first got there we would have been out in 2 hours. Tammy charged my daughter for a full mani but all she did was file her nails a little. No hand massage or anything. I just told her color gel. She said she would give me 10% off for her pedicure. Fine so when I go to pay I expressed how unsatisfied I was with their customer service and I refused to pay full price for their services. To see that someone is there pregnant and with a child to sit and wait an hr until attended. Tammy called the cops and locked the door. Needless to say I will NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN if I ever come to visit my own hometown I grew up in.

I had the owner the lady who sits in the first station. I did the mani and pedi combo. When we got to my mani, she soaked my hands in the bowl and took one hand out, reached into her tool container and pulled out her cuticle trimmer that had LEFT OVER THICK SKIN on it! To be clear this wasnt just a few flakes, this was a thick layer becasue she did not clean and sterilize after her last client!!! Look, Im in this business, I am a hair stylist for a corporate company and we are trained to clean! ALSO, I did not see anyone spray bleach or sterilize the bowls after each customer becasue YES we are supposed to by LAW!!! My goal is not to have them lose customers or money, its to have them learn that they have to clean their items. I told her that what she is doing is not only dirty but people can get sick! My advice, bring your OWN tools if you still want to go here and have them bleach/clean the bowls in front of you. Yes you can ask them to do that!!

Ive never experienced such a terrible fill in before, I ended up leaving this place so upset, disappointed and dissatisfied! The nail tech had no knowledge of what she was doing. My nails are crooked, different lengths and to top it off the acrylic cracked on three nails THE SAME DAY ! The kicker is after I decided to just get up and go the owner finally volunteered to fix my nails mind you i called her over three times to complain BUT at that point I was over it. FIND ANOTHER NAIL SALON THIS ISNT IT !
