I visited Queens Nails today to get my nails done, this was my first visit to this salon. I do not remember the name of the nice lady who did my nails, but she was great. I got a simple Pink & White full set done, and she was very kind and gentle and made sure not to scrape my skin with the nail drill. My nails came out so pretty, exactly what I wanted. Will recommend & come back again. :)

Ive been coming here for acrylics for like 5 years and they’ve never let me down. ive also recently started getting my eyebrows done here too and also perfect results. 100%recomend

I recently had my nails done last week by Tammie. I asked for a French manicure and just this morning, the tips have started to chip. I repeat, it has only been a week. Typically, the quality is good, but I’m not so sure right now.

Eli is the best in pedicure especially those French pedis!! Du is the nail king! Best in all shapes and he kills the ombré! I used to live 10 minutes away, moved 4 months ago 1 hour and still go to see them! Oh and my nails - all my sets last 3weeks plus no nails fall off! This place is clean and the energy is always good

I asked for an SNS manicure. Instead, I got a generic color dip with no real manicy. No cuticle push back, no hand massive. This was an expensive non manicure.

Very clean and well organized place with priority given to those with appointments. Unfortunately the pedicure quality was lacking. Rough service, cut corners and gel chipped within days on both pedicures.

First, I am in a similar industry and fully understand the value of professionalism! I am so upset the owner had me in tears! Very simply put; I went into the nail salon to get a dip and was expecting to speak to someone who spoke English so I canccommunicate with what I wanted and found out that the owner, who was dressed and acted like a crackpot and one other person out of six spoke English.Then suddenly no one knew how to do what I was asking. This salon is unprofessional in all areas! I would not recommend this environment for any one

I have gone to my fair share of nail salons but Du exceeded my expectations. I just told him the color I wanted and he did amazing. Honestly, I live 45 min away, with a nail salon 2 min from my house but I’ll do the drive just to see Du.

Ok this is a disappointment I made an appointment 2 weeks ago at 9 am . The shop opened at 9:10 by the time they was going to start was 9:20 for an hour service and I needed to be out by 10:15am. I canceled and returned Saturday 9/12/20 and got a full set. Terrible service, she charged 36.00 and sunday 2 nails fell off. I was refused to get the nails fixed for free. It’s 9/15 and my nails look HORRIBLE!!!I’m a nail technician, estethician and cosmetologist as well and I know for a fact that my nails will keep the nails on if you use the right primer!!!! 27 years in the beauty business And getting my nails done longer than what this “technician” did them and I never have this problem. I’m in a business that I enjoy getting the same services I provide with the same professionalism I offer them....., gave one star bcuz I had no other choice

I walked into Queen Nails and was immediately able to get a seat. I ordered acrylics with gel polish, then asked for almond shape nails with a light pink ombre. The girl assured me she could do the shape and color.I have tried 5 other nail salons in Orlando and no one has done as good of a job as Queen Nails did for me. I HIGHLY recommend Qwen. She did an amazing detailed job, she was precise, she made sure to do exactly what I requested, and her work was stunning. I am SO happy!!! Will definitely be back and will request for Qwen.

They were so professional over the phone, they were able to get me and my 3 friends all in together for pedicure appointments at the same time. And with COVID going on, they were so clean and followed all the guidelines. No one else was in the salon with us. I recommend this place, love it

The nail specialist was nice enough, didnt massage very long at all, but she was sweet and polite. I had the gel pedi and mani and I feel they are a little overpriced as I paid $79 not including the tip when every where else Ive been, I paid no more than $60 not including the tip...and they charge a $2 disposal fee? First time being charged for this fee. My nails are ok, they do have some bumps on a few nails but whatever Im curious to see how long they last before peeling or chipping.Not terrible but would not recommend this establishment and would not return.

D has been doing my nails for the past 6 months! When I tell you I’m from NY, picky af, and I don’t play about my nails! I’m a makeup artist so my nails have to be on point! THANKS TO THIS MAN THEY ARE ALWAYS ON FIRE!! Nancy is also great and the way she polish my nails!! So on point! My last set lasted a full month- no lift - no chip- gel super glossy! Also he uses amazing products! He’s my nail King!

I got a gel pedicure last week and it looks amazing! She did a great job and was very relaxing! I did find a $43 (not including tip) gel pedicure a little overpriced... again a pedicure...

Went here on a recommendation. Liked the price for my length. Was a lil concerning with the speed of service. Very overpriced for color change of my length. 2 nails broke every easy not even a week later. Acrylic not thick enough, not enough colors to choose from.

This is the first time getting nail fungus. I have been going to this location for 4 months. I went in to get a fill, after she took the nail polish off i didnt first noticed it. She was attempting to remove it as if it can come off. The service is horrible, every time i went for service, i went to someone didnt in hopes of getting i was happy with. This is the last for me. Maybe if she acted concern instead of trying to cover it up i wouldnt have left a review. I showed the manager, he didnt couldnt explain how something like this could happen. All he said was Im sorry but i dont look noticeable, it will grow out just put peroxide on it.

I dont know if others have had this experience but as a man getting a manicure or pedicure here it could be hit or miss when it comes to a professional job. If one of these ladies cuts you, good luck on trying to get compensation. The owners son told me that these women who work there are considered to be private contractors, dont actually work for him and his establishment is not responsible. Ill tell you how to get some sort of satisfaction; I have seen it first hand. Just up and leave without paying, guaranteed they wouldnt chase after u.Have a great day!

Mr. Du is the man! Love, love going to do my nails here. Very professional and super nice people. Will not go elsewhere, I get alot of compliments and Du chooses all my colors and designs every single time because thats how much I trust his work! Highly recommend this place.!

I have been going to this Queen Nails for 10 years and my experience is always great, I’ve had a manicure (full set acrylic) or pedicure by everyone that works there and they are all good at what they do and are very polite even though there may be a language barrier. My favorite Nail Tech is Du! He is great!!! I highly recommend him as well as Queen Nails. And I honestly was very shocked when I saw some of these reviews because I have never had a problem here in my ten years working with them.

When to this place a week ago to get a gel manicure my nails are chipping and one of them broke. The guy that did my nails was done in less than 30 minutes I should have known that his quality was not good from the amount of detail he put in to the work. Save your money and go somewhere else not worth it.

The employees are no good! I feel very upset and disappointed by my experience there. Literally the young lady doing my nails didnt even acknowledge me at all, or my concerns / I tried to say something but she wasnt responding so I let her continue, eventually she finished my nails and Im completely devastated by how my nails came out. However, overall the establishment was nice, but the workers need a better interaction with their customers.

I went with my cousin got my nails done and the own did them poorly and I asked if he could redo them and he said no and he only gave my cousin back $15! When she had spent $40 on my nails. He also said my real nails were crooked and that I was overreacting and when my cousin said we will not be recommending them and are never coming back he told us we were not welcomed there like what the hell, your the owner of a store shouldn’t you want customers to talk good about you? Also he was on the phone while doing my nails and was calling this girl at the desk babe and she would call him babe like to me that’s bad business manners like you wouldn’t call someone babe while your working. Honestly I would rate this place 0 if I was able to because they are just horrible!

I have been going to Queen Nails for over 10 years and normally have a pleasant experience. Their spa pedicures are $20 (cheaper than most places) and normally I feel like I get what I pay for - a good pedicure at a good price. Recently, however, they hired a new receptionist and she is annoying and rude. She stands over people while they are getting their manicures done and uncomfortably enters conversations between the manicurist and the customer. During my most recent visit, it was time to pay and she said the total was $23 (three dollars more than the normal price and the listed price on the wall). When inquiring about this extra charge she said it is typically when they do extra work due to calluses. I can assure you NO extra work was done whatsoever. If anything I think my pedicure was shorter than normal. Not only that, but the quality was far less (paint on my toes, not the whole nail painted, etc). The typical sponge was used on the bottom of my feet and no additional tools were used. I have seen what they use on feet when there are these calluses she speaks of but that was not used. She proceeds to rudely explain to me what a callus was after I told her that work was not performed, which I still find irrelevant to telling me why I was charged this. I understand it was $3 and this is why I ended up just paying it instead of creating a scene, but it was still frustrating and she was unpleasant to deal with. The manager who used to work the front desk was always so kinda and helpful. Sad to see this go downhill, but I may have to find a new nail salon if I have to keep interacting with this receptionist.

The people are nice, but quality of work poor. I had nails done late Wednesday. Full set with premium white they said its better than acrylic. NOPE this morning my thumb Nail broke. I went back to have them fix it. She didnt use the premium white powder either. I asked is the acrylic powder stronger than the white powder they used the first time. She said no its the same. So how come you have to pay extra and the first time I did my nails they said it was better. Hmm makes you think twice. I will NEVER go back to that Queens Nails again. They also charged me to fix the poor quality they did so Im really disappointed in them. I will NEVER go back to that Queens Nails again

I was referred by my mother-in-law last Sunday to Queen Nails. I got a shellac manicure in which I didnt get no where to what a manicure should be! My nails didnt even last 3 days and started chipping. She did a horrible job, painted all over my cuticles, painted part of my fingers and didnt clean it off. After a week Im totally missing shellac on 3 nails! So So disappointed.. Now Tomorrow I must go somewhere else to repaint them... Never again...

3/18/16. Horrible experience, I was in the chair for 5min and got cut twice without even so much as an Im sorry. The woman must not of understood me because I specifically told her to be careful with my big toe. So first thing she cut my nail with the skin on the big toe then again on my big toe while doing the cuticles. I left immediately! I wont be back.

One of the manicurists took a tool from another who was doing another woman’s toes, and went back and “disinfected” it. She then came back and used on me. On top of that, she MURDERED my cuticules, and I had to return so that they could put neosporin on my bleeding finger.They didn’t even do my nails nicely. A glitter that looked opaque and elegant on the sample came out like a small child’s arts and crafts project. I would not recommend coming here, especially with the manicurist in chair 15.

Okay, they do have and amazing variety of colors, BUT, I did not have a pleasant experience here. I came in for a fill and the lady wanted to charge me $17. I may has well have gotten a full set. Who charges $5 for an overlay on ONE nail!?! She stated that I get charged five extra dollars because one of my nails didnt have a nail. She didnt even put a tip on that nail!! I just wanted an overlay and she had the nerve to want to charge me. The manager wasnt helpful either!! I refused to pay that amount and after 5 minutes she finally caved. Wont be going back again and neither should you.

There is no customer service in this place. I came in 3 times to have my nails and feet done and said that depending on how long I would do my pedicure or just change the color on my nails. After waiting 3 hours, when they finished my nails they wanted me to wait to have a pedicure because other pleople came in, the owner or manager, who was extremely rude in his approach said I cant change my mind regarding services... I think he belives he is still in KOrea or Vietnam. Are you serious.... this place is next to my house and I will never come back and do not recomend it. These people believe are doing customers a favor..... so Wrong we are paying and you should be familiar with the concept of customer service if you have a bussiness of service.

I do not recommend Queen nails. I did not pay attention to the low ratings and went there. I tried different nail places and this has been the worse as far as the quality of the job.

This was the second time at this shop, but wished they understood english a little better. First time was fantastic and nails were incredible, this time was not as good but nail job will pass. Was not the design I described, but I used it anyway.

I just get a basic pedicure. The staff are friendly. My pedicure lasts about a month. Prices are reasonable. Nothing outstanding, but not a bad place for a pedicure.

WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!! I never write reviews, but my experience here was SO TERRIBLE I had to. I came in for a basic manicure with shellac polish. I have NEVER been so disappointed with a manicure in my entire life. The girl doing my nails had no interest in talking to me or with what shape I wanted my nails. I tried initiating conversation, still no interest, but she spoke and laughed with her coworkers in vietnamese the entire time, paying little to no attention to what she was doing with my nails. I had a cut on one of my fingers which I pointed out to her, yet every time she touched that finger she pressed right on the cut! She did the quickest half assed job on trimming my nails, the most annoying part is that literally ALL 10 nails are a different length. I pointed it out and she did nothing. The shellac had so many bubbles and indentations, which she obviously saw but did not want to fix. The atmosphere was terrible, it was so hot in there- nothing about the experience was relaxing. After she finished I went up to pay, the boss asked me if I wanted to tip $10 on a $30 manicure! Excuse me?? Maybe if she did her job correctly, sure! This was THE WORST MANICURE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! They have no interested in pleasing the customers, only getting the job done as fast as possible. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

The lady was rushing through my pedicure and had a nasty attitude. There were no jets in the pedicure bowl. When I asked her about pricing she responded very nasty. I would not recommend for anyone to come here.

If you want sloppy work at regular full set or pedicure prices, come here. I had a full set done 5 days ago and Ive already lost 2 nails and the white polish has turned yellow. My pedicure is completely chipped. Ive never had such bad work done. The pedicure chairs are uncomfortable, the employees seem to hate their job.

I’ve gone recently a couple times, first time was fine I had no issues. When I returned I got the gel manicure with a different color but I feel strongly my session was rushed and did not get a proper dry, so immediately when I got home it had already started peeling and chipping off when all I’ve done was run my fingers through my hair. Since I was not pleased I went back the very next day and asked what they could do for me: the Lady at the desk was extremely nice to me and said she would have them re paint it for me. When( I don’t remember what # she was) the lady finally took me to “fix” it she just began immediately painting over the peeling layers.....adding more layers on top of the mess, which is not what I had in mind. Again I feel like it was Rushed and the aftermath did not look ok at all. My nails looked chunky(still do!) and not even 2 days later of course the same areas peeled off which is why I’ve decided to write this poor review. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially since the one who “fixed” my nails made me feel like it was my fault and said “make sure your nails are all the way in so they can dry” and I was like yeah.....I’ve done this before! I’ve never had his issue anywhere else.

My nails were horrible. They seemed off to me but I couldnt really tell at first. I went to get them redone somewhere else and the nail tec shook her head and asked who did them. I told her and she said they were way too big for my fingers (they didnt shape them right) and she started to file them down and shape them correctly. After she was done I could see a huge difference! Will not return to queen nails.

Beware of mysterious price hikes if you are Caucasian. A basic pedi anywhere typically consists of clipping & caring for the nails, sloughing the dead skin, and a short foot & leg massage. Nov 2015 I was charged $20, Dec 2015 $25. Today I am told the price is $35. A man just sat down beside me (also Caucasian) and he is told $40. I spoke up and they tell me it is all a misunderstanding. Now Im sure the conversations taking place in Vietnamese all around me are quite unflattering but I do not care. Everyone should be treated fairly.

I went here to have gel put over my natural nail as well as get a pedicure. Geeze!!! Big Mistake!!! Not only did the lady CUT my cuticle and I bled and bled but my nails are crooked, I have several feathers. My pedicure was done with her basket of tools which did not appear to have been removed from a sanitary package. This was done on 12/20/14 and my finger is still red, tender and bloody. DO NOT go the this place. Still cost me $60!

I went in here to have my acrylic nails removed. This was my first time here. I walked in and asked how much it was and he said $10- no problem. There were 3 women working and only 1 other customer. All of the employees were very rude. The salon I usually go to the people are very professional, clean and have excellent customer service skills. No worries. I sat down and the nail tech didnt wash her hands..her nails were filthy and she tried to use ansatized nail clippers and tools which she just pulled out of a pencil box. She had a dirty glove on one hand with holes. She tried to slide a nail underneath the acrylic to remove it but it was pulling my real nail up and hurting me. I kept telling her she needs to soak it first. I finally started soaking it in remover. Another lady brought over a bowl of hot water to warm up the acrylic remover to speed up the process. She puts a towel over my hand to speed up the process even more. Problem is.. the warm alcohol is starting to burn my hand so I move the towel off some to get cool air in and the lady tells me to keep it covered. I tell her my hand is burning and Im trying. Now the paper cuts i had on my thumb is turning bright red and the owner comes over and yells at me DO YOU WANT IT REMOVED OR DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE??? Talk about customer service! The place was filthy, unprofessional and 0 customer service skills. I hardly ever post on ratings but I wish I had taken a picture of the pedicure chairs. I cant people pay to go here. I always leave $5 tip for $10 service even if service was just ok. I would expect a lot more especially for a salon in hunters creek area. I will never go back.

Broke a nail during my work day. I ask if someone can fixed it was tech name was Du very professional not my regular nail place but he shaped my nails and fixed the nail. My new nail place thank you Du!

Worst place I have ever been to!To start off they had a terrible Oder of dirty wet towels. Which they used on me. I walked in for a basic mani/ pedi. She didnt put anything in the water like they do in other places like bath salt or some sort of salt but she didnt. She used body wash to scrub my feet and she didnt do a good job on that either like at all. She painted my nails with only one coat instead of two and when I ask her if she did two coats she flat out lied to me. Also during the mani part she didnt even let me wash my hands after she put the oil on my fingertips she just Imediately put lotion on and rub it all together. Please avoid coming to this place. They need to go out of business!!!

Ive been here twice the first time for just a pedicure the second for both a mani and pedi. The staff were polite and professional. I was pleased with the job done on my mani and pedi. And, the prices are very reasonable. I will continue to support Queen Nails.

So disappointed; made an appt for shellac. Arrived a few minutes early and was directed to their secondary location. So I went and had a guy named David do my nails...told me his whole life story while doing my nails. I asked for no manicure just the shellac. He did manicure anyway which ended up costing 7.00 more that I didnt want to spend...walked out very unhappy with how they looked but for sake of time proceeded with my day. NOT EVEN ONE WEEK LATER 5 of my 10 nails have broke or lifted...have no choice but to have them redone someplace else. Shellac should last 3 weeks so to have them not last one whole week is unacceptable. For a tenured establishment this place is disappointing.

Price are same in town, but the quality of the Job is very low ( Didnt take long), in other words, you have to came back so often, you spent more....

If I could give 0 Starz I would the customer service was horrible the lady who did my pedi was so rude I wanted to kick her....the guy who did my full set looked like he knew what he was doing but really he doesnt . Went home and a nail broke didnt even go back because I didnt want to deal with them I will never go back
