I came in for service and I always come here to get my nails done and I decide to bring a friend to get her toes done as well and after he places us into the water and file my toes down and tells his charging me to take my two big toes nail that has gel on them 5 dollars for that and I told him before placing on the water you should had told me that and I would had done it myself or went somewhere else I feel that is bad for business and poor customer service skills.

I have never been there it was my first time on Saturday ! I’m so in live with my nails! Ben too his time and did an amazing job. The place is very sanitized and the products are good. Paying $50 for an ombré set was worth it and him taking his time with the application on my nails and my toes I’m definitely going back! I come to this Walmart all the time and now I can kill two birds with one stone ! 👏🏽👏🏽 Amazing service !

Been coming here for a months now. The girls do a great job and are pretty meticulous when cleaning and shaping my nails. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is going to be my new nail salon!

Alina & the staff there are very professional and friendly. They are extremely talented and I love that they use technology for scheduling. Great place and prices. They always strive to make it a good experience. The services they offer are truly exquisite! Good people too!

Amazing

This place will have the nerve to charge $30 for a fill but take over 60 minutes to get the job done. The manicure wasnt even and the gel they use seems old, cause it was clumpy. Completely unorganized and they move at a snails pace. Would not recommend.

Nail Technician by the name of Tonya was very unprofessional, she was very rude as well since the moment my friend and I stepped foot into the nail shop.... Very unsanitary as well and her pedicure and manicures were done very unprofessional that is coming from someone who has a license in the same career field as her.. I will never be returning again..

This was my first visit here in need of a pedicure. It was also the first time I had a young man do the pedicure. Firstly, the whole atmosphere was relaxed with soft music and really comfortable chairs. The foot and leg massage was firm but gentle, and I could have stayed all day. When it was over I was left in the chair until my nails dried and I actually fell asleep. I left with not only pretty toes but a complete sense of wellbeing.

We have been coming here for the last 3 years. The only place to get your grooming. Lashes are absolutely amazing and natural looking. My nails and eyes brows are done with such perfection. OAnna is amazing. They are professional and down to earth.

The family there was very friendly and sweet. I went with my cousin and the lady was sharing wonderful stories with us. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend this place!!

Whilst on holiday decided to get my acyrilic nails taken off and gel polish put on my natural nails. The lady was very thorough and did a great job and cleaning up my cuticles etc however 2 days after the gel it started to chip. I went back and another lady reluctantly fixed the 3 nails that was chipped. She barely spoke and was very rude in her demeanour. The next day more nails chipped. It was the worst gel polish job ever! Do not go there!

Manicures and pedicures done very well but the attitudes of most of the staff is awful. They treat you as if theyre doing you a favor - not as if youre a paying customer.

Very disappointed. I have been going here for a few months and the last visit I noticed fungus on my nail. Never has happened before and Ive been getting my nails since I was a teen. The tech tried to lie and said its nothing. It cant be nothing if my finger nail is turning green! I am also a nurse so you lied to a healthcare professional instead of holding accountability. I went somewhere else to get my nails redone. It is now on another nail. Never again! Very disgusted.

My cousin and I got our eyebrows waxed here one night. We have thick eyebrows. I waxed every other week and that was my cousin first time. Anyways we got it done and it look amazing but when we got home washed and shower it came off. They actually pencil in our eyebrows to cover the mistakes they made

I treat myself to the Deluxe Pedicure 2 times a month... hot stones and EVERYTHING! Followed by a relaxing chair massage... Ive been going here for over a year now and enjoy the peaceful athmosphere; the ladies are very sweet and know how to get the kinks out...

Alina & the staff there are awesome! I have been here several times & they are so kind and take very good care of me. They are the best at waxing eyebrows!!

I come here every two weeks to 3 weeks. Love the service always quick. Located in a very busy Walmart. Seriously worth the wait. Excellent pedicure/manicures. I recommend the SNS nails. Also eyebrows and lash service. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Was serviced by nail tech Alana she is the best. She was fast and efficient. Vey calming atmosphere. I will defiantly recommend to stop in.

Excellent manicure and predicure. My girlfriend and me as German tourists had pedicure and I had additionally manicure. We loved it.

I won’t be going back here. They tried to push sns and gel on me 10 times, yes I counted, each and every time I was very specific I just want the traditional full set and a pedicure. I informed the tech who started my nails that I wanted just the tips painted with a little design on my ring finger and she doesn’t even finish they pass me off to someone else who does ok and makes jokes to make me feel better about the girls over pushing sns and gel but he starts to paint the whole nail and I said no just the tips painted with design on the ring finger, ok great paints the tips. Starts to put the clear coat on and when I go to say something he tells me no design your nails are to small for that. That was just the last straw for me so I shut up and let them dry already deciding I wasn’t going to go back because I know for a fact my ring fingers can have designs on them I have photo proof of multiple designs I’ve done in the past every single time. I’ve never not done a design with acrylics. Thank you regal nails for not listening to the client you have lost me coming back along with anyone I could have brought.

If I could give this place a negative stars I would let me tell you I am here on vacation got my nails done with my mother at this nail salon let me tell you they charge for everything under the sun which I am not saying you shouldn’t charge for the value of your service however when approached about pricing they did not advise me that they would charge extra for the shaping of the mail so what should’ve been a $60 full set and pedicure ran me almost $80 that is absolutely ridiculous especially on my mothers birthday all she wanted was to be pampered for a decent price when we called and confirmed pricing Again we were not notified about them charging extra for the filing of the nail or for the nail been a little longer than normal it’s absolutely ridiculous next time I’ll just get my nails done before coming down here or I’ll go to the polished room in Orlando where I should have went the first time which is highly recommended

The lady waxed my eyebrows horribly... asked if I had tattoo eyebrows and i said yes she said it no work too good and waxed them smaller than the tattoos 😱😲🤦‍♀️

My nail broke 2 days after i got them done... WtffffffI called b4 i went in asked for a price they told me $22 to get my nails.done full set and stiletto shaped.at the end they charged me $27 the girl didnt file my nails right. She painted my nails really shity. I honestly feel like i waisted $27 dollers. Their pedicures are great they fo my eyebrows great but my nails i where shity honestly. Never again.

For being inside a Walmart, It is a great place to sit and relax.Truly on stop shop while shopping and completed at Walmart . The girls there give an amazing job on my pedicure . I love the disposable bag for my pedicure . This place is very clean and friendly . I am on vacation and needed my nails done. I decided to go to Regal Nails not knowing what to expect, but I must say that Alina did an excellent job on my nails. I wish I could take her back home with me to be my new nail tech.
