The nail girl was very quick and clean!!! The guy who did my toes took forever!!!! But they look nice… I’ll let you know how long they last!

This is probably one of my favorite nail salons ever! When we walked in my first thought was it was okay. But then it exceeded my limits! It was amazing! They offered us coffee and water. There was music playing on the television screen. And they are really focused on doing your nails and making them nice and perfect for the customers. The prices are reasonable. But you can choose. 10 and under kids for a manicure is $12. For a pedicure its $15. But for older women Theres regular thats $23. But classic is $35. Theres luxury, kid friendly, and more. I would definitely recommend going to this place again. Also the employees are so kind and friendly.

This was my first time there. Kasey did my dip and she was amazing, professional and gentle. Her work is camera ready if you do hand modeling. Just amazingly great work. I would recommend Kasey.

This place is amazing! As soon as you walk in you are given a cold bottle of water and a seat! The manager did an amazing job on my nail designs! They made my acrylics perfect and even! They fixed my broken toenail to match the others and removed all the callouses from my feet! Highly recommend it to anyone! No wait usually but call them to check.

This was my first time visiting Elegant Nail and Spa and I got Peppermint Spa gel pedicure and a gel manicure. I will definitely go back for another pedicure because it was phenomenal!My manicure is not as great. The polish has pooled toward the tips of my nails and more than half are either lumpy or the color is uneven. I do love the color though and the matte finish looks really cool.

Absolutely the BEST nail salon to go to! They are always so sweet and wonderful! The salon is open and bright, comfortable chairs, and it just feels so relaxing. My nails always are amazing and unique! I wish I didnt live across the country or I would get my nails done here every month rather then every time I visit the area!

When i got my nails done, not only was the design not amazing, there were bumps in the polish, and after i left and paid they called me saying my total was more than i paid and that they would change it for me. Definitely not again.

So In love with my nails! The SNS Nails are better than acrylics! Supper light weight and natural looking. My natural nails dont hurt like they would with acrylics. The nail artist are all so talented so who ever does your nails youll for sure love them! The salon is sooo adorable and clean! I highly highly recommend getting your nails done here. Went here last minute with my partner the other day and ended up loving this place! Super friendly faces as soon as you walk through the door. We were seated fast and they were so kind so wait for my hubby while he was running a few minutes behind me. My pedicure was amazing and my techs paid great attention to detail. Ive been going here for about 6 months now and I love it! If you get SNS you can ask for anyone they all good !. My nails always look amazing and are never too thick! They are a little pricey but you pay for quality!

If I could review with zero stars I would, they don’t cover the bowls for pedicures … or sanitize them after each use. Way more Expensive than the other local nail salons. After I paid over $200 in 2 pedis and 2 manis destroyed my daughter’s nails. She went back to get them fixed the said they weren’t responsible for it cause “ they were her own nails”… like… really? And no just that, they charged her extra to take the broken gel off. NASTY… TOTAL FIASCO. Do not recommend.

I love the work they done for me here. The service was great especially the owner. She was very nice, keeps offering customer bottled water and snacks. The salon is spacious, bright and clean. Prices were reasonable. I had done the mani and pedi for me and she did an amazing job. The salon has a great artist, ands he did a fantastic flower design on my toe nails. It looks so pretty and I got so many compliments about it. I will definitely come back and recommend to all my friend.

First time and I was comfortable.. due to the pandemic you are asked to wash your hands wear a mask and use hand sanitizer.. I can respect that .. and I didn’t feel rushed . So I will be returning .

Let me start off by describing how gorgeous this place is right out of a fairytale! Love it! Came here for a quick gel sesh and let me tell you it didnt disappoint. Everything was so quick clean and fresh. Zoomed in and out and my fingers looking bomb! Thank you!

They have gone above and beyond during this pandemic too. Ive been twice since they reopened and I felt completely safe. They have plexiglass barriers everywhere, sanitizer everywhere, all staff wears masks and shields too. They require all customers to use sanitizer, wear masks and wash hands. Ive seen some people complain about longer waits but I think that should be expected right now and not a reason for bad review. Both times when I went in they were busy but everyone was greeted immediately upon entrance and appointments started on time.

They always do a great job here! I would suggest calling before heading in because they always seem to be busy. With that said, Ive never had an issue getting helped right away or after a short 10 minute wait. Highly recommend!

Since my first visit on Saturday was a great experience, I decided to choose them again for a pedicure. I’ve forgotten the name but I had the $70 pedicure by Timmy. Y’all...just go! This was the best pedicure and massage I’ve had in YEARS!!! I wish I had found this place years earlier!

If youd like the precision and artistry of the images on their site, you may want to go elsewhere. The place was not clean, (and I arrived 1 hour after opening). They put me with a person whom my appointment was not scheduled with. She immediately suggested that I wash my hands (before even a hello, or her own hand washing. To be fair, I was rather indecisive, but comfortable in the knowledge that they are professional, patient, and want a happy client. Needless to say, that is not the feeling when I left. I felt rushed by my technician watching the clock, and unsatisfied by her unwillingness to help me find a design. Preferably, if I were taking too much of her time, (remember the appt. was not with her), someone could have offered to show me things, foils, designs, stickers, gems, whatever. Seemingly to appear to be concerned professionals. Nope, she just continued with an attitude of annoyance. I kept apologizing and thanking her for her patience, to which she never responded. Requested a coffin shape, received square. Left with acrylic on my skin, and every nail a different length, and the classic scam of not painting all the way down so it appears you need a fill-in after a week. I smiled graciously, tipped her 20% of $50, and left, vowing internally not to ever return. Sad, my Mothers day gift to myself was a big ol fail.

Have been here a few times so far and have been happy with my service. Each time I have gotten different technicians and they all have been great. They have a few techs that do well on nail art so if youre looking for something more creative they do well. Recently, I went in for gel and small designs. Its been a couple days and I have gotten lots of compliments!

I know sometimes we try it to find affordable places to do your mani and pedi but this place has not let me down. The owner is my favorite person for pedi and my manicure usually anybody can help you they all do a good job.

Diva was really nice. I got a deluxe pedicure. I only knocked one star because their polish selection could be better and also polish quality. She had to apply several coats to make it opaque. As far as service she did a really great pedicure, it wasn’t rushed, and she was very friendly.

I really love this nail salon! I religiously get my nails done every few and after a bad experience, I decided to come here! I have heard and seen my hair stylist talk about this place, and it definitely lives up to the hype! A lot of cute nail salons in this category are gimmicky and overpriced, but not here. They walk the line of being trendy, but having responsible price options and the more expensive and fun ones as well!

Oh my god this place was amazing for me, I made an appointment through the phone and they were so professional. I had lots of questions because the nails I had on were a disaster from some other place and I was pretty upset but they had everything I needed and wanted.

I was visiting Orlando, so my nieces and I decided to visit this establishment because of the reviews. The girl was nice, her name was Hannah. I got a full set with matte black and was charged $55 but the coloring on my thumb nail kept shriveling up. She had to re-do it twice while I was there. When I was checking out, I asked if this was normal and the manager noticed and asked her to do it one more time. She did it again and it looked fine. That night as I was flossing my teeth, the nail polish started coming off. Bubbles formed and my thumb looked horrible. Then the following day, my index finger on my left hand broke. I left Florida and came back home and had to get it fixed again. Then yesterday my pinky finger on my left hand breaks and my index finger breaks again. So all together I had to pay $80 with tip to get this set because of the first screw up. The quality of the products this business uses is extremely poor.

When I arrived, I was greeted promptly by the receptionist. I got SNS, so I was given a HUGE selection of colors. So much to choose from can be overwhelming! So let me start by saying Im very picky about my nails. Ive been going to the same one person for my manicures and a different salon for my pedicures for the last 8 years. Since the nail salons near by were closed, I went to this place and was in desperate need of a mani pedi. I came across on Google and was referred by 2 other people, and I couldnt have been happier when I left.

Theres nothing better than a business that stands by quality and make sure that each customer is happy. Ive been going here for a few years now and Im never disappointed. They have SNS colors but they can match nearly any OPI color. Thankful to have found this place! Highly recommend.

I decided to visit this nail salon this week as my usual place was closed. At first I was paired with a guy nail tech who seemed very friendly and was doing great up until he had to put the tips on my nails as I was doing dip powder with tips. Two of my nails were severely crooked and pointing to the left after his shaping. I pointed this out to him and he said not to worry and that he would fix it when I got the dip powder done. So I trusted him and let him do the dip powder, but after he had done it and shaped my nails, not only were those two still very crooked, but the overall shape of my nails wasn’t what I asked for. I specifically showed him a picture of the shape multiple times and he still didn’t get it right. At this point I noticed he also hadn’t done the activator that it necessary for dip powder. So I pointed out the crooked nails and he called someone else over to have her take off those two nails and try to fix it. While I’m talking to her about that, he started putting the final touch of gel polish on my other hand before I even had the chance to let him know that he forgot to do the activator. Eventually I was moved to the chair of the lady that was fixing my other fingers, and when I tried to point out that he had missed the activator they both were defensive and said they had cameras to prove that he had. But she agreed to redo that hand as well. Overall she ended up doing a great job fixing everything and she was able to get the shape right no problem with my picture. If I did go back I would definitely request her (I didn’t catch her name but I believe she was in chair 2) and definitely not let the guy do my nails.

I am pleasantly surprised at how well they take care of their customers. The atmosphere is chic and sophisticated. They have plenty staff so they are still able to accommodate you with a full house. Their prices are reasonable, definitely coming back!

DO NOT get your service by a girl name Emily! Not only was I rushed with my nails but she seemed annoyed at the fact that I wanted a touch up on one of the nails. She spent more than half the time talking in another language to another worker. Very unprofessional in my opinion and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I frequent this place, I never had problems with anyone else. Diva did my pedicure the time before and had a great experience with her but unfortunately I think this will be my last time here.

My first time here, new to the area. Second salon I have tried. The first left me underwhelmed and wondering if I would find a decent salon. I did the SNS dip and they didnt really manicure my hands at all. Cuticles were driving me nuts, visible and dry. Thank goodness I ventured out and found Elegant. They took their time, asked me what I was looking for. They actually listened and did it to my taste. They did a complete manicure, cuticles in check and did not over file the top layer of my nails, which breaks my nails over time. I was hesitant to do the SNS dip again but they assured me that my previous experience was not how they do nails. Im glad I did the dip. Im very happy with the look and feel, so natural. Ive found my new nail salon, keep it up!

This is hands down the best nail place for acrylics I’ve ever been to. Every technician makes them super durable for me who types all day and has weak nails. Whenever I’m in Orlando I make an effort to come here.

New to town and after trying out several disappointing nail salons I finally found one to make my Go-to! Ive been twice so far and have been very pleased both times! Friendly staff and clean salon.! I get the deluxe Pedicure and its worth the extra few dollars for the longer massage. The massage chairs are amazing also. I also got a full set (acrylic) and they last me 3+ weeks before I need a fill. Its a little bit more spendy than other salons Ive been to but you get what you pay for. Well worth it in my eyes.

Very nice nail salon. This was my first visit and I really enjoyed it. I got the pedicure only. My nail tech did a great job! I will definitely return. Like other reviewers have posted, its pretty busy. I visited mid morning on a Wednesday, it was busy but I didnt have to wait long, maybe 7 minutes or so. Everyone was nice and friendly. Next time Ill get pedicure again, everyone seemed to be really enjoying them!

Im shocked to see the bad reviews. I came in on Saturday and service was superb! The place was nicely decorated. I got wonderful massages. I kept coming here because the customer service was great, theyre always busy but someone always managed to get me in as soon as they can. Although this place was nice and all... they literally charge $38 to put on an acrylic set .. and to get acrylic refills it’s $33. Those prices don’t make any sense at all, I’m from Miami and most places do refills for $20-25, which is reasonable, and you’d think Miami would be more expensive but not at all... they do a great job but I can get the same job done for a lower price that’s all...

It was my first time there. One tech started my nails and then another lady finished them. Normally I get annoyed at that but they were great and professional about it. I came in for a fill in and repair. She did not charge me for the repair. The lady was so sweet and helped me try on colors I was debating between. She was very patient with me and did an awesome job in the end. I dont normally write reviews but I was well please. Thank you, I will be back!

After not going to the salon for a few months, I decided to go back and try it out again. Very clean facility. They have a lot of experience technicians that can do just about anything. They really care about your experience and make sure that you love whatever youre getting done. You wont be disappointed. Worth the drive.

One of the best pedicure I have ever gotten! Two of my friends and I made an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and they did our nails in the pedicure, so we could all sit together. My pedicure looks awesome and they are very reasonably priced! I would recommend.

Came as a walk in first thing on a Saturday and was immediately accommodated by the two women at the front desk for a pedi. The place is clean with massage chairs and instrumental easy listening music. My manicurist in particular was extremely detail oriented. All around a great experience!

Man I wish I could just move this place up to NC. I went here during my week long trip for my sons football tournament. The staff was very nice and welcoming as well as. I was very pleased with the end result, believe me, you will want to return. I was so impressed I sent my mom the next day.

I have been coming here since November and I am so in love. I have specific guy that usually does my nails, his name is Tran and he is amazing. He takes his time and does a great job I usually tip $10 because he so deserves it. I only had one other person do my nails and she too did great. Their attention to detail is exactly what you want from a nail stylist. I 100% recommend coming here. You wont regret it!

I really like this place! I usually get the Spa Pedicure and they do a great job with scrubs, massage, oil with warm towels, wax peels. So relaxing! I finally got my friends to go with me a while back and hes hooked!

Had a full set & a pedi. Was convinced to try the SNS nails, which I know as dipping powder. I keep my nails short and they were able to keep them shorter than anywhere else. Looks good. The pedi was great, very detailed. Pleased overall & Im really picky!
