I will never return to this establishment!!! Not only do they not communicate professionally or proficiently, they are unreasonable. I had gel nails done a week ago, they began cracking and breaking within the first few days. I couldnt return due to having knee surgery, kinda hard to move around. Today I was finally able to get them done. I explained to them what was happening and to kindly fix it. I believe Tammy whos stationed in the 6th chair, began prepping my nails but apparently had an issue with it as she kept talking in her native tongue. She and another woman tells me I need to pay! Absolutely not. Then ask me to wait because she has an appointment after I explained to them how paying is unacceptable and unfair, paying for a service that wasnt done correctly the first time isnt happening. I then waited for 15 minutes to have I assume the manager tell me she isnt going to take into consideration a surgery that prevents me to drive and I should of returned a few days after my nails began breaking and chipping. End result I left without having my money returned and my nails worse than they were. I highly suggest whoever goes to be mindful of the unprofessionalism. Ill never return

Very VERY HARD TO COMMUNICATE and let them know what you want to get done on your hands since they do not understand english! My nails look good though, had to wait around 30 mins for the lady that knows how to do acrylics. I think there is just one of them that knows how to do them...

I did manicure and pedicure, I loved it! Their English is not great so its hard to understand and be understood but for the rest it was all good.

This is the first place Ive been to, where my regular full sets actually last long enough for me to get a fill. Im talking 3 weeks and no lifting at all and none have popped off! Very impressed. Only thing, the regular clear coat polish oxidizes and turns the base color quite darker.

At first this place was ok, the lady was “profesional” I wanted acrylic nails and show her a picture and she did it exactly. The thing was on the products that she used, the were without a label and smelled so strong. She didn’t sanitize her hands or products after or before me, that was scare. The nails only long 2 weeks and they start to brake from the root of the nail, sometimes that says that she did a bad job. So if you gonna go just get normal nails or pedicure but just do it if is an emergency.

I have been looking for a new nail salon and after some research I found this salon. The staff is friendly and approachable. I recommend Tina for a manicure and pedicure. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and toes. But Tina is very good and takes her time with her services. She gives a great foot massage! I will be going back!

My 2 daughters and I went there to get manicures, gel and regular as well as a pedicure. Employees spent a lot of time making sure it was right and with massage. Great experience. Reasonable cost. Pleasant atmosphere and people in the salon also very pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend this place. Will be back next year went on vacation again.

You get what you pay for... I Did gel polish and it only lasted 2 days and while I was sitting their the ladies were making fun of my nails in Vietnamese knowing that I can speak Vietnamese fluently. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

NOT WORTH IT! I had to continuously point out spots that the lady missed with her nail polish. To top it off, they kept pointing at my husband and making comments in Vietnamese... It was so extreme that at a certain point I had to ask her if she wanted to translate it for us since it was clear that they were talking about us. She looked at me and then looked away but at least they stopped.My nails look VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and she asked me so boldly for a tip after the service which I now regret giving to her.

This place was so nice before but they put another lady on charge and is Rude I was going there for past 8 year but is not Worth it anymore. After she there everybody is rushing they don’t take time cleaning you feet. And last week I got a manicure and pedicure my nail got all mest up in 2 days so I come back to do a polish change and she toll don’t have for polish change I have more important thing to do in front of a lot people I toll her I never going back there. I got 3 gift certificate on Christmas and I give them way I not coming back she is horrible not educated......

I have been trying alot of nail salons to find one I love. And decent nails is it. They are friendly fast and affordable. I look forward to my mommy time here.

The wait time is good, but I would really love this place if they had more variety of gel colors. But beside that the nail techs are polite, nice.

I love to go over there only because I appreciate Tina’s job and in the second place Tammy.If I walk in. Those are my 2 options . If I make an appointment only with Tina. But the owner is rude, idiots intolerant and person . Speak Chinese talking bad like I am an ignorant . I believe is the owner a fat Chinese with glasses . She thinks she is treating with animals . She classified the customers . It s a shame ! Is there anyway that I can make a formal complaint?

The owners buy cheap nail polish. Got my nails done and they were chipping after 2 days! I spoke to the owner and all she said was that a regular mani pedi nail polish only last 2 days. The owner is rude and has zero customer service skills buy the employees are very nice.

This salon is Terrible they dont clean their utensils after each costomer. And when I asked for clean utensils the owner had an attitude . Not only is the costumer service bad but they use really cheap products. If the owner thinks you will tip well shell make you wait for her. Ive been to thia salon on 3 separate occasions and each time I have been thoroughly dissapounted. Also the last trip to the salon the owners husband insited that the nail polish I chose is held at the reception area as if I would steal a half empty bottle of nail polish that was the last trip to that salon.

I got the worst service they don’t understand and they don’t listen to you and I’ve got fungus on I got a fungus on both of my big toe nails and I had to go to a podiatrist for about three times and they would not even of knowledge that it was a fungus

They are liars, my daughter and I went there and I asked how much was the pedicure and if its still 20$. The lady said they are 20 dollars each. When we finished, they charged me 25 each plus the tip. They play games with the clients . DISGUSTING!

My nails almost did not last well, they get damaged quickly, I do not know if its the material they use, the workers speak little English and it is difficult to communicate well and the owner is very rude and not attentive! One day I asked him for the Wi-Fi key and he did not want to give it to me.
