They made us pay $60 just to remove nail polish, put my mothers hands in a bowl of acetone to remove nail polish which destroyed her nails and burned her skin. They gave us attitude and were rude when we went to pay. I used to enjoy coming here but recently they have gone down in quality and customer service has become horrible which greatly disappointed me. Do not spend here just to be disrespected, Ive seen them be rude to other customers when being serviced but didnt think much of it until I was on the other side of it.

I had been going to this place ever since they opened, even took my husband and daughter there sometimes for manicures & pedicures. Not anymore. There are much better places with professional service, not rude and sarcastic. Good luck with that guy at the front desk he hates his job. Never going back.

I literally got my nails done 3 days ago and this is how they look and the guy who did my nails was super unprofessional i told him i didnt like the shape and he got upset and wanted to take all my nails off i will be telling all my friends who go here to go some where else ridiculous!

I usually get my nails done in Dr. Phillips but this location is close to me so I walked in without an appointment and was helped by Kim. Its not been a few days since my appointment and my nails look amazing. She did a gel mani and pedicure. She was very complimentary and funny to talk to. I loved my experience with her. I normally get my nails done at Milenia nails and spa but since my regular nail guy wasn’t available I came here since it’s close by. I called on my way and asked how much for a gel fill. The lady said $35. When I got there they said it was $45. Mind you my natural nails is short. I asked to speak to the lady who answered the phone. She said it’s based on your nails. Which made no sense since my nails are short. I won’t be coming back to this place.

I go routinely for dip and pedicures. The service is usually prompt. They techs dont do very many designs and sometimes rush. They are very nice.

I got my nails done in this location with dip powder, not even 3 days into it my thumb started chipping. I went there to get my nail fixed, and the next day my middle finger started chipping. I went for a second time to get my nail fixed and all the lady did was file my nail. When I asked her if thats all she was going to do she said I fixed it didnt I. Do yourself a favor and do not go there. Clearly they dont know what they are doing. Dip powder nails shouldnt chip after THREE or FOUR days. Not only do they not know how to do nails they are completely unprofessional when it comes to correcting a mistake they made after having been paid for that service.

Not a fan ..i thought i upgrade my Pedi i looked at the book and there was a price 39$ for Lavander on the other side was one Detox what i wanted so the pedi was great the young Lady was sweet ...so it came to pay and she sad 65 $ i was shocked i did not see it anywhere shepointed at the corner of the page where there was a small number no dollar sign ...i was made i would have never picked it.There was no apologyI paid left but i wont be back

I was only visiting for the weekend and the appointment I had originally set at Vista nails and spa was completely ruined by the owner whom acted as if he either did not want to do nails being that I was the first one there with an appointment set at the same time as opening or he simply did not have any creative designs to offer but the gentleman whom provided me with services as well as the overall establishment will amaze you! I highly recommend this particular location. I am overjoyed that I Google the nearest nail salon to me!

I came here with my love to get a manicure and a pedicure, the staff was nice and professional. They have a variety of nails colors to choose from, my nail artist was Michael he was super friendly and approachable! The store has more than mani-pedi services, plus it’s so convenient for a spa and movies kind of date! I will certainly come back here.

I want to personally thank Tatiana for the fabulous job she did on my nails. I highly recommend her as she is a beautiful person but above all she is passionate about the work she does and will take her time with you to ensure your nails are perfect. I will be returning back to her for her services and my next journey of her lovely nail art and recommendations.

This place is nice but very inconsistent with their quality of service with a basic pedicure. Today the technician i had was a male and he was not that good. My nails are jagged and rough. He was so sloppy that my SHOES got soaked with water. He was heavy handed and seemed to be in a hurry. I am a regular here because i get good service one day and then the next time it sucks. Tired of the hit and miss game!!!!

I went with a friend of mine visiting from out of state. I havent gotten my nails done in Orlando since I moved from Jacksonville (once you find your nail studio, its hard to change to a new one). I saw this one looked like my old nail salon, thought to try it out. My friend and I made appointments and when we showed up, it was like they had no idea we had an appointment. Then, my nail-tech rushed through my gel manicure and I noticed she did a really sloppy job. I asked her to redo a nail and she complied. But, after my service I saw that it wasnt just that one nail, it was multiple. I didnt want to go back until the VERY next day, the gel polish started peeling from my nail. Of course frustrated I contacted them and they gave me a whole new manicure free of charge from a different tech who was still very fast, but he at least did a clean job. I dont think Ill be coming back.

The place is beautiful, I agree with the other reviews. The quality of the service is good at the moment of service. But, my service did not last long. I have never had a pedicure chip so quickly. Almost all my toes chipped less than one week after getting them done. I was visiting Orlando so it is not like I can go back and get them redone. I thought maybe it was just me, but my family member that had hers done with me, had the same issue! I am not a person who can freely go to a spa and get services anytime due to motherhood and a busy schedule so something like this is not acceptable nor appreciated.

Far from a relaxing experience. Picked color, sat down to have gel removed and just wanted simple manicure, regular polish. After he wrapped my nails, this man was texting his life away not even acknowledging me as a customer. He then went to the back for a good 5 minutes, came back and continued texting probably for another 10 minutes. Long story short, he could not stay focused but kept looking up and at his phone. He even cut into my nail which hurt pretty bad. Best way to put it, my manicure sucked, he skipped many steps and my nails are painted like a 7yr old did it.Suggestion: Please switch careers and do something NOT customer related.

I went there this morning since someone I know recommended me to try them out. Went for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure went amazing but when it came to the full set it was another story. They look bulky. When cutting the nail to the length I wanted he didnt even check to see if each finger matched in size. Did a poor job on some of the nails. Under the nail didnt even file well. I have bits of the acrylic underneath not filed. The nail polish has bubbles. It wasnt a good experience with the nail. I understand they mightve been busy with appointments and what not but to get charged $68 dollars after asking for what I wanted I am disappointed. Not worth it.

Andrew is amazing! My nails have never looked so beautiful and they feel amazing. Andrew took special care to make my nails thin and natural with a set of acrylics! I took my friend here before dropping her off at MCO- 30 minutes from my house and I plan to make the drive again! Thank you again, Andrew!

The facility is very beautiful! Unfortunately I did not enjoy my experience of getting a pedicure. Many times I told the guy who was doing my pedicure the water is way too hot! He did minimal to cool it down. He seem like he didnt want to touch or do my pedicure. Everything was done in a rush. How he painted my toes was beyond unacceptable! Sorry not getting my hard earned money again 👎🏾

Not the kind of experience you’d expect to have to relax and unwind. The customer service was very poor. I received a pedicure from one of the technicians and it was pretty rough, not gentle.I then proceeded to my next service to receive an acrylic full set by a different technician. There was a misunderstanding between the technician and I on which nail service I was getting done.When I asserted that I didn’t understand her initial question and clarified the actual service I was getting, she was very aggressive and rough with how she spoke to me and how she handled my hands. I was uncomfortable and I told her repeatedly that I no longer wanted the service and I wanted to pay for the pedicure and leave. She insisted on completing my nails. Because my friend was getting her nails done I proceeded with the appointment. One of the most uncomfortable sessions I have ever had. I intended on getting one color, but bc I was so uncomfortable I just asked for a clear coat on my unfinished nails. Before my nail appointment was half completed, they asked me to pay. My friend on the other hand paid after her nails were completed and dried. We got the same services. She is Latina woman and I am a black woman.

After getting a manicure, my nails peeled in two days. went back to get fixed and they gave me a hard time. then my nails peeled back 2 days later again!

Its a very beautiful salon on the inside. Perhaps that plays into the price. I went in for clear powder/overlay, thats it. I was matched with a tech quickly and sat down. My tech John did his job well, he cleaned my cuticles and applied the acrylic as asked. Ill admit I did not check the menu as I assumed it would cost about the same as my regular spot. In fact it cost DOUBLE, the menu does say $25 and up BUT $40 for such a basic service that takes less than an hour. I do have the gel top on so that factors into price which is $5 according to the menu. Yes it is a consumers responsibility to price check but they are still taxing for a basic service. If youre looking for beautiful creative acrylic work ask for Tatiana. She is very sweet.

Not professional at all bc they call one of my friends to take a sit and nobody ever came to help her, we used to come here all the time but after that experience I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, they are not worth the wait, and not nice or good people also because I asked for the manager and I know who she was and she never wanted to speak to me.

This salon is very beautiful and has a relaxing vibe. Their pedicure massage chairs are amazing! And so are the techs. I went for my birthday (on a Saturday) and purchased a pedicure and coffin shaped full set medium length and paid $55! My tech (Carlos) was the best! He actually did both my pedi and my nails then offered me a free refill in two weeks for my birthday. I had a great experience here and highly recommend it! Did I mention their was NO WAIT TIME?!!!!

This is by far the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done at. They have no idea what they are doing. I had to go to another place to get my nails redone because I did not trust them to do them again. On top of that the nails were expensive for the low quality. They were so thick and misshapen. I go to this salon frequently. Tati is my favorite nail technician. Every time I come here I always request her. She always does an excellent job with my nails. I always show her what I want done and she does an even better job than the picture I showed her. She’s careful and takes her time to make sure everything is done well. I love her and I will never go to another person again!

The spa itself is beautiful inside, and everyone on staff is very polite. My nail tech, Tatiana, is the best I have ever had. Her attention to detail is the best I have ever experienced, and she will always suggest what will ensure the best outcome for your service. She is also very easy to talk to, and makes you feel comfortable the entire time you are there. I hope to go back soon!

Nice and clean nail salon. They were very friendly and took their time to do a great job on my nails. However I asked them to do almon shape nail and even though I keep repeating to them that I didnt want my nails too long they kept saying that was the way they have to be in order to have an almon shape. I think if Im the customer and Im the one paying for a service, it has to be the way I want it. Now I have to go to a different salon to get my nails cut or file down because they are way to long and I cant even work with this nail.

One of the most painful pedicures I’ve ever had. I was hoping to treat my feet after some long days in the parks but the experience was less than stellar. I picked a glitter polish which requires more coats and still only got two so the glitter is very sparse. The tech was very sweet and the salon was clean though which is why I gave them 3 stars instead of one.

Honestly if I could rate them Zero 0 Stars I would, but Ill give them the 1 Star for location and because the salon is nice. I would never ever go back to this place, I went and asked for dipped powder nails and the technician Hannah kept telling me that acrylic refill was best, obviously she didnt want to work. Then after I agreed to the refill she did a horrible job leaving my nail bulky, not shaped like I wanted, and terrible paint job. I feel frustrated that I paid 33 dollars for a refill that I wanted to yank out right away. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Just went here with my sister. I got a french tip acrylics manicure. Bryan was the man that did them. He was very sweet and honest when he made a mistake and moved to fix them quickly. It was a very pleasant visit overall.

Excellent service. I read the reviews before coming and was half expecting rudeness from the staff. The guy at the front desk wasnt southern polite but he was efficient and had me seated and in hot water as soon as I had a color picked out for my pedi. Sally the nail tech was AMAZING. 10/10 will ask for Sally every time I come here. I have teacher feet and her foot rubs almost put me to sleep. Plenty of staff, very clean, use a little pack of a brand new nail file, buffer, and pumice for each person, autoclave sterilized equipment, lined foot baths. Excellent attention to detail by Sally and the two ladies working on either side of me.

Sally did my nails and by day 3, two nails were already broken. This was right before thanksgiving, so I specifically got my nails done for the holidays. To be left disappointed after spending $60.00 plus tip on a fill, to now having to go spend more money on getting two nails fixed. This is unacceptable. Sally didn’t apologize, offer to fix them, squeeze me in, offer to stay late, or at the very least offer someone else to fix them..but instead I got a no and to a valued customer this is bad business. Such a waste of money and at an expensive place is disappointing.

The only good nail artist is Larry. The rest cant paint or hand draw designs....its crazy. Your nails dont last that long (from the others) and the woman that manages the front desk has terrible customer service.You could probably get away with a pedicure since their massage chairs are very comfortable. I dont recommend getting anything else.

Visiting from out of town. Bryan was excellent! I injured my leg, and he was still able to give a great pedicure. He was gentle being very careful not to disturb the injury. I also expressed my concern about not having my personal tools. He used a disposable bowl lining, disposable file, disposable pumice sponge, new toe separator and slippers. I do not like the dremel on my natural nails, so he carefully smoothed the nail surface with a disposable nail sponge. Very clean and sanitary. Pedicure was beautiful! Thank-you!!!ble

Ashley did my manicure and pedicure. She was fantastic, took her time, and was very pleasant. I’d highly recommend. Prices were reasonable and facility very clean. I’ll definitely return.

Overall I had a good experience. Larry did my nails, and while he did a good job I was amazed in the lack of customer service. I was directed to sit at his station so I did. He was completely consumed by his cell phone and didnt say a single word to me. No hello or anything. This lasted almost five minutes. If I wasnt in a bind I would have got up and left. Waxing specialist was good. Hopefully the customer experience will be elevated on my next visit.

I took my fiancé here to get her nails done due to the good reviews. She asked them BEFORE she even sat in a chair what her nails would cost & showed them a picture of coffin nails with one nail on each hand had a marble design & she askes for gel. They told her the price was $44. So she decided to get it done. As they are doing her nails the manager comes up to her & tells her that her nails are going to be $58. When she said why didn’t you tell me that when she showed him the picture he had nothing to say & walked away. Poor customer service & the marble design was awful & done with a sharpie. Not worth the time or money. Vincent was the one who did her nails & didn’t even do anything about her cuticles. If I could figure out how to post a picture I would.

This is only my second time here but it will not be my last! The staff is so kind the space is beautiful and clean. They have a large selection of colors as well. Thanks for being the best salon in Orlando!

The establishment is nice and clean, but the technicians are lazy and are unwilling to fix the mistakes their own colleagues make. They are too concerned with being quick and having their appointments taken care of to take five minutes out of their time to fix things. Will not be here again.

Ill start off by saying that Hannah was amazing and very nice, however this was the WORST experience ever! I will never go back to this place. It was overpriced and the management and customer service is horrible! I asked for gel on my nails AND toes and the lady painted the wrong color on my toes. They claimed that it wasnt GEL polish (which I paid $35 for) and they said that they would charge me $20 extra FOR A MISTAKE THAT WASNT MINE!! The manager and another older woman who worked there were very rude and condescending towards me and made me feel completely uncomfortable after I had paid over $75 for the service. They were literally laughing in my face and talking about me in their native language. Then my friend spent $50 (not including the tip) to get her toes done and the polish was still wet after an hour, causing her to have to get her toes re-done, which they didnt even want to do for her without complaining. FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER COMING HERE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE AND MONEY!!

Plenty of staff, clean, 100s of dipping powder or gel colors, friendly staff. Best option in southeast Orlando. Only missing a loyalty program and free wine. ;)

Absolutely the worst nail salon I’ve been to. For my manicure, they (Vincent) filed my nails so short (down to the nail beds) therefore all of the tips of my fingers are super sensitive to touch anything. For my pedicure, he cut the corners of my big toe so deep part of my nail is gone. He also used the sharp pointy tool to dig deep around my whole nail which has now caused it to swell up and very irritated/red. I’m in a lot of pain! Do not go here! This was my second visit to this salon (the first time wasn’t great either) and it will be my last.

I got gel nails done 6 days ago (I work in an office) and the edges are ALREADY peeling up. The woman just tried to get done as quick as possible and didnt have my nails under the light for more than 20 seconds. This place is over priced and they do a piss poor job. Terrible full-in experience. My nails are all different shapes and lengths. Polish is see through and poorly painted. And they charged me $25. (And I tipped an addition $10 before painting in hopes that I would get a good service) Extremely disappointed. Tried to be assertive and tell the technition what I wanted, but he was just incompetent. I left extremely frustrated. Going to have to go home and reshape and repaint my own nails. I will not be going back there for a fill-in!

This is by far one of the best nail salons around!! I have tried soo many salons after reading countless reviews and none compare to Lee Nails! Im still making the drive to come here even though I moved to Kissimmee from Orlando.

Vincent was awful. I walked in and told him I wanted a manicure and a pedicure but I was the SNS powder on my nails. He cut my toes nails way too short and barely did anything else. He asked what shape I wanted my nails and I told him a little square but I don’t want them any shorter than they are now. Thr first nail he filed down to the nail bed. I told him not so short. He continued and we argued the whole time about how short they are. He said you can only have long nails with fake tips. He went to start the powder dip process and I asked him if he was going to cut my cuticles and clean my nail beds. He said it wasn’t included in the price. My husband had just paid $85 for my nails. All around I am very unhappy. And when anyone there asks you what’s is wrong, they all make up bs stories to make them look like they were right. I’ll go somewhere else. If you do decide to go there, ask for Stephen. He was by far the best.
