Over price for lack luster work. I never write reviews but I hate that I went here for my birthday nails. I ended up going to another place to get them fixed

I went to do my eyelashes and Angel did amazing! I am so happy I traveled this way. She will be my go to person now. Not only does she do eyelashes amazing she is also very friendly and knows how to hold a conversation. Very down to earth and good vibes overall. Bad 1st time experience! The lady doing my pedicure had such a bad attitude and she forgot the top coat. Also my Gel manicure chipped before I got out of the salon! It should’ve been re polished but instead she filed the chipped part of my nail down to my skin to avoid “the hassle”.Definitely unprofessional in my opinion, won’t be back.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate when servicing clients. For example, you dont make appointments and a person is expected to wait. You should just say your not available when someone calls to check if your that booked. Especially when they drive out of their way to come to your establishment. I assume it is only because I was getting my eyebrows done that I was expected to wait over a hour. If I would have said a pedicure, that would probably not have happened. Which was the case because when I asked about a pedicure the wait was only 15 minutes.

I was referred almost one year ago by a girl who worked for MAC in the Altamonte Mall. Her nails were beautiful!!! I ask where she went to get them done and she said Angel Nails and referenced Jay as her nail tech. I made an appointment the following week - after my first visit I was hooked!!! Jay took my appointment over the phone and on the day of my appointment he and his wife were so accommodating! I love their relationship and businesslike approach! They are very up to date on what’s trending and have the best products! Both Jay and Angel have done my nails and I always leave 100% satisfied. There prices are reasonable and the quality is unmatched. I drive 30-40 mins for an appointment with this business. My nails can last an entire month if I choose to. Book with them and you will not be disappointed!!

Angels nails is the best place to come to get your nails, eyebrows, eyelashes, toes, the works. The work staff is very friendly and welcoming. They make sure they meet your standards. I had the greatest experience today at Angels I cant remember the last time I was so satisfied with my nails. They look just amazing. Jay did the most wonderful job. That was money well spent. My mom was with me and she is as happy as me with her nails. I don’t see myself going Anywhere else from now on. Great customer service. And the kastidis a great job on my pedicure as well.

I’m start off by saying Angel’s Nails felt very welcomed!!! I am new to this area and my friend recommended me to them. I did my research on them and look up there Instagram, I was not disappointed at all. The customer service is really amazing, more then what I expected. Jay (nail tech) did An spectacular job with my nails. I was nervous trying out a new spot but honestly when I seen him shaping my nails, I knew he was amazing at his job. Went for a set for my bday and ended up adding extra services since the service was so amazing. My nails lasted almost a full 3 weeks! This has been my new place ever since! Angel and her husband are amazing techs. My eyebrows were done to my liking and I dont have to get them done as often because they clean up the brow not reshape the entire thing. The only downside is the wait time but it is worth it.

Angel did my nails yesterday, and let me tell you I love it, I wish I could give it 10 stars because she is so good at what she does. It gets a little busy there, but it is well worth the wait I promise you. I would highly recommend angel or Jay doing your nails

We stopped here on a whim and will be coming back. We were able to get right in and get our pedicures. Anna and Holly were friendly and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Very reasonable prices.

This place is awesome. I’ve been going to angel for the past 2 years and refuse to go anywhere else. I’m about a 45 min drive and it’s worth it. My nails last me until my next refill. I continue to get so many compliments because the job that’s done on my nails are beyond great.Awesome service!!!

Angel provided wonderful service! Very difficult to find quality workmanship when traveling. Got a pedi and acrylic fill with gel polish. (Waited a week to post to see how the nail edges would hold up.) Great experience! Would highly recommend.

Jay did my nails and he did a fantastic job. I love how many things they offer here in the salon. Not only can you get you nails feet and eyebrows done but you can get your brows tinted and they also have a station for eyelash extensions. Highly recommend. This was my first time at the salon and I went based on the reviews I had read on Google. They did not disappoint, Angel and Jay along with the rest of their staff really took good care of me. Theyre very polite and accommodating I told them I had to be out of the shop no later than 11:45 and I was literally walking out the door at 11:45 as a very satisfied customer.

First of all Im not a difficult person. I went there for a manicure and pedicure. I didnt really need a pedicure. I usually just go for the pampering of a pedicure since I always wear closed toe shoes, I can go a month or two without a pedicure. The lady just soaked my feet, did my toe nails. Didnt even bother to scrub my feet, which I was looking forward to. When I asked her why, she said I have to pay more, then she and the other lady who was doing my hands (at the same time) started talking about it in their language and I have no clue what they said. That was probably her easiest pedicure: just washed my feet and colored my toe nails. Ill be going elsewhere where Im satisfied. At least other place I went, they scrub and give you a short massage. If you want more, THEN you pay.Then the lady doing my hands had an attitude because I complained. Then asked me if Ill put tip on my card. Why would I tip when 1) Im not happy about the pedicure and 2) you have an unpleasant attitude? Im a generous tipper even when Im not satisfied sometimes, but not today. I was just trying this place out. Ill personally just go somewhere else with better customer service.EDIT: To respond to the response, I gave the review after I went there. I dont understand the response. And I kept my promise and never went back.

I love Angels Nail Salon. Best place in the westside to get your nails did. They can copy almost any nail style you want and the prices are fair. I highly recommend seeing Angel or Jay. They only do appointments Mon, Tues & Wed but take walk ins as well.

This is the best nail salon I have been to, I have been a resident of the Orlando are for 25 years and this is the best place by-far. Price is average not expensive at all. The staff is super nice, they always remember you regardless of how long its been since last visit. They are always professional and it is also a nice quite place. The work is phenomenal, my pedicure and manicure will last me almost 1 month. They clean every single pedicure chair after every customer and always ask if you would like something to drink. I recommend my mom and now she is also a regular.I love love love them here.

I would not recommend this place to anyone because they have inexperienced people working here that have hard time communicating with the costumers. When I went I asked for short square shaped nails with a matte brown. I even showed her what I wanted and the results were awful. My nails were not squared like I wanted and in the middle of the nail I had a big chunk of acrylic. It was not smooth at all and instead of the brown matte she applied a glossy brown gel which I did not ask for and ended up paying more for. While she was doing the gel she placed my hand under the UV and then she tried wiping them and the polish kept coming off and she added another coat of it and it happen about 6 times so I finally told her to stop because I had to leave.

I was just there and I ask to have old acrylic removed, new acrylic overlay and french painted. They were such kind people, and I had Sophia and she was awesome. I will definitely be going back when I need a refill. Thank you guys so much.

I was in the area, so I went here to get a gel full set. My nails started falling off within the first week. I paid $45 + tipped. I had to drive over an hour back to this location to get my nails fixed. The woman said that my nails were falling off because I was bending the. Um no. Theyre not suppose to be falling off within 1 week period.What a waste of time and money. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

Unprofessional workers, always talking in their language, long wait for lashes, because its only one lady in the shop that does lashes (unbelievable). You can tell them what service you need, then they will try to talk you into getting other services. Sophia have the worst attitude, Angel is ok but could be better & Jay is money hungry. The two ladies that do pedicures DO NOT speak English. Oh, and they NEVER have their tv on in the shop for customers. I will NOT recommend this tacky place to anyone! Go to a better nail shop..

Just moved to Orlando and I was looking for a great place to get my nails done someone at recommended me and I absolutely love it. Jay killed my nails love it.

Nice people working there which is why I tipped. But if I wanted a mediocre job I could of done it myself ya know. The lady I talked to didnt speak english so its whatever. I went here for the google reviews. If your not getting acrylic I wouldnt go here for basic things like a gel manicure.The gel is stuck to my skin and is already lifting after 20 minutes. Also my nails arent even at all.

It was my first time there. The pedicure was going fine until the technician started cleaning the tools and dumping my dead skin into the tub with me, it was so gross and I stayed until it drained out. I will never go back . So gross. There is a male technician there also and pretty rude. My feet itch now also.

Im pissed. You call there is literally a million and one excuses as to why you cant book an appointment but if you are a regular it seems you can. One of the techs screwed up my manicure and the owner, Angel, had to fix it. I call to make an appointment with Angel so that the screw up doesnt happen again and she tells me that she doesnt do manicures?! Yet she did mine when her employee who does manicures screwed up. Interesting. I am not sure what customer service training she has received and given her staff but how do you expect ppl to go to you when they have to wait over 30min for their eyebrows to be done bc they cant make an appointment for that either. The response I get when stating this is if you dont like it then dont come. Nice. I will definitely take that advice to the bank bc Im not going back.1

Worst service ever, my pedi lady did a good job. But it was only two techs a man and angel very rude. I waited 1.30hr after my pedi to b seevice and the guy try to have a someone who wasnt comfortable to do my nails....poor service and lack of other plp times.... Did not tip.

I had mix feelings the first time I came to get my nails done here, I had recently moved to Orlando and googled nail salons with good ratings and Angels nails was rated one of the best, so I went ahead and made a appointment with Jay since all reviews said he was good. Once I got there I was taken with a different nail tech that I had requested and had a awful exprience with her due to her not following what I wanted, I was getting frustrated and I guess Jay over heard I was getting upset, he right away told her to stop working on me and told me not to worry that he would take care of me...to make the story short he apologized and did an amazing job fixing my nails and leaving them gorgeous!! Its been about 4 months since ive gotten them done and havent gone eles where, Im definitely coming back and getting my nails done by Jay as soon as I get free time!! Thanks Jay!!!
