Poorly done manicure. Probably the worst I’ve ever gotten. The tech didn’t soak my nails before starting, didn’t use cuticle oil, didn’t put lotion on. I’ve never had a 100% dry manicure before but it hurt and looks awful. Every nail is crooked and has rough, jagged edges. These photos are from right after leaving and you can see how dry the cuticles and surrounding skin look. She used a file with too low of a grit number so I asked her to redo the shape with a finer file. She did, and this is still how bad they look. The buffer she used was also too coarse so now my nails have a really rough texture on top. They’re worse now than before getting them done. Luckily, I have tools at home to fix the mess that was made. Not the work of a professional.

My nail tech was Wanda and she was just the best! She was so sweet and really took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. Couldnt recommend her more! 😊

Had a wonderful experience. It was my first pedicure and enjoyed it so much. The pedicure area had these wonderful massage chairs and the area was clean. Great place. Ill be back.

The best pedicure i have ever had, christy takes good care of her clients and she’s very professional. She has a great attitude, I highly recommend this place and when you go for a pedicure or manicure ask for christy you won’t be disappointed, she’s really good. And the foot massages that she gives are incredible.

The owner acted drunk or something she was very sloppy and unprofessional I was very unhappy with my nails and pedi as it was rushed and the water was cold once they started as for my nails they were poorly painted leaving sides with no gel and the design is just embarrassing absolutely the worst salon I’ve been to. And far over priced for poor work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. the owner acts like attention is more important than her work quality just sad.

Me and my wife recently decided to try this salon, when we walked in they seemed very understaffed. Come to find out, the technician that worked on my wife, said they are understaffed because they had a lot of technicians quit due to poor management. Then an Asain lady, we have no idea who she was, (assumed it was the owner) offered my wife wine several times after she refused! I noticed they offer the clients endless amounts of wine! Clients were dancing and being loud and we found it extremely rude! Me and my wife thought we were in a nightclub. We noticed the Asain lady dancing with the clients! My wife finished her pedicure, paid and we left, we will never return to this salon again. Im sure theyre some health code violations here with as much as they let clients drink.

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. They didn’t listen to what we wanted and did what they wanted to do. My nails are extremely crooked. Looks like a 5 year old painted them. Extremely unprofessional. Sanded my nails down so far that they are paper thin. They even made up extra fees to charge more. They charged $115.00 to remove acrylics, paint two sets of nails (gave gel on one when asked for regular) and two horrible pedicures. Our nails look worse than before.

Mercede is the ONLY place that my daughter and I go to. We KNOW that we will receive high quality results at great prices. We love this place. No other place that weve tried has been better.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. Never had a problem with the service and today I decided to take my daughter to get a gel manicure with rhinestones for her Valentine’s present. Work looks great but when the lady told me $50 just for her nails not including mine I looked at her crazy. She’s 9 years old with a gel manicure and rhinestones on two fingers only. I find that a complete rip off especially how I paid $30 for my adult gel manicure. So pretty much $20 for rhinestones on two of her fingers. Absurd!

Asked for almond shape but this was what I got. Its so uncomfortable when you know the person doing your nails doesnt understand you and their is no one around to help translate. Honestly though nail shape shouldnt be so hard to do its your profession. I dont even care she was not friendly just you know at least ask is this the shape you wanted? Please communicate better with your clients.

I have been going to get my nails done at Nails by Mercede for a couple of years now and they are the best when it comes to pedicures and manicures, I am certainly never disappointed! So there was no question on where I wanted to get my bridal nails done as well as bringing all my girls to get pampered before my wedding. Well, Mercede went above and beyond in making sure I was the happiest bride that day and everything went smoothly and that it was exactly the way the bride wanted it. We were able to bring in some champagne and snacks and enjoy them while getting our nails done, they even set up a little area just for us in the pedicure room. I was the happiest that I could be with how my wedding nails turned out thanks to Mercede taking the most time out of her day perfecting them! Also, Wanda did my pedicure and it stayed perfect for my special day! Thanks to Mercede, Wanda and the rest of Mercede’s wonderful team my girls and I had a fabulous evening of pampering with such awesome nail art talent! Tony is a nail artist! I have my own nail lady, but she was out of town and I needed my nails done for an interview and Tony at Nails by Mercede exceeded my expectations SO MUCH SO that she has stolen me away from my usual place and now has a client for life! Not only did she do a beautiful job on my nails, she is an absolute sweetheart!

I counted 23 pedicure chairs. Great for huge parties.I love that they offer a mini pedi for $20. This is nail centric - clipping, shaping nails and cutting cuticles as well as po So if youre in a hurry - this is a great option.If you need care for the soles of your feet - thats offered for only $25 and up for additional spa options (hot stone, etc.) And, all manicures are just $10 more.Thao was my nail technician and she was fast and professional. She did a GREAT job.

I made an appointment today for the second time in this place to do my hands and feet I was treated by another person who was not the one who attended me the first time because I was not there today, I specified that I liked him to clean my nails well doing exactly Otherwise I cut myself several times making me bleed, he interrupted his work at all times getting up to attend the reception and also the work was a disgusting so much so I did not let him finish his hands because I saw that he did not know how to work it was a disaster I do not recommend this place at all For such care they lose a client who could be constant thanks to a good quality and professional service, but this person left the professionalism at home if he has it.

The place is clean, they were wearing masks and gloves.The service was not the best but I came back there and the professional tried to fix my nails. Although it wasnt what I expected. But I intend come back soon. Always I give a second chance, then if they deserve Ill give 5 stars.

I have been coming here for years and I always have the best experience with Toni. She is very neat, she doesn’t rush, and her creativity is like no other. You can giver her a concept and she will take it to the next level. I can get my nails done with a unique design that won’t break the bank. Her full sets last over 6 weeks with no fill, lifting, or discoloring.

I would give this a five had my manicurist just walked away when she was done. No idea where she went. After 15 minutes I just went to the check out, paid and left. On the other hand, my nails look marvelous with a classic manicure. Ill go back and hope for a nicer finish next time.

So disappointed. I went here yesterday and got S&S dipping powder done. This morning what I thought was the sealant, starting peeling off my nails! I went to a salon near my house and they told me that Nails by Mercede had actually put a gel polish on top of my dip! They said that no one should ever do that and that they will eventually all peel off. Im so mad! After spending $50 I will now have to get them redone! Only a day later! Beware of Nails by Mercede!!

The women at this salon are so sweet. A friend and I had a very rough day and a pedicure was needed. We did have to go closer to closing time than I would have like but it did not impact out service at all! Both techs took their time and we ended up with an amazing experience and production!Also, it was out first time visiting. I am already making a second trip!

First time I went here I walked in the door at 7:30pm. The place was empty and all the employees where standing around talking. They turned me away for service because they said they closed at 8. Why have your hours until 8 if you stop taking people before then... The next time I went I received a full set and pedicure. My pedicure with Christie was amazing!!! However, my full set was a waste of money. Nail Services are over priced, and I pointed out to the cashier the difference in prices online and what they were charging me and her only response was it just probably hasn’t been updated. The only reason I returned was because I had a gift card. I would not return to this place unless it’s for a pedicure with Christie. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Nails by Mercede is first rate! I highly recommend this salon. Fantastic acrylics and gels, wonderfully relaxing pedicures, great facials, and massage options as well. Best set of pink and white nails Ive ever had. Staff is very friendly. You can walk in but highly recommend appointments on weekday evenings. You wont be disappointed!

I paid $55 without tip, for a regular acrylic fill with French gel polish. I’ve never paid more than $30. It’s apparently $25 extra for gel. My nails looked decent but they should definitely warn about prices as it was definitely not worth that. I left feeling upset and dumbfounded, like maybe I had paid for a basic pedicure as well, that I had somehow gotten without my recollection. Customer service wasn’t extraordinary by any means, not terrible but pretty standard. Just make sure you ask your tech how much they’re going to charge you BEFORE they start the service, especially if you’re on a budget. Seems in other reviews people were misguided and charged much more. WILL NOT be going here again.

This nail salon is the best nail salon I have ever been to in all of Florida in all of the East coast!!! the ladies were amazing the nail technicians knew what theyre doing and they speak to you while youre doing your nails so it makes it a lot more personal you know they get to know you they offer you something to drink and make sure youre satisfied at all times I just had an amazing experience here and I will keep coming back to the salon I dont think I have any reason to go anywhere else if you guys want your nails done right and have good service and have amazing ladies come here!!!!

Mercede personally gave my wife and I a tour of her expanding facility. She really has a passion for making a customer- focused establishment and not just treating people like a number. She showed us how their foot baths are sanitized and stay that way. Really impressed. All this and the special care Tania gives my elderly mom keeps us coming back.

I have never been loyal to any nail salon in particular. I have always frequented a few different ones depending on what area of town I was running errands in. I had been to Nails by Mercede several times before but once I got Danny, I have not been to another nail salon since! Even though they are a busy place, Danny doesnt make you feel rushed, and his work is impeccable every-single-time! Flawless, it is incredible! I get a gel manicure and regular pedicure with a ten minute extra foot massage added. I recommend making appointments once you find your favorite person. The Owner is always friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is professional and CLEAN, the pedicure chairs are comfortable and they offer complimentary drinks. Highly recommend.

Very stressful day at work. My friend and I, remorsefully, arrived 30 mins til closing. We were both helped and our techs did a great job. New fave nail place! Though next time, I won’t arrive so close to closing!

Would never go anywhere else for manicures and pedicure. Have gone there for almost 1 year now and swear by them. Its very clean and sanitary. Wanda is my preferred person. But all are good. The not only do nails and toes, but have a good variety of packages to choose from. From 3 types of pedicures to regular manicures, gels and different nail services and plenty of nail options. Use mostly OPI nail polishes and have a ton of colors. The even have a messages and serve soda and wine at no charge. Recently expanded another room.

Make sure you treat yourself to the signature pedicure; I did, and my feet and calves have never felt better. Or smelled like lavender, which is also wonderful. You can pick your own massage oils for the feet/calf massage.

I do not recommend this Salon to anyone. First of all we made an appointment last Thursday at 6:30PM to get ready for my wedding and it was for four women. We got there and they were over books and we waited close to 20 minutes to get service. We finally get out pedicure and the lady did a decent job on my pedicure but when I went to do my manicure and my nails no one in the Salon could a design and they sloppily applied some diamonds that feel the after my nails poorly for the wedding. Then When it came time to pay they tried to overcharge us and had us wait a long time to pay because they are unorganized and the manager was unprofessional telling that we owed more. I will never come back..Go anywhere else not here.

I’ve been here several times for pedicures and leave happy but today I am very disappointed in my pedicure and customer service. My nail tech barely said one word to me and I’m not overly happy with my pedicure. Not sure if I’ll go back again.

Very hit or miss. Last two times I went there I was very disappointed. Customer service is not great. Put foot in extremely hot water today. 3 min foot massage. Was bounced around from person to person. Was a 2 hour experience that was less than relaxing. Really depends on who you get but last few times have been there has been a thumbs down.

Customer service is terrible. After waiting 10-15 minutes for the owner to stop chit chatting and ask me what services I needed, she directed me to the pedicure room and as I was walking towards a chair, she actually pushed me to the chair she wanted me to get in instead of just directing me with her words, she put her hands on me and shoved me towards the chair. Then I was waiting in the pedicure chair for an entire hour before they started on my feet. There was one pedicurist working and the owner did not inform anyone of how long the wait was going to be. Two other women got up and left after waiting about as long as me. I will never go to this nail salon ever again.

The woman that did my nails was in a hurry to get home she filed my nails too much and didnt put an even layer of Acrylic on my finger theres a dent on it. I paid $30 to do my nails and gifted my brother a pedicure that was $25 never again.

In town and wanted a pedi. I walked in with a salon full of ppl and not one employee spoke to me or acknowledged my existence! I stood there for a good 10 min looking around waiting to be asked how I could be helped. Unacceptable. I walked straight out. I don’t care how busy you are, you acknowledge guests who walks in and ask what they need done, you don’t blatantly ignore them. I stood there looking dumb and lost.

I went in 2 days ago to get my eyebrows done and while the staff was nice I did not have the best experience. The girl who did by brows was in a bit of a rush and she plucked a nice chunk out of one of my brows and then tried to say it was like that when I came in. She didnt even bother to clean up afterwards. I left and had wax all over my face and in my hair as well. I wouldnt have left a bad a review if she would have owned up to her mistake, but the fact that she lied about it upset me.

Stopped by after a cruise while walking around College Park. The nail salon is clean and the prices are reasonable. They give you a full glass of wine when you sit down.However, the manicure I got wasnt great. The nails were uneven and the gel peeled off on one nail within 3 days. I had clipped my nails a bit, but Mercede cut it until it kind of hurt. The coating was also sloppy. She saw an old client of hers and proceeded to rush through my manicure (the coating probably took 4 minutes - including the light part - and she just applied 2 coats in an extremely distracted manner).I feel bad about giving this review because I think Mercede was just hungry (she snuck off during my manicure to eat for 10 minutes), leaving me sitting there clueless. But at the same time, you get what you pay for. The gel was peeling off (or had already peeled off) of all of my nails 1.75 weeks later.

I have been waiting to use the gift card that I was given from Christmas for months now. Just ended up being a bad experience for me.The check-in desk is all the way past the manicure stations. I just stood there waiting for some customer service. None of the women said anything. Keep in mind, there were two customers in there. They looked up and continued to sit on their phones and pretended not to see me... Not about that.It was an awful experience picking out nude colors and gel/ regular sets. There was a messy, unorganized system and the front desk woman was not too familiar with the process. I asked for one color, no gel. Found another color, no gel match. The front desk agent spent a lot of time looking for the color I wanted. She came back and told me they didnt have any of those in the gel. I was pretty surprised considering these were very basic nail colors (nudes). The technician that was assigned to me (Tony) assured me the 3rd color I had picked, they have! Unfortunately, Tonys service was not relaxing nor done properly. I have never had a technician NOT clean the dirt out from under my nails but buff my nails with a machine... There were very basic parts of a pedicure skipped. Cleaning under the nails, hand rub, quality! Her quality of work was poor and she clearly seemed to be in a rush. I was hesitant to get the regular pedicure due to her nail quality. I decided to commit and go all in. I paid the $25 for the worst pedicure I truly have ever had. Tony skipped steps once again, she didnt even put anything in the water for the soak. She kept cleaning the tools in the water (way too long)-GROSS! Overall unprofessional, the color was wrong, she rushed it and skipped steps-- I was so uncomfortable the whole time. I can do a better job, 100%. There is a line in the toe from where she went thicker and thiner with the polish.Oh, and the polish on the fingers was not the same as my fingers. I really didnt want pink nails because I am going to a wedding with a blue dress but guess who has pink nails, nude toes, and a blue dress! Me! I am super disappointed and I cant stop thinking about the $60 I gave for that experience.-Tony, care about your work. It defines you and you showed you really dont care about what you do.This being said, this was my experience with Tony. Not other artists.

When i first walked in one lady told me to sit down at one of the desks, after waiting for 20 minutes another woman came up to me and asks me what i was gonna get done, i told her i was getting a fill in. The lady was really nice although she didnt socialize with me at all. When she finished I went to go pay and she charged me $45 after i was already quoted $25 for a fill in. Its been 5 days and my nails are already chipping. Last time I checked a gel set is supposed to last you ATLEAST 2 weeks. Not going back.

I would have given this place 5 stars for their work but 1 star for their poor customer service. This was my first time here so I was not familiar with their prices. I decided to go online and was relieved to see they had their prices listed. I decided to get a gel manicure ($30) and a Classic Pedicure ($20), so assuming my math is correct, my total should have only been $50. Since I had gel on my toes, she asked if I wanted gel and I said sure. NEVER was an up charge mentioned, a $25 up charge at that. I have never been anywhere that has charged me an additional $25 for gel polish and for them to not tell me shows me how much they care about their customers. I will NEVER go there again. Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service!!

I’m not one to write a review, but I’ve been to countless salons in Orlando, and this one is hands-down the best! I recently chipped a nail a week after my pedi, completely my fault, and I walked in and they saw me immediately and redid all of my toes!!! Highly recommened!!!

Everyone should take their spouses, guarantee you the massage will make you fall asleep. Take your wife your girlfriend or your daughter to get a manicure and a pedicure.
