Just got my nails done for my birthday and they came out AMAZING! I’ve been coming to Orange Nails for over 10 years and they ALWAYS do an amazing job but today really turned out incredible! My girl Christine is the BEST, everyone there is great but I’m one of those super ocd picky people about my nails and Christine is the only person I don’t feel like I have to watch. I can relax and know it’s going to come out right! If you need your nails done go see Christine at Orange Nails! Just remember to make a reservation, because she’s so good she is typically booked 1-2 weeks in advance!

Was very happy when the owner did my manicure. But when I got my pedicure they gave me to a new girl that cut my nail on the side too deep and short and she also cut into my nail bed, it was so painful. She kept saying all I have to do this cuz you have bad ingrown nails thats why its so painful . A pedicure should never be painful. Its been about a month and a half and I got an infection and the nail was growing out wrong to the point where I had to get surgery done on my toe to remove it. Cost me $600

Prices aren’t listed so your total is a surprise at the end. They charge way too much; regular fill in started at $35, ended up paying $50 for my fill in, no design, no gel. They are also very rude; I’ve been badgered every time to get gel and been called names by employees because I won’t get what they want.

This place charges price like Manhattan without the expertise and care which is down right ashamed. The male technician injured my cuticles with the drill several instances, cuticles were swollen and in extreme pain for 2 days. My nails did not even come out professional, my pedicure - the polish came off right after I left the nail salon. Do yourself a favor and seek out another nail salon, not worth the disappointment!

Giving my honest opinion here. They did a good job, however, the male nail tech who did my nails hit my cuticles with the drill several times which caused pain and bleeding after I left. That’s really the only critique I have, otherwise service was good.

This is 3 days after service! I will give it a zero if I could! Worse customer service EVER!When she finished she didn’t even tell me I was done! I did regular pedi and gel mani, she didn’t like I chose the regular pedi.$60 down the drain!

Went to get a full set and pedicure. My nails came out awful. All full of bubbles. I had acrylic under every nail and on my fingers. My cousin whom was here from out of town also had the same services as I did. The lady made 3 of her toes BLEED!! And proceeded to apply the polish with her toes still bleeding 🩸. She did nothing to try and stop the bleeding. Awful experience!!!

Me and my daughter went in to get pedicure, we choose the regular sugar, 27$ each, we decided to bring our own gel polish. When I went to pay he charged different rate, 46 each, he said he charging us for electricity and for putting gel that they had to put on.. I complaint that it was my nail polish, but he advised that we put it on, if I knew the charge 20 to put my own nail polish on, would have did it myself, the package says nail polish included in rate.. he kept saying if I came to your house and use water, and electricity..smh.. I say roaches also walking across the floor and they reuse tools without sanitizing and using toe dividers back in drawer.

I enjoyed my service here :) I had a special request for “Jelly nails” and every other nail salon turned me down because they didn’t know how to do it, except here. Although they didnt have the proper gel nail polish to achieve a flawless see through look, they still tried to accommodate me and did a great job! I will be returning.Nail Tech: Lee

Love going here. Ive gotten everything from your regular mani/pedi to my wedding nails. They are always upgrading their equipment including chairs and pedicure spa chairs. Theyve taken precautions for covid and have done a great job.

I like this place. But I specially like the older gentleman “tony”. He’s very good if you have the extra time to spare because he does take longer the other ones. Although still like his patience and dedication.

Nina, the Best

I paid to have my fingers cut up to the point of bleeding and to have a crappy job done. My nails looks ugly. I appreciate the technician took her time and focused and was nice, but it was way more painful than it shouldve been and a below average result. Not impressed. Edit: Within a few weeks, the new full set she put on me already lost 4 and 2 are broken in the middle. Worst job ever. Dont come here.

The prices are reasonable ive been coming here for years ask for lee every time i ask her for a design she delivers.

This is what I got from my experience at orange nails, a big nasty fungus. Please tell me how he took my polish off saw it and was going to put more acrylic on top of the fungus. I told him no I would rather clean it up before I put another nail on it. He then proceeds to grind it down and moved on to my next nail without replacing the Dremel head. So obviously that is where the fungus began last time I got my nails done. In a business of that sort cleanliness is NOT an option, it is a MUST!! I walked out without getting my nails done and will NEVER step foot in that business again. If

I’ve been going to Orang Nails for a while. The service is amazing and the techs are great. I get my nails done along with my eyebrows and legs wax there. I love that they use a new plastic insert after each pedicure. They did this before the virus. Cleanliness is a priority to them.

I have used Orange Nails for about six years and been pleased with them every time. It is clean, the techs do a good job .This salon has all the color that I very like. Well service and very friendly!

What an amazing experience today!!! The atmosphere is relaxed, they are calm and easy going which is great because Im so indecisive up until my appt time on what I want! They took their time and I had the perfect end result - both in color and shape. Very happy with the experience. Im super happy with my nails and Im going to come back again and again.

Went there to get my nails done for the first time in a while and was very excited for the chance to treat myself a little and got the absolutely worst service anyone could ask for.To begin with, as soon as I got there and showed the manager what I wanted to get done in my nails (long white stilettos with a detail in red), he laughed at me and said they couldnt do that. I said okay and still decided to give it a try with regular white/pinkish LONG stilettos, as I made very clear and showed many pictures for them to get the idea of what I was looking for.He put me to wait for the lady and so I did, and when she was ready, I showed her the pictures and told her I wanted my nails to be long. She agreed and began her work. As soon as she cut the acrylics and started to get to the stiletto shape, I told her they were too short and asked if there was anything she could do about it. She just looked at me and didnt say or do anything. She keptdoing them and I also told her that they were too round, and not sharp as stilettos should be, and she said that they would be shorter if she made them sharper.I really didnt wanna cause any problem and was very polite to everyone I talked to in that salon, and even left her a tip, even though I hated my nails from the beginning.My friend and I paid and walked out and I honestly wanted to cry because of how much I hated them and how it didnt go as I was expecting it to go. I then got the opinion of other people and they all told me that my nails really dont look like what I asked for and that I should go back there and see if theres anything they could do to fix them.So I asked the lady if she could redo them, cause I really wasnt satisfied with the service. She said no, I would have to pay again. Then I asked for them to just take the nails off and give me my money back, because this really isnt what I was looking for. The manager said no and that I should have talked to him when I saw she wasnt doing what I wanted, because apparently these people are not capable of working on their on and giving what their customers are asking for.Really really upset, I was treated with rudeness and bad attitude, showing that these people dont care about their customers or their satisfaction, its all about them and their money. Definitely not going there ever again and neither are my friends.

Everyone is always so friendly and professional. I go every 3-4 weeks (sometimes more if I feel like extra pampering) and get a pedicure and sns on my nails. Everyone does such a great job every time and they have so many options to choose from.I work a lot and my schedule is sometimes limited but they are always so flexible. Keep it up!

Me and my mom have been coming to orange nails for a few years. They are the only nail salon that we will go to file our nails. It’s clean, professional, and they make it so comfortable and relaxing! I am hard to please, first off but I will have to say I like this place a lot. I was immediately seated and taken care of. They were knowledgeable and skilled. I felt like he just knew exactly what I wanted! I dont smell an axeton form this place. I will telling everyone I know. Very positive experience.

The salon is clean and nicely decorated, and will maintain! All of the staff members were very welcoming and seemed happy to work there. It is clear that have many repeat customers as I heard them greet several by their names! Im very happy with my pink and white full set nails and not only their able to wax my eyebrows quickly and painless!

Best manicure and pedicure I had in a long time. I just found my new go to spot. My nails looks great and super relaxed from her amazing massage. They paid lots of attention to calluses and leg massages, super sweet and kind employees.

Extremely bad customer service, First off the doors clearly said closes at 5:30, so they shouldnt be locking the door at 4:50. Second off went there just to buy a gift card would have been in and out in 2 min. They refused to even to acknowledge me when knocking on a door. Which all the store lights were still flashing open, and there was still several employees inside that clearly saw me and made eye contact. I fine no excuse for this. Would not recommend this place at all!Will also recommend against this place!

I did not have to wait and was very impressed with their selection of nail colors. Service took longer than I am used to but the tech was very thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible for body massage!! I sent my mother for a mothers day gift to get a body massage manicure and pedicure. The lady that did a body massage did not have the proper lotions to massage. She said she forgot to bring her lotions so she used baby oil. How unprofessional and cheap. She was too rough with her massage even after my mother informed her that she was uncomfortable with her massage. She only massaged the arms and back, no legs. This lady probably wasnt even a certified massage therapist seemed like they hired her off the street. It should be $5 for a massage NEVER AGAIN will i get a massage or gift card one from this salon!

I have been doing my nails here for a little more than 3 years and I always receive a good service. Manager introduced me to SNS deeping powder and I must said that is the best decision I had made because my nails has changed for good a lot. They always work with me to accommodate me even if I dont have an appointment. This is a busy place so its better to schedule an appt. Christine do my nails most of the time, she is fabulous. Also Lee do a great job too. I love that they take their time doing my Pedicure and for me is a must because I get time to relax. My husband also visit this place and Mai is excellent doing his Pedi and Mani.

The salon is very clean, unlike some of the others I have been to in the area. They have the nice pedicure stations with the oversized massage chairs. They have always done a great job with my acryllic nails and pedicures. Also, one girl, does a fantastic job waxing my eyebrows. Orange nails is the cheapest place I have found in the area. My only complaint is that the employees do speak Vietnamese to each other while you are there, but if you can find a nail salon where they dont Id be surprised!

Got my nails done here but giving a one star because of how rude and disrespectful the staff was. They were speaking a different language and snickering the whole time. Never have I felt so uncomfortable getting my nails done. Do not recommend because of how unprofessional it was.

When I come to get my nails done, I expect to be paid attention to and for it to be a nice and a quiet atmosphere. I got the opposite. From the moment I sat down, not one nail technician spoke to me. They all spoke to each other in their language, which I dont mind but when they are laughing and snickering, its just plain disrespectful. I felt uncomfortable the whole time and was not relaxed at all. Only reason I put two stars is for the nails. My nails came out nice, but it was not worth the atmosphere and disrespect.On top of that, getting my nails done here HURT. She was using a tool that leveled the nails but she did it so hard the skin on about four of my fingers ripped. And on top of that she was rude when I pulled my hand away because it hurt.

Took my mom to get pampered and we loved it here, very nice people and they make you feel right at home. Kim does amazing pedicures, stop and see her. We will be back!

I came here because it was close to my house and my original lady was on vacation and I needed them done. But the only word to describe my visit is...Terrible. They claim to do powder dip but they dont. They treat it as an acrylic set and your nails look so thick. Its ridiculous. I got charged for nails that were not coffin shape(every nail is a different width) and for LOTS of cuts from the technician. I came home to find one of my nails separated from the bottom because he broke my actual nail and tried to fix it with crazy glue. If you have no idea about shapes of nails and the different techniques, by all means visit Orange nails. But if you know what you are talking about, dont go here. Go visit my girl Lisa when she gets back from vacation.

First time here. Service was great and the attention to detail was unmatched. I brought my manly man husband with me and they were really good with him and made him feel comfortable. I wish they were close to my house. I would definitely recommend them.

The worst service ever. The guy who was doing my nails (gel and acrylic) barely focused on them and they came out horrible. He would stand up and leave me almost every 5 minutes to do something else. He was even every rude to me when I was suggesting how I want MY nails to turn out (round, etc). Definitely not worth the $40 - worst customer service, worst service. Never coming there again.

It was ok the guy doing my nails left reside of the old nail polish I had on before and since I did a French manicure it was very noticeable.

My experience was really bad at this place. There is no service and staff is very rude. Its less than 24hrs and my nails are already chipping. Although they are reasonably priced quality of products and service is extremely poor .

Dont believe the hype from these so called reviews.. find a reference in this place there are only a handful of great techs. My pedicurists was simply amazing.. But when making requests they act like they dont speak English. My nail tech literally sat there and avoided every request just to take 2hrs to apply nub like nails and shape them down to nothing... I had been sitting there for 3hrs to get nothing close to what I want.. No one was avail to translate or cared too so i left with unpolished nubs. Their customer service was done after the bottled water is handed I guess thats all customers require dont speak to us or communicate. These ratings are what made me choose this place but after today my money is well spent else where. Like I said. Dont believe the hype. I will never give them my hard earned coin again.

Rude staffI called like 15 minutes ago looking for information about your service so I could visit you and have my nails done, but some guy who answered the phone hang up on me. Do you have to be so rude? I mean he could have tried to understand what I was trying to explained him instead of hung up on me, I mean he doesnt speak that clearly neither. He should be more profesional.

Got full set gel/spa pedicure. Price states $25 set/$36 on spa pedicure. However somehow my bill came to $77 dollars. Called the nail place as I was in a hurry that day after realizing the charge and he adds on another $15 for gel color which is NOT STATED on there website. NEVER going back as did not get a positive resolving response. These places are a dime a dozen anyways. Get out of business if you cant state true prices on your website or over the phone.

Horrible at doing nails. I got gel nails and she couldn’t even paint them. She got too much on the sides so it’s all uneven and she tried taking some off with tools and I had them for 3 days and now they’re peeling off from the sides!!!!

Ive been coming here for over 10 years. Christine is my go to for my nails. She takes pride in her work and it shows. I love a natural look and she nails it every time. Plus they last very long. Pedicures are a must. My go to girl is Nina. The spa pedicure is like 45 mins long and the massages are amazing. Now they have a pedicure called volcano, its so relaxing and stress relieving. I love how i feel after i leave this place. Its my me time and they make sure im happy everytime. Ill attach a photo of one of my favorite natural looks.

Was here yesterday getting my waxing done and the lady waxing me did a good job on my legs.

I used to be a regular client. Today will be my last time going. The last 2 times I was there a young guy did my pedicure. He was VERY unprofessional, checking his phone, watching tv,ect.. as far as my feet go. Im not a picky person so anything is fine with me. But he was rough and rude. I really did not appropriate him at all. If they want to keep their regulars they need to have more professional people working there.

Me and my mom went to do manicure and pedicure, Im beyond upset, the owner doing my nail he very rushed to so my nails because he want to go have lunch and the whole time that he doing my nails, he always get up taking a payment, answer the phone, order his to go and taking new customer, not even 1 minutes that he actually concentrated with my nails and because of that he accidentally cut my skin off. Also I have to ask him to clean up my cuticles and underneath my nails!! Never go back again !!

The guys that did my nails was all over the place. He was not focused at all on what he was doing and kept standing up, answering the phone, calling people, and even stopping to write things down. He was not focused. They turned out horrible he left a lot of stuff under my nails that I had to clear myself and also when he put the clear coat it was like all over my skin. I went once before and a lady did them super awesome. Just dont get them done with the guys that seats on the first table. He is horrible.

Poor customer service

Very bad customer care. It feels like a pedicure and manicure production fabric. Thay just care about selling the service fast in order to do a lot, but dont care if the customer is satisfied or not.

I went in for a fill and 2 of my nails to be repaired since they had fallen off. My thumb nail came out horrible. And the owner was the one doing my nails. He didnt even try to fix it.
