I love this salon! it was my first time coming here. Amy and Mary were the people that served me. They were extremely nice. my pedicure and manicure came out perfect, me and my mom loved it. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

Staff/technicians are friendly and professional. Location is clean, and they do good work. First time: I had my eyebrows done. Second time: pedi, and I brought my 10 year old daughter for a bday mani & pedi. Tech was very kind and patient with her. This is my third time and I got the SNS manicure, love it! I brought my husband for a pedicure he enjoyed his first pedi!

My daughter loves her nails so 5 stars for that but in my opinion I think their prices a little high. But for the priceless smile on my daughters face was worth every penny. We will be returning this week for her fill.

This place is really unprofessional. I walked in at 11 am and asked if I could do dip for my nails, the lady at the desk did not say anything and decided to talk to the people that had walked in after me. Then she asks if I could come back in an hour. I dont know if this place works by appointment only, but it would’ve been nice if she would’ve said something instead of ignoring me.

Please do not go here. This place is unclean and just dirty

I walked in and was asked if I’d like to make an appointment because they were busy. I said yes. They told ya me they could see me in 40 mins. I made my apt and came back and was assisted upon arrival. I got a pedicure which was great. I did not ask her name but it’s the second time she does my pedi and I’m satisfied. I also needed an acrylic fill. This is where I’m not sure if I like this tech for acrylics. Previously Maria did my full set and wow. Let me just say they turned out amazing. Next time I make an appointment I’ll be sure to request Maria and only Maria to do my acrylic. Even though this tech did a fill she did have to do a whole new nail on one that had broken. This is where I knew I would not get my next full set with her. A little bulky. They charged $5 to do the replacement nail. Fill $35, replacement $5 and pedicure $25. - full set is $45.... I’m new to acrylics but this seemed a bit tax or is this the average price? ?

Friendly, affordable, fast and efficient. I have been going there for a little over a year now and so far its the best one around the area. The only think is that for some reason my nails dont last very long. I dont know if is because I am too tough on them or if because they growth too fast, but dont even last the two whole week.

The customer service here is absolutely awesome. Love the treatment and the way they do pedicure and manicures. Amy is awesome with the acrylic nails and Kelly does awesome work on gel nails. But they all do wonderful work and make you feel awesome.

First time having NINA do my Fills & Gel, she did a Great job!! Tech I usually go to cant get as a walk-in unfortunately But NINA did a really good job.

This place is super clean, the nail tech was on point, her attention to detail really shows. The lady is very detailed oriented and made sure everything was done perfectly. I couldnt be happier, and Im looking forward to returning. I hoping for a frequent customer package where I can go more than weekly if needed.

My daughter loves this place took her here as a birthday gift. She got a manicure, pedicure, and a European facial. She was very happy with their work and she always goes here to do her nails so she surely recommends their services and is alway very happy with the looks of her nails.

Had 1 nail salon that I used in the area, I had to break up w/ them. They didnt do ombre. Really???? After a couple of misses. Tried Maria. Now this is my salon. Clean. Next to Publix which is convenient Incredible pedicures. Walk ins welcome. They seat you as fast as they can. One salon I went to took my phone number & said theyd call me. Really??? I can walk out the door drive 30 seconds in any direction & find another salon

Went there to get a refill While my mom got a full set. We asked how much the total price would be before we started and they told us $25 for the refill and $35 for my moms full set so $60 in total. My nail technician (last booth to the left) was frustrated because i wouldn’t let her do what she wanted on my nails. I showed her exactly how I wanted it and politely corrected her whenever I needed her to fix a mistake she made. The entire time she was talking trash to her colleague and did a TERRIBLE job. When it was time to pay, they tried to charge in 78 for the same things they said we would pay $60. They don’t even have their prices up to see so that they can up-charge people. They will never see my face again.

Set up an appointment because I had plans and needed them done kind of quick. When I arrived I was told to wait (after explaining I had an appointment) and was told it would be a few minuets. They only had 2 people working and one lady in the back on her phone. I knew it would be much longer than a few minutes. They just started a mother and daughters acrylic nails (takes usually an hour). Im sorry isnt the point of making an appointment so someone will be available at that time? Waited for a bit & left. Like I said I had plans hence the whole reason for the appt. never going here again.

They take care of me and my daughter and we never visit with appointments we just show up and they are always caring, I cant complain I been in a lot of places and this one is cleaner and fancy for a just price.

I have been going here for years. Everyone is so nice and friendly and the quality of work is perfection. They are the best in Orlando as far as I am concerned and the prices are more than reasonable. They offer it all.

I think Ive found my go to nail spot. Ive been a total of 4 times and so far so good. I havent been disappointed yet.

Horrible experience. Every single time I went there I asked how much would they change me for everything I need . I am clearly stating what needs to be done they name price however later when you are half way through the process they tell you 5DOLARS MORE. It’s not a big amount but a got thick of them changing agreements. Did anyone else go through the same bad experience?

My daughter went with her friend to get her nails done. Send her with it pictures of the length of nails it was supposed to be shorter they left them long. And they overcharged her.

This was the worst experience ive ever had doing my nails. This place was NOT sanitized! And they were RUDE. My nails cane out looking thick and uneven and they were doing everything with no motive! The towel they placed my hand on had a collection of human clipped nails. There was dust literally everywhere even where the nail polish stand was at. To top it off they hardley have a selection of colors for nail polish. They will stop doing your service to get up and do someones eye brows that JUST walked in. I went to the back to wash my hands before they applied the color on my nail and when i got back to my seat i had to wait 15 mins because she started working on somebody elses service. The place was not packed so there was NO reason to be unprofessional and hop around services! DONT COME TO THIS NAIL SALON!

I got a horrible fungus in my feet after a pedicure in this place. They just pretend to sanitize there tools but use same over and over cubes and filing.I will stay far far away from this place.
