Terrible !!! Spanish lady did an unprofessional job, and ask for tip 🤦🏻‍♀️, never again

Lets c how this situation is handled before I review! 1st visit !

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I originally came in for a pedicure and manicure. After 2 hours spent on my gel pedicure and the terrible job that was done I decided not to get the manicure. I had to leave and go get my toes repainted at another salon. The gel pedicure was terrible, the owner tried to fix it but it couldn’t be helped. She did not charge me for the gel polish and only charged for the pedicure which was fine but this should’ve never happened. When you go in for a service to be done you expect it to be completed in a timely way and done right. Unprofessional, the staff was arguing with the owner even yelling at eachother. When I go in to do my nails I want to relax not be in the midst of chaos and conflict. Sadly, this business might not last long.

Lisa did my pedicure for the first time. She is great. Took her time and did an excellent work. Highly recomend her. Place is clean and techs keep busy.

First off, the only reason I’m giving this salon 3 stars is because of the lady that did my pedicure (Lisa)- she did a superb job! Otherwise, I would give 0-1 star. The environment was so chaotic and unpleasant that I didn’t feel welcome at all. Then, the tech (Nikki) that they got to do my nails was so rushy and took no time to really ensure the neatness and smoothness of each nail. It was like she was trying to finish as fast as she could so she could move on to go and chat someone’s business (they seem to do that a lot there). She was not pleasant at all and after I accidentally smudged one of the nails while putting it under the gel dryer, she was so grumpy about it! Like lady that happens ALL the time and it wasn’t like it was all the fingers that got messed up or like I did it on purpose; it was an honest accident. But she made me feel so bad for it instead of just fixing it (mind you, I paid prior to finishing and even tipped her). From the start of putting the acrylic on my nails to the filing down and buffering, she did a BAD job! My nails are so uneven, not smooth, and the nail polish dripped down on two of the nails and she couldn’t even see to fix it. I had to tell her multiple times to fix something and toward the ending, I was just so frustrated that I couldn’t wait to leave. And yet she couldn’t understandingly fix one nail edge that got smudged by accident. I can’t figure out how nail techs like this don’t take the time out to review their work before sending off a client. Lastly, I did a simple polish with NO designs and NO special shape; just square and polish And they charged me for a design that I had initially wanted but changed my mind when asked what I was doing so they could price me. Even after communicating this to them, THEY STILL over-charged me. Selfish, money hungry people here. The only way I’ll be going back is for a pedicure, if at all!

Friendly staff I just got a manicure my daughter got a full set. We both loved it.

I arrived around 1:10pm was seated to soak off gel polish the woman returned around 2:30 checked on my nails wiped the gel off and went back to servicing other customers, I waited still “soaking off” whatever she left on it and around 3pm I took my nails out of the bowl and told them I was leaving.

Good work but be careful and get a price before you get your work done! Want to be sure you can afford the work and a tip!!

One other customer was in there when I entered. At that time the staff was wearing masks. That person leaves and Im still there and all of the staff except for one removes theirs while Im still having my service done! I will never return. Actual service below average anyway.

If I could give this zero stars I would! They were employee’s children running around, screaming, crying, Rolling on the floor, and playing baby shark videos the whole time I was there. The children’s parents weren’t even working on clients. The pedicure took an hour and a half and it was completely awful. just a complete train wreck, no a/c really at all either.

Had a funeral to go to. Wanted a couple of gems glued to my nails. Never had a problem there ever until recently Im always getting pushed to people that dont know what theyre doing. I spent $140 in there and came out with the worst nails possible. The glue was dropped on top of my nail not under the gem so it came off and looked HORRIBLE! I went to the funeral with such a mess, i told the manager before I left and she could careless. She asked the nail tech why she did it that way and kinda didnt wait for the answer and just walked away. Ill never go back.

One of the worst experiences I have had at a nail salon. Unprofessional!!!! Yelling to each other across the room, kids of employee’s all over the place. Was quoted one price when I made an appointment yet charged another. I figured I would try some place new. Planned on getting a pedicure and bringing my daughter another day (initially). However, hell no! It’s a shame they would probably attract and keep clientele if they upped their customer service!

I’ve been going to this nail shop for at least 3 years and not once did I have a major incident where it stopped me from coming back. They are very talented and constantly keeping up with the trends. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also prices are good & the quality of the work constantly improves with different usage of nail products. I would highly recommend this nail shop.

Very poor customer service. Had male employee do my pedicure and he didn’t even know how to properly cut cuticles. & when asked if someone can help, I was given attitude, and now I have a painful cuticle and an ugly pedicure. Wish the employees were kind & more empathetic

A friend and I came here for the first time yesterday and let me just say, these ladies are SO awesome. They really did take their time, resulting in both me and my friend leaving very happy because our nails turned out amazing. I was watching the nail tech next to me as well, and she did great too. Everyone that worked there was so friendly. Jenny did my nails and Nicki did my friends, and they were both so fun to talk to and both very attentive. Very chill and relaxed atmosphere, too. Most definitely coming back here :-)

I have been coming here for a while. They always have the latest things for nails providing many options for their customers. They treat you like family and most importantly do a stellar job on nails! My nails come out looking spectacular every time!

I have tried to come in twice with bad experiences. First time I waited an hour to be in a chair then once in a chair the girls argued about where I should sit or who was taking me and I continued to wait and wait. After waiting nails came out great I was happy with the result so I wanted to go back a second time. I called to schedule an appointment, had it locked in. Then I called the day before to confirm it again as well as the morning of before arriving there... I drive there and they tell me the person I made the appointment with isn’t there today so no one took me. Period. I drove across town to give them a second shot and it was extremely frustrating and a waste of my time again.

This morning was my first visit as a walk in, and I will absolutely be back! Mercedes was amazing, recommended new shellac that will help moisturize my nails and we tried something new - neutral nail with gold beads! I highly recommend going here over other places in the same plaza. These ladies take their time, appreciate their customers, and have great prices! Five Star, check them out for yourself!

The staff here is attentive, funny, efficient, and kind. And unlike most nail salons they really are into their work so they really dedicate and perfect their work. Love this place !

After 4 days!!! All my nails has a space between the tip she *sandy* put on and my actual nail... NEVER GOING BACK!! and customer service sucks...

I came in as a walk in. My experience with that wasnt bad but the staff can be overly unprofessional at times.

Update: 8 months later was in a rush and decided to try again. Got a gel manicure that was poorly done. I feel bad because the girl was sweet and trying really hard, but the gel itself did not set properly, despite the owner coming over and telling her how to do it. (Ive had gel many times and have never had it done the way she told her to). The atmosphere is chaotic and not relaxing whatsoever. Enployees cursing and talking across the room. Children of employees listening to iPads loudly, running around and hanging on the door. I was not impressed. So if youre looking for an actual relaxing spa manicure, look elsewhere.I left and took my business elsewhere. First time to this salon, called ahead and they said it was a 20 min wait, so I put my name in and headed over. Took an additional 15 minutes to get sat. Meanwhile the employees were arguing/speaking disrespectfully to one another. I get sat in a chair with no liner in the foot bath. She asks someone to do a pedicure and motions towards me. She says no and walks out. I sit for 10 minutes more with no one acknowledging me. I got up and walked out. I was in the last chair and no one tried to stop me. Pitiful customer service.

I had my nails done by Ravin and they were beautiful. Gave a tip. Three weeks later, I wanted my nails removed so I walked in. I literally said Hi, Im here to get my nails removed. The manager stared at me like she didnt understood what I said and she asks do I want a fill in and what color?.. I repeated and said I want my nails removed and asked for the price. She tells me its $10 and continues to ask what color I want.. Does, I want my nails removed not mean what it clearly says? It caused a mass unnecessary confusion and I almost wanted to walk out and go to another nail salon, but I stayed.. Afterwards, she just shooed me away to have a seat to be helped 🙄. The person who removed my nails did a swell job and she was tipped. Unfortunately, I didnt catch her name. The downside to this salon is communication. When I booked my appointment, they had me down has Tiffany. How does Tatiyana sound like Tiffany?

Ive never felt the need to leave a bad review for any nail salon but this one is warranted. How in the world can you be a nail tech and not be able to apply nail polish?!?!?! I have a mess on my fingers because you simply cant do that. The. At the end of the service the lady goes to give me a massage and it was like she was trying to scrub my skin any away. Only thing she did okay was just the manicure. Im going to have to go home now and take this gel polish off. A completely waste of money. I would never recommend and I will never go to this salon again.

The staff is professional and friendly. You leave there feeling relaxed and refreshed. Theres not a service they cant do. They literally have every color polish you can think of....They do any shape and are up to date on the latest trends.I would definitely recommend this salon.

I love this place. Its one of the very few where I feel like I dont have to pick the best nail tech because they all pretty much know whats up. I always recommend them to my friends. Its not some fancy luxe place that does basic preppy things. Its a mom and daughters shop that constantly switches up stuff and genuinely has fun doing what they do.

The entire staff was kind, funny, and cared about their customers. They were very knowledgeable and caring. Everyone was talking and laughing. You feel like you are around your friends. LOVE this place!

Go see Sandy. She does an amazing job. I dont know why reviews complain about broken nails when it happens sometimes no matter where you go, and she will fix them for free!! I have been so many places, and she is by far the best. She will become your friend and give you her personal cell phone number so just call or text her in advance and you wont have to wait. Attached photo is 2 weeks after getting my nails done and they still look nice.

Unfortunately I really dont have anything positive or good to say about this salon. My experience the two times I went (as if the first time wasnt bad enough, but I tried to give them a second chance) was just honestly horrible. Their customer service is truly poor, and my nails were done to their liking the nail tech would keep ignoring my wants and even after she was done she definitely could tell that I wasnt happy or satisfied and she just said that Ill grow into them... Extremely unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone, sorry but its the truth. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! BETTER SERVICE NEEDED AS WELL!

I thought my nails looked awesome after they were finished and I was very impressed with what my nail tech Sandy had done. This was my first time using the dipping powder, but I knew that it was suppose to last for many weeks. However, I got my nails done just last week and they are already chipping and falling apart. I know people who get the same type of manicure (at a different salon) and their nails last much longer than one week. I think their technique is poor, so I will not be returning.Also, they could improve their customer service. It is not the worse I have ever had but it could definitely be better.

Ive been coming here to have my nails and facial done with Lisa for years! Lisa gives the best facials. When she does my mani or pedi, I never feel rushed. She is very detail and customer oriented. The best in the area!

My nail tech was very nice. But became distracted during the manicure and put wayyy to much nail polish on my finger nails, it looked thick and wouldnt dry. Also clipped my skin and made me bleed during the pedicure... make sure if you ask a question about what gift cards they take, be sure they understand what youre asking. Wont be returning, and IF I do, I want a different nail tech.

I was just in this place 5 minutes ago. They are about to close in 1 hrs. I walk in and say I want my feet and nails done. Instead of the receptionist telling me we have no one available right now since the day is coming to an end, the receptionist and the techs stood/sat there going back and forth about who is going to do my nails right in front of me. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism. I ended up walking out and left them going back and forth. I will never step foot back in that place again because anywhere people behave like thats they cannot care about your nails.

AND TRUST ME, “I’M PICKY”I sat down, in a chair immediately and was pampered like “THE QUEEN I AM”...I loooooove Mercedes, Tony and Jenny..... and when the owners are there they make sure they acknowledge you and you get the treatment you deserve.....5,10,15 STARS if I could!!!!!!

Fast and friendly customer service. One of the technicians messed up the wifes nails really bad, the owner fixed them as best as they could. Depends on the technician you get to do your nails.

The customer service is absolutely poor, when I say that these employees only care about there TIP I mean it . First time I came to this salon I had Dee to do a full set ombré nails, her and Marciano which is another employee was just talking rude and talking about previous customers they just finished and how annoyed they were, by time to check out I got the most nastiest look because she didn’t get the tip she wanted . Next I went back and had Marcano and same exact reaction once it was time to pay he was absolutely rude because he expected to get a high amount of tip because, as soon as I walked in Dee have reminded him how much I gave her to so he was very rude during the whole session . I understand tips is what they look forward to but you deserve what you give and horrible customer service is not the way to win it . Never would recommend them

My girlfriend came back in 9 days later because of the terrible job they did. Her nails were rushed and were falling off days after. They were done by the only guy in there. I suggest going to the woman all the way to the back of the salon if you want real results and also Dee.

Horrible experience, terrible customer service. I felt rushed as soon as i walked through the door. I was supposed to get a mani pedi but ended up refusing the manicure because I just wanted to leave. There is a woman working there that is super loud and rude. She clearly hates her job. My pedi looks good but my toes are sore. My tech did not use cuticle softener, she clipped them while dry. Hands down this is the worst nail shop that I’ve ever been to. I will never ever go back again.

Worst Experience of my life i went with my daughter because i live near First of all it was a bad energy employees were fighting back and forth for cleaning for being slow all kind of drama they were literally screaming to each other while my 5 years old daughter was getting her nails paint they had a no license lady doing my nail horrible nails !! i normally like to enjoy this time with my daughter and relax i hated this place and i will never !! never go back!! The lady that did my nails was rude. The whole time she did my nails I had the opportunity to listen to her terrible singing. She was constantly on her phone. Didn’t even give me a massage for my manicure. And to top it off, one of the other employees who was Asian and I don’t know her name but yelled in my face to another employee about her head phones. Not classy.

DONT GO HERE. Got acrylics done with my sister and mine are popping off on top of the fact that the guys were rushing and barely put any nail polish on them to the point where you ser through it. He cut me and my sisters fingers so badly he had to stop because it was bleeding too much. Also kept trying to upsell EVERYTHING. Overall crappy job.

I got my nails done yesterday I came back in this morning cause the color got messed up over night after I was told it’s dry you can leave. The girl suggested I change color so it won’t happen again instead of the owner doing it for free since I just got it done she charged me $10 that’s a rip off and wrong. That’s horrible customer service and she’s all about money as you can see most places charge $3-5. I will never be coming back here

Horrible on time and customer service. I walked in & was told there was a 15 minute wait. I waited an hour and no one acknowledged me. They did look at me and talk about me in another language, however no one gave me an updated time or apologized for the wait. I refuse to give my hard earned money to a business like this

This was by far the worst experience and service I have ever had at a nail salon. I had a manicure, while my sister was receiving a mani-pedi. It was starting off fine, but then it went downhill. My attendant was cutting my cuticles and she clipped me, making me bleed. I was fine with this, because it is something that can happen. I can acknowledge this. But then it happened four more times. Four more times. And then she was BUFFERING my pinky nail, and she made me bleed. In total, six of my fingers had bled because of her -basically an entire hand and one finger because of her carelessness.I had finished my manicure and I went to the hand drying station when I heard one of the attendants talking to another at the manicure desk about how she had found out she had a long lost sister that her mother had put up for adoption when she was younger. This would have been fine if she left it there, but then she went on with topic. She was talking loudly and laughing with the other employee about her mother, and how her mother slept around a lot, and how she had a lot of abortions, miscarriages, kids that she had up for adoption. There were cases of employees talking across the room at each other, and curse words and other inappropriate language being used in front of other clients. All in all, the entire staff was completely unprofessional.When my sister had finished her pedicure and was told to move to the manicure desk she was informed by her attendant that he had lost her nail polish. He did look for it but could not find it. He proceeded to pretend that he had found it, “realized” it wasn’t it, and then put it off as another color that was close to the one already painted on her feet (it wasn’t even close). He then asked her if it was alright for him to paint her nails. My sister, discouraged and disappointed on how her appointment was starting to go said yes only because she didn’t want to cause any more trouble and she wanted to leave as soon as possible. Later, her attendant’s boyfriend came to salon. This was also fine, IF he had stayed where he was originally sitting. He didn’t. He eventually came over to his boyfriend (my sister’s attendant) and pulled up a chair right next to her. My sister looked extremely uncomfortable, seeing as she didn’t know who he was, he looked like he was drugs, and he was sitting extremely close to her. Her attendant and the boyfriend started chatting away for more than fifteen minutes until my mother came to the salon.I had texted my mother telling her how badly the appointment was going for my sister and I, and how I thought we should ask for a refund. My sister and I didn’t say anything to the workers about wanting a refund or how we disliked the service while we were receiving it because we were intimidated by the environment we were in, and because we know that adults tend to disregard what teenagers say. This turned out to be one of the best ideas we had that night because when my mother came and asked for a refund they even treated her, the adult and paying client horrendously. One of the attendants in the background clearly rolled her eyes when my mom was stating why she thought that the refund was needed. My mother asked for the manager and they told her that she already left, so my mom decided to come back the next morning. When she came back from the nail salon the next morning she told us that she had never been treated this way before by a supposed professional business/workplace, and that she couldn’t believe they treated her in the manner that they did. They ended up only refunding my manicure because they said that my sister was “laughing, smiling, and was completely fine with her service”. This was gross exaggeration. My sister was talking and smiling with her friend who was in the massage chair next to her during the pedicure portion, NOT while she was getting her manicure done.All in all, this was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. If I could give it zero stars I would, because 1 star is honestly too much for them. 0/10 would not recommend.

Let me start by saying, it feels so good to write this review. I was a former Venus Nails customer & my last experience was not so pleasant. Nothing bothers me more than when the owner hires new ppl, jack ur nails up & charge u just to fix it. I found this shop, the girls are amazing, they serve wine, water & more...the skills of the staff is what every girl on point will need. Tian, Emily...omgeeee. They are a tad pricey, but its worth it. This is the only shop Ill ever go to & refer all my friends too.

Its ok. It wasnt busy at all and I set with my feet in the pedicure tube for at least 15min. After the wait the pedi wasnt even all that! They rushed me out after being there in enough time for them to do their jobs. Not coming back.
