I was referred by one of my girls so I made my appointment with Andrew. I was in and out in like 30 minutes which I loved. The quality is great, the shaping and the design was good too. The second picture is 3 weeks later and barely looks like it, I’ll definitely be back!

I think they do good nails here although I will say I came in for one thing and he gave me something different to what I asked. He used pink acrylic without my permission and I really wanted standard clear acrylic for my wedding. My nails are very pink now, they’re not horrible but it is upsetting because I wanted something else. Here’s a photo of my nails vs what I asked for. Going to another nail salon tomorrow morning before my wedding because I have no time to go back, just need these off.

Tuesday was my first visit with Andrew I’ve found this salon on Instagram, he did such an amazing job this was the quickest full set I’ve ever had in my entire life I was out in less than 30 minutes he did the shaping so nicely and used excellent quality acrylic power and top coat. I’m so happy to finally find a good nail salon who cares about their quality and products I will definitely be coming back again to see Andrew.

I saw Lina and she was amazing! Very welcoming staff and got me in and out! She is very thorough and efficient. This was my second time seeing her and she always does such a great job. Very friendly staff, would recommend to anyone!

My friend and I chose the place based on the Google reviews, but we were highly disappointed. It is the worst gel nails service that I ever got!!! The gel started pealing 3 days later. The nail tech was very clumsy, she dropped a bottle of oil and spilled some on my jeans. My friend got a dip set, but it came out so uneven! I do not recommend this place!!!!

I have been a loyal client to Bao for about 3-4 months. I was so excited when I found him, it’s hard to find a good nail tech. However, the last experience I had was nothing but disappointment. He arrived late to the appointment and rushed through the entire set, cut me, my cuticles looked ragged, shapes were all off and just all around did a horrible sloppy job. Mind you, I’m very polite and tip well each appointment. My nails even lifted after 1 1/2 weeks, this has NEVER happened. He’s lost my business and I will not be going back. Sorry.

Had to be the worst mani/pedi we have received. Booked an appointment in advanced to have a nice day with my sisters and mother and we all got a mani/pedi. They started my pedi after the other three were done so my tech was rushing through both my services. It was evident in the end because the polish job was awful. My mother’s French polish looked like a botched job. We were not pleased and we all felt like they rushed through our services. We had lunch reservations right after so we didn’t have time to request that they fix the issues. We just paid and left, but we will not be returning.

I went to this Salon yesterday, i got a pedi/mani (acrylics). My pedicure was great, the lady who did it was very nice and did a good job. I dont remember her name. For some reason she didnt do my nails even that she said she would so instead this other guy did my nails. Everything was good until that happened. Super unfriendly, didnt smile for a second, made me feel like i was bothering, made me feel NOT welcomed and didnt say goodbye to me when I left (I said goodbye and thank you). My nails are very cute but have some flaws, not perfect. I wont be back to this salon because of his attitude. The salon should get rid of him.

I had the absolute best experience anyone could ask for when entering a salon. I was happily greeted by the staff and received my services right away. I usually do a ballerina (rounded coffin) nail design but this time I wanted the oval shaped nails. My nail tech was Andrew, who effortlessly did a flawless application of my powder, shape and design. I had no worries of the finish product as his technique was swift yet precise. After my nail application I received my Olive spa pedicure. It was the most peaceful & relaxing pedicure that I have had in quite some time. With serene music and an elegant ambiance the attentive pedicure was the icing on an already delightful cake. I highly recommend this salon and all staff as my mother and grandma also received prompt and excellent service while visiting with me. Thank you Windermere nails and spa for such a pleasant experience, we will be back for follow up services.

We used to go here all the time. The people were nice and welcoming. It’s not like that anymore! The last two times we went, they all seemed like we inconvenienced them by coming in. They also kept turning the menu to the $80 pedicures that we both turned down and they kept turning it back saying it was the best. The last time we went, the two ladies cut our toes in multiple places and were bleeding and they ladies didn’t even apologize. Our toes literally hurt the next day! This was our last visit here. We will be going elsewhere for our pedicures.

Super messy and wait took 30+ minutes

The absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life each foot massage last for 20 seconds you can barely feel the massage, she didn’t file the toes down didn’t cut all the cuticles the owner said I’ll look at the camera to see what happened... they still charged me after the owner said he would take care of it. They definitely lost a customer paid $200 in there for my girls to have their nails and toes done as well.. save your money and go to delight nails on Conroy Windemere Road where they are more professional! The owner was rude and They need to learn how to speak English

OMMGG if i can give them 100 stars i would. The most professional, loving, and caring place I have ever been too. I have been to several places in Fl and ive never loved the service and outcome of my nails before til I came here. There was no wait they treated me and my mom with so much care we had a paraffin wax gel pedicure and the ladies were beyond amazing I would recommend anyone of them because of how professional they were. The price was worth it, i showed them want i want and they had my vision come to life and my opinion mattered!! in their word you are the boss. I made an appointment with Bao after seeing the great reviews and I came out from my appointment very disappointed. My appointment was at 2pm and I was not seen until after almost 2:40pm. Bao’s apology was “sorry, everyone comes here because we are the best. “ not really an apology but moving on... he then rushed through my nails making them crooked and rough not shaping them into the coffin shape I asked for at all. I have clumps of dried acrylic under my nails from lack of detail and time. My nails look completely unfinished. I would give 0 stars if possible : (

I have been going to bao bao for over a year and I can never go to anyone else now. My nails never break when I go to him compared to when I go to other people half of my nails would break in one week. Although this salon is a little pricier it’s so worth the price since they actually last long and do a good job. Bao bao is the best at designs and always does an amazing job.

First of all I will only go to Bao because hes the best, I travel from lakeland just to see him. The building is soooo beautiful and its the quietest salon Ive ever been in its so relaxing. And the quality of work bao does is exquisite HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I went in for a powder dip manicure, gel pedicure and chin wax. The staff was pleasant and facility was bright and clean. They wore masks and maintained customer distancing. Lena provided the services and she exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return and Lena has a new regular client.

I have been going to WN&S since before they were WN&S. The service has progressively gotten worse. They aggressively try to to sell you on services that you did not ask for, even after stating multiple times I only wanted a pedicure. They even tried to upsell my 8 year old daughter. After declining gel, a manicure - twice, I then needed to decline an additional 10 minute massage. Since they increased their prices, I selected a basic pedicure. So I guess they are pushing the staff to aggressively upsale all customers who don’t pick an $80. Beyond the terrible customer service, the tech didn’t even do a good job. I have had this experience the last 3 times and I will NOT be going back.

DO NOT GO HERE!To make a very long story short I went with a gift certificate my parents bought me in 2020 as I wanted to wait for my vaccine before going to this type of environment. During my time I was told the certificate was unaccepted because they did away with them. Told my mom (who bought it) and she called to see what happened as the gift certificate wasn’t even a year old. When talking to Boa he was extremely rude with the attitude to bad so sad and said to call the police then because he refused to honor the gift certificate or provide her a refund. Claiming they haven’t done gift certificated in over 2 years. I paid for my services and left returning a few hours later with not just the certificate but the RECIEPT from when my mom paid for it showing not only was this bought in the last year but by them personally. What a scam! They tried to pull a fast one and when presented this the most they would do is apply the gift certificate to my bill like it SHOULD HAVE in the beginning. Barely an Im sorry and the manager even tried to shift the blame to my mom for how upset she was about that fact they tried to scam her out of money. What an embarrassment and the worst part my service was trash. My nails by Andrew chipped that very night and my French toes were uneven. Ive seen press on nails look better. Avoid this place and go legit anywhere else.

Despite closing at 5 due to the holiday (Labor Day), I came in at 4ish, he was more than happy to do both a mani and a pedi for me. He did such an excellent job. I loved that I wasn’t jumbling a dozen fake nails on sticks. After picking my color I was handed a book with different pedicures they do with the cost clearly listed. I picked unicorn sparkle. V was good at removing ingrown toe nails as I hadn’t gotten a pedicure since probably November. She did a really good job with my short stubby toe nails. Massage was great and my legs/feet feel amazing and toes look good.Manicure: I showed V a picture I saw on Instagram and she said she would be able to replicate the look. I asked for short round nails. She did that but then recommended almond shape for my large hands and I said yes. It looks even more incredible. Giving my fingers a slimmer look. She went above and beyond in replicating the nail look.Eyebrow wax: good experience and I look much better. Haven’t had my brows done in 6 weeks. I will come here regularlyPlus size friendly: I’m a very big woman ~400 pounds. I carry most of my weight in my hips. I fit just fine with plenty of space in pedicure chair. V was kind enough to get me a different chair for my pedicure and didn’t make me feel anxious or ashamed for not being able to sit in the normal chair.I will be coming here often in the future. This is the only salon I will go to in the area! After moving to the area and trying a couple different places, it was an easy decision. I always have a great experience here and love the way my nails come out! I have my nails done by Bao and he has done so many different styles and designs for me! Any ideas that I bring in he does perfectly. The salon itself is also really nice, reasonable prices, and it doesn’t take hours like some other places I’ve been. Highly recommend!!
