I was going to give them 5 stars because the customer service was good and they were easy to rent from, but, due to the problems we had I have to inform everyone that rents from them. I rented a vehicle (12 pass van) on 07/02/21. We arrived around 9:30 pm to Orlando . Everything seemed fine when we picked up the van. The next day my daughter noticed a bug crawling in the van. To our surprise, the van was infested with roaches. Yes I said roaches. I called the company and explained to them of what we found. They told me me that they didn’t have another 12 pass van and asked me to take 2 mini vans . I couldn’t accept them due to us already having 2 additional vehicles at the location . We were only allowed to have a total of 3 vehicles at the villa that we rented, and having an additional van would terminate my contract. So we went a day and a without a vehicle. When they located another van and driver they brought the next van to us and, I couldn’t believe that van was infested also. With COVID -19 still being a factor it’s safe to say that they don’t clean their vans the way that they’re suppose to. I’m so disappointed with them. They agreed to reimburse me but I havent heard back from them. My calls have been unanswered and no one has responded to my emails. If you rent from them please do a thorough walk through on your vehicle

Extremely easy to reserve a car. The car was clean and worked perfectly the whole time we had it. The return was simple to. The value was great. If I go back again Ill definitely use them again.

Before arriving I was notified that there was a potential issue with having the rental ready in time due to circumstances beyond their control. This is typically when things go sideways and you can’t get a hold of anybody from the business. This was not the case. They were upfront and clearly communicated the potential delay. In the end there was no delay and I received outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this business. The vehicle was flawless. Not one complaint. The best transaction of my vacation.

Best Hidden Gem of car rentals in Orlando. Was skeptical at first, but everything turned out great! Easy to book, and super easy & smooth to pick up and drop off. Vehicle was in great condition, fueled up and ready to go. The navigation system in the van connected to our iPhone and was a huge help. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, & went ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate me!!! I needed a car rental from early Wed morning, around midnight, to Sat afternoon. They only had availability from Wed - Fri, which I accepted. But after being completely booked during Spring Break, along with every other Car Rental locations, they later reached out to me to ask if I still needed to extend my rental for 1 more day, due to having a cancelation!!! Of course, I said yes lol!!! & they continued to keep in contact with me on the details for how to pick up the car & return it!!! Even got to use a FREE SHUTTLE to & from the airport to the Car Rental location!!! Such EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE overall!!! Met my expectations & then some!!! Will definitely use them again!!! Very easy to rent . I rented a mini van and I got a pretty good deal for a last minute rental. The van was very nice, It was a brand new pacifica to be more accurate . and returning the car was the easiest thing . I liked that I was able to use my own car insurance. I would rent from them again .!!! Oohh they also delivered the car to the place where I was staying which is a PLUS to me !!!!

Where do I began I cannot thank GS Rental for the accommodations on their 12 passenger van. It was nice and clean, easy to drive and comfortable enough to fit my family of 11 traveling with small toddlers. They worked with me on every level imaginable from me missing my flight and needing to change my pick up time. The van was easy to pick up with thorough instructions and a shuttle with no wait. GS Rental is far from you average rental company with 5 star customer service and satisfaction. If you are looking for a rental they are highly recommended. Thanks again for everything!

GS Car Rental was absolutely a 5 star experience. From start to end, they were very instructive on pick up and drop off, quick to response, and the quality of the vehicle was top notch. Last time I rented from Budget, we waited at least 30 minutes up to an hour to get our vehicle. GS Car Rental had my car ready to go as soon as I got to the pick-up parking lot. GS Car Rental turned out to be a 5 star company, and its only 5 stars because this site does not allow you to give them more stars.A unconventional car rental company is a understatement - after booking my passenger van with CS I felt I got a excellent deal for a week rental (and I did), when it was time to pick up the vehicle, their procedures scared me to near death (and Im a New Yorker),But their pickup and drop off procedures were unbelievable, everything was right on point and as they said, it went like clock work, they even provide a short detailed instructional step by step video. You cant goof this up.There was a bill discrepancy I notice while on vacation, I texted them and they corrected it within 2 days (I think texting is the preferred method of Communication), after we dropped off the vehicle and on our way to the airport (via there transportation (Wallys transport) it was noticed that a family member forgot a walking cane in the rear hatch of the vehicle, we texted the situation to CS, then found the cane and shipped it back to us.Unconventional - YES,Would I recommend them - ABSOLUTELYThank You GS Car Rental - when I return to Florida youll have my business again.

It was an incredible experience! They canceled free of charge when I needed to cancel the trip at the last minute because of COVID-19 and when we made a new reservation, they did their best to find the best car for our family. The car was very clean! We will definitely rent a car with them again!

Bad service, the deal was to take a Nissan Versa, but when I arrive at the airport they said that a dodge was going to be available, as I had nothing to do I took it, a worn car, no air conditioning, and no technology. When it was to deliver I left it in half a tank, and they charged extra fees to refuel. Apart from that you have no physical contact with anyone at the rental company. Anyway do not recommend.

We were in Orlando from 05/17/19 to 05/29/19/19 and I will tell you how my experience with GS CAR RENTAL was.Simply the best car rental in Orlando for several reasons:1 - the service is in Portuguese via WhatsApp and is super hyper mega doubly fantastic, ALL my doubts have been remedied immediately with an education, patience and availability that I have never found in any rental companies here in Brazil or outside of it that I once was.2 - They accept discount coupons and it really does work, and their prices are by far the most considerate compared to all the major Orlando car rental companies that just want to earn our hard-earned money3 - I got the best explanation about the E-Zpass and Sunpass transponder than any other provider has already provided, no gimmicks, no lines, no footnotes, they are simple and precise in their explanation, leave no room for subenting or deducted. The transponder is fixed in the car and you are only charged if you go through a toll, have not used, do not pay, and the daily use fee is less than $ 2.00 + the toll price that will be charged to your card of credit.4 - the rental car is outside the MCO airport but they already provide micro buses that leave the airport every 15 minutes and take you to the WallyPark garage and the driver of the micro bus drops you in front of your car literally enough open the door and pick up the keys and drive off through the wonderful, beautiful, clean streets of Orlando.5 - the vehicle exchange is immediate, our car stopped working the air conditioning, I called the store and have service in Portuguese, I explained the situation, they returned the call in 10 min, already with the problem solved, I was offered two cars my choice (a little older than I was), and in 40 min (until I get there in the rental, by my choice) I was already with the new car without any complication, without an ugly face and no bureaucracy.6 - payment can be made if you choose here in Brazil through a link that they send you, which means that there is the possibility of installment in up to 10x without interest, something that no American rental site does, and the others that do here in Brazil they charge a fee for this, they do not. The value will be the fallen car and nothing more.7 - The car I rented was in the sedan category, and they offered me a very well maintained and super economical Jetta 2017, and when I switched to the air that stopped working, they offered me a Jetta or a Caravan, which would be the I chose the catuqueIn short, I think 5 stars is still too little for them, THERE IS NO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BAD WITH GS CAR RENTAL, I do not understand why Brazilians opt for rental companies like Thrifty (my experience was terrible with them, bad, terrible), ALAMO (I already rented with them, my experience was good) ....
