Stress free experience apart from no info given as to where car was on car park. Press the fob to open the car and the lights will flash was all we were told. Car was brand new Chevy Tahoe and was fantastic. Will certainly use Alamo again.

The office was very small however very well ran and organized. I had a scheduled pick up at 9:30 and needed my car earlier and they did all they could to have a car earlier to me and was ready at the time they had indicated clean and ready to go. The price was very fair and I would definitely come to this location again to rent a car. Thank you to the amazing staff!!

I went here to update some paperwork and received excellent customer service. Damaris and her male counterpart were polite, courteous, and attentive. I definitely would recommend this location if you want professional and expedited service.

We rented a car, even called before to make sure that everything was fine but when we arrived the car wasnt here. The women working told us that the car would be here in 15 min but now, 1 hour after she told us that, the car still isnt here!I dont know whats worst, the car that isnt here or the worker lying to us. We just heard that the car is at the airport so we will have to wait additional at least 30 min more

The car was great, but the interior was completely dirty. We found food, chocolate on the seats and lots of stains on the carpet and seat. When I got the car, it was supposed to come with full fuel, but it was under 80%. I had to return the car when the store was closed, I didnt find any spot to park it. It took long time driving around the store to finally park behind the hotel where the store is located.

What a wonderful experience with had with a lady called Gillian. She was so friendly and explained everything to us. Got a beautiful Mustang. X

I rent cars with the Enterprise a lot with no problem. This time the Enterprise was sold out and I made a reservation with Alamo. Although my reservation was successful, they refused to give me a car because of nonsense reasons. I was in an urgent need for a car so I went to Enterprise and although I didnt have a reservation and they didnt have many cars at that time, they tried their best, they could finally give me a car.That was my first and last experience with Alamo and I will never go back to them. One night i book from airport and return n cancelled after 2 hours due to my tiredness i cannot drive they said ok no problem. These people are awesome .Next day i went to some another location in orlando, bought a car.These people are amazing and they give u best price. They upgraded to suv car on the price of full size car.

Before this visit I always collected my car at the Disney Car Care Center but from now on will use the Dolphin Hotel collection. They were professional and although I had to wait for my car, made this up to me with a free upgrade. Definitely on the cards for next year. Thank you Alamo

Couldnt be more disappointed in our experience. My husband and I have booked here in years past with no problems. This time we booked our premium SUV 3 months in advance and even did their online check-in 3 days ago. I dropped my husband off to get the car this morning only to get a call from him after he had to wait to be told they didnt have any SUVs at all and the best they could do for him was a minivan. Now, its the busiest travel week of the year so all other rental locations are sold out of SUVs which leaves us stuck having to rent and drive two smaller vehicles on our 9 hour drive.

Alamo has a good system where you can take care of all of your paperwork online prior to renting. It makes it a breeze to get your car and be on your way. They run it like a very efficient machine, and when traveling for business this is exactly what you want.

We rented a hybrid, a Ford fusion. Loved it & spent very little on gas. & Of course it was very comfortable.

They ran out of cars (we had a reservation long in advance at a specific date and time). We had to wait hours for them to bring more. Not a fun experience. The people working were wonderful and I know it was not their fault.

There is literally a line of people here and the other employee is just sitting there, leaned back with his hands on his head doing absolutely nothing. been waiting for what feels like forever now and he shows no sign of helping his fellow employee or making sure any other customers are able to pick up their car. 👍🏻i have never had an experience like this any time i rented from alamo in texas. but this is really making me regret my decision to rent from this location.

The place was crowded and there were only two people attending. Also is just a small office were barely can fit more than 8 people. The good thing is that they have a person to manage returns.

Car was damaged upon pick up but I was assured it was already logged in the system. For 2 months after my rental I was getting calls a few times per week about the damage and how they were going to send me a bill for repairs. Then contradicting calls saying it was a mistake and not to worry, then more calls saying they were sending me to collections to pay for damage.In the end, it was rectified and I did not pay for the damage as they corrected the errors on their side but it was extremely frustrating.

So far I love this place!

Ick. Not one person speaks English as a first language. You cannot call and speak to the pick up location directly, you must speak to some unknown continent where they throw off phrases you must hear to believe. I think they were trying to be helpful.

I made a reservation for a Suburban several months ago online and even did an online check-in early this week to confirm. After my wife drove me 45 minutes to pick it up and waiting in line for another 30, they tell me they have no SUVs available. Not even the courtsey of of a phone call before I showed up. I ended up having to take an Uber to MCO and rent from another company. Ill never rent from Alamo again.

Worst experience ever booked thru hotwire selected debit card option that was cool becaus the last place I went said they needed to run a credit check without telling me the ran one and said I didn’t qualify 🤔 to rent the car. Get to this place and they tell me if I live in Orlando I can’t rent from this location. What the hell

Very pleasing experience with this Alamo agency. Fast paperwork process, helpful staff, and great cars. I got a Nissan Versa with 24 miles on the odometer. After noticing I would return the car to MCO, the assistant warmly reminded me to firstly follow airlines before looking for rental car return locations since the terminals at MCO are separated and both have return sites.

Excellent customer service, these guys not only gave us a choice of car for our 1 way rental, but were very friendly in the process. Location at the airport is very convenient, no need for a shuttle.

Bad service. Extra charges without my consent n when I asked them to be removed the agent got irritated n said you are on your own! Car had wear and tear. When I asked to be dropped at my hotel (5mns away) after I returned the car I was told we dont do that!!

Although I verbally declined all options offered, the agent still added Extended Protection (EP) to the rental agreement and charged me $62.2 ($12.44/day x 5 days). When I reviewed the agreement back home, I realized that all initials in the options section mean to decline, but the EP one is worded in such a way that you initial to accept it!I called the customer service center and they fixed the issue right away. 5 stars for the call agent and 1 star for the counter agent. Watch for what they are giving you!

Reserved thru Costco to reserve a full size sedan for a great price. The place is attached to a hotel with a small waiting area.

On April 18 Had a brand new Toyota with steering problems did not get it from this Alamo and all the cares were reserved but the young lady swapped it out with no problem.Will rent Alamo again; easy friendly and when there is a problem it is NO problem,wish i had gotten the ladys name sorry.

The car rental station is located inside a gigantic conference/hotel complex. It took us half an hour and two friendly security men to find it. The staff was very slow and we had to wait half an hour for our car. As we booked from Germany, we thought, that everything was already paid, but we had to conclude another insurance against flat tires and so on.At least we got a new Chevrolet Impala, but only reserved a 4 seat car with AC.

The worst place in the world to rent. The hostility and contempt of the supervisors and agents is incredible. They are arrogant, aggressive, they treat you with arrogance, and if you do not speak English they put you safe and additional that you did not request, as happened to my mrs. NEVER RENT WITH ALAMO.Alamo personnel at Miami airport are extremely hostile, aggressive, wreckless and if you do not speak English they will include additionals and insurances that you did not ask for. Just called to reserve a car, you get a total price that you agree with and it says that a car is waiting for you. An expensive taxi ride later, we are at the indicated branch. There are no cars at this branch. Then you also find out that your total price is going up considerably, that they could have added all sorts of things, they could have also said over the phone. The reception woman is very nice.

You return the car to the door almost Icelandair. The cases are skutlað into you, and you dismissed way in the process. The cars are also American and cool, no Japanese slur;)

If you are Argentine DO NOT GO !!! I had a reservation already paid, but on arrival they do not recognize your national license (I also had the international one but they only take you the national one) they tell you that it does not match your database, I have a San Luis card and my wife from Cordoba with a code Qr, everything in date and to the day !! But they told us to look for another company. I did not want to continue arguing because they washed their hands. So I lost a whole morning, the activities already contracted and not to mention the extra expenses !! In order pay more but go to another!
