Hopefully this finds its way to the GM of this location because I feel people need to beware of this place. I purchased a car here a couple months ago and part of my car deal was that the chip in the back would be repaired and the car would receive an oil cleaning due to many stains on the inside as I explicitly told my salesman I did not want the car without the repairs. I was promised by a salesman named DJ that this would be taken care of after purchase of car and I have been ignored and put off since purchase. I was told many times I would receive a call back to schedule these services by not only the salesman who “guaranteed” it but a sales manager named Bobby who was also absolutely no help. When I spoke with him he told me he could not give me any estimate of time as to when this would be resolved and pretty much brushed me off in a way that obviously showed he did not care. I did not expect such an answer from a manager at that. My experience was so unacceptable and I hope people reading this keep this in mind that these people do not keep their “promises”. After numerous times of calling them and being told I would be called back or taken care of, here we are in September and still nothing. Please beware of this joke of a dealership. Especially the people I named.

I rate our experience a 100% of how pleased I am with the service we received from the moment we took our Volkswagen in for a diagnosis all the way to the time we picked it up. My biggest fear (a realistic one at that) when having car troubles is taking a vehicle into an auto body shop and being at the mercy of the mechanic. The reality of being taken advantage of is more than a possibility. However, this can not be said about VW South in any way, shape, or form. After receiving detailed updates about the progress of our vehicle throughout being there as well as having a kind and honest individual (thank you again, Walter) to relay all of the information to me, I truly felt good about the money we spent and that the best decisions were made. I value all of the time and persistence of the lead mechanic in trying to figure out the problem all the while recognizing the value of our eight year old vehicle. Took a ride from West Palm Beach with a friend to pick up his car. I had no intention of buying one myself although I was looking. Long story short I was made an offer I couldn’t refuse. I have one Jetta 2021, My car has a strong noise in the rear break. I told the problem, and the dealer told that this song is normal. My car have 7 months. I have warranty, but for VW wrong brake is normal.VW never more!
If you dont want to do research and search for a place that could replace your cars tires, then this place is the right place. It is Expensive and the waiting time is very long. But I have to admit, they have a lovely waiting place that you could stay in.

I have 2 cars that I leased with this store. Now that I have just 3 months left in one of them I want to buy another car in another dealer, but they just don’t allow other dealer buy the car and they don’t give me the pay off of the car. When I bought they told me that I could buy the car anytime or sell it that it would be easy. But it’s not. They made me go until the store and they just don’t give me the payoff. It’s the worst after sale service ever. I have a 10 days baby and they can’t help me over the phone, made me go to the store and don’t help me as well.I will never buy a VW again. Never!

If you want the customer service you deserve DONT GO to Orlando VW South!I had to call 4 times just to find out when I could pick up my car after having it serviced. I wrote a bad review because my experience wasnt what I hoped it would be and the Service Director, Robert Topping emailed me and was so extremely rude and shamed me for not getting what he called a required service a service that was almost $700. He made sure to remind me that I declined (didnt pay for) this service but didnt respond to my Covid concern which I told him about. Do yourself a favor and DONT GO THERE!
Was in town visiting with my family when we decided to look into purchasing a new family vehicle since our current ride was starting to show its age. We drove passed VW Orlando South and decided to check out their inventory. I met with Mr. Randy Franco who was very professional and knowledgeable. I told him exactly what I was looking for in regards to a family vehicle. Within 5 min he found us a vehicle that checked every box. We did not feel any pressure to purchase Randy Franco gave us his contact info and said to think about it and call whenever you’re ready. We decided to purchase a 2021.5 Atlas after test driving it. The whole process was smooth and pleasant they treated us like family. I definitely recommend this dealership, Randy Franco, and the Atlas.
I am only leaving a review so that I can talk about how great Ken is. I got a flat tire, I had never brought my new vehicle to this location, and when I called Ken said to come in and ask for him. He was booked up for days, but he would make it work. I was there maybe 2.5 hours? I brought my work laptop with me and it was the most stress-free car dealership experience I’ve ever had. I will come back because of Ken.

My husband made the appointment that was not recorded. When we told them that we call from this phone number (I found online) the clerks said that is not our number. I have to call them and let them listen the automatic greeting that clear states the location. When a friendly suggest that they should learn this number to not make their customers feel like idiots, one of the clerks become very defensive.For all fairness, they made time and service our vehicle despite that appointment was not recorded.
As always the service is excellent. My main concern is about my 2020 Tiguan purchase new 6 month ago having A/C issues.I also owed a 2011 Honda Accord with 156k miles and the A/C is super cool.My 2020 VW TIGUAN has only 6k miles. I am worry.

When I go to a dealership for an appointment, the least expectations from me as a customer is to finish the repair work as per the appointment and give me an update on what needs to be done further in the car. They need to at least do a courtesy check on the status of the car. I am not sure if they checked anything at all. They had finished the transmission fluid change as per the appointment made, but they were not interested in discussing anything further. My car needs brake work and tire change. I wanted to get a quote but they were more interested in finishing my work, taking my money and sending me off. The tire pressure was low and they did not even notice it. I am not sure if they are even worthy to be called a dealership. Will not recommend to anyone unless they change their ways. I wish to give them a negative rating, lucky them.

Bad business practices and false advertising! Do you due diligence and make them slow down and go through the itemized charges and fees one by one. I came to this dealer because they had the best price on a used vehicle I had been researching for purchase which I was excited about. After getting to the dealer and test driving the car I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle. When I sat down to run the numbers they came over and said that the advertised vehicle purchase price did not include the dealer fee of $700 (which included repairs they had made to the vehicle previously and expenses they paid to get the car to them.) I thought whatever.. most dealers have a fee and this one was on the lower side. So I went ahead with the purchase. They obviously tried to up-sell me all the warranties and blah blah blah I declined them all. They breezed through signing the important docs that had all the numbers on them. After I got home I went through the entire purchase breakdown. They added that special dealer fee to the actual purchase price of the car and then charged me an additional dealer fee and delivery surcharge fee. Totaling over 2k in dealer fees. So essentially it was a clever way for them to false advertise the actual vehicle purchase price. Dont go there! Find another VW dealer.

The worst buying experience I have ever had! I had a sales appointment on 1/30/2021 at 3pm ( I have a written confirmation as proof ), I spent 1 hour 40 minutes to reach there because I was coming from Tampa! I did a test drive, I signed the customer approval page (management approval was done also, I have a copy of it) I paid $5,000 using my credit card at 17.43pm. The rest of the payment was supposed to be a cashier check and as of today which is February 1, I was going to visit the bank and get the check (since I couldnt do that on a Sunday). I did not receive the paper works via e-mail after I left as promised (The buyer is my sister and she was at home with her children; therefore, she was going to sign the papers online) I gave a call to the sales representative on Sunday to inform them I did not receive anything from them. They did not pick up the phone, than I sent an e-mail to Mr. Randy Franco and Ms. Laura Lazor. No answer from them. Today I gave them a call and I talked to Mr. Randy. And finally, he told me that there was a mistake, by mistake they sold the car to somebody else after I left. As I know there was one more appointment at 7pm on Saturday. Probably VW Orlando South got a higher number from her pocket and thought that it is a better deal on their side. I will also submit a complaint directly with the VW USA. I hope nobody will have that kind of experience. I also added the pictures of my receipts from the transaction so that you guys can see the proofs.

I purchased Volkswagen Arteon from Orlando Volkswagen South. Got a very good deal. It was a great experience through out the process. Bernard Apollon immediately attended and explained the features, quickly arranged the test drive and shared the numbers within short time. Ben is having all the information about cars. He is very friendly, talkative and cooperative. He made whole buying process easy and quick, Start from showing the car, test drive, documentation till the billing process was over. He made sure to get all done on the same day.Finance manager Jason Yoho is helpful and knowledgeable. He explained all the financial details and optional protection plans very well. He clarified all my doubts while digitally signing the documents.After 2 days, when I was reviewing the purchase documents, I had a doubt of $700 in the purchase. I contacted Ben over phone and text. Ben responded soon and clarified it with all details and documents.I opted for the delivery option as I wanted to get the car on my daughters birthday. Ben brought the car with nice balloons decoration. My daughter was very happy to see a new car with decoration. I am happy with my new car and purchase.

My wife and I went here to look at a 2015 Toyota Sienna. We arrived without an appointment, and was greated by Randy. When we said that we were here to look at the 2015 sienna, he immediately said absolutely and said he would pull it around. After we test drove it we sat down with Randy and went over the numbers. When my wife and I told him what we had in mind he went to his manager, and came back with an offer that was very reasonable. Not once during our visit did they try to pressure us into buying the vehicle or try to get us to purchase a Volkswagen. They knew this is what we wanted and made it work for us. When we sat down with Jason to finalize the paperwork, he was very polite and answered all of our questions. Yes he offered extended service plans, we knew he would, since all the other places we looked at do the same thing, but with Jason we never felt pressured into buying the extended plan. Overall this was the best experience we had from any dealership that we went to, and we went to alot in the last week.

Just bought a VW Jetta yesterday and the check engine light is already on without me even owning the car for a day. I’m terribly disappointed with the quality of their inspection of their vehicles. Considering it hasn’t even been a day since I’ve owned the car I would say they most likely just cleared the check engine code so it wouldn’t show up while test driving it, there was also a small rock stuck inside of the windshield causing a chip/crack.*Update: they are working with me to resolve the issues. Once the work is done I will update my rating if everything goes smoothly.**Latest update: Have been back to the dealership 5 times to fix the issue and the check engine light still hasn’t been fixed. For some reason they are not able to get the issue fixed

I bought my first car with the help of Ivan Nesukh and I couldn’t be any happier! When I pulled into the lot the preowned vehicle I was interested in was already ready for my appointment up front. We went on two test drives which they were very happy to do for us- and greatly encouraged us to do so as well. Ivan answered all of our questions and was so patient with us throughout the whole process. The manager, Jason, was also so helpful with explaining the finance options and with going over all the paperwork. I couldn’t have asked for a better first car buying experience- I really recommend buying your car with Ivan, you won’t regret it!

Had a major mechanical issue with car. The service department from the service advisor, Mike Lombardi, the service manager, and tech, Jorge, were all very kind, courteous and patient while I was deciding what course of action I needed to make. They all walked me through my options as I had a difficult decision to make. I could not have been treated any better by them.
I called after receiving a letter for a recall in drivers airbag. I had a difficult time getting ahold of the service department. It took me off to an answering service which not not easy to talk with. They could never find my vehicle information even though we purchased it at that dealership. I kept calling and finally gave up and called the parts department and asked them to transfer me to service. Once they answered I gave them my information and told them I had the letter to set up replacement parts. They set an appointment up for Monday the 12th of April. We took the car over, slightly over an hour each way from our home, on Saturday prepared to leave it until Monday afternoon. We were told it would take and hour and half to replace the airbag. We had a loud noise in the a/c only on highest setting and a loose vent grid on one vent. We asked for an estimate and we agreed if less than $155, they could proceed. Monday they called and said they did not have the recall parts available, and it would be just over $1000 to fix the fan and vent grid. We said no, and why would you have made an appointment for the recall if you didn’t have parts available. The explanation was many people own VW beetles and they may have gotten there before us, and we had a specific part number. Which you would have expected them to check it was in stock before they made the appointment. When we picked the car up Monday afternoon they charged us $129 for diagnostics, and then $26 for service charge. When we asked what that was, one person said oil, another said hazardous materials disposal and yet another said the state allows them to charge that to everyone regardless of what was done. So since they did do anything but diagnose, did not touch the oil or other hazardous substances, we just didn’t understand. Needless to say we would have been purchasing our next VW at their location, but the whole process and demeanor of the staff involved, other then the cashier, we will not be giving them our business in the future. It was never like this when it was David Maus VW, since it’s changed names we really don’t know what happened.

Dealer adding charges for dealer installed options which they admit were not installed but could be if needed. Also charging $700 for under coating most car dealers stopped that nonsense in the 90s
I brought my Jetta here for its 80K mile maintenance. While the service itself seems fine, they continued to give me wrong estimates of how long it was going to take. They had no loaner cars available when I arrived in the morning and I could have organized for someone to pick me up, but didnt because the technicians kept telling me the car was almost done. I spent over 4 hours here for a 2 hours service so I wouldnt plan to trust any of their time estimates.
We were able to purchase our car online. It was delivered the next day.

My experience starting out here was extremely disappointing because I had keep getting an answer back regarding my vehicle that “they didn’t know” and that “there’s nothing they can do until they hear from VW”. If it weren’t for me taking things into my own hands and contacting corporate, I would have sat around for even longer than I already have (been waiting for an answer since LAST NOVEMBER).The ONLY reason why I am giving 5 stars is because of one employee. Mike was more helpful to me than the corporate case manager was (still haven’t heard back from her, it’s been over 5 days now). The 5 stars goes to him, not the rest of the service department. He sat down with me and made sure I fully understood what was going on and kept me in the loop as far as things working/ not working and what the next step would be. He called me immediately when my needed part came in and made sure that I got in that day. I am so grateful for his help and kindness through the frustrating process with VW. He saved this experience for me. Thank you Mike for all of your help!
I came into the service department with issues regarding my 2018 Tiguan; Walter Young worked very hard on resolving the issues on my vehicle, He was very professional and detailed on how he explained what the issues were. Wesley was not knowledgeable when it came to parts. I was also over charged $30. I was refunded when the cashier noticed her mistake but I have yet to receive the refund.
I recently had the pleasure of buying a car from Orlando VW South. Its almost counter-intuitive to state that car buying was a pleasure, because its usually stressful and difficult to get the right car and navigate through adolescent sales tactics. So happy to say that was NOT the case here. My salesperson, Michelle was wonderful to work with. She was very friendly, answered all my questions the best she could without any BS, and followed-up with the right folks on the questions that she didnt have answers to. Id highly recommend asking for her by name, although Im sure that anyone there would also be very good to work with. The sales manager, Edward and the finance manager Robert were also a pleasure to work with. Very straight-forward and no high-pressure sales tactics. I left with a feeling of having done business with professionals that are considerate and caring of their customers. Thank you Michelle and team at Orlando VW South! :-)
Made an appointment and once there, they took my car right away. There was a sensor not working properly that needed to be changed. It did take longer than expected and they had to change the part and tested it to make sure it was in working order. But even though it took longer, they kept me posted on what was going on. Not like other places, where they leave you sitting forever and no one tells you anything.I also had my windows tinted, which look amazing!!! At the end the car got washed and I left satisfied!
