Our Salesman Faysal Assisted us in buying a new Timberline Explorer. He was a great, friendly and very motivated salesman. making it a healthy, positive, no pressure environment. He was very helpful with negotiations allowing us to take our time browse the options we chose, and go home with the vehicle we wanted. I have bought along with helped friends with negotiations at many Fords and Id have to say Greenway Ford was very professional. Didnt try to push different models, or try to pressure us to make a quick sale. Along with the finalization process was smooth and straight forward. Wow! I was shocked how helpful Faysal was too my wife and I. He was committed to getting us into the car we originally came to buy, despite us not liking the final price. These guys really want to work with and dont push you away. Also the process was way faster than any other dealer Ive been to; mostly because everything was PAPERLESS, how smart and amazing.

I went to test drive vehicles and the sales person did not seem interested at all. I explained to him what type of vehicle I wanted at the end of the day and he said he would reach out to me when new inventory came in and to follow up. Never got contacted even after new inventory so I purchased a truck somewhere else. I called yesterday to ask pricing for a leveling kit and was politely told that someone else would reach out to me with pricing and more information about it. I waited for a call or email because I wanted to make an appointment after they would tell me the price but it has been over 24 hours and no one reached out to me. I guess they dont want any business.
Great customer service, they took care of me and my truck at a reasonable pace. Ryan the service advisor that took care of me was very knowledgeable and respectful, good guy and would recommend coming to him with any need.
Ryan assisted with my service and I was also establishing a new dealership in the area. If the other staff members are as helpful as Ryan, I will continue to use Greenway Ford for future maintenance and vehicle purchases in the future!!
The team here is incredible. They were nice, considerate and did their best to get me discounts. I highly recommend the technician Ryan. He couldn’t have been nicer to me. He walked me through the process and made sure I understood why these things needed to be done to my car, and that they weren’t just additional charges. Whenever I go back I’ll be requesting Ryan.
At Greenway Ford I was met with friendly service. The staff promptly addressed my issues with my 2013 Ford Flex and got me right in at my scheduled appointment. Robbie from the moment he greeted me to the time we picked up the car from getting serviced was one of the best employees I have come across at greenway! Super professional and nice, texted me updates about my car pretty promptly. They called when they figured out what was going on and had it ready to go by the next day! It’s people like Robbie that have me coming back here.
I arrived at the dealership for some scheduled maintenance. The car was take back to the garage area while I waited in the lounge area. I was frequently updated with the status of my car by text and the job was quickly completed. I was very pleased with the service I received at Greenway Ford.
I had to go in to get a new tire and Frank in the service department was extremely helpful and efficient and very communicative . Will be back because Frank provided excellent customer service . He came out and met us by the car even as we were leaving !!
I have not purchased from Greenway but I just used their service for my Ford Explorer and the experience was phenomenal! From the moment I drove up they were extremely efficient at getting me signed in and service started. They confirmed my service needs straight away and communicated clearly on timing and waiting/pickup options. The work itself is was completed with high quality and from end to end of the process, even as I paid the bill and received my vehicle from the valet, the entire team was so courteous and professional. Will definitely keep using them!
Answered phone when I called for appointment, unlike other dealers. Got me in same day. Helpful staff, seemed organized. Not inexpensive, but hopefully good work. Minor negatives no free drinking water or vehicle wash.

Wouldnt give any stars if I could. Yes, we are in a difficult situation and have negative equity due to a cosigning issue. (Never cosign for a family member) Telling me that I need $10,000 because a bank wont approve me with negative equity isnt wanting my business. I just went through this before with another dealership and they worked hard to get my business. The only reason we looked somewhere else was due to limited vehicles. We want a dealership that wants a customer, not a sale, and willing to work for it. Greenway isnt that dealership.
The salesperson, Freddy, was fine. Personable and willing to find the answers to questions we had when he was not sure about the correct answer. I appreciate that.The sales manager, whose name I have forgotten, was not someone I would care to do business with. I know what I want, I am informed before I enter a dealership (no one wants to waste time on someone that has no clue what they are interested in), and if you cant answer a question, dont behave in a superior manner, just find the answer.Better yet, when a customer knows something, and you, the manager, tells the customer they are wrong, you had best be sure that you, the manager, are indeed correct. I, a potential car buying customer, will go to another dealership ASAP when faced with an employee that will not accept that I, the potential customer, might know more about a particular vehicle than said manager.Some potential car buyers are knowledgeable. Best not to tick those people off, because they might be the ones that will spend big money on a vehicle, and then proceed to tell others about their experience.
I purchased a 2016 Jeep grand Cherokee. Two days later I had to return it, only to be told. That car should have never been sold. The keys were taken off a managers desk - Online sales director. The car needed a new engine and starter. It was sold to me with a bad engine after I asked repeatedly if there was any outstanding issues with the car and was told no. After the issue was discovered, I was told the solution was to put me in another car but that I would have to pay more money for the difference as if this was my fault that I was sold a vehicle that was a safety concern and should have never been sold. This is outrageous and I still do not have a car, 1 week later. Completely dissatisfied with the situation and the lack of resolution.

Greenway Ford has a very unprofessional service department. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to another company. 4 months ago I took my truck in to be serviced. They did the oil change but didn’t do my tire rotation. I talked to General Manger. He asked me to give them another chance.Today I took my truck in for service. Same problem as last time. They charge you for a service but do not complete the job. Very unprofessional staff!

So far so goodToday was my first experience with Greenway and it was a tall order. I have a F-53 chassis that supports a new 31ft Holiday Rambler RV. NO ONE would even try to do Ford warranty work which was really disappointing. I have driven Fords for over a half century and this was the first time my confidence in the brand was seriously shaken but I have become accustomed to being nothing but disappointed on the service aspect of RV world...until I went to Greenway. RV dealers are there to sell them thats it. While they have service departments, they are months out on appointments.But then I went to Greenway. I understand that they are one of the largest dealers in the state of Florida and I can sure see why. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left the dealership, everyone was very professional and courteous. Interestingly, I did not even get anything done. Like every dealer that sells anything on wheels, parts and mechanics are hard to come by and probably will be for years to come. Its unfortunate too. RV sales are at an all time high with an $11 billion backlog in orders. The situation looked grim....like well do I really need air conditioning? we didnt even have it when I was a kid.I could have walked away from this experience disappointed. But I know finding a good, reliable source of repairs is getting tougher every day and it is a process. Instead, I am encouraged that the door has been opened for a long term business relationship with this dealer and, frankly, Ill probably buy our next car from them as well.The world is a very different place than it was a few years ago in so many ways. This is one of them. Greenway is going out of its way to accommodate customers...even new ones like me. Who knows what the future will bring but my first experience here was good. Stay tuned. I bought my car at Greenway Ford in 2017. The transmission went out 3 weeks after I paid it off in July 2021. I called my service advisor, Terry who advised me it would be 5 to 10 weeks before they could even look at it because their transmission shop was so backed up. I bought the extended warranty so it had to be fixed by a Ford dealership. I told him this was unacceptable as this is my only car. His attitude was, “it’s out of my control, here is the number for Ford Motor Company if you want to make a complaint through them.” When you buy your car at Greenway, which I did, they sell you on how great their service department is and it’s not. That’s a lie. I would never buy another car from Greenway Ford because they do not take care of you after you buy it, even when you pay $2700 for an extended warranty. I ended up towing my car to another Ford Dealership in the area and they had my car fixed in less time than it would have taken Greenway to even look at it! Very bad experience.
What an amazing experience given by Avelino and the finance department. Handled with so much care and professionalism. He was just amazing and hand delivered my amazing new car and took my trade in himself. Definitely a very happy customer. Thank you!!!
I have been going to another Ford dealership for service on my Ford. I am so glad that I tried Greenway. It was completely painless and even really nice to feel like they really cared and were helpings me. Its sad but there are not very many customer care places that really go out of their way and give good service. Even pre-pandemic. I will totally tell everyone that has a Ford to come to Greenway for service.
I got in an accident and greenway ford held my car in their lot for over 2 and a half weeks. They were very friendly and understanding of my situation, being a college student, and besides them being a bit unorganized they were very kind and helped me out a lot.
Edlen and Harry we’re great! Super helpful, worked fast and effectively. They listened to my needs which is rare in a dealership, but overall super important. I was able to land an amazing deal with the help of these two. Be sure to ask for them when you visit! You will not be disappointed.
I had a great experience buying from Greenway Ford. I drove down from Jacksonville and Rick Jordan went above and beyond to make sure the trip was worth it. The process was probably the easiest Ive ever had buying from a major dealer. If you want a completely transparent purchase (with no BS) Rick is who I would recommend. And while youre there try to meet Maurice at the reception. She was the sweetest most welcoming person, who made it a point to check on me from time to time to make sure I was comfortable and being well taken care of. She is the perfect employee to have as the front door to the dealership.

We went there to a recall and for them to make some services and I can say that was an excellent service. Terry assisted us the whole time. I don’t have enough words to say thank you! These car sales people are the worst. My husband reached out to ask about a car, and the salesman took a long time to get back to him. My husband was busy at work that day, so I called for him and got another person who was more responsive. She and I agreed to a price, and I asked to put a deposit down so that I could come pick it up over the weekend, when Id have time to drive that far. She said shed send me the PayPal info in the morning. In the morning I contacted her, and she said the car was already sold. Meanwhile the salesman my husband had originally contacted continued to text him about buying the same vehicle, for a much higher price... my husband responded, telling him he knew the car was already sold, and the salesman said it was not. He claimed he took it off the website for us (even though it was still on the website when I checked) and said he had the keys in his hand. Seems like some nasty sales tactics are going on. I can only imagine they want us to drive all the way there and sell us some other car, or the same car for much more than agreed upon. They are untrustworthy liars and manipulators. I would never buy from here.

Just purchased a new to us vehicle from salesman Eric Noir who was very straightforward to work with. I let him know I was tight on time and he got things done in far less time than our prior vehicle purchases have taken. Good price on our vehicle, good value given for our trade and no surprises. Would definitely work with him again.
Ryan was extremely helpful and professional with helping with my tire issue. I worked out a few options that allowed my wife an I to decide what was best for us financially. I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I brought my F250 in because the steering wheel was shaking while drove it. They looked at my vehicle and said the steering damper needed to be replaced. No problem, $340 repair. I leave the next day for my out of town trip and the problem still occurs.I bring it back two weeks later to get it corrected and they tell me now it is the ball joint that needs to be repaired. Now it is an $866 repair. I get in my truck to drive off the lot and noticed my steering wheel is off-centered 30 degrees. Now I have to come back once again to get that problem fixed.I am extremely disappointed with the level of quality control and services I received.
Oil change performed satisfactorily. However car was not taken into the shop until 45-50 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Also I was unexpectedly charged a extra $5 “to maintain my records”.Apparently the dealer now charges this ever time you bring your car in. Unaware of any other dealers that do this

I’m very disappointed.I’ve visited the service department 3 times because my Ford Explorer 2019 has a “power train” light on with some issues during I were driving.Mr. Robbie from the service department told me that The technician diagnosed that the transmission has to be replaced. I’ve waited almost 4 months in a waiting list to repair it because they are backed up. When I called to f-up my spot in the waiting list, Mr. Kevin told me that Robbie didn’t put my information on the waiting list but based on the system’s notes I won’t loose my spot.After 4 months of wait, I dropped off my car for the transmisión replacement as we agreed, also I asked Kevin to check the tires life, alignment and the brakes status. After 2 weeks Kevin called to let me know that my car was ready for pick up but they couldn’t fix the transmission because the power train light didn’t get on and they only were able to re-calibrate the transmission when 4 months ago a Technician from Ford had a diagnostic, they gave me an appointment to fix the problem and now they can’t fit it because “the light is not on”, it’s very contradictory. Also they charged me $26.00 for the gas consumption during they drove my car trying to get the power train light on again and on top of that Kevin forgot to tell the Technician to verify the brakes, alignment and the tires as I asked so he gave me another appointment.I feel completely disrespected and disappointed with the service and is the closest service dealer I have.

If this would allow me to post negative stars I would.When I made my appointment to have my vehicle repaired at Greenway Ford, I was told the diagnostic fee would be waved if I chose to get my vehicle repaired at their dealership. This was not the case. My service adviser did not update me as he had said he would or in the form of communication that I had asked. I was charged more than double any list price I could find for the part used to repair my vehicle. Brian Collins, the service manager yelled at myself and my partner in the cashiers office of the dealership and called my partner a liar. I genuinely believe I was taken advantage of because I am a woman. I will be filing a formal complaint with the general manager of the dealership in contacting Fords corporate office.
Got the Letter in the mail. Called the next day for an Appointment. Took vehicle in and dropped off for repairs and cleaned and detailed. Friendly Staff. And got my vehicle back as good as new. Very happy 🤠

Update 9/29 Guess what they just called me to let me know that an accident just happened the mechanics was backing another vehicle and hit my vehicle. Now the just handling the vehicle in the actual condition to me to send to any body shop to be fix. Stay away from them, the service is the worst!!!
My experience was great. Bukasa was friendly fast and efficient. I gave him specifics, he complied came back with 6 choices all within my specifics. I bought the second vehicle he showed. Following, when it came to the paperwork and any fine details Bukasa was professional, yet helpful if needed, with no funny business! My daughter also bought a vehicle from there some months back, she also had a great experience with them.I would definitely recommend them.
I could have used more time to be shown about all the different features and how to use them. I will be back today with a list of a few thing, others I will learn by the book and experience. 👍😁

I needed routine service in my 2020 F-150. Tony was very attentive and answered any questions that I had regarding the vehicle. The vehicle was scheduled for service at 7:00 am and I received a text at 8:24 advising me that it was ready for pickup.
Unbelievably horrible Dealership. After receiving 19 harassing phone calls from a very pushy salesman about how urgent the down payment needed to be done; I sent them the 48k they were asking for the vehicle along with the tracking number of the check.I followed up with a call after I received a notice saying that my check was delivered and signed for. However the dealership could not locate the check and tried to tell me that it hadn’t arrived yet. Even though I sent them the tracking number and copy of the notification that it had arrived 5 hours ago and the name of the person who signed for it. They replied that they didn’t know the person who signed for the check and couldn’t find it. It took days for the check to be located, and it turned out to be in financial department the entire time.After I was promised 3 different times by 3 different managers to be kept in the loop about when my vehicle was going to be shipped; not a single phone call was made to me. The only communication that made to me was a text message saying that they were busy with other customers. When I explained to them that the salesman didn’t seem busy when he called me 19 times looking for the money…no response was given.I called twice a day for 5 days and no one could tell me anything. The only call that was ever made to me after I sent them the money, was a wrong number to someone else they were attempting to locate money from. I have never seen such incompetency, disorganization, and terrible customer service in any business in my entire life; let alone a car dealership that I paid nearly 50 grand to.It has been 6 days since I wired the money to Greenway Ford, my vehicle is still sitting in their lot, I still have no idea what day my vehicle will come, or where it will be delivered to. Google needs to make zero stars an option for this dealership.
It’s disappointing I’m having to post my first negative online review but the experience I had here justifies it. Unethical is the word that comes to mind when I reflect on the Service Department’s pricing. I was told it would cost nearly $1,000 to fix the break light issue my car was having so I took it upon myself to fix the issue. Important to note I am not car savvy but was able to fix the problem in under 2 minutes by replacing a part I bought for $30 at a local auto store. Experiences like this are exactly why people do not trust dealerships and I hope Greenway doesn’t price gouge future customers like they tried to do with me.

From the time I searched for vehicles on their website, till the time I contacted Jonathan Neal as my Sales Rep, until the time I arrived and finally purchased my new vehicle. The entire process was smooth, and pleasant.Greenway Ford gave me more for my Trade-in, and offered me a much better deal than any other dealership I had been to. I knew exactly what I wanted. But had to wait a very long time to make a simple purchase. The sales guy was great. The Finance manager did not listen. I told him no on GAP and not on extended warranty (Which in my opinion is a scam). He found a way to sell me on both services, by lowering the payment. I did say I would be interested in preventative maintenance plan. Which never happened. I said I wanted to go through Ford credit or my bank. I noticed they ran my credit through multiple vendors. When I read through the terms of the warranty and GAP, I called to cancel. He did take care of that promptly.As far as the sign that says we will match or beat any offer. They didnt.Average to below average car buying experience. Better places to buy a Ford.
I have a 2014 Ford Escape that I bought in late 2013 from Greenway. Only 80,000 miles because I typically have a company car. Out of nowhere, it started shaking and lerching on a drive home on Friday. I take it to my local Firestone that I have used for 20 years. They hand it back to me and say this is so messed up that we cant fix it. They said coolant is leaking and you basically have a 4 clynder engine that only has 3 now. I take it to the Ford dealership and they confirm the same thing. But they want me to spend $5,500 on a brand new engine, Engines dont break down at 80k miles. This is a defect. The Ford service manager even said we have had several cars come in with this issue. He advised me to call Ford corporate because he knows that engines shouldnt die at 80k miles. Greenway... stand by your product you sell or get out of the business.If not, I will make it my personal project to trash you on social media on a daily basis. I will cost you sales.Thank you Tony in service for giving me a # to call. But I talked to 2 people who have no concept of engines dying at 80k miles.Tony begged me to recant my post. I gave Ford a chance to do the right thing. They chose dollars over loyalty. Ford is absolutely dead to me. Do not buy their product!
First experience with Greenway, and I cant say enough about our salesman Dalton. From start to finish he made things very easy . Definitely worth the drive from south florida to Orlando. Hard to find good service nowadays. Thanks Dalton and all others involved at Greenway.

Service writer was very helpful. I gad an issue with my screen in my 2018 Ford F 150 truck not returning to music channel if I get a phone call or a text message in my truck and my phone is connected to the screen. I dropped my truck off at 8:40sm with an appointment and then they stated at the time my service writer, Abel, was writing up the ticket thaf they might need to keep my truck until Tuesday. That was not possible … they had to put a bolt or screw on the cover that protects the oil pan under the truck, they did do that and I had to return to get my truck about 2pm Sat., because it had two car seats in it and J take care of my 2 Grandchildren on Mon., so I had to get my truck back! veins

I have never had a great car buying experience, to be honest I dread buying a car. It takes too long, all the back-and-forth is exhausting, it’s just not my thing. Yesterday my husband and I went to trade our vehicle in for a Mustang, and I was preparing myself for the worst. I was pleasantly surprised. Our sales agent Scott was amazing and made the whole experience very pleasant. We got exactly what we wanted and were in and out in 3 hours. Harry in finance was amazing to and made that part a breeze. I really appreciated Scott taking care of every detail that I usually have to harass people to do. I will send everyone I know to Greenway Ford, even though there are 3 other Ford dealerships closer to me.

After previously purchasing two vehicles from this dealership, I wanted to give them the opportunity to sell me a third. Upon arrival, the experience immediately started to decline. Instead of allowing me into the dealership to look around, they blocked me at the door and insisted on obtaining my personal information before even allowing me entrance into the dealership. From there it only got worse. My salesman was EXTREMELY rude, acted like we were keeping him from something, could not answer even the most basic questions about the vehicles he sold, was on his phone almost the entire time, and, when we had enough of his mistreatment and decided to leave, he made rude remarks to us as we left the dealership, it was all I could do to run out fast enough so that my girlfriend wouldnt go full Karen on him. After this experience we left and IMMEDIATELY called the manager to let her know what occurred and she hasnt bothered to call us back.Ive been purchasing vehicles from this dealership since they first opened, but never again, theyve lost a customer for life.
I brought my 2006 truck to be reviewed for any recalls and a 4 point inspection. Once there Techs were trying to sell a used vehicle inspection and said they really didnt do much with 4 point inspection. It was supposed to be 15 to 20 min but it was more. Got an automated message to reply to if I needed anything. I replied asking if there was a coffee machine and I am still waiting on response. I feel like it was a waste of time and poor customer service. Wanted to coordinate some maintenance but after that I am not sure I want to give them my business.
At the last minute I threw a wrench in the works because I read something wrong. Jonathan and Rick went above and beyond by thinking outside of the box to make sure that my needs were satisfied. It was one of the best experiences in buying a truck that I have ever had.
If I could give zero stars I would. Let me start off with I will NEVER PURCHASE A FORD AGAIN. This is my second terrible experience with this location. I want to start of with my first issue I have had two Mitsubishi sun roof vehicles and they NEVER had an issue with leaking in my car, I purchased an extra warranty costing four thousand dollars yet they wouldnt cover fixing the issue even though its a common ford issue. Not for other cars as my Lancer that is over ten years old with a sunroof had never leaked. They not only didnt cover fixing but I was charged over a hundred dollars for diagnostics when I told them the issue myself and was told its a common issue with the focus I should have been told my warranty didnt cover I should not have been charge for diagnostic as Mitsubishi did not charge to check out your car. And Mitsubishi would inform me of what my warranty covered before doing anything. My second issue is from today I purchased a battery in December and it was a bad battery they can see in their system I purchased it however they are unwilling to help or replace because I dont have the receipt handy as Im in a different city. The lack of customer service has completely turned me off and I will go back to having. They are scam artists. I am so appalled by my two experiences with this location please save your money. If you decide to purchase anything be cautious if you have purchased the car always ask them what is covered in your warranty before allowing them to touch save all documents!!!!!!!!! Terrible customer service 0 care for their customers!!!!!!! GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND IF YOU HAVENT PURCHASED YET PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CAR ENTIRELY BECAUSE FORDS ARE COMPLETE TRASH!!!!!!!!!

Unreal to believe that in 90+ mins. for an oil change and check everything they don’t take the time to fill in the reservoir of the washer fluid. (As soon as I turned on the Car I got a message of washer fluid level low) Not a good impression. Front desk personnel were great.

The worst dealership I ever visited. I would honestly suggest anyone not to visit this location. I have very bad experience. I visited to this store like 12pm in the afternoon and I asked for a guy and this person never showed up I waited there for more than 40min and I revisited the front desk person and she said he will be coming in few minutes and after sometime someone else approached and said he was sent but the other person. He took me over and showed few cars which I was looking for and he’s wasn’t much polite or have any interest in what he’s doing. And he took me in and made me sit for one more hour and meanwhile he’s trying to get some numbers. He came once in between and came up with some really crazy numbers like some fees, some other package fee and a lot of Gimmicks. I have a lot experience with dealing with these guys and I honestly feel these guys are very greedy with their numbers. And after some time the guy I spoke with came over and he’s even more crazy with the prices. He brought some number which are almost more than 12k of the actual price of the vehicle. He would give me the monthly payment as if I am a newbie that’s funny. The car I was looking for it’s actual values is around 26-28k they gave me the number close to 40k and they expect me to believe that’s the selling price. Literally these people wanted to make like more than 10k on one car that’s not even crazy it’s stupid I feel. First thing they have to realize is the features it comes with and what’s the actual worth if the vehicle and how much they can sell it for there is nothing like that with these people all they wanted is confuse the customer and sell it without giving the actual reason for why they are charging so much for a car whose values if way less. I do a lot of research before even going to a dealership and I know when I see a number if it’s overpriced or priced on a decent margin. I asked them for my keys and walked away immediately.
I used Greenway Ford for maintenance service on my Ford Edge. It was easy to book online, and I was greeted upon arrival at my appointment time. Due to high volume, I was told it was to be a 2 hour wait. Knowing this was appreciated. The work was done as promised and in the 2 hour timeframe. My only suggestion would be to confirm the number Ford is to call to let you know the car is ready. I forgot to do this and the number Ford had was off by a digit.
Greenway always gives us excellent service. Considering I have a Ford dealership literally one mile from my house in Jacksonville and drive almost 2 hours to Greenway should say it all. We tried buying and servicing from the Jax dealership with horrible outcomes every time. We gave up and make the drive…. Well worth it and Frank inservice is wonderful!
Miguel did a fantastic job! He was patient and understanding, took the time to identify a truck that would suit my needs. No pressure tactics, just easy to work with. Id buy through him again.

We had Dalton as our representative and he did an amazing job. We were on our way to pick up a vehicle from a dealership in Mt.Dora. The dealership knew we were coming and said they would hold a vehicle for us but 5 minutes before arriving, the sales rep found out the manager sold it much earlier leaving us without the vehicle intended. My husband was able to locate another very similar with only 1 difference at Greenway. I called and Dalton answered. He was able to set an appt, hold the car and the rest was happily ever after. Thank you Dalton and team for your hardwork in our not so fun situation. I LOVE my vehicle!!

Was a bit surprised to see a $5 doc fee for service repair tied to recall work and a front end alignment. Didnt see that until after I had paid. Also $15 shop items for an alignment??? Work seemed to be done well but little tack on fees like this are what will make me choose other dealerships next time.
First and foremost Carmen is excellent, she is very attentive, she has the upmost sense of service skills, very professional at what she does with great product knowledge. Shes phenomenal with answering my questions, and was able to address my concerns. Anyone who wishes for excellent service request CARMEN!!
My experience with Greenway Ford service department was great. Frank Bitar was my maintenance adviser, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt pretty confident he worked well to make sure I was satisfied. But just a word of caution, if you purchase extended warranty on your vehicle, they are the only ones that can service it, which is very inconvenient for me since I live in Leesburg and they are way over on the east side of Orlando.
Greenway Ford Service Department has gotten really bad over the last year or so. In April, I took my car in because my seat warmer and cooler did not work. When it was fixed they broke the side panel on the seat and did not fix it. I took my car in Sept 2nd for an oil change and to fix the seat panel they broke. The next day I was driving and apparently 2 bolts fell out of the panel underneath the car and it was flapping and dragging on the highway. The seat is still not fixed but I was specifically told it was. I had to have a new tire put on the right front passenger side. My tires were supposed to be rotated. But would that new tire still be on the same right front? My husband took his car in for service and they did an oil change and the inspection of obvious things in the engine. 2 weeks later his car wouldnt start because the battery terminals were so coated with battery acid. Shouldnt this have been caught on the inspection. I believe they charge us for things that are not getting done.

[Updated] I purchased my used 18 Escape in December with a power train warranty. In march, I notice the engine having issues. I took the vehicle in on March 19. I have not gotten my vehicle back yet. (04/27/2021)During the testing, they discovered that I had a coolant leak in one of my cylinders. They said I could come back and drive it until the new engine comes in. When I arrived, it took over two hours for them to find my vehicle, and it was in such a undrivable state that I could not take it off the lot (literally). They said they would prioritize my repair once the new engine came in and it would be two weeks or so to complete. I get a call four days before it was suppose to be done and they said the only qualified technician broke his hand and couldnt repair my car until they healed. They said they wouldnt help nor find another qualified tech. It has been two weeks since that phone call and I received a text that they are too busy to fix my vehicle and it may be a couple more weeks before I even get in the shop. I do not recommend anyone purchase a used vehicle here. They will not help you if they delay the fixing your vehicle and wont give you any indication of when it will be if you take it in. At the end of the day, I have spent thousands on a rental with no indication of when I will be able to stop paying.
