The store has great inventory of tractors, skidsteers, hay equipment, parts and just about anything you could need to keep the farm up and running. The people there are some of the best I have ever met, courteous, polite, attentive and knowledgeable. I cant say enough good about the place.

Friendly customer service. Part was in stock for mower. In and out within minutes. Pretty straightforward. Would recommend them for parts and equipment.

I called them and the salesman was very helpful. I needed a mower and was in the market for a zero turn. I walked in and gave him my credit info he approved me 3 minutes later and walked out with a zero turn took a total of maybe 10 minutes then went back a week later and bought a polesaw was in there about 10 minutes for that. My salesmans name was Darrell Wilson and I would recommend him to everyone. The owner of Stewart Martin Kubota called me himself just to make sure that I was completely satisfied and that tells me that they care about their customers. They have earned a customer for life😎

Left my Spartan mower with service for some warranty work that I had tried to get fixed with another dealer for 2 months(Route 66 mowers & more) and Stewart Martin got it done in a week! But I also had them do a tune kit (oil and filters) and 3 blades and the labor to do that was $163. $100 an hour labor on a oil change and blade change! Service was great but the labor is a no go on a Super clean and small lawn mower with 19 hours. Chris the service manage won’t give you his time and looks down at his desk the whole time so I felt like I wasn’t being heard on what I wanted done at the beginning but at the end he done his job for sure. The only other things I had an issue with is they said they washed it but it was dirtier than when I brought it and they set my old blades on the floor and it scratched the paint pretty bad while they was driving it. Would have been 5 star if the price met quality & quantity of work But I over paid for that for sure.

Mask are not a requirement so I was protecting them by wearing one and they didnt care enough to protect me, sad

Sent my tractor there. Was over heating. Ask to fix over heating. Sharpen blades. And replace light lense. And ask to call if anything else they thank it needed to call before replacing. But they replaced the blades with out calling and letting me know. Wasnt happy with them over the warranty be acknowledge that you had only a certain time to purchase it. Will never trade with them again 360 dollars for cleaning radiator out. And putting new blades on and replacing 2 light lense. My god what Bunch of crocks. My thought. No thank you for that.

In our personal experience with this store is not a good experience. My husband has been doing biz at this location for 15 years. Service has been getting worse by the year. I think a 1 star is to much. Half a star rating in our books. Biz has been really bad within the past 8 years or so. We have wrote a survey in to corp. to hopefully get someones attention to get things changed for the better. We gave up on those. Even talked to a Consultant for the company today, and that was a joke. After yesterday and todays experience, he is done doing biz here. Thousands more of our hard earned money will be going to do Enlows in Tulsa, as they were nice, experienced, very knowledgeable and professional over the phone. Sad we cannot shop local for our farm/lawncare needs, but Enlows Tulsa is just a short drive. We rather pay to drive further, to receive better customer service.
