Bought a new 2021 Atlas from John. Did a great job at showing the options. I always recommend doing extensive research on the vehicle you want. Make sure to know the options and features you can live without as you might not always get what you want. I was able to get what I wanted, but had to wait a day to get the SUV. All in all pretty easy transaction, the F&I manager didn’t try to upsell me on anything which was refreshing. I’d recommend this dealership. I haven’t had a positive experience at a dealership like this in a long time.Helpful tip: Always negotiate the price and not the monthly payment. It’ll help you out in the long term!

Internet Salesman Al was very prompt on communication and had the vehicle ready at the appointment time. The purchase process was very seamless, smooth and I was out the door with my new vehicle in about an hour. My car was serviced here because my AC was not working. My service advisor was Mark A. It wasn’t a easy fix for the dealer . I had to leave my car s couple of days with them.The results were outstanding. Well deserved 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Stay far away from this VW dealership. Went in to look at the new Jettas. A salesperson Brett was first to help. My wife picked a car out and let him know she needed to be under a certain amount for payments. He said that was impossible and lied to my wife. We found out we are paying almost double the normal lease payment of the car we picked. He lied to my wifes face and rushed her out the door. Morning after we asked if we could void sale and all the finance people there lied and said that would be impossible. They also said every website online calculating prices is wrong. Horrible customer service and just lied to my wifes face over and over. Do a lot of research or you will for sure get taken advantage of.

Brought my 2020 GTI is for a few issues. All seemed to be going well. Few days after they had my car I get notifications from the car that it’s exceeding 83+ MPH. I called the dealer asking why my car was the car doing those speeds as the issue I brought it in for only happens when the car isn’t moving. I was told the car never got up to those speeds. I no longer felt comfortable leaving my car with them told them I was going to pick up my car right away as I didn’t not trust them anymore. Mark hard the nerve to get upset with me and tell me I was being difficult because I was coming to pick up my car right away told me I needed to wait 24 hrs so they can close the case with VW Tech-line. I told them no I’ll be picking the car up ASAP. When I got to the dealer Mark refused to say 2 words to me wouldn’t even apologize for the dealers appalling behavior. I get my car back steering wheel, seats, radio, and mirrors all have been messed with. The very next day I take it to another VW dealer I noticed my front right wheel has been damaged. Orlando VW North marked the two wheels had been damaged front left and right rear not front right. Not only did the dealer damage the front right wheel they also scratched up the steering wheel. When I asked to have the GM contact me about these issues nothing. VW America is trying to help but the dealer is saying they didn’t do it. Kenny the service manager when I told them I was picking up my car ASAP said good and we can part ways. Unprofessional behavior. Because I asked them not to be rude and unprofessional and that I didn’t trust them with my car anymore they asked me not to do business with them anymore. Like I was going to after you all damaged my car and refuse to fix the damage.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2021 Atlas from Al! It could not have been easier. I have been trying to buy an Atlas for 3 weeks. Long story short, Ive been getting the run around with 4 Dealerships (Napletons in Orlando, Sanford, VW Brandon, and Tampa). I dont know why, but I never reached out to this dealership, and I am sooo glad I did! I called and spoke to Brett Gold on 4/21 on a Wednesday and told EXACTLY what I wanted and how I was getting the run-around. Within 2 hours, he called back and said I found the vehicle I wanted at a sister dealership, but he needed to confirm which vehicle they needed to trade to seal the deal but he has it. Brett was very responsive, helpful, and informative. He was considerate in knowing I didnt want to be at the dealership long and do the whole negotiating hassle. He even recommended I try the finance through the dealer and I ended up with a sweet deal of getting 0%!!!!!! This conversation started on a Wednesday afternoon, Thursday went to get my vehicle from Melbourne, and on Friday, at my leisure, we came to collect our new vehicle! He and Dan (The finance guy) were helpful and patiently answering all of our questions before and after signing.Brett still has been helpful with answering questions about operating the vehicle here and there LOL!

Be careful if you value your privacy do not give them your information.

Was in for normal maintenance; oil change and tire rotation. I only waited about an hour and 20 minutes. Nice service department. The service writers were friendly. I would recommend this dealer for service.

Great experience. I’m from Ohio and needed to have a headlight and key fob battery replaced while in FL. They also checked a couple of service alerts for me too. There was a warning light on but it was related to the headlight. I sat in the showroom and used the WIFI. Fast, friendly and customer oriented. I highly recommend David Maus VW for service.

The service staff is not very friendly.. its not a welcoming feel when you walk in . They are strictly business, no smiles no small talk no customer service . Kind of short, to the point and direct. Wich I guess is okay but Id like to be greeted with kindness and have some type of customer experience.

Adam Rutherford in service is absolutely amazing. As someone who spent many years in all aspects of the auto industry, I despise going to dealerships. I had just driven 1500 miles to Florida when my AC and Fan stopped working. They put me in a loaner and tried to diagnose the vehicle and then the dreaded words “we tried twice and could not duplicate!” Adam listened to me and trusted in what I had to say. He took my car home that night and was able to witness for himself it happen a few times. Soon after the next morning the tech duplicated. They ordered the parts and got my vehicle done expeditiously knowing I was only here a few more days. Adam went above and beyond, was a amazing, and in my humble opinion again as I had been in auto industry many years and managed many people deserves a promotion especially considering his length of employment.

Took my 2014 VW Jetta in for oil change and a few other items. While it took 2 days to finish all repairs since they were short handed, the Safety Check overlooked my driver side front headlight and DRL that were out. I noticed when i picked it up but didnt have time to do anything. I went to replace the headlight and DRL on the drive side and found the headlight dust cover laying loose. There are obvious toll marks around the area which i quickly discovered why. The DRL is frozen in place and cannot be removed, thus the tool marks. There is nothing i can think of that you could get leverage with to break the DRL loose. I dont care about the tool marks they are inside near the back of the light. I care that i was not told and nor where the lights replaced. I call about it and am told to schedule another appointment next week which again will take an unknown amount of time. This is a safety item on any vehicle, not a nice to have item, the headlight which i replaced was easy, the DRL is the problem. I can only guess at what other safety items were overlooked. So I guess Im on my own. Time to try another shop.

I am not a fan of this place. My wife has bought 2 cars here, and has had a good experience, but the service department...not so good. You book appointment and wait for hours...for oil change...then you are overcharged and up-sold and have additional things that you explicitly say NO to added to your bill until your wallet bleeds. I have let them know that they will no longer be servicing our cars. I would rate the sales staff 4 to 5 stars, but the service department drags the entire place down.

I bought my sons first car here last week; 2017 VW Passat R-line. I found it online and reached out by email. Did my oil change was easy a quick!

Brought my husbands car for service. Extremely over priced. I have a luxury vehicle and a battery is about $60 less than VW. Cashier very rude threw my receipt in my hand. Either she needs a new job in the back or a new job all together. You have to leave the attitude at home when you work in customer service. And lastly... I did not get my complimentary car wash and vacuum. Very disappointing I will not be returning to that location or recommending to anyone. When employees don’t understand how important customer service is it affects the business’ bottom line. Do better VW of Orlando.

I am updating this review as the service department there is useless. When I got my car in July 2020, 2 weeks later my sunglass holder broke. It took them 5 weeks to replace it and I had to reach out to customer service Volkswagen via Twitter to complain about receiving the part for my BRAND new car.Now in March 2021 I took it for an oil change and it took them 3 hours to do the oil change and tire rotation. And less than 30 minutes later the tire pressure light when off on my car. When I called to let them know that happened they said bring the car back. So after 3 hours of my car being there you expect me to wait more time for something that should have been done. They really need some better training in service department how they treat customers and the time frame they expect.The only good thing about this place was my sales guy Al Rexha went above and beyond in finding the Tiguan I wanted and great service! Thank you again for making the car buying process easy and painless!

Our family was car shopping from February to June of 2021. From the very beginning, the 2021 VW atlas was on a car we considering, Amongst serval other vehicles. We test drove no less than a dozen vehicles, visited even more dealerships, and negotiated with countless sales managers, throughout this car shopping experience. But the VW north dealership stood out in many ways. We test drove the atlas originally in March and ended up signing paperwork for one in June (midst a chip shortages). During those 3 months, Danny Gaines (the salesman who worked with us since day 1) along with his sales manager Robert, kept in contact with us regularly to update us in offers, and ask how he could earn our business. After months of test drives, research and gathering info, we finally chose the Vw atlas as our next vehicle and decided to call Danny back to check inventory. This was the end of may/beginning of June. He informed us of how low his inventory was due to high demand and very low production rates due to the shortages and explained to us that the finding An atlas with the exact trim, drive train and engine option we wanted will be a challenge but he will do everything he can to get us in the vehicle we want. After about 2 weeks of constant back and forth calls and texts, helping us find the closest possible thing to what we wanted, calling all around and seeing what dealers can get us what we wanted at a price we wanted, Danny called us back and told us that in a Few days he’ll have atlas coming with almost everything we wanted in regarded to trim level, features and engine option. We met him that same day, signed paperwork, and took delivery of the car just 4 days later. Made the process extremely easy, fast and without any stress or anxiety. We were out of there in about 45 minutes. No hours of long haggling mad negotiating because danny already knew what we were looking to pay for this vehicles, wrote up an offer that was EXACTLY what were looking for. Went to pick it up and Danny spent about 30 minutes with us walking us through the inside and our food the car to assure everything was perfect. The car was tinted, washed throughly, filled with gas and waxed just hours before we came to pick it up abs was flawless. Made sure we knew about every little feature and capability of the car and that we knew how to use it before we left the Dealership. The phrase “what can I do to earn your busines?” Was said to us at multiple times over the course of our interaction with VW north. THAT is how you get business and create the best experience possible . As a salesman myself, I can say without a doubt that this dealership, and Danny Gaines himself, will make sure your car buying experience is as easy, convenient and simple as possible. I came in to Volkswagen to get my car diagnosed because of my engine light coming on. Adam went above and beyond to get my quote and my car fixed by the next day! He even made a courtesy car available while my car got fixed so that I could go to work that day. I’ll definitely be returning for my future maintenance service needs!

I test drove the 2021 Arteon R- Line SEL Premium and immediately knew this was the car for me. Jonathan M. was the sales member who helped me, as well as Danny. They were both professional, worked on their days off and at nights (finalizing paperwork) to deliver the promised car.
